퍼지 보상기와 자기구성 신경회로망을 이용한 매니퓰레이터의 역기구학 해에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Soiution of Inverse Kinematic of Manipulator using Self-Organizing Neural Network and Fuzzy Compensator)

  • 본 논문에서는 퍼지 보상기와 자기구성 신경회로망을 이용하여 3축 매니퓰레이터의 역 기구학 해를 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 가우시안 위치 함수를 활성화 함수로 사용하는 자기구성 신경회로망은 학습 시작시 1개의 은닉층 노드를 가지고 학습을 하면서 점차적으로 은닉층의 노드수를 증가시킴으로서 최적의 노드수를 얻을 수 있으며, 퍼지 보상기는 신경회로망의 양호한 학습비를 얻는다. 이와 같이 시스템을 구성하여 빠른 학습속도와 학습비의 개선 그리고 빠른 정상상태로의 수렴을 확인하였다.

An improvement on the concrete exothermic models considering self-temperature duration

  • Based on the Arrhenius equations, several hydration exothermic models that precisely calculate the influence of concrete's self-temperature duration on its hydration exothermic rate have been presented. However, the models' convergence is difficult to achieve when applied to engineering projects, especially when the activation energy of the Arrhenius equation is precisely considered. Thus, the models' convergence performance should be improved. To solve this problem and apply the model to engineering projects, the relationship between fast iteration and proper expression forms of the adiabatic temperature rise, the coupling relationship between the pipe-cooling and hydration exothermic models, and the influence of concrete's self-temperature duration on its mechanical properties were studied. Based on these results, the rapid convergence of the hydration exothermic model and its coupling with pipe-cooling models were achieved. The calculation results for a particular engineering project show that the improved concrete hydration exothermic model and the corresponding mechanical model can be suitably applied to engineering projects.

MeBib Suppressed Methamphetamine Self-Administration Response via Inhibition of BDNF/ERK/CREB Signal Pathway in the Hippocampus

  • Methamphetamine (MA) is one of the most commonly abused drugs in the world by illegal drug users. Addiction to MA is a serious public health problem and effective therapies do not exist to date. It has also been reported that behavior induced by psychostimulants such as MA is related to histone deacetylase (HDAC). MeBib is an HDAC6 inhibitor derived from a benzimidazole scaffold. Many benzimidazole-containing compounds exhibit a wide range of pharmacological activity. In this study, we investigated whether HDAC6 inhibitor MeBib modulates the behavioral response in MA self-administered rats. Our results demonstrated that the number of active lever presses in MA self-administered rats was reduced by pretreatment with MeBib. In the hippocampus of rats, we also found MA administration promotes GluN2B, an NMDA receptor subunit, expression, which results in sequential activation of ERK/CREB/BDNF pathway, however, MeBib abrogated it. Collectively, we suggest that MeBib prevents the MA seeking response induced by MA administration and therefore, represents a potent candidate as an MA addiction inhibitor.

용매 환경에서의 폴리아미드 고분자 재료의 자체확산과 유변학적인 특성 (Self Diffusions and Rheological Properties of Polyamide Polymer Materials in Various Solvents)

  • 비결정성 영역에서의 유동단위의 고찰을 위하여 유동 파라메타와 결정크기로부터 폴리아미드 섬유고분자 물질의 자체확산, 홀 부피, 유동 열역학 파라메타 등을 계산하였다. 폴리아미드 섬유의 응력완화 실험은 용매기를 부착한 인장 시험기를 사용하여 여러 온도의 공기, 증류수, 산, 염기 용액에서 실행하였다. REM 모델의 이론적인 응력완화 식에 응력완화 실험 결과를 적용하여 여러 가지 유동 파라메타를 계산하였다. 이들 시료의 유동 파라메타는 완화 스펙트럼, 자체확산, 점도 및 유동 활성화 에너지와 직접적인 연관을 갖는 것으로 규명되었다.

  • In recent years, social media that has emerged with the development of network technology has changed the channels of information dissemination. The social Q&A community is a platform for knowledge-sharing activities in a question-and-answer manner based on Web 2.0. In knowledge-sharing activities, valuable new knowledge continues to be produced and will surely bring great benefits to individuals or businesses. In the social Q&A community, the user's subjective factors play a crucial role in influencing the user's continued use and participation in knowledge-sharing activities. In order for users to actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities in the community, it needs to grasp their subjective ideas. This study explores the issue of sharing knowledge by users of the social Q&A community "Zhihu", or how to drive community revitalization efforts from these. The three factors self-efficacy, self-development motivation, and social comparison tendencies were derived, and identify their relationship with knowledge-sharing activities and community-boosting efforts through empirical analysis. In addition, the influence of knowledge acquisition on knowledge provision was investigated through sense of reciprocity. Implications of the study findings and the future research directions were also discussed.

  • 오늘날 복잡해져 가는 컴퓨팅 환경에서 시스템에 발생하는 다양한 문제를 시스템 관리자가 직접 처리하는 것은 한계가 있다. 이 한계를 해결하기 위해서 시스템 스스로 상황을 인식하여 적절한 대응하는 능력을 갖는 것이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러나 자가 적응 시스템을 생성하기 위해서는 많은 경험과 지식이 필요하다. 따라서 자가 적응 시스템 구축의 어려움이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 자가 적응 시스템의 구축을 용이하게 하기 위하여 자가 적응 시스템의 코드를 자동 생성하는 기법을 제안한다. 본 자가 적응 시스템은 기존 관련 연구에서 문제가 된 시스템의 리소스 과다 사용을 통한 비효율성과 바이러스와 같은 외부 요인에 의한 부정확한 동작에 대한 문제를 부분적으로 해결한다. 본 논문에서는 평가를 위하여 비디오 회의 시스템에서 사용하는 파일 전송 모듈에 제안 방법론을 적용하였다. 개발자가 추가로 작성한 코드의 길이, 개발자가 만든 클래스의 수, 개발 시간을 제안 방법론 적용 전과 후를 비교하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

가상현실 스포츠 이용 활성화를 위한 프레즌스이 참여만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Presence for Virtual Reality Sports Use Activation on Participation Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가상현실 스포츠 이용 활성화를 위한 프레즌스(Presence)이 참여만족(Participation Satisfaction)에 미치는 영향의 차이 분석하여 지속적으로 스크린골프 운동참여하도록 제시하고 가상현실 스포츠 시장 전반의 발전을 위한 실증적이고 학술적인 자료를 제공하는 것에 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 조사기간은 2020년 3월 13일부터 5월 13일까지 5명의 연구진과 보조원으로 구성하였다. 연구의 목적과 설문에 대한 스크린 골프를 직접 경험한 소비자에게 충분한 설명을 한 후 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)으로 설문지를 작성하도록 하여 얻은 전체 247부의 설문지를 최종 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 자료처리방법으로는 통계 프로그램 Window SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하였다. 첫째, 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 둘째, 빈도분석 평균(M)과 표준편차(SD), 셋째, t-test와 One-way ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고 사후분석방법 중 쉐페(Scheffe)분석, 넷째, 변수들 간의 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 특성의 성별, 참여기간에서 프레즌스이 참여만족에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 프레즌스의 하위요인 사회적 실재감, 사회적 주체감, 자아감은 참여만족 하위요인 사회적 만족, 심리적 만족, 신체적 만족에 높은 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 프레즌스의 하위요인 사회적 실재감, 사회적 주체감, 자아감은 참여만족 하위요인 사회적 만족, 심리적 만족에 높은 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

항암제 취급 간호사의 소변중 돌연변이 유발능과 자각증상 및 스트레스 (Urinary Mutagenicity, Physical Symptoms and Stress of Nurses Handling Anticancer Drugs)

  • The purpose of this study was to call attention to the mental, physical and occupational hazards of the anticancer-drug-handling nurses by examining the possible urinary mutagenicity and measuring physical symptoms and stress level of the nurses exposed to anticancer drugs. The experimental group of the urinary mutagenicity assay was 14 nurses handling anticancer drugs at the medical wards of a hospital located in J city ; the control group was 12 psychiatric nurses of the same hospital. The test material was the nurses' 24hrs urine, which was concentrated by XAD-2 column chromatography. Tester strains were TA98(±S9 mix), TA100(±S9 mix), TA1535(±S9 mix) and TA1537(±S9 mix) ; Salmonella mammalian-microsomal test(Ames test) was employed for the urinary mutagenicity assay. The physical symptoms of which the nurses experienced were investigated through self-reports on open-questionnaires. The stress levels of the experimental group were measured by a stress measuring instrument developed by this author. Reliability of this instrument was found to be adequate (Cronbach's Alpha=0.9079). To ascertain the urinary mutagenicity of the experimental group, the mean and the standard deviation of the colonies of Tester strains appearing on the minimal plates were taken and compared differences between two groups. T-test was employed for the significance test of two groups. The physical symptoms were compared between the two groups through the analysis of the nurse' self-reports. The mean and standard deviation of the stress levels of the experimental group were also calculated and were examined through t-test. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The experimental group revealed significantly higher urinary mutagenicity both in the activation method test and the non-activation method test of the tester strains TA98, TA100 and TA1535. In the case of TA1537, two groups showed no difference in the non-activation method test, but the activation method revealed difference. 2. The physical symptoms were also much more frequently reported in the experimental group. 79.3% of the experimental group reported more than 1 kind of physical symptoms. On the other hand, 33.2% of the control group complained of 1 kind of physical symptom. The items with high symptom frequency were 'headache', 'itching sensation', 'corneal congestion', 'skin allergy' 3. The mean score of stress in the experimental group was 2.41(range 1-4). The experimental group showed the stress level above 2.0 in the 14 of 15 items in all. The highest stress level were recorded in the following items in the order quoted, 'I fear that anticancer drug may touch any part of body while handling it.', 'I feel concerned there is no protective countermeasure against anticancer drug handling.', 'I am afraid the anticancer drug handling may produce a fetal loss in the future'.

Computational Study on Unsteady Mechanism of Spinning Detonations

  • Spinning detonations propagating in a circular tube were numerically investigated with a one-step irreversible reaction model governed by Arrhenius kinetics. Activation energy is used as parameter as 10, 20, 27 and 35, and the specific heat ratio and the heat release are fixed as 1.2 and 50. The time evolution of the simulation results was utilized to reveal the propagation mechanism of single-headed spinning detonation. The track angle of soot record on the tube wall was numerically reproduced with various levels of activation energy, and the simulated unique angle was the same as that of the previous reports. The maximum pressure histories of the shock front on the tube wall showed stable pitch at Ea=10, periodical unstable pitch at Ea=20 and 27 and unstable pitch consisting of stable, periodical unstable and weak modes at Ea=35, respectively. In the weak mode, there is no Mach leg on the shock front, where the pressure level is much lower than the other modes. The shock front shapes and the pressure profiles on the tube wall clarified the mechanisms of these stable and unstable modes. In the stable pitch at Ea=10, the maximum pressure history on the tube wall remained nearly constant, and the steady single Mach leg on the shock front rotated at a constant speed. The high and low frequency pressure oscillations appeared in the periodical unstable pitch at Ea=20 and 27 of the maximum pressure history. The high frequency was one cycle of a self-induced oscillation by generation and decay in complex Mach interaction due to the variation in intensity of the transverse wave behind the shock front. Eventually, sequential high frequency oscillations formed the low frequency behavior because the frequency behavior was not always the same for each cycle. In unstable pitch at Ea=35, there are stable, periodical unstable and weak modes in one cycle of the low frequency oscillation in the maximum pressure history, and the pressure amplitude of low frequency was much larger than the others. The pressure peak appeared after weak mode, and the stable, periodical unstable and weak modes were sequentially observed with pressure decay. A series of simulations of spinning detonations clarified that the unsteady mechanism behind the shock front depending on the activation energy.
