The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze about the Telecasters's appearance management, external image & awareness on Self-Efficacy. The method of this study is carried out form 2 January 2013 until 20 January. with the 164 telecasters who announcers, voice actors, gag men, singers. The results of the research is summarized below: First, Among the telecasters, singer is the highest awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, skin care, cosmetic surgery. Especially, about the awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, singers> announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. Second, about the importance awareness of the beauty services importance & the relation of self-efficacy, for announcers, the more higher awareness the fashion, makeup, hair, the higher self-efficacy of the confidence, effective expression, etc.. For voice actors, the more higher awareness the hair, skin care, the fashion, make up, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the new image making, the confidence, task efficiency improvement, etc... For gagmen, the more higher awareness the fashion, hair, skin care, makeup, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, task efficiency improvement, etc.. For singer, the more higher awareness the makeup, hair, cosmetic surgery, skin care, fashion, the higher self-efficacy of the task efficiency improvement, the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, etc.. Third, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, external image, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, singer is the most higher awareness, announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. about the importance awareness of the external image, singer is the most higher awareness, voice actor> announcers> gagmen appear after another. The meanings of this study provide the telecasters's image's fields with the effective basic data.

Compared with the research on consumer engagement in brand community, the research on consumer engagement in brand public has been relatively less. This research aimed at exploring how brand public characteristics such as information variety, various communications and no limitation in expressing self affect the brand public engagement. 274 questionnaires answered by Chinese consumers are used to conduct analysis. Principal component analysis is used to test the reliability and validity of each construct, and structural equation model is used to test hypotheses. The study finds the positive effects of information variety on information benefits, those of various communications on social benefits, and also positive roles of no limitation in expressing self to brand-related self-expression motivation. And each of the information benefits, social benefits and brand-related self-expression motivation is proved to positively affect brand public engagement. The study implies that marketers should give attention to characteristics of brand public, and provide the ways by which members of brand public engage the brand. Additionally, marketers should pay more attention to both direct and indirect engagement activities of consumers toward brand public in social media to better understand their target consumers.

Purpose: This study was done to examine the relationship between self-reported attachment style, trait anger and anger expression in adolescent women. Method: Five hundred and eighty adolescent women were recruited from March to May, 2006. The instruments were Spielberger's state-trait anger expression inventory-Korean version (Chon, Han, Lee, & Spilelberger, 1997), and Batholomew & Holowitz's attachment style Questionnaire (1991). Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, and ANOVA using the pc-SPSS (version 10.0) program. Result: The mean score of trait anger and anger-in were higher in adolescent women with an insecure attachment style compared to women with a secure attachment style. Conclusion: This finding suggests that family environment factors such as attachment styles are related to trait anger and anger expression in adolescent women. There is a need to further clarify the relationship of attachment style, trait anger and anger expression in adolescent men.

DNA칩의 유전자 발현 데이터의 통합적 분석을 위하여 매트랩을 기반으로 한 통합분석 프로그램을 구축하였다. 이 프로그램은 유전자 발현 분석을 위해 일반적으로 많이 쓰는 방법인 Hierarchical clustering(HC), K-means, Self-organizing map(SOM), Principal component analysis(PCA)를 지원하며, 이외에 Fuzzy c-means방법과 최근에 발표된 Singular value decomposition(SVD) 분석 방법도 지원하고 있다. 통합분석프로그램의 성능을 알아보기 위하여 효모의 포자형성(sporulation)과 정의 유전자발현 데이터를 사용하였으며, 각 분석 방법에 따른 분석 결과를 제시하였으며, 이 프로그램이 유전자 발현데이타의 통합적인 분석을 위해 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 집단음악치료 기반 음악극 창작활동 프로그램이 지역아동센터 아동의 자아존중감, 자기표현력, 사회성 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 있다. 연구프로그램은 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 28명의 아동들을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 저학년 14명, 고학년 14명으로 구성되었다. 학년별 집단은 실험집단 7명, 통제집단 7명으로 배치하였으며, 실험집단은 총 12회기의 음악극 창작활동 프로그램에 참여하였다. 음악극 창작활동 프로그램은 탐색-창작-실행의 총 3단계로 구성되었으며, 각 단계는 아동들이 기존 음악극을 체험하고, 자신들의 음악극을 창작하여 음악극 발표를 경험할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 참여자의 변화를 확인하기 위해 자아존중감 척도, 자기표현능력 척도, 사회성기술평가척도를 사전, 사후에 실시하였다. 연구결과, 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교해 음악극 창작활동 프로그램에 참여 후 자아존중감, 자기표현력, 사회성 점수가 유의하게 증가했다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 단계적으로 구성된 집단음악치료 기반 음악극 창작활동에서 제공되는 음악경험의 수준과 완성도가 발달기 아동의 개인적 사회적 역량강화에 긍정적 경험이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

Major characteristics of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) are sustaining of sternness and pluripotency by self-renewal. In this report, transcriptional profiles of the molecules in the developmentally important signaling pathways including Wnt, BMP4, $TGF-\beta$, RTK, Hh, Notch, and JAK/STAT signaling pathways were investigated to understand the self-renewal of mouse ESCs (mESCs), J1 line, and compared with the NIH3T3 cell line and mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells as controls. In the Wnt signaling pathway, the expression of Wnt3 was seen widely in mESCs, suggesting that the ligand may be an important regulator for self-renewal in mESCs. In the Hh signaling pathway, the expression of Gli and N-myc were observed extensively in mESCs, whereas the expression levels of in a Shh was low, suggesting that intracellular molecules may be essential for the self-renewal of mESCs. IGF-I, IGF-II, IGF-IR and IGF-IIR of RTK signaling showed a lower expression in mESCs, these molecules related to embryo development may be restrained in mESCs. The expression levels of the Delta and HESS in Notch signaling were enriched in mESCs. The expression of the molecules related to BMP and JAK-STAT signaling pathways were similar or at a slightly lower level in mESCs compared to those in MEF and NIH3T3 cells. It is suggested that the observed differences in gene expression profiles among the signaling pathways may contribute to the self-renewal and differentiation of mESCs in a signaling-specific manner.

누구나 경험하는 상실경험은 보다 어린 시기에 경험되었을 경우에 더 부정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 청소년기 상실경험에 대한 정서표현과 부정적 정서조절방략이 우울에 미치는 영향에 대한 자존감의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구에 참여한 총 380명의 대학생을 대상으로 지금까지 어떤 상실을 경험했는지, 상실 경험 후의 정서표현과 부정적 정서조절방략이 자존감의 정도에 따라 어떻게 우울에 영향을 끼치는 가를 알아보기 위해 SPSS 21.0과 Amos21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 상실경험에 대한 정서표현은 우울에 부적인 관계를 보였고(${\beta}=-.180$, p<.01), 부정적 정서조절 방략은 우울과 정적인 관계(${\beta}=.266$, p<.001)를 보였다. 그리고 상실경험에 대한 정서표현은 자존감수준을 증가시킴으로 우울 수준을 감소시키며, 상실경험에 대한 부정적 정서조절방략은 자존감 수준을 저하시킴으로 우울 수준을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상실 이후 경험하게 되는 다양한 정서적 경험에 대해 누구에게라도 말하는 경험이 많을수록, 자신을 비난하지 않고 긍정적으로 생각하려고 할수록, 높은 자존감을 유지할수록 우울을 덜 경험할 수 있을 것이라고 예측해 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 통합치유프로그램이 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자의 자아존중감과 자기표현능력 및 성적 자기결정 능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 K지역의 여성장애인 성폭력상담소에 의뢰된 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자 8명이다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 SPSS Win 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 사전·사후 검사에 따른 T-test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 통합치유프로그램은 첫째, 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자의 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의미(t=-4.183, p<0.001)하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 자기표현능력도 통계적으로 유의미(t=-5.103, p<0.001)하게 개선되었다. 셋째, 성적 자기결정능력에 있어서도 긍정적인 행동의 변화(t=-26.346, p<0.001)를 유도함으로써 통합치유프로그램의 효과성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자의 심리·정서적 치유를 위해 통합치유프로그램을 적극적으로 활용하여야 함을 시사한다.

This research intends to check what value and convenience the on-line brand community members pursue and how such value and convenience affects brand affection. Researching on-line brand community members of ipod, it was found that their value and convenience is composed of 3 types, namely, functional value, emotional value and self-expression value and the concept of brand affection is composed of 3 subsidiary factors, namely, 'love', 'interest' and 'immersion.' Checking how the functional, emotional and self-expression convenience of on-line brand community members affected brand affection, the following result was found. First, functional value and convenience has significant influence on the love affection only at the level of brand affection and has no influence on the relational and immersion affection. Second, self-expression value and convenience has significant influence only on the love affection of brand like functional value and convenience. Third, it was found that emotional value has significant influence on the 3 dimensions of brand affection, namely, love affection, interest affection and immersion affection.

Today's young generation users are very active in expressing themselves through smart phones, form networks in this cyber space and express their identities freely. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how young people in their 20s are expressing themselves through smart phones and the differences from the attempt of self-expression in the existing cyber space. The research method was an in-depth interview, which was a qualitative research method, aimed at people in their 20s, so that they could freely talk about their thoughts and feelings. In-depth interviews are useful for users' psychological and in-depth analysis of behavior.
