하이-패스 필터링에 의한 격자형 수치표고모델의 중심점 추출 (The Selection of Significant Points from Grid DEM by High-Pass Filtering)

  • 일반적으로 수치표고모델은 데이타 획득의 자동화 및 관리가 용이한 격자망의 형태로 구성되어져 왔다. 그러나 격자형 수치표고모델은 일정한 간격으로 데이타를 추출하기 때문에 지형의 특성을 정확하고 상세하게 나타내기 위하여는 많은 데이타 용량을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 격자형 수치표고모델로부터 지형을 대표할 수 있는 중심점을 추출함으로써 압축된 수치표고 모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지형의 중심점이 1차미분 연산자 및 라플라스 연산자에 의한 하이-패스 필터링에 의하여 추적되어 진다. 본 연구의 결과 압축된 수치표고모델을 구축하는데 있어서 라플라스 연산자가 1차미분 연산자보다 더 효과적인 하이-패스 필터임을 알 수 있었다.

  • The importance of project performance management as an alternative for solving problems is rising, which are followed by the hardships of managing construction project in the construction industry. This research classifies and applies the improvements made by the operator's work, in order to apply factors of success on the construction project, as performance management factors. In addition, in order to predict the results reflecting the project characteristic of performance management factor un-improvable by the operator in the initial stage of construction, the effect of project characteristic to the performance was drawn by performance difficulty. Also, in order to improve the predicted performance, researches on setting valid best practices according to the performance territory through a correlation analysis between the best practices improvable through the operator's work, and the performance was made.

철도 관제권 운영주체 선정을 위한 평가항목 개발 (Development of Evaluation Factors for Selecting Operator of Rail Traffic-Control)

  • 최근 정부에서는 철도경쟁체제 도입에 따른 관제권 이관을 추진함에 따라 관련 기관간 첨예한 반응을 보이고 있어, 관제권 운영주체 선정에 대한 합리적 객관적 평가항목과 기준이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 철도 관제권 운영주체를 선정하기 위한 평가항목으로 안전성, 보안성, 효율성, 공정성 등 5가지 항목을 도출하고, AHP분석을 위해 각 항목에 대해 3가지 수준으로 위계를 설정한 후, 각 항목별 가중치를 도출하였다. 관련 분야별 비교를 위해 평가항목에 대한 중요도를 철도운영자, 시설관리자 그리고 관련 학연전문가 그룹으로 나누어 설문 및 분석하였다. 분석결과 관제권을 담당하는 기관을 선정할 때 안전성이 가장 중요한 항목으로 도출되었으며, 이해관계에 따라 공정성 또는 보안성, 그리고 효율성 등이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 관제업무에 대한 적정 운영주체를 5점 척도로 평가한 결과 철도운영자가 2.75점, 그리고 철도시설관리자가 3.83점으로 향후 철도시장 다변화에 따른 관제권의 운영주체는 철도시설관리자가 더 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 향후, 철도 관제권 운영주체에 대한 선정 시 본 연구에서 도출된 평가항목 및 기준을 활용한다면 좀 더 합리적 객관적 운영주체 선정이 이루어 질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정량적 위험해석을 이용한 크레인 낙하물의 위험성 평가에 관한 연구 (Risk Assessment of Dropped Object in Offshore Engineering through Quantified Risk Analysis)

  • Previous methods to evaluate the risk of dropped objects rely on personnel experience of the engineer or operator without analyzed data. However analyzing historical statistic data is the best approach to find the safest operation route and to achieve more reasonable and reliable calculation results. By counting the failure frequency and fatal accident rate the risk can be quantified, and so controlled or mitigated with best economical risk reducing measures. This analysis gives a crane operator with useful information for selecting the best crane operation route, and a designer with an estimation of risk level for the dropped objects from a safety point of view.

Perception of the HACCP system operators on livestock product manufacturers

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate crucial factors on HACCP system implementation in domestic livestock product plants, and to offer job satisfaction and the career prospect of HACCP system operators. The survey was carried out by selecting 150 HACCP system operators who implemented HACCP system. The respondents claimed that the most important contents in HACCP system operation were to assemble HACCP team (21.8%), and the second was to monitoring (20.0%). Documentation and recording (16.9%) and verification (11.1%) were followed. The respondents answered the major factor in sanitation management was cleaning/washing/disinfection (18.9%) and inspection (18.4%). The results showed that there were significant differences in the prospect of occupation in HACCP system operator by the gender (p < 0.015), age, livestock product facilities, service period, and position (p < 0.001). The respondents from HACCP system operator were satisfied with their job (73%) and also showed optimistic prospect of occupation (82%).

  • In this paper, the importance of including small image features at the initial levels of a progressive second generation video coding scheme is presented. It is shown that a number of meaningful small features called details shouuld be coded in order to match their perceptual significance to the human visual system. We propose a method for extracting, perceptually selecting and coding of visual details in a video sequence using morphological laplacian operator and modified post-it transform is very efficient for improving quality of the reconstructed images.

  • In this paper an advanced algorithm for selecting a seam line automatically, which used to be selected by human operator for mosaicked images is presented. In addition to four factors proposed by automation theory, the FOM(Figure Of Merit) of tie point were taken into account to suggest the method to select a seam line applicatively and the algorithm was applied to mosaic test images.

  • 이 글에서는 국내의 PCS 표준 방식을 결정하기 위한 판단 기준과 여러 가지 고려 사항을 제시하고 이러한 기준에 의한 평가 결과 upbanded IS-95가 가장 적절한 방식임을 설명하였다. 그리고 CDMA 방식의 신규 셀룰라 사업자인 신세기 통신이 upbanded IS-95 방식의 PCS사업을 하기에 가장 적합한 사업자임을 논하였다. 그 다음 신세기 통신의 PCS 연구개발 추진 방안과 전략을 설명하였다. PCS 시스템 개발을 위해 국내제조업체와 추진하고 있는 공동개발에 관련한 사항을 기술하였다. 그리고 향후의 연구개발 추진 계획을 주요 항목별로 설명하였다. 지금까지 신세기통신이 추진해왔던 연구개발의 내용과 성과를 설명하고 그 중에서 PCS 망구성과 향후 제공하게 될 음성서비스, 부가서비스 및 무선 데이터서비스에 대한 사항을 설명하였다.

Development of a Dike Line Selection Method Using Multispectral Orthoimages and Topographic LiDAR Data Taken in the Nakdong River Basins

  • Dike lines are important features for describing the detailed shapes of dikes and for detecting topographic changes on dike surfaces. Historically, dike lines have been generated using only the LiDAR data. This paper proposes a new methodology for selecting an appropriate dike line on various dike surfaces using the topographic LiDAR data and multispectral orthoimages taken in the Nakdong River basins. The fi rst baselines were generated from the given LiDAR data using the modified convex hull algorithm and smoothing spline function, and the second baselines were generated from the given orthoimages by the Canny operator. Next, one baseline was selected among the two baselines at 10m intervals by comparing their elevations, and the selected baseline at 10m interval was defined as the dike line segment. Finally, the selected dike line segments were connected to construct the 3D dike lines. The statistical results show that the dike lines generated using both the LiDAR data and multispectral orthoimages had the improved horizontal and vertical accuracies than the dike lines generated only using the LiDAR data on the various dike surfaces.

시설재배용 무인작업기를 위한 X-Y 테이블형 이동 시스템 개발 (A Traveling Control System with the X-Y Table Actuator for Unmanned Operation in the Greenhouse)

  • In this study. a traveling control system was developed to transfer a machine without an operator in the working zone. The dimension of the system was modelized to design and construct smaller than that of real configuration of a greenhouse. For this system, the fixed path type was used to detect exact position during operating a manless machine. and the X-Y table actuator type to escape a unique path, which had the disadvantage in a fixed path type environment. Based on the results of this research the following conclusions were made : 1. This system used two screws to move toward horizontal direction, and a Plate to reach at any points in the working zone. 2. The software combined the functions of path selection and motor operation to control into one program. The path selection program was a menu driven program written in Visual Basic, and the motor operation program was written in Borland C++ for actuating motors. 3. The path-select mode of the program was used by selecting the desired paths, and the user path-create mode by selecting a random path in the path-selection program. 4. The system proved to be a reliable system for operating a manless machine, since accuracy and precision to reach the positions were less than 1%.
