Finding an optimal solution in MADN[(Multi-Attribute Decision-Making) problems is difficult, when the number of alternatives, or that of attributes is relatively large Most of the existing mathematical approaches arrive at a final solution on the basis of many unrealistic assumptions, without reflecting the decision-maker's preference structure exactly. In this paper we suggest a model that helps us find a group consensus without assessing these parameters in specific cardinal values. Therefore, This research provides a comprehensive Decision Making of the theory and methods applicable to the analysis of decisions that involve risk and multiple criteria attributes. after, The emphasis of the procedure will be on developments from the fields of decisions analysis and utility theory of Taguchi Method. This theoretical development will be illustrated through the discussion of several real-world application and a case study. When the multiple number of decision makers are involved in the decision making procedure, the problem of uncertainties invariably occurs, because of the different views between them. In this paper, New decision making model using Taguchi Method is applied to effectively model the multi-attribute-decision making(MADM) procedure in the uncertainties dominated two area(quantitative and qualitative factors), Quantitative factors evaluation is used Loss Function of Taguchi, qualitative factors evaluation is used 50 ratio by each specialist. thus it can be used for aiding of preferable alternative. as a result, We will be proved efficiency about New decision making model of applied Taguchi Method with Analytical presentation of all the expecting outcomes when a specific strategy or an alternative plan is selected under expecting future environment.

In recent years, there have been emerging the establishment and extension of sewage treatment facilities in many cities due to population growth and high standard for sewage treatment. The objective of this study is to develop and implement a Data Management Library which could deal with enormous amount of graphic and attribute data effectively and afficiently. Based on the Data Management Library developed, the Sewage Treatment Management System(STMS) was Implemented and investigated in preparation for the extension of sewage treatment facilities. Cheongju city enviromental station was selected as a test site. We first analyzed current work flow in sewage treatment and then performed database design suitable for managing sewage treatment in effective fashion. The STMS consists mainly of two parts : one is for manipulating the graphic and attribute data and the other for application of sewage treatment related works. Conclusively, the STMS developed in this study could be utilized as a comer stone for an effective maintenance and management of sewage treatment.
This study is to analyze the effect of product involvement on consumer purchase process. From review on previous involvement literatures, enduring product involvement can be defined as "a person's arousal and motivational state activated by product on the basis of his basic value, objective and ego-relevance." To evaluate the effect of involvement on product purchase process, 11 hyphotheses concerning behavioral aspects which is expected to comprise consumer purchase process and to be influenced by degree of involvement were constructed: prepurchase information search, alternative brand comparision, utilization of product attribute, brand differentiation, brand commitment, product knowledge, influence of reference group, dependence on price, price awareness, cognitive dissonance and purchase optimization. Hyphotheses are tested with data from 388 housewives through 20 item involvement scale developed with multi-dimensional perspective on involvement. The scale successfully provides rank order of 8 selected products expected to cover the spectrum of product involvement: formal clothes, coffee, washing machine, shampoo, perfume, detergent, soft drink, pain-reliever as the order of product involvement. Major findings of this study are as follow. First of all, incresed differences were found in hihg involvement product like formal clothes with respect to the degree of prepurchase information search, alternative brand comparision, utilization of product attribute, influence of reference group in any method of analysis. Secondly, invlovement should be interpreted as a consumer characteristic rather than a product one. This means that consumers involve themselves with products, instead products themselves do not have any involvement.
The purposes of this study were (1) to analyze the absolute and relative importance of tourists' choice attributes of restaurants and (2) to compare tourists' choice patterns with the prediction of restaurant operators in the tourism provinces of Gangwon-do, Empirical data for this study were collected from the 77 tourists and 66 restaurants operators. The attributes and attribute levels for the hypothetical profiles were decided from a focus group interview and 15 profiles were selected from fractional factorial designs. The SPSS/WIN 12,0 conjoint procedure was used to calculate the utility scores and simulate the profiles, According to the analysis on the relative importance of tourists' choice attributes of restaurants, food taste was the most important attribute(36.9%), followed by facility cleanliness(28.5%), dishes cleanliness(24.5%), price(19.3%) and service(18.3%). The tourists' ratings of the importance of the individual attributes differed from the ranking of the relative importance of the same attributes as derived from the conjoint analysis. The operators rated dishes cleanliness(27.6%) as also important, followed by food taste(27.7%), in choosing a restaurant Tourists' preference and operators' prediction of hypothetical profiles showed significant difference in L(p < .05), O(p < .01), M(p < .05), and H(p < .01) restaurants. Operators who want to differentiate themselves from their competitors should make decisions based on an increased understanding of tourists' restaurant choice decision process and measure the latent needs of tourists in the tourism provinces.
The purpose of this study is to find out whether changed interactions due to reformatting has a significant effect on the play attribute of children's play from an instrumental point of view. Based on the study of Roser Caillois theory of play (Agon, Mimicry, Area, Ilinx) and previous studies, a questionnaire was written and experimental design was carried out through brick stack which are most preferred in the whole development of children. Brick stack were selected from physical and electronic spaces and the survey was conducted with children's experiences by dividing into experimental group and comparative group. Correlation and T-test results, the brick stack by reformating showed significant difference in the play attributes (Agon, Mimicry, Area, Ilinx) of Rose Caillois and we found that the effectiveness of play is doubled in the electronic space. Play properties evenly distributed in electronic space brick stacking suggest that pleasure and fun can double.

In this paper, we propose a new blockchain technology that could comply with GDPR. The proposed model can prevent illegal access by controlling access to the personal information according to a access policy. For example, it can control access to the information on a role-basis and information validation period. The core mechanism of the proposed model is to encrypt the personal information with public key which is associated with users attributes policy, and then decrypt it with a private key and users attributes based on a Attribute-based Encryption scheme. It can reduce a trusted third-part risk by replacing it with a number of nodes selected from the blockchain. And also the private key is generated in the form of one-time token to improve key management efficiency. We proved the feasibility by simulating the proposed model using the chaincode of the Hyperledger Fabric and evaluate the security.

This study aims to derive basic living service facility items in rural areas and construct related spatial data. To do this, a literature review on the laws and systems related to the residential environment and services in rural areas, rural spatial planning, and the 'Rural Convention' strategic plan reports for the Jeolla and Gyeongsang Region in 2021 was conducted. Primary data collection and review on the list of basic living service items in rural areas derived from the analysis were conducted. After data collection, 12 sectors and 44 types of rural basic living service items were derived; the data selection was carried out based on the clarity of the subject of data management, whether it was established nationwide, whether it was disclosed and provided, whether it was periodically updated, and whether it was an underlying law. Afterwards, data on the derived rural basic living service items were constructed. Afterwards, spatial data on the derived rural basic living service items were constructed. Because open data provided through various institutions were employed, data structure unification such as data attribute values and code names was needed, and abnormal data such as address errors and omissions were refined. After that, the data provided in text form was converted into spatial data through geocoding, and through comparative review of the distribution status of the converted data and the provided address, spatial data related to rural basic living services were finally constructed for about 540,000 cases. Finally, implications for data construction for diagnosing rural living areas were derived through the data collection and construction process. The derived implications include data unification, data update system establishment, the establishment of attribute values necessary for rural living area diagnosis and spatial planning, data establishment plan for facilities that provide various services, rural living area analysis method, and diagnostic index development. This study is meaningful in that it laid the foundation for data-based rural area diagnosis and rural planning, by selecting the basic rural living service items, and constructing spatial data on the selected items.

Earthwork is an operation that provides space for structures, and it takes up a large portion of the construction costs in a construction project. In large-scale earthwork, numerous types of construction equipment are used in the operation. The types of equipment should be selected based on the field conditions and the construction methods. These construction vehicles are constantly changing positions during the earthwork operation. Therefore, the equipment operators require effective communication to ensure the efficiency of the earthwork operation. All equipment operators should exchange information with the other equipment operators. Information should be exchanged continuously to support decision making and increase productivity during the earthwork operation at the construction site. This paper investigates the attributes required for an information interface between construction vehicles during an earthwork operation. This paper 1) discusses the importance of an information interface for construction vehicles in order to increase productivity during an earthwork operation, 2) analyses the types of attributes that need to be communicated between construction vehicles, and 3) provides a database that has been built for attribute control. The database built for the information interface between construction vehicles will enhance communication between vehicle operators. Table I shows the typical attributes that should be shared between the excavator operator and the dump truck operator. This information needs to be shared among the operators, as it helps them to plan the earthwork operation in a more efficient manner. A database has been developed to store this information in an entity relation diagram. A user-interface display environment is also developed to provide this information to the operators in the construction vehicles. The proposed interface can help exchange information effectively and facilitate a common understanding during the earthwork operation. For example, the vehicle operators will be aware of the planned volume, excavated volume, transportation time, and transportation numbers. As a part of this study, mobile devices, such as mobile phones and google glasses, will be used as hands-on communication tools.

In this study, we investigated high school students' analogy generating processes using the think-aloud method. Twelve high school students in Seoul participated in this study. The students were asked to generate analogies on ionic bonding and were also interviewed after their activities. Their activities and interviews were recorded and videotaped. After classifying the analogy generating processes into the three stages-encoding, exploring sources, and mapping, several process components were identified. The analyses of the results indicated that they checked the target concept given and selected one for a salient attribute among many attributes of the target concept at the stage of encoding. After selecting the salient attribute, they translated the salient attribute that is a scientific term into an everyday term, which is named as 'extracting salient similarities.' At the stage of exploring sources, they chose the sources based on salient similarities and chose the final source through circular processes, which included the process components of 'evaluating the sources' and 'discarding the sources.' At the final stage, they added the attributes to analogs and mapping them to the attributes of the target concept, which is named as 'mapping shared attributes.' There were some cases that 'mapping shared attributes' appeared after they specified the situation of analogs or assumed new situation, which is named as 'specifying the situations.' Some students recognized unshared attributes in their analogs.
