  • In this paper, the effects of the drive-in process parameters on the residual stress profile of the p+ silicon film has been investigated. All the residual stress profile has been estimated by the second-order polynomial. All the coefficients of the polynomial have been determined from the measurement of the deflections of cantilevers and a rotating beam by using a surface profiler meter and by means of focusing a calibrated microscope. As the drive-in temperature or the drive-in time increases, the boron concentration decreases and the magnitude of the average residual stress decreases. If the boron concentration decreases the tensile residual stress decreases except near the surface where the magnitude of compressive residual stress increases.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumption experience on customer satisfaction and customer happiness for dessert cafe. The survey was conducted with those who have visited dessert cafes in Seoul and Kyonggi area, using a convenience sampling method. After a total of 200 responses was collected, 172 responses were included for the multiple regression analyses in order to test the hypotheses. The results are as follows. First, it was found that consumption experience did not have an effect on customer satisfaction for dessert cafes. Second, the consumption experience (diversity, symbolism, sociality, and playfulness) of dessert cafe significantly impacted customer happiness. As a conclusion, consumption experience at dessert cafes has increased customer happiness by improving the psychological gratification rather than cognitive satisfaction.

  • The far-zone magnetic field patterns of a E-plane horn antenna with various edge structures are analyzed using UTD. The ray tracing method is used to lacate the shadow boundaries, and then GO and UTD are utilized to evaluate the incident, reflected, diffracted, surface diffaracted, and the second order diffracted, diffracted-reflected, and diffracted-reflected-diffracted waves existing in each region of interest. By doing this, we analyzed the effects of flanges or caps connected on the edge of a horn antenna on the side lobe and back lobe levels. Also, the validity of this paper is proved by comparing the analytical results with those of measurement and method of moment presented in the reference.

  • Dynamic characteristics of the bell-type structure including acoustic effects and transient dynamic problems were analyzed numerically. Natural frequencies, mode shapes and transient dynamic analysis used the finite element method with 3-D general shell element. Mode shapes and stress distributions of transient dynamic analysis were expressed by computer graphics. The method using this study was evaluated by comparision of theoretical results at reference papers(14), (15) and the experimental test using Fast Fourier Transform analyzer. Vibrational modes governing acoustic characteristics of the typical bell-type structure depended on the first flexural mode(4-0 mode) and the second flexural mode(6-0 mode). Asymmetric effects by Dangiwas, acoustic holes gave rise to beat frequencies, and the Dangjwa was found to be most effective. When impact load acted on the bell, stress concentration occured at the rim part of bell. It was found that the bell type structure should be designed thickly at the rim part in order to prevent impact load from stress concentration.

  • Interest to basal reinforced piled embankments is increasing recently due to their rapid construction and reliability. A comprehensive parametric study is conducted to determine effects of pile properties, reinforcement stiffness, embankment properties and soft soil properties into settlements, pressures and excess pore water pressure development and dissipations. Results which are obtained by using one-layer reinforcement during construction are compared with the results obtained by using two-layer reinforcement during construction. Finite element method is used during the parametric study. Second layer of reinforcement is placed in five different positions in order to reveal effects of reinforcement position into behaviour. Traffic load is also taken into consideration during the study. Differences between the results without presence of traffic loading and with presence of traffic loading is stated in this the study.

  • In order to research effects of Bettazone on the glycosuria complication patient, according to the Study of administration of Bettazone on 31 person clinical research object people (intermediate falling off sleeping inclusion) who were diagnosed Sasang constitution at department of Sasang constitutional Medicine in Dongeui Oriental Hospital, e investigated and analyzed the glycosuria complication symptoms, a glycosuria clinical symptoms and the clinical pathological examination, The result of Et, Level of FBS(it excepts first, second exam.) and Level of HBA1c (it excepts first, sixth exam.) from the clinical pathological result were significantly decreased. but, The improvement ratio of symptoms improvement was not high. It comes to think that the additional research on the improvement of symptoms will be necessary.

  • An oxide fuel small size core (1200 MWt) was analyzed in comparison with a large size core (3600 MWt) in order to evaluate the size effects on transient safety performances of liquid-metal reactors (LMRs). in the first part of the study, main static safety parameters (i.e., Doppler coefficient, sodium void effect, etc.) of the two cores were characterized, and the second part of the study was focused on the dynamic behavior of the cores in two representative transient events: the unprotected loss-of-flow(ULOF) and the unprotected transient overpower (UTOP). Margins to fuel molting and sodium boiling have been evaluated for these representative transients. Results show that the small core has a generally better or equivalent level of safety performances during these events.

  • Morphology of low density polyethylene(LDPE) such as the degree of crystallinity changes with thermal history etc. In order to clarify the effects of morphological changes on electrical breakdown, we studied direct current and impulse breakdown phenomena of LDPE films heat-treated at 100[$^{\circ}C$] for 1[H] in silicone oil and subsequently cooling to various ways. The degree of crystallinity was estimated by the infra red absorption and X-ray diffraction measurements for the specimens of slowly cooled, cooled in water, original, and cooled in liquid nitrogen gas. As the result, we obtained that the first, second, third, and fourth was slowly cooled of 70.23[%], cooled in water of 61.6[%], original specimen of 56.75[%], and cooled in liquid nitrogen gas of 34.7[%] respectively. The crystalline size and distribution of specimens were researched by Differential scanning calolimeter measurements.

  • Second-order rate constants have been measured spectrophotometrically for the nucleophilic substitution reactions of S-p-nitrophenyl thiobenzoate with various anionic nucleophiles including 6 ${\alpha}$-effect nucleophiles. A good Bronsted correlation has been observed for the reactions with 7 aryloxides. However, p-chlorothiophenoxide and hydroxide ions exhibit significantly positive and negative deviations, respectively, from the Bronsted plot. The deviations are attributed to the effect of polarizability and solvation rather than a change in the reaction mechanism. The ${\alpha}$-effect nuceophiles except highly basic ones demonstrate remarkably enhanced nucleophilicity. The effects of solvation and/or polarizability are proposed to be important for the cause of the ${\alpha}$-effect.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the effects of organizational citizenship behavior on innovative behavior and intention to leave, and the moderating effects of self-efficacy in Korea Politechnics' teachers and professors. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 206 employees of Korea Politechnics campus. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior. Second, courtesy, conscientiousness, sportsmanship appeared to be negatively related with intention to leave. Third, self-efficacy moderated negatively the relationship between altruism and intention to leave. Fourth, self-efficacy moderated negatively the relationship between sportsmanship and intention to leave.
