최근 과학 글쓰기에 관한 연구에서는 중등학교 과학 시간 또는 과학적 탐구 시간에 글쓰기 기회가 주어져야 한다는 인식이 점점 널리 확산되고 있다. 그러나 현재 과학교사들은 과학 글쓰기 교수에 필요한 자질과 능력을 충분하게 지니고 있지 않은 실정이며, 그런 자질과 능력의 함양에 목적이 있는 과학교사의 직전 연수 및 현직 연수에 적용할 수 있는 과학 글쓰기 교육 기준이 개발이 절실히 요구된다. 이 논문에서는 과학 글쓰기를 위한 과학교사 교육 및 연수 프로그램의 개발과 과학 글쓰기 교수-학습 내용의 선정 조직에 적용할 수 있는 과학 글쓰기 교육 기준을 제시한다. 이 목적은 문헌조사 방법을 적용해 달성하였다. 과학글쓰기 기준은 네 영역으로 나눈 다음, 각 영역을 다시 2-3개의 교육 기준으로 나누고, 각 교육 기준을 하위교육 기준으로 소분화하여 제시한다. 이 논문에서는 총 42개의 하위교육 기준이 제시되어 있다.

The study aimed to define all the main determinants of writing a research paper in an integrated manner within the requirements of the science network journals, by introducing scientific research and the steps of writing a research paper, starting from choosing the title to writing the abstract, identifying the research problem, questions, importance and objectives of the study, how to choose previous studies, research methodology and tools, discussion and results In addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for science network journals, recommendations, choosing appropriate references and choosing the appropriate references, in addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for the journals of the Network of Science, the researcher used the method of analytical investigative research to find out the axes of the study and analyze different reference citation methods to deal with different sources of information (articles-books-theses-conference works-reviews), In addition to studying the most important international programs for measuring plagiarism ratios that are accredited within the journals of the Science Network, and the study concluded that the researcher must present original and innovative results, add an integrated and logical work, take into account all the scientific conditions in the design of the research, its steps and ethics, and take into account the international standards in citing Reference, taking into account the rates of plagiarism within Web of Science journals.

이 연구는 국제독서협회에서 제시한 독서교육자 전문성 기준, 언어교육 기준, 읽기 쓰기 평가기준을 살펴보고, 이 기준이 우리 문헌정보학과 도서관의 독서교육에 비추어 어떤 의미를 지니는지 고찰하였다. 국제독서협회는 언어교육의 관점에서 독서교육을 접근하고 있는데, 이 협회는 독서교육자를 7유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별 전문성 기준을 제시하고 있다. 언어교육 기준은 독서를 포함한 언어교육의 내용과 방향을 제시하기 위한 문서이며 독서교육을 계획, 전개, 실천하는 과정에서 참고할 수 있는 기준이다. 그리고 읽기 쓰기 평가기준은 언어평가의 목적과 방법을 규정함으로써 학생의 독서수준을 평가할 수 있는 근거를 제공하고 있다. 이 기준들이 우리 상황에서 지니는 의미는, 독서교육자 기준은 독서교육자의 범위를 명확하게 규정하고, 이들에게 책무성을 강화시키며, 양성과정을 정비할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있다. 언어교육 기준은 일관된 독서교육을 실천하고 구체적 교육방법을 구상하는 지침으로 활용할 수 있으며, 읽기 쓰기 평가기준은 독서능력을 측정하고 대상자의 수준에 맞는 독서교육을 실시하는데 중요한 의미를 지닌다.

This study is to suggest the legal issues and some question to solve on the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. The results of the study are following. First, It discuss the legal meaning on the approved books. The meaning of the approved books means the curriculum books are subject to an approval by the Minister of Education, Science and Technology in order to use term in case where there exist no government-designated books and authorized, or where it is difficult to use term or it is necessary to supplement them. Second It deals with the legal issues on the approved books in fisheries and marine science education. The main issue is in harmony with the regimentation and self-regulation of education. This matter is the legal problems on the power for the standards of the textbooks approval and the rights for the organization of the textbooks. Third, It treats the problems of the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. The problems is system of statute and concept of approved books, the rights of nation and local government, standards of approved books, and writing and practical use of approved books. I generalize legal issues on the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. Hence, it is necessary to deeply study each subject in the legal aspect of the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest policy directions for small retail markets in Korea by statistical analysis, which would help small retailers who are facing various difficulties. Research design, data, methodology - This study diagnoses the problems faced by small retail industries in Korea based on government statistics. In addition, this study identifies three areas for successful collaboration between the SSMs and traditional markets-information distribution, products, and fair trade. Results - This study makes three recommendations-information distribution, products, and fair trade. This includes activation of the existing mutual collaboration efforts, channels, CSR report writing and publicity, ethical management cooperation seminars, contract systems of no return, establishment of staff outsourcing standards, and support for suppliers' organizations. Conclusions - Our suggestions for a collaborative system (based on the three suggestions) show that collaboration rather than confrontation between large and small markets can lead to a sales increase of 2,258.2 billion Won, which is equivalent to the sales loss in 11 traditional markets in one year in Busan.

최근 인구 고령화에 따른 골다공증 환자의 증가 및 의료기기 시장의 성장으로 인해 엑스선골밀도측정기 시장이 커지고 있으며, 이에 따른 의료기기 허가 심사건수가 증가하고 있다. 의료기기 기술문서는 의료기기의 허가 심사 시 가장 기본이 되는 문서로 필수 제출 첨부자료 중 하나이다. 기술문서는 의료기기 관련 법령 및 고시에 그 근거를 두고 있으며, 의료기기 전반적인 항목을 기술해야하는 만큼 작성자의 전문성이 필요한 항목이다. 하지만 최근 부정확한 작성의 증가로 인한 심사자들의 업무부담이 증가되고 있어 민원 처리 효율이 저하되고 있다. 특히 엑스선골밀도측정기의 경우 식품의약품안전처 기준규격이 없어, 의료기기 제조/수입업체 등에서 시험항목을 설정하는 데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개선된 제도가 반영된, 엑스선골밀도측정기 기술문서 작성 가이드라인 개발을 위해 첫째, 개선된 제도 운영에 대한 조사, 품목별 의료기기의 제도 적용에 따른 문서 작성 방법 검토, 기 허가된 품목에 대한 허가 및 기술문서 검토를 완료하였다. 둘째, 품목별 시장현황 조사, 적용 가능한 국내 외 규격을 조사 분석하여 품목별 국제조화된 안전성 및 성능평가 시험기준 및 방법을 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 산 연 관 전문가협의체 논의를 거쳐 기술문서 작성 가이드라인(안)을 최종 도출하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop applicable standards for clinical dental hygiene practice in Korea and to evaluate their validity. Methods: Based on the standards for clinical dental hygiene practice developed in the United States and Canada, the standards were adapted to be applicable in Korea. The validity of the standards was evaluated by a self-writing questionnaire among 14 professors and 10 clinicians using a developed tool for evaluating the standards. A focus group interview was additionally conducted for clinicians to increase the validity of the standards. Descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney test were performed using SPSS 25.0. To analyze the content of the focus group interviews, content analysis was conducted. Results: The standards for clinical dental hygiene practice consisted of five elements of professionalism for dental hygienists and a total of 28 items to perform the five stages of dental hygiene process of care (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) and included conceptual meaning, clinical significance, and application methods with examples for each item. Conclusions: The standards for clinical dental hygiene practice developed in this study could contribute to standardizing dental clinical practices provided by dental hygienists. It is necessary to consistently improve the standards that are highly practical, to prevent oral diseases and maintain oral health of the public, based on the results of this validity evaluation.

초록작성의 현황을 이해하고 초록의 내용을 조사하기 위하여 사회과학 분야의 전국규모 학술지를 대상으로 현황조사와 내용분석을 하였다. 12개 학문 102종의 학술지 중에서 $53\%$에 해당하는 54종이 초록을 수록하고 있었으며, 34종이 초록관련 편집규정을 가지고 있으며, 33종이 한글초록을 수록하고 있었다. 조사에 근거하여 초록작성이 일상화된 4개 학문의 중앙학술지를 선정. 149개의 초록을 표집하여 6개의 통계적 특성 변인과 12개의 필수내용요소 불필요한 내용요소 문체적요소 변인에 대하여 분석하였다. 통계적 특성은 학문별로 다양하고 범위가 크다. 특히 초록당 평균 문단 수와 자수가 기존의 규격과 크게 차이가 있다. 내용분석 결과 $50\%$가 필수내용요소를 포함하고 있지 않으며 $39\%$는 불필요한 요소를 포함하고 있다. 문체적 분석에서는 불필요한 1인칭 상당어귀와 대명사의 남용이 두드러진 현상으로 나타났다. 사회과학 학술지의 저자초록은 외형적 구조에서뿐만 아니라 내용과 문체 면에서도 크게 개선되어야 할 문제점을 가지고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze elementary school teachers' implementation for the emphasis on the revision, major contents, teaching and learning method, and evaluation in the 2009 revised national science curriculum. To fulfill the purpose of this study we carried out a survey with 222 elementary school teachers. Main findings of this research were as follows: First, they highly agreed to the increase in class hours and the application of subject classroom, but they had a lower recognition for setting the subject groups. Second, the degree of necessity in discussion and STS was relatively high, but the degree of implementation in science writing, discussion and STEAM was low. Third, in teaching and learning method, they showed a high performance for mutual cooperation, student-led activities and communication, but, a low implementation for open inquiry and instruction considering individual differences. Fourth, in the evaluation of science learning, they showed a high implementation for evaluation based on achievement standards and one based on the understanding and application of basic concepts, but, a low implementation for the development of common evaluation tools. Fifth, it seemed that their recognition for amount, level and interest of science contents and inquiry activities was appropriate and positive.

Diffractive Optical Elements(DOEs) diffracts incident light using the diffraction phenomenon of light to generate a desired diffraction image. In recent years, the use of diffraction optics, which can replace existing refractive optical elements with flat plates, has been increased by implementing various optical functions that could not be implemented in refractive optical devices and by becoming miniaturized and compacted optical elements. Direct laser lithography is typically used to effectively fabrication such a diffractive optical element in a large area with a low process cost. In this study, the process conditions for fabricating patterns of diffractive optical elements in various shapes were found using direct laser lithographic system, and optical performance evaluation was performed through fabrication.
