Three people with job search developmental disabilities who have been in a state of unemployment for three years after graduating from a special high school course participated in the experiment. In order to verify the meaningful functional relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, multiple probe design across subjects, one of the main techniques of a single object study, was used. The experimental conditions according to the research design consisted of the steps of baseline, intervention, maintenance, and generalization. The dependent variable of this study is the restaurant cooking aid skills in the cafeteria, and three subskills such as side dish arrangement, sink arrangement, and dish washing were combined by task analysis. And the independent variable of this study was composed of procedures and methods to teach the environment, tools and materials related to the performance of dependent variables to the developmental disabled people at home by using real-time image technique through zoom service, and the contents of the performance by stages of task analysis. In addition, independent variables were applied to the subjects in the course of the extracurricular activities with the theme and contents of lifelong education for the disabled at university. Students who completed the above extracurricular activities practiced the intervention scene of the researcher through the screen sharing of zoom service. As a result, the subjects with developmental disabilities effectively acquired and maintained the positive response performance of dependent variables through independent variables. The subjects also showed high positive responses to generalization tests conducted in kitchens in cafeterias located elsewhere in the same university.

  • The National Education Information System (NEIS), one of ERP systems developed by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, has been utilized in primary and secondary schools. In this paper, we considered the NEIS should be used not only for educational administration affairs, but also for a lifelong management of National Human Resource. The current School Information Management System (SIMS) is unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of actual field suitability and user's conveniency. For solving such problems, the system rebuilding or revision should be accompanied by. As a guideline of revision and supplement of the SIMS, we suggest an application useful in both schools and clinics by the integrating healthcare management information of people. For this, we propose a lifelong healthcare information management by integrating Student Health Records of the NEIS with Electronic Medical Records of doctors' offices. The healthcare information is designed and represented in XML. We applied different XSL style-sheets to XML documents in order to offer a view suitable for demands of schools and clinics. The healthcare information can be managed and utilized efficiently by using the view. We ascertained that the lifelong Healthcare Information Management System is an improvement to overcome the inefficiency of healthcare information management and the connection inadequacy between schools and medical institutions, and is desirable for a lifelong management of the National Human Resource.

  • The National Education Information System(NEIS) has been utilized in primary and secondary schools. In this paper, we consider the NEIS should be used not only for educational administration affairs, but also for a lifelong management of national human resource. The current School Information Management System(SIMS), including the NEIS, is unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of actual field suitability and end-user's conveniency. To this, we have devised improvements of the SIMS in the seven problem areas: ) The core business process of the school should be analyzed sufficiently and reflected in SIMS. (2) We should fully utilize groupware functions which activate the learning organization. (3) We might apply and use the CRM techniques of enterprises in SIMS. (4) The SIMS should be easy to make necessary school assessment data. (5) We should complement functions of the SIMS for a lifelong healthcare information management of national human resource. (6) The SIMS should support the school lunch management. (7) We should bring BOM and work-flow concepts into the SIMS.

Through purposive sampling, the study recruited 163 full-time housewives over age 40 years who live in C City. As a result, first, 87.1 percent of all respondents, or 142, said they were willing to participate in lifelong learning in the future. There was no statistically significant difference in the results of cross-checking by age, educational background and monthly household income variables. Additionally, we used cluster analysis to measure differences in participation intentions according to the perception of human resource development of middle-old aged full-time housewives. The perception variable of lifelong learning is: First, Cognitive degree, second, importance, third, activation awareness. Cluster 1(n=16) was divided into generally low-perception types, such as cognitive degree, importance, and life-long learning activation of the C city, while Cluster 2(n=61) was classified as a type of person who thinks that lifelong learning is important to life and Cluster 3(n=86) was generally classified as a type with a higher lifelong learning perception. and we found that there was no difference in the intention to participate in lifelong learning by all cluster Lastly, we found that participants who valued human resource development scored significantly higher on measures of cognition than those who did not value it. Based on these results, we advocates social change that encourages the cultivation of talent through lifelong learning programs that can positively affect one's unique identity, not just wife and mother, and provide opportunities for self-development.
