Purpose: Healthcare is on the whole a personal and critical service that consumer's use, whereas hospitalization is as a rule painful, because nature nurtures and Sun Light Luminosity for healthcare settings is considered healing. The performance and design of climate responsive buildings such as AKU requires a detailed study of attributes of climate both at micro as well as macro level. The therapeutic value of contact with nature through window view, greenery and landscape is calculated there. Method: A two prong strategy is been devised for this article, at micro level three typical morphologies are analysed by creating same environment of neighboring building on sun shading chart, radiation and temperature range. Since the analysis of local climate helps to determine the design strategies for hospital Healing Environment which is suitable for Karachi climate; in order to track the macro climatic behaviour, a considerable analysis of psychometrics chart for AKU Karachi are designed on Climate Consultant (CC) and analysed by Machine Learning. Climate Consultant proposes different design strategies suitable for Karachi. And on the other hand time wise illumination sources for clinical area which are then measured on psychrometric chart- according to singular space: multi patient admission, secondly: acute ambulatory ward, and tertiary: multi windowed space according to the mushrabiyah and sky light pattern. Result: Our findings support the hypothesis that windowed wall is 75-80% more healing wall; an accelerated evidence was found for healing at macro level if the form of the hospital is designed according to the climatologically preferences, whereas at micro level: the light resource becomes the staff attentiveness determinant. In Conclusion evidence was provided that the actual form of luminosity results consequently in satisfaction while light entering from several set of windows and other sources might be valued if design according to the healing environment. The data added on the sun shading chart to calculate rays entraining into space in patient room equal to 124416.21 Watts/ meter $m^2$ is calculated as precise healing rate-and is confirmed by questionnaire from patients belonging from each clinical stage having different illnesses.

본 연구는 컨설턴트의 역량이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향 그리고 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 관계 및 컨설팅 참여기업의 컨설팅에 대한 이해도와 참여도가 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하기 위하여, 기술보증기금으로부터 기술·경영컨설팅 지원을 받은 154개 중소기업으로부터 회수되어진 103개 설문지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 컨설턴트의 능력, 지식, 태도부분으로 구분된 컨설턴트 역량 중에서 지식 부문(β=.377, p<.001)과 태도 부문(β=.461, p<.001)이 컨설팅 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.623)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 컨설팅 성과는 컨설팅 활용도 및 재구매 의도(β=.817, p<.001)에 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.668)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 수진기업의 컨설팅 이해도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 못하였으나, 컨설팅 참여도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 유아기와 아동기 자녀를 둔 어머니를 대상으로 준전문가로서 "부모 참 역량" 컨설턴트를 양성하는 프로그램을 개발, 적용하고 프로그램에 참여한 어머니들의 "부모 참 역량" 증진 효과를 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유아와 아동 어머니 14명을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하였으며, "부모 참 역량" 척도를 활용하여 이들의 "부모 참 역량"을 프로그램 사전, 사후에 측정하였다. 또한 프로그램 적용 후 어머니들의 "부모 참 역량"변화를 알아보기 위하여 개별 심층면담을 실시하였다. 양적 분석 결과, "부모 참 역량" 컨설턴트 양성 프로그램은 어머니의 발달적 양육 역량을 비롯한 "부모 참 역량"의 5개 하위요인 모두의 증진에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다. 질적으로는 어머니들은 대부분 본 프로그램에 참여 후 자신의 양육 역량(양육지식의 변화, 부모 역할에 대한 반성적 태도의 태동), 자기체계 역량(어머니 자신에 대한 이해 및 존중적 태도, 남편에 대한 배우자로서의 자기 인식, 부모로서의 부드러운 시선 및 따뜻한 이해), 사회적 역량(지인에 대한 공감적 이해의 움직임, "부모 참 역량" 컨설턴트로서의 역할 시도하기) 등의 변화를 이야기하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 부모교육의 내용과 방법에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Although knowledge transfer between two different parties occurs in IS development projects, the majority of prior studies focused on knowledge transfer from IT consultants to clients. Considering two parts of knowledge transfer in IS development projects, we must consider both 'where knowledge is transferred from' and 'where it is transferred to'. Therefore, in this study, we attempt to describe two different routes of knowledge transfer, such as knowledge transfer from an IT consultant to a client and knowledge transfer from a client to an IT consultant. In this regard, we have examined the effect of two different routes of knowledge transfer on system implementation success in IS development project. Specifically, we adopted the knowledge stock-flow theory to examine the causal relationship between IT consulting firms and clients in terms of knowledge transfer and eventual system implementation success. Survey data collected from 213 pairs of individuals (both clients and IT consultants) were used to test the model using three different analytic approaches such as PLS (partial least squares) and two types of mediated regression techniques. We found that knowledge transfers partially mediated both the relationships between IT consultants' IT skills (project members' business knowledge) and system implementation success. Furthermore, the effects of each knowledge transfer were distinguished by depending on the types of system, such as ERP or groupware. Our attempts have significant implications for both research and practice given the importance of effective knowledge transfer to IT consulting.

Breast feeding can play a very important role in the development of strong, healthy children. Many studies over the years have shown that breast milk provides defense against common ailments of childhood such as otitis media, gastrointestinal distress, and atopic diseases (allergies). For these reasons the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breast feeding for at least the first twelve months of an infant's life. Goals of the Health People 2010 Initiative include that at least 75% of mothers will be breast feeding upon discharge from the hospital and at least 50% will be still nursing at six months post-partum. Currently, about 60% of new mothers initiate breast feeding and about 26% are still breast feeding at six months. However, research has shown that breast feeding trends are below these averages in rural areas of the United States. This may be due in part to lack of breast feeding knowledge and teaching in rural areas. Rural hospitals and birthing centers have not initiated many of the breast feeding promotional programs, such as the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative and Best Start, that have been successful in improving breast feeding trends in urban areas. Often new mothers who live in rural areas do not have access to a lactation consultant to help them with proper follow up. This paper will examine these concerns and propose recommendations to improve breast feeding in rural areas.

본 논문은 기업 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 프로세스 컨설턴트 시스템(BUPCO)의 설계를 기술한다. BUPCO 시스템은 사용자 인터페이스, 프로세스 표현 도구, 프로세스 평가 도구, 프로세스 분석 도구, 워크플로우 영향분석 도구, 프로세스 시각화 도구로 구성된다. 그 기반에 기업의 프로세스 지식을 표현하기 위해 기업 온톨로지를 구축하고 온톨로지 추론을 위한 프롤로그 추론기를 개발하였다. BUPCO 시스템은 기업 업무 환경의 변화에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 최적의 프로세스 개선안을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 기업은 내부의 각종 비효율성을 제거하고 프로세스와 자원을 최적화함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있을 것이다.

국내는 물론 세계적으로 컨설팅이 기업경영 성과에 미치는 영향이 커짐에 따라 컨설팅사의 영향력도 확대되고, 컨설팅 시장도 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직 컨설팅은 그 범주에 대한 학문적 연구 기반이 넓지 않아서 관련 연구가 미흡하다. 본 연구는 컨설팅 산업이 기업에 미치는 영향이 크고 컨설턴트의 중요성이 부각됨에 발맞추어 컨설턴트의 직무 만족과 사회적지지가 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 상관관계를 연구하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 제한적으로 양적연구에 치우쳐있던 컨설팅의 성과에 미치는 원인을 규명하는데 새로운 관점과 사고의 틀을 제공하는 첫 연구라는 점에서 가치가 있다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 컨설턴트의 직무만족과 성과는 정의 관계가 있다고 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설턴트에 대한 사회적 지지와 컨설팅 성과는 정의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구를 통하여 컨설턴트의 자기개발, 컨설팅 보수, 컨설팅산업의 발전과 컨설팅 산업지원 정책의 방향설정에 기여를 함은 물론 컨설팅을 통한 산업경쟁력 강화 방안 마련 등의 정책자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper examines the operations of private housing developers (PHDs) based on Social Network Theory. PHDs need to choose the best consultants, contractors and suppliers (CCS) to make sure the project run and complete successfully. PHDs gather the scarce resources from the external environment through personal network. This research used the social network method which relies on alliances based on network, social, tie and trust. The more people/firm PHDs network with, the better chances of finding the right CCS.

본 연구의 목적은 특히 사서교사가 배치되어 있지 않은 학교도서관의 컨설팅을 활성화하기 위한 현실적인 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 학교도서관 지원단을 통한 컨설팅은 자발성, 전문성, 자문성 그리고 독립성이 부족하다. 그리고 교육청이 마케팅 차원에서 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날 학교 컨설팅의 중요한 목적은 단위학교 공동체 중심의 자주적 문제해결능력을 신장하는 것이다. 따라서 학교도서관 컨설팅의 성공을 위해서는 연합운영체제 구축, 표준업무지침서 개발, DLS를 활용한 온라인 컨설팅 체제 구축 그리고 컨설던트의 직무분석과 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
