인터넷 CEDA (Cross Examination Debate Association)토론모델 연구 (Developing CEDA Model for Internet-based Instructional Debate)

  • 본 연구는 미국의 토론 모형인 CEDA (Cross Examination Debate Association)방식을 인터넷 토론학습에 적용하는 새로운 시도를 통하여 향후 인터넷 수업에 응용할 수 있는 CEDA형 인터넷 토론수업 모델을 고안해보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저 본 연구는 미국의 대학 토론 경시대회에서 활용되는 CEDA토론 기법의 기본 요소를 인터넷 토론학습모델에 적용한 수업 설계를 동하여 1,2차에 걸쳐 약200명의 학습자 들에게 인터넷 CEDA 토론을 실시하고 그 결과와 토론에 대한 의견을 분석하였다. 연구결과 학생들은 인터넷 CEDA 토론학습에 대해 긍정적인 반응을 나타냈으며, 기존의 개방형 토론방법보다 찬반형의 CEDA토론방법을 선호하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만 2차 연구에서는 토론에서 튜터의 중요성이 강조되며 튜터의 전략에 따라 토론결과가 달라 질 수 있음을 보여주었다. 이는 대부분의 학습자들이 스스로 토론에 대한 경험이 부족함을 보완하기 위해 튜터의 지원을 원하는 것으로 판단된다. 결론으로 본 연구는 CEDA형 인터넷 토론학습 모델이 학교현장에 폭넓게 활용될 수 있도록 교과목별, 학습자별 다양한 토론학습 모델이 개발되어야 하며 학습자 입장에서 토론수업을 지원할 수 있는 전략이 필요함을 강조한다.

온라인 추천시스템에서 고객 사용의도를 위한 시스템 투명성과 피드백의 영향 (Influences of Transparency and Feedback on Customer Intention to Reuse Online Recommender Systems)

  • 고객 취향에 가장 적합한 제품을 선택하는 것은 전자상거래에서 중요한 문제이다. 전자상거래 그러나 온라인 추천시스템으로서 알려진 소셜 필터링은 전자상거래에서 기술적 접근이 활발히 연구되어왔다. 온라인 추천시스템은 사용자의 개인적 취향과 관련하여 적절한 제품을 필터링하여 제공함으로서 사용자의 의사결정 품질을 향상시키는 것에 목적을 두고 있으며 그 결과 사용자의 제품 탐색과 선택에 대한 지원이 가능하다. 그러나 대다수 추천시스템의 선행연구들은 추천 알고리즘의 정확성을 향상시키는 것에 집중해 왔으며 사용자 기반의 인터페이스나 사용자 관점의 사용방식에 대한 연구는 매우 적은 실정이다. 추천시스템의 추천 상황에 대한 시스템 투명성과 사용자의 추천에 대한 피드백을 통한 추천방식 개선을 통하여 본 연구는 사용자 관점의 추천시스템 활용에 대한 시스템 투명성과 피드백의 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 실험을 통한 연구 결과에 따라, 시스템 투명성과 사용자 피드백 모두 추천시스템에 대한 사용자의 인지된 신뢰, 프로세스 가치, 인지된 즐거움에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 인지된 신뢰, 프로세스 가치, 즐거움은 사용자가 추천시스템을 지속적으로 사용하기 위한 의도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

걷고 싶은 거리 조성사업의 경제적 가치 추정 - 과천 특화거리 사업 중 '환영의 거리'를 사례로 - (An Estimation of Economic Value on Street Plan for a Walking Tour - In the Case of 'Welcome Avenue Project' in Gwacheon -)

  • 최근 쾌적한 도시환경과 삶의 질에 대한 관심과 욕구가 급증하면서 많은 걷고 싶은 거리 조성사업이 추진되고 있지만 이에 대한 지역주민의 지지 등의 태도의 평가나 경제적 가치의 추정 등은 미흡한 실정이다. 걷고 싶은 거리는 말 그대로 누구나 보행할 수 있는 공간으로서 공공서비스 사업이자 지역 명소화 차원에서 추진되고 있으며, 대표적인 공공재이자 비시장재화이다. 본 연구는 비 시장가치 추정법 중 조건부시장가치법(CVM)에 의해 공공서비스 사업이자 지역 명소화 차원에서 추진되고 있는 걷고 싶은 거리 조성사업에 대한 경제적 가치 평가를 목적으로 하였다. 과천시에서 추진 중인 걷고 싶은 거리 조성사업에 대하여 과천시민 152명과 경마공원 이용객 175명을 대상으로 과천시와 경마공원의 이미지 개선효과 등의 분석과 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. 분석 결과, 과천시가 제안한 걷고 싶은 거리 사업에 대하여 지역주민의 69.8%와 경마장 이용자의 60%가 관심을 나타냈고, 지역주민의 81.6%와 이용자의 89.7%가 찬성하였으며, 지역주민의 67.8%와 이용자의 69.7%가 세금 또는 입장료의 지불의사를 나타냈다. 또한, 5년간 지역주민은 가구당(연간) 11,721원의 세금을, 이용자 집단은 750원의 입장료를 추가적으로 지불할 의사가 있어서 전체적으로 걷고 싶은 거리 조성사업은 총사업비의 약 1.4배에 해당하는 9,997백만원의 경제적 가치를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 공공재로 제공되는 걷고 싶은 거리 조성사업에 대하여 매우 긍정적 평가와 기대를 나타내는 것으로 이론적 그리고 실무적 측면에서 매우 고무적인 연구결과라 할 수 있다.

기술수용모델(TAM)의 확장을 통한 모바일 관광 앱의 사용의도에 관한 연구 (Use Intentions of Mobile Tour Apps through Expansion of the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • Purpose - Following the speedy development of the smart phone industry, tourism companies started to increase their brand recognition and sales volume by adopting mobile applications. However, applications for tourism industries are still insignificant. This study tries to analyze empirical evidence from Korean and Chinese consumers who have used mobile tour applications. By using an expansion of the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study will find what factors have effects on user intention for mobile tour applications. The findings will be helpful for the development of mobile tour applications and the tourism industries. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses the TAM, which was presented by Davis in 1989. This study uses consumer acceptance level, consumer choice attitude, and use intention as the basic variables to fit to the TAM, and adopts choice content quality, brand value, and usage motivation as additional variables to analyze. This study has developed several hypotheses and collected data from 620 users who used mobile applications for tourism during April 1 to April 30, 2015. A total of 612 valid questionnaires were collected and used in the data analysis. The data was analyzed with structural equation modeling using SPSS Win/pc and Amos 22.0. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the content quality affects the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. Second, the brand value has a directly positive effect on the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. It is clear that the content quality and brand value play important roles in raising consumer acceptance and choice attitude. Third, usage motivation has no effect on the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. Fourth, the acceptance degree does not have any effect on the consumer choice attitude. Fifth, the acceptance degree affects the use intention. Last, the consumer choice attitude affects the use intentions. This indicates that consumer acceptance and choice attitude must both be achieved to induce use intention among consumers. Finally, the effects of the mobile tour application content quality and brand value on consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude were confirmed. Additionally, the effects of the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude on use intentions were analyzed. Conclusion - It is not meaningful for tourism marketing to launch tour applications in the mobile market without understanding tourism consumer characteristics. When developing mobile tour applications, companies should focus on the characters of consumer choice attitudes as high quality, high brand value, usefulness, and ease of mobile tour applications. This study has limitations in that it did not consider negative factors such as perceived risks or analyze whether there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers. In the future, we will consider equipping the same mobile tour applications commonly used by both Korean and Chinese consumers, and then examine negative factors as well as the differences in mobile tour applications between Korean and Chinese consumers.

자산전용성과 협업환경하에서의 정보공유가 공급사슬에 미치는 영향 : 통합적 SCM 성과형성 모델 (The Effect of Asset Specificity, Information Sharing, and a Collaborative Environment on Supply Chain Management (SCM): An Integrated SCM Performance Formation Model)

  • Purpose - The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of asset specificity, the level of information sharing, the importance of information sharing, and an integrated collaborative environment on supply chain performance. Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was implemented as follows: questionnaires were distributed to 250 companies that have business ties with Halla Climate Control Corporation. The empirical study to test our hypothesis was based on statistical analysis (using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0). The hypothesis of this paper is that the asset specificity variable has positive effects on the following variables: Level of information sharing, the importance of information sharing, and integrated collaborative environment. Moreover the variables, the level of information sharing, and the importance of information sharing are strongly influenced by the variable integrated collaborative environment, and these when combined, have an effect on the dependent variable, supply chain performance. We tested our hypothesized model utilizing path analysis with latent variables. Results - According to the results of our analysis, hypothesis H1, which tests whether there is a relationship between asset specificity and the integrated collaborative environment, is supported at the 0.01 level. Hypotheses H2 and H3 were also confirmed, and asset specificity had positive effects (+) on the level of information sharing variable. The importance of the information sharing variable was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Hypotheses H4 and H5 posited that the integrated collaborative environment variable would have a positive effect on the level of information sharing; the importance of information sharing variable was strongly supported statistically, with a significant p-value below. Moreover, the level of information sharing (H6), and the importance of information sharing (H7) variables also had a statistically relevant influence on supply chain performance. As a result, existence of a collaborative system between companies would influence supply chain performance by strengthening real-time information access and information sharing. Thus, it is important to construct a collaborative environment where information sharing among companies and cooperation is possible. Conclusions - First, with rapid changes in the business environment, it becomes necessary for enterprises to acquire the right information in order to properly implement SCM. For successful SCM, firms should understand the importance of collaboration with supply chain partners and an internally built collaboration system, which in turn will better promote a partnership commitment with suppliers as well as collaborative integration with buyers. A collaborative system, as we suggest in this paper, facilitates the maintenance of a long-term relationship of trust, and can help reinforce information sharing. Second, it is necessary to increase information sharing over time via a collaborative system so that employees of the suppliers become aware of the system. The more proactive and positive attitudes are towards such a collaborative system by the managerial group, the higher the level of information sharing will be among the users. Successful SCM performance is achieved by information sharing through a collaborative environment rather than by investing only in setting up an information system.

전 국민의 손씻기 이행 및 인식 실태 (A Nationwide Survey on the Hand Washing Behavior and Awareness)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the public's awareness of the importance of hand washing and to compare perceptions on the habit of hand washing with actual hand washing behavior. Methods : Data were collected by observing 2,800 participants washing their hands after using public restrooms in seven cities nationwide and by surveying 1,000 respondents (age > 14 years) through telephone interviews using a structured questionnaire. Results : Although 94% of the survey respondents claimed to mostly or always wash their hands after using public restrooms, only 63.4% of the observed participants did wash their hands after using public restrooms. Significant factors related to increased adherence to hand washing were female gender, approximate ages of 20 to 39 years by their appearance, and the presence of other people from the observation. About 79% of the survey respondents always washed their hands after using bathrooms at home, 73% washed their hands before handling food, and 67% washed their hands upon returning to their home. However, 93.2% and 86.3% of the survey respondents did not wash their hands after coughing or sneezing and after handling money, respectively. Although most of the survey respondents (77.6%) were aware that hand washing is helpful in preventing communicable diseases, 39.6% of the survey respondents did not do so because they were 'not accustomed' to washing their hands and 30.2% thought that washing their hands is 'annoying'. Conclusions : This is the first comprehensive report on hand washing behavior and awareness of the general population in Korea. The result of this study in terms of individual behavior and awareness of hand washing are comparable with similar studies conducted in other countries. However adherence to hand washing is still low and needs to be increased. The results of this study can be used as a baseline in setting up strategies and activities to promote adherence to hand washing.

직업기초능력함양을 위한 맞춤식 플립드 러닝 교수·학습모형 적용-전문대학 방사선과 1학년 재학생을 중심으로 (Application of professor·learning model customized for flipped learning for enhancing basic ability of work - Focused on freshman students in radiology department of specialized colleges)

  • 최근 학령인구의 감소와 대중매체의 발달로 교수자와 학생이 소통할 수 있는 새로운 교수법이 대두되고 있으며, 전문대학생들에 맞추어 플립드 러닝 교수학습모형을 적용하였다. 맞춤식 플립드 러닝 교수학습 모형 결과에서 전공과목 pre class 출석률은 92.3%의 결과로 나타났다. 그리고 전공이외의 교양 교과목의 pre class의 출석률은 87.6%로의 결과를 보여 주었다. 이러한 결과는 방사선과 1학년 재학생들의 전공과목 pre class출석률이 교양 교과목 pre class출석률보다 적극적인 참여가 있었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 맞춤식 플립드러닝 교수학습모형의 in class에서 적용한 연구 집단과 적용하지 않은 비교집단 간의 차이를 비교해 본 결과, 연구 집단이 비교집단보다 직무능력인 지식, 기술, 태도에서 모두 높은 점수를 보였다. 또한, 예비방사선사로서 갖추어야 할 직업기초능력으로 본 수업 모형을 적용한 결과 90%이상의 학습자들이 책임감, 문제해결 능력, 창의적 사고, 협동 능력, 의사소통 능력이 향상되었다. 맞춤식 플립드 러닝 교수 학습모형의 post class에서 방사선사 역할인지 차이 검증에서는 교수학습모형적용전의 평균이 2.10이였으나 적용 후의 평균은 4.40로 증가하여 나타났다. 맞춤식 플립드 교수 학습 모형을 적용한 결과 방사선과 직업기초능력을 함양하기위하여 본 교수학습모형이 적절하며, 이에 확대 적용할 필요성이 있다고 사료된다.

여고생들의 비만도 및 비만과 관련된 사회심리적 요인 분석 (A Study of the Obesity Index and Psychosocial Factors Influencing Obesity among Adolescent Girls)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the dietary intake, obesity index and psychosocial factors influencing obesity among 200 high school girls in Seoul. The Social Cognitive Theory provided the Conceptual basis for this study. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to examine factors related to obesity, including self-efficacy for controlling overeating, social support for eating behavior, perception of body image and weight control, nutrition knowledge, and attitudes toward obesity. The data were analyzed using t-test and multiple logistic regression. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The mean age of the girls was 16.4 years, and the rate of overweight and obesity(measured by obesity index) was 27.0$\%$. 2) The mean energy intake of subjects was 1832.3$\pm$384.0kcal. The energy derived from carbohydrates, proteins and fats was 62.7$\%$, 13.8$\%$, and 23.5$\%$, respectively. There was no significant difference between the obese and the comparison group in energy intake. 3) The result of multivariate analysis indicated that obesity had a significant relation to the perception of ideal body image, social support for eating behavior, and self-efficacy for controlling overeating(p〈0.01). As subjects preferred thinner body images(OR=0.39) and received less social support(OR=0.93), the odds of being classified as obese increased. The odds of being obese were also associated with self-efficacy, however, the relation was not strong(OR=1.04). 4) Specific social support was related to obesity among adolescent girls. As subjects received more support from family member, the odds of being obese decreased. The emotional support as well as family member's positive nutrition behavior plays a significant role. In addition, instrumental support from friends was associated with obesity. With repect to self-efficacy, the odds of being obese were increased as subjects felt less confident in controlling overeating when tempting food was placed in front of them or after an argument. In contrast, the obese group felt more confident in controlling overeating for the rest of the specific situations examined. These findings suggest that educational interventions for weight control should incorporate strategies to help participants realize their degree of obesity, to reduce the discrepancy between current and ideal body image, to elicit and maintain social support from friends and family, and to increase the self-efficacy for changing eating behaviors. 치위생과 학생들의 학업관련 특성에 따른 방사선안전관리 교육 후 방사선 방어에 대한 지식과 태도의 변화 (Knowledge and attitude change towards radiation protection after radiation safety management education in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the knowledge and attitude towards radiation protection after radiation safety management education in dental hygiene students. Methods: After receiving informed consents, a self-reported questionnaire was carried out for 135 dental hygiene students in Busan on June 17 for preliminary survey and September 3 for post-education survey, 2011. The questionnaire was modified from Han and consisted of 5 questions of general characteristics, 6 questions of radiation use, 7 questions of scholastic characteristics, 15 questions of knowledge towards radiation safety management, and 15 questions of attitude towards radiation safety management. Cronbach's alpha was 0.808 in the knowledge towards radiation safety management. Attitude towards radiation safety management included 15 questions of general attitude towards radiation safety management, individual and patient, and attitude toward radiation exposure reduction measured by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was 0.970 in the attitude towards radiation safety management. Data were analyzed using SAS version 9.2 for educational analysis, technical analysis and multivariate analysis, paired t-test, and GLM. Results: Significant differences were shown in the knowledge and attitudes towards radiation safety management; the level of knowledge was respectively $9.8{\pm}3.0$ and $12.9{\pm}1.9$ points before and after education, and the level of attitude was $4.28{\pm}0.51$ and $4.53{\pm}0.47$ before and after the education. The levels of knowledge and attitude according to general characteristics showed a significant differences in grade and academic results. Post-education survey suggested that the education is very important and necessary and can change the knowledge and attitude towards radiation safety management in the dental hygiene students. Conclusions: Through the radiation safety management education, the levels of knowledge and attitude towards radiation safety management have changed significantly, which showed that the radiation safety management education proved to be very effective. Therefore, an effective radiation safety management education program is necessary to improve the levels of knowledge and attitude towards radiation safety management in the dental hygiene students.
