Mediating effect of trust in relationships between perceived quality of the medical service and hospital image and revisit intent (지각된 의료서비스 품질과 병원이미지 및 재방문의도 관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과)

  • In this research, by confirming the path relation between the patient's perceived quality of the medical service and their revisit intent, and by investigating the adjustment effect of the customer's trust of the hospital between the quality of the medical service and the image of the hospital and the revisit intent, this research has the objective of presenting basic data and documentation for the establishment of both a positive hospital image to medical care customers and also a differentiated medical service marketing strategy. The deduced results of the research are as follows. First, the quality of medical service was shown to have a significant influence on the image of the hospital, and second, the quality of medical service was shown to have a significant influence on the revisit intent, but only on certain dimensions. Third, it could be confirmed that there was a partial adjustment effect on the customer's trust of the hospital from the relationship between the revisit intent and the image of the hospital and its quality of the medical service. Finally, it was confirmed that the image of a hospital had a very significant influence on the revisit intent.

Effect of Multicultural Adolescents' Physical Satisfaction on Academic Adjustment : Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and Peer Relationship (다문화 청소년의 신체만족도가 학업적응에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감과 친구관계의 매개효과)

  • This study analyzed the mediating effects of self-esteem and peer relationship in the effects between physical satisfaction and academic adaptation of multicultural youth. The subjects of the study were 1,064 first-year high school students at the time of the survey using the 8th Multicultural Youth Panel (MAPS) data. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlations, and path analysis of measurement variables were carried out using SPSS 25.0. According to the analysis, first, multicultural youth's body satisfaction has a positive effect on academic adaptation, and second, self-esteem is completely mediated in the relationship between body satisfaction and academic adaptation. Third, the relationship between multicultural youth's body satisfaction and academic adaptation has been partially mediated. The results will be used to develop basic data and programs to support healthy growth of multicultural youth. These results can be used to develop basic data and programs to devise support measures for healthy growth of multicultural youth.

An Analysis on the mediating effect of mobile addiction of Elementary School Students (초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적지지가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 -스마트폰 중독의 매개효과분석을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of elementary school students' stress and social support on smartphone addiction and school adjustment. Our hypothesis is that stress and social support of elementary school students affects smartphone addiction and school adjustment. In addition, the study model assumes that stress and social support of elementary school students were mediated by the effects of smartphone addiction. Analysis results found that elementary school students' stress affects smartphone addiction and school life adaptation, and social support influences school life adaptation. Elementary students' smartphone addiction has little influence on school life adjustment. Stress in elementary school students has a strong influence on smartphone addiction, social support, and adaptation to school life. In other words, higher stress levels results in higher frequency of use of smartphones, which may directly affect smartphone addiction and the ability to adapt to school life. The effects of stress and social support of elementary school students on school life adaptation and smartphone addiction were ultimately indirect. Based on the research results, this study suggests policy implications for elementary school students' addiction to smartphone and ability to adapt to school life.

The Mediating Effect of Self-Efficicy in the Relationship between Hospital Employee's Job Placement and Individual Performance (병원 재직자들의 직무배치와 개인성과간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증)

  • To improve management performance, medical institutions have great attentions to selecting the good employee. Through job placement, recruited employee performing a given task, previous studies have lack of research, how job environment affects the individual perception of job ability and individual performance. Therefore, targeting at the health care professional employees who work in the hospital, 134 questionnaire data collected, this study performed an empirical study on the relationship between person-job fit, self-efficacy and individual performance. Specifically, mediating effect of self-efficacy between person-job fit and individual performance was verified. The results indicate that first, person-job fit appeared to affect significantly to the sub-factor of self-efficacy (self-adjustment, confidence, goal-difficulty). Second, among the self-efficacy sub-factor, self-adjustment, confidence appeared to influence to the individual performance. Third, self-adjustment was fully mediated between person-job fit and individual performance and confidence was partially mediated between person-job fit and individual performance. These findings have the theoretical implications that self-efficacy studies are expanded to environmental factors and practical implications and study's limitations are discussed in terms of hospital organization's human resource management.

A Study on the Effect of Experience Types of Experience Economic Theory on the Revisit Intention of Healing Agricultural Participants: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Satisfaction (체험경제이론의 체험유형이 치유농업참가자의 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors that are causal and intention to revisit healing agricultural facilities and to identify the relationship between factors. the effect of experience type was analyzed on revisit intention by using facility experience satisfaction as a meditator for healing agriculture participants. The sub-variables of experience types were divided into educational experience, devious experience, entertainment experience, and aesthetic experience. 259 questionnaires collected from the people who experienced healing agriculture programs in the whole country were used for empirical analysis. The PROCESS macro v3.4 and SPSS v22.0 were used to analyze based on the singular simple mediation model which contains a single mediator. First, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention independently of experience type. Third, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated between experience type and revisit intention except for deviating experience among experience types. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study for the adjustment of mediators other than the mediator introduced in the study or the controlled mediated analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator variable is introduced.

Study on Influential Factors in Relation to Multicultural Acceptance : Focused on mediating effects of multicultual education (다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 다문화 교육의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The number of emigrants along with globalization and internationalization is rapidly increasing. The international migration is creating a new form of acculturation and a new structure of society. Racial or cultural diversity resulting from political, economical, and cultural exchange is drastically increasing. This study aimed to provide policy plans or basic data to improve multicultural acceptability in the future. Accordingly, it was also to set and verify causal effect of multicultural acceptability. For those purposes, a questionnaire was made up based on the literature about acculturation, and a survey was taken in korean. The results are as follows. Dependant variables used in analysis were sub-factors of multicultural acceptability founding three types called 'The Actual Acceptance', 'The Active Acceptance', 'The Passive Acceptance'. It was found that positive effect in multicultural acceptability through media experience was an important factor to reduce discriminant of multicultural community members. Therefore, we need to produce diverse media programs that can improve multicultural acceptability and reduce negative perception of multicultural community members. Additionally, multiculture education to help understanding of other races and other cultures should be developed as subject courses in university.
