Purpose - It is a very important issue for the Korean tourism industry to increase tourism revenue by attracting foreign tourists. Although Japanese tourists have been an important part of the Korean tourism industry for a long time, the level of tourist satisfaction including accommodation has been at the worst compared to other foreign visitors, which strongly requires concrete solutions. Therefore, this study focuses on improving the satisfaction level of Japanese visitors in the use of accommodation, and find out the influence of the managerial response. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, customer review and managerial response of hotels in Seoul were collected from "Rakuten Travel" which is the most representative online travel agency in Japan. As a result of collecting data from 2016 to 2018, 6,190 customer reviews and 1,241 managerial responses from 120 hotels were used for analysis. In addition, information on the properties of 120 hotels, such as the number of rooms, classification, types of hotel facilities, types of room facilities, accessibility and prices, were collected. To test the hypotheses, moderated multiple regression analysis was conducted with SPSS 22.0. Results - It was found that only 25 sites, 20.8% of the total 120 sites, were implementing managerial response and average response rate was 66.42% among them. As a result of examining the main effects of the hotel attributes on the ratings, accessibility and price are confirmed as effective variables. We also found that the response rate has a significant moderate effect in both the accessibility and price. In other words, there was a significant difference in the influence of accessibility and price on the ratings depending on the response rate. Also, it was confirmed that the response rate is not a pure moderator variable but a quasi moderator variable. Overall, the evidences partially supported the hypothesis. Conclusion - It was possible to provide important suggestions to the hotel managers who were concerned about managing tourist satisfaction with accessibility problems. It was found that the accessibility problem could be overcome by increasing the response rate. It was also confirmed that high ratings can be more effectively achieved for high priced hotels by increasing the response rate.
The usage status of convenience food, convenience food restaurants and satisfaction level was surveyed from local college students in Kangreung to provide fundamental data for developing more appropriate convenience food. The subjects (80.4%) answered that they are quite aware of convenience food or to some degree. They normally consumed convenience food in the convenience food restaurants (48.85%). In many cases they took it as a snack (69.6%), and the most frequently consumed item was ramyun (45.8%). The main reason for consuming convenience food was to save time (44.8%). Regarding the price and sanitation level of convenience food, only 17.2% and 22% were satisfied, respectively. The results of analyzing the usage status and the satisfaction level with convenience food by gender and housing status showed that the highest rate of people (46.0%) answered that, "because it is convenient" was the main reason for using convenience food restaurants. Female students (P$\leq$0.014) and the students staying away from home used convenience food restaurants more often than male students and the students staying in their own homes. Especially the students who have to cook for themselves fell into the high rate of convenience food restaurant users (P$\leq$0.001). The convenience food restaurant with the highest usage rate was hamburger restaurant (38.8%).

Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the level of participation in and satisfaction with training courses at job training institutions and to improve participation and satisfaction through changes in the training method for industrial ventilation subjects. Methods: The results were analyzed for the mean and standard deviation by t-test and ANOVA, (p=0.05). Participation rates were examined for three courses: specialization, job training, and supervisory. The participation inthe education was 428 people, and the result of satisfaction with the change of education method was 878 people. Satisfaction was investigated for the specialized curriculum and job training curriculum,but not the supervisor curriculum. The satisfaction results for six items(contents, quality, skill, level, degree of understanding, degree of practical) were analyzed according to the change in the training medium and the method among people in one occupational ventilation subject. Results: The participation rate was similar in the job training and specialized training courses, but the lowest rate was in supervisory courses(p=0.05). In general, there was the lowest participation on the first day of education, and the participation rate improved after the second day. Satisfaction with the course was high for the specialized education course with a number of practical education assignments(p=0.278). The satisfaction level for the teaching method in the industrial ventilation subjects was high in a mixed group which combined lecture and practice. The industrial ventilation course in the basic job training course showed a difference between lecture and mixed education(p=0.111), but there was no significant difference. However, the industrial ventilation course in the advance job training course showed a clear difference between lecture and the mixed education(p=0.036). Conclusions: Therefore, the first day of training should start in the afternoon so that more trainees can participate, and it is recommended to assign important subjects after two days. In addition, it is suggested that job competency-enhancing education utilize various educational methods and media.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of discharge planning on patient satisfaction, the readmission rate and preparedness for discharge in the elderly admitted to the emergency room (ER) for pulmonary disease. Methods: A quasi-experimental intervention study design was used. Older adults with pulmonary health problems in the ER in one general hospital were randomly allocated to either an experimental (n=21, 74.2 years) or control group (n=19, 70.7 years). The experimental group participated in a discharge planning program by a geriatric nurse practitioner. Data were collected from medical records, physical measurements and structured questionnaires including information on demographics, patient satisfaction, readmission, and preparedness for discharge. Results: Participants in the experimental group had significantly better outcomes with regard to patient satisfaction with nursing services (p=.003) and preparedness for discharge (p=.034). However, there was no significant effect on the readmission rate (p=.392) Conclusion: The results suggested that a discharge planning program could bolster nursing service satisfaction and preparedness for discharge in older patients admitted to the ER for pulmonary health problems. To clarify the effects of discharge planning on older patients admitted to the ER, a larger sample population, better instruments for various measures, a new manual on discharge planning and frequent follow-up will be necessary.
The purpose of the study was to compare the satisfaction level on hospital meal size and actual intake rate of hospital foods between elderly and middle aged patients. Sixty one middle aged and one hundered thirty two elderly patients were surveyed on the foods served in the hospital-rice, soup, meat/fish, vegetable, kimchi and daily products. Compared to the middle aged patients, the more elderly thought the serving size of rice was too big(p<0.05), and those of soup, meat/fish and kimchi tended to be too big. There was no difference in the satisfaction level on the serving size of vegetable dish between two age groups. In actual intake rates of hospital meal there were no significant differences between the elderly and middle aged patients. However, the elderly male ate significantly(p<0.05) less amount of rice than the middle aged male and the elderly female ate significantly(p<0.01) less amount of meat/fish then the middle aged female. Satisfaction levels and actual intake rates were significantly correlated in all food items.
The purpose of this paper is to estimate consumer's satisfaction by purchasing farmer's processed food. So, this paper surveyed consumers which have purchased Korean traditional soybean paste products, by reason of limiting research objects among lots of farmer's processed food. A survey of 220 consumers was carried out on September and October 2016. For this matters, this paper used multiple linear regression model(included LOG-LIN model) and, set up 1 dependent and 11 independent variables. As the analysis results, we could find out that consumer's satisfaction was affected by 6 variables(price, taste, ease of cooking, confidence of product information, social awareness and perceived 6th industrialization). Among these variables, the strongest variable was "social awareness", and the second was "perceived 6th industrialization". This paper also estimated the rate of change that a dependent variable was affected by independent variables. As the results, this paper found out that "perceived 6th industrialization" had the highest rate of change(5.8%) and the second was "social awareness"(5.6%). This paper proposed 7 implications of Korean traditional soybean paste. Those were the proper price policy and quality value's promotion, quality Improvement and confidence enhancement, development of products for consumer's convenience, enhancement of social awareness, enhancement of politic management about 6th industrialization and accessibility of purchasing information.
This study aims to present ways to enhance the stabilization of electronic medical records, ensure the commitment to filling in information of the medical record and improve the overall quality Electronic Medical Record(EMR) information. For that purpose, the present state of the incomplete record rate and the doctor's satisfaction in Electronic Medical Record(EMR) have been surveyed by comparing and analyzing Paper-based Medical Record(PMR) and Electronic Medical Record(EMR). The survey was conducted on 31 doctors in charge of EMR system and each PMR and EMR inpatients were collected for a period of 5 months and analyzed. The results showed that the doctor's satisfaction level was higher for EMR, and the rate of incomplete record appeared to be lower in EMR in departments of both internal and external medicine. In this context, it can be said that the higher efficiency of EMR helped accomplish the increase in commitment to completing medical record information and improve the quality of the data.
This study was conducted to understand how the conflict experiences of those who returned to farming and country affected the relation with residents, satisfaction of movement, and participation rate in the community with 961 subjects that returned to farming and country in Uiryeong-gun. The study results are as follows. First, 15.6% of them experienced the conflicts with original residents. Second, there were differences in experiencing conflicts by the type of movement. Those who returned to farming and country from urban areas showed more experiences of conflicts with original residents than those from Uiryeong or rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to educate those from urban areas on the detailed conflict cases and countermeasures against the conflicts. Third, those who returned to farming and country with conflict experiences showed more negative perception on the relation with residents, and lower satisfaction level on their returning. Fourth, negative correlation was found between conflict experiences and relation with residents, demonstrating lower satisfaction on the returning and participation in the community as they perceived the relation with residents more negatively. These study results can be utilized as the basic data to establish the future policies on the supports for settlement of returning to farming and country.

Compensation plays an important role in increasing the satisfaction of organizational members and reducing turnover. A balanced approach including competitive base salary and performance-based compensation can meet the financial and psychological needs of members, creating more dedicated and satisfied organizational members. From this perspective, this study was conducted on the impact of trainers' performance-based compensation system on customer satisfaction and turnover rate, focusing on TASTE FITNESS. TASTE FITNESS established differentiated compensation and performance-based compensation system based on performance-based compensation for each job group of counselors, managers, and trainers working within the organization, and confirmed that this led to the turnover rate of organizational members and customer satisfaction. However, a more efficient and satisfactory compensation system can be established by supplementing the stability of performance-based compensation, supporting the initial entry stage, diversifying performance-based compensation, and strengthening long-term performance-based compensation. This is an issue that should be considered not only by TASTE FITNESS but also by all similar industries.
The purpose of this study was to investigate discomforts and sexual life and to identify the relation between the discomforts and sexual life with low back pain. The data were collected from March 2 through July 31, 2001. Four hundred forty-two questionnaires were returned (response rate=88.0%). Analysis of the data was done with SPSS PC+ and use descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA. regression. The statistics shows that over than 80% of the adults experienced lumbago at least one time in their life, and Back pain is known as one of the most common complaints made by the patients of all ages in the general hospital or local medical clinics throughout. However, in certain case it leads to a chronic condition which can cause a great deal of problems in management and in financial burden to individuals and society. The result of this study was summarized as follows: 1) It appeared that regarding the distribution of gender, male was the higher(63.6%) then that of female, the portion of forties was 28.5%. Sitting for long time was 23.1% in men and 21.7% in women. Unknown reason including sexual behaviour was 12.9% in men and 15.5% in women. Patients treated medicine and physical therapy were 36.4%. In level of educational background, the rate of high school was 31.0%, technical college was 28.5%. The highest proportion by occupation was 18.3% of office workers, occupation posture was 41.9% of sitting. 2) Men(26.0%) and most of women(34.8%) were not satisfied in the explanation satisfaction rate of sex life concerned disease. 23.8% in men and 23.6% in women considered flexibility of waist good. Man(33.3%) and most of woman(35.0%) considered that Health education is necessary. 32.7% in men and 27.3% in women did't mind educator is whoever. Preventing of lower back pain(LBP) and proper Health education of sex life are demanded in daily life. 3) 58.0% of man and 64.0% of woman mostly had a posture which is man over woman. 28.5% in men and 27.8% in women considered that proper information finding of LBP and sex life was very few and few. 37.7% in men and 42.7% in women have acquired information about sex life flung their friends. 4) The number of sex life was decreased from 2.96 0.98 to 2.61 1.63 and also the time of sex life was decreased from 3.65 1.89 to 226 1.64. The satisfaction rate of sex life changed from 3.60 0.86 to 2.77 1.10. In the number of sex life, The non correct group was 2.62 1.91 and the correct group was higher in 2.68 1.65. In the time of sex life, The non correct group was 2.02 1.47 and the correct group was higher in 229 1.65. The satisfaction rate of sex life was 2.76 0.86 in non correct group and 2.88 1.10 in correct group. So there was a difference. 5) In the satisfaction rate of sex life, Men who have a lower back pain were higher than women and no attack group was higher than attack group. As they had many sex life, the satisfaction rate was higher significantly in statistics. As the time of sex life was short, the satisfaction rate was lower significantly in statistics. As the age was low, the demand rate of Health education was high and as means of patient who had a lower back pain was high, the demand rate of Health education was high. As the patient who had a lower back pain had a long married life, the demand rate of Health education was high and as education level was high, the demand rate of Health education was high. It is necessary to provide patients with conservative treatment, educational teaching, and training to prevent further injuries in the future. In general, it is important to educate the public how to prevent back injuries and how to treat themselves in an onset period to prevent further injuries sliding into a chronic state. Sexuality is an integral part of normal and healthy relationships, but patients are unable to enjoy sex because they are riot able to get into a comfortable position due to back pain. Many conditions of the spine can make certain positions uncomfortable. Health educator should make the education program of the discomforts and the sexual pattern for low back pain in workplace and/or hospital. Further study Is needed on how to integrate the educational program on sexuality into the total rehabilitation program.
