This study investigates the effects of interior design elements on the satisfaction and preference for space. Field measurements and surveys were conducted in three coffeeshops where various interior design elements were applied. Results indicate that movable tables and chairs for two people were preferred in the space. They need to be placed flexibly according to the visitors' needs to improve satisfaction for convenience. To improve spatial satisfaction, the brightness of color applied to wall surfaces was recommended to be lower than that of color used for floor surfaces. The surfaces of space and interior design elements such as furniture also need to be kept clean. Lamps with lower color temperature were effective to enhance spatial satisfaction. Light sources should be shielded when a pendant lighting system with general diffuse type was used in space. Natural daylight through window was also required for better satisfaction level. Multiple linear regression implied that the cozy feeling by electric light, existence of daylight, flexible layouts for tables and chairs, color and quality of material for tables and floor were significant contributors to overall spatial satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction, trust and word-of-mouth intention of online information according to the type of information search by female cosmetics consumers in their 20's to 40's. For this study, online and offline surveys were conducted by 307 people. Factor, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The main results are summarized as follows. First, the cosmetic consumer's information search types were identified as active, playful, and economic information search types. Second, the results of examinations on the effect of consumer information search types on satisfaction, reliability, and word-of-mouth intention of the online information searches showed that the active information search type had a positive effect on satisfaction, reliability, and word-of-mouth intention. The economic information search type had a positive effect on satisfaction. The active information search type was confirmed to have high satisfaction, reliability, and word-of-mouth intention for the provided information and thus, the acceptance of the provided information was high. The playful information search type was divided into continuous, habitual, and independent information search and a tendency to assign a low value to consumer information was confirmed. The economic information search type showed high satisfaction with the information obtained by searching, but also a passive attitude toward trust or word-of-mouth intention and was categorized as a passive search type. Online information search is a communication channel with a great influence that can provide various benefits to cosmetic consumers.

This study, which took place in an Italian restaurant in Seoul, investigated the impact of meal duration on the evaluation of satisfaction and service quality, according to the service stages (order, cook, check) of a restaurant. Research procedures included two phases: during the first phase, data on expected-perceived meal duration, and service quality and satisfaction were collected by surveys, which were distributed at the restaurant. The second phase investigated the relationships among meal duration, customers' satisfaction, and service quality. T-tests and regression analyses were used to examine relationships between these variables. Results indicate that both failing to meet customers' expected meal duration, as well as the perceived meal duration could negatively impact the satisfaction and evaluation of service quality. The study confirmed that meal duration is indeed related to the responsiveness aspect of service quality. The important aspect of meal duration management is to improve service quality and satisfaction, which can lead to a restaurant's success. Therefore, understanding the relationships among meal duration, satisfaction, and service quality is a part of a good foundation for effective meal duration management.
Many oil refinery companies have been proactively carried out marketing activities to survive in highly intensified service station industry. In 2012, SK Energy ranked number one in three customer satisfaction surveys (NCSI, KCSI, and KS-SQI). SK Energy's success is in its differentiated customer satisfaction business strategy. SK Energy has been implementing various marketing activities. As a part of the activities, it issued an affinity credit card with on spot discount privilege for the first time in the oil refinery industry. SK Energy also issued EnClean bonus card for OK Cashbag points that can be used for discounts at the service stations. On top of all, SK Energy generated point value-up with '3K Exclusive Privilege' program. In addition, team 'CS 119' was formed to noticeably improve the service. 'CS 119' visited each service station, diagnosed its CS service level then provided customized field training for improvement. Long-termimplementation of 'ACE Program', a field-base CS monitoring system, regularly checked customer satisfaction level. 'ACE Program' has significantly contributed improving SK Service Station's service quality and customer satisfaction. This case reviews customer satisfaction marketing activities SK Energy carried out. Purpose The proliferation of data on the internet has created a need for innovative methods to analyze user satisfaction data. Traditional survey methods are becoming inadequate in dealing with the increasing volume and diversity of data, and new methods using unstructured internet data are being explored. While numerous comment-based user satisfaction studies have been conducted, only a few have explored user satisfaction through video and audio data. Multimodal sentiment analysis, which integrates multiple modalities, has gained attention due to its high accuracy and broad applicability. Design/methodology/approach This study uses multimodal sentiment analysis to analyze user satisfaction of iPhone and Samsung products through online videos. The research reveals that the combination model integrating multiple data sources showed the most superior performance. Findings The findings also indicate that price is a crucial factor influencing user satisfaction, and users tend to exhibit more positive emotions when content with a product's price. The study highlights the importance of considering multiple factors when evaluating user satisfaction and provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of different data sources for sentiment analysis of product reviews.

Purpose - Every company studies how to attract and retain new customers to increase competitiveness and profitability. Companies establish strategies to attract customers, secure competitive advantage and generate revenue. Businesses are looking for newer and better ways to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. One of the requirements for service differentiation is to make it a prerequisite for an engaging customer experience. Customer experience can be attained through service experience. Satisfaction determine whether to reuse the food service franchise. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer experience on the satisfaction and revisit intention of food service franchise. In this study, customer experience consists of three attributes such as service environment, food quality, and price fairness. Also, this study is to identify the importance of three service experience attributes of customer satisfaction and revisit intention using ANN (artificial neural network) analysis. Research design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted on customers who have visited franchise restaurants in one month in order to examine how service environment, food quality, and price fairness have been influenced customer satisfaction and revisit intention through online survey company (SM culture & contents). A total of 300 representative surveys were collected. Of those collected surveys, 26 were not used due to missing information, resulting in 274 as the final sample size. The sample size was more than 10 times more than the number of variables used in the structural model analysis. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Service environment and price fairness have a significant effect on satisfaction. However, food quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, it was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, according to the results of ANN analysis, satisfaction as a dependent variable was found to be the most important in male price fairness and service environment in female. Also, when the revisit intention is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price fairness are important. Also, when the intention to revisit is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price processes are important. Conclusions - First, a restaurant franchise enterprise needs to manage customer service experience. Customers should strive to eat and enjoy at a dining franchise store. Second, it is necessary to design a food service franchise shop as a customer-oriented service environment. Franchise companies need to improve the environment so that customers can use the store conveniently. Third, the restaurant franchise menu price needs to be cheaper than the alternative menu. The restaurant franchise menu needs to be constructed with a popular menu that can be used continuously by the customer, so that it can be set at a reasonable price.
