소셜 미디어에서 나타나는 신체 긍정주의와 표현 방법, 여성의 주관적 신체 사이즈 인식이 기분 상태와 외모 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Body Positivity and Types of Expression on Social Media, and Women's Subjective Body Size on Mood and Appearance Satisfaction)

  • Body positivity has emerged among young social media users with the purpose of enhancing a positive body image. In the social media environment, body positivity is frequently presented in the forms of female models' images and/or words that represent individual attitudes toward the female body. The media effects on female viewers' body image differs based on the viewers' perceptions of their own body size. This experimental study examined how body positivity and types of expression on social media influence women's mood and appearance satisfaction by subjective body size. We randomly assigned to 415 young and middle-aged females to one of six experimental conditions which contained three images and three vignettes, each reflecting non-body positivity, body positivity, and control. We used a 3 (body positivity: non-body positivity vs body positivity vs. control) × 2 (types of body positivity expression on media: images vs vignettes) × 2 (subjective body size: under/normal weight vs overweight/obese) between-subject design. The results of MANCOVA revealed the significant main effects of subjective body size on women's mood and appearance satisfaction. There was a significant interaction effect of body positivity and subjective body size on appearance satisfaction. The stimuli representing body positivity caused positive psychological effects for women who perceive themselves being in the under/normal weight range.

하우스 캐디유니폼의 치수만족도 및 착용 실태 조사 연구 (A survey on the size satisfaction and wearing conditions of house caddie uniforms)

  • This study was carried out to research the size satisfaction and the actual conditions of house caddie uniforms. Survey participants consisted of 310 caddies at 6 membership golf clubs. In order to perform this study 45 questionnaires were used, which consisted of questions pertaining to size satisfaction and sewing, laundry management, and inconvenience and, most importantly performance. Frequency analysis was implemented using SPSS 10.0. The results of this study could be summarized as followed; The highest dissatisfaction factors in the presently worn uniforms were sleeve length and pants hem width. The highest dissatisfaction factors in the sewing satisfaction were pocket and armpit area. Activity is the most important consideration in the choice of a uniform. These results will be applied to develop a comfortable uniform design.

중년부부의 주관적 건강상태, 결혼만족도, 자기효능감이 노후준비에 미치는 자기 효과와 상대방 효과: 상호의존모형(APIM) 적용 (Actor and Partner Effects of Health Status, Marital Satisfaction and Self Efficacy on Retirement Preparation of Middle Aged Couples: Actor-Partner Interdependence Model Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the actor and partner effects of health status, marital satisfaction, and self efficacy on retirement preparation in middle aged couples using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model. Methods: Participants were 121 middle aged couples living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Daegu City, Korea. All measures were self-administered. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results: 1) Wife's self efficacy and marital satisfaction showed direct actor and partner effects on retirement preparation in middle aged couples. Wife's health status showed an indirect actor effect through wife's self efficacy and marital satisfaction on wife's retirement preparation, and showed an indirect partner effect through husband's self efficacy on husband's retirement preparation. 2) Husband's self efficacy and marital satisfaction showed only direct actor effect on retirement preparation. Health status among the husbands showed an indirect actor effect on husband's retirement preparation through their self efficacy and marital satisfaction, and an indirect partner effect through wife's marital satisfaction on wife's retirement preparation. 3) The actor effect size of health status on self efficacy and marital satisfaction was larger among husband's than wife's. Additionally, the partner effect size of health status on self efficacy and marital satisfaction was different between the two groups; however, the actor and partner effect size of self efficacy and marital satisfaction on retirement preparation was the same for husband and wife. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing intervention strategies for improving self efficacy and marital satisfaction are strongly needed to enhance retirement preparation of middle aged couples in Korean community.

중년여성 기성복 하의의 착용실태 및 맞음새에 관한 연구 -만 34세에서 59세까지- (A Study on the Actual Wearing Conditions and Fit Preferences of the Middle-Aged Women's Ready-to-Wear Lower Body Clothing - For women aged 34 to 59-)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the actual wearing conditions and body fit preferences of the middle-aged women's ready-to-wear lower body clothing. The aim was also to analyze lower body recognition, lower body satisfaction, fit preferences and size satisfaction according to age and degree of girth size. A questionnaire was developed and administered to 300 middle-aged women aged 34 to 59. Statistical tests such as descriptive analysis, crosstabs, and X²-tests were conducted to analyze the data and ascertain the differences between the ages. Lower body satisfaction and recognition were compared by T-test. Also, Anova was used to analyze lower body recognition, satisfaction, fit preferences, and size satisfaction according to age and degrees of girth size. The results indicated that women aged 50 to 59 were more dissatisfied with the ready-to-wear sizing system and because of their body shapes had changed, their need for a larger size range system had also increased. Moreover, the element that most affected their purchase of ready-to-wear lower body clothing was the design followed by the size. The women, especially of the ages 50 to 59, showed a tendency to he dissatisfied with their lower bodies and they recognized that their lower bodies had thickened compared to women aged 34 to 39 and 40 to 49. Analysis of body satisfaction, recognition, and fit preference according to girth size showed that the group of larger girth size recognized that their lower bodies were thicker and were more dissatisfied and preferred looser fittings than the groups of smaller women.

병원규모에 따른 간호사의 간호업무환경, 전문직업성과 직무만족의 비교 (A Comparative Study on Nursing Practice Environment, Professionalism, and Job Satisfaction according to Hospital Size)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate and compare the characteristics and relations of nursing practice environment, professionalism and job satisfaction among nurses in general hospitals according to hospital size. Methods: The participants included 314 staff and charge nurses who were working in the general medical/surgical nursing units in one large hospital, three medium sized hospitals, and four small hospitals. Data collected through using self-report questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS and SAS statistical programs. Results: Nursing practice environment and job satisfaction had significant differences according to hospital size. Both of these scales were highest for medium hospitals and lowest for small hospitals. For all hospital sizes there were positive correlations between each of the variables. Multiple regression analysis showed that both nursing practice environment and job satisfaction were affected by hospital size, but professionalism was not. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing practice environment and job satisfaction vary with the size of the hospital. Therefore, further study is necessary to identify the work environment variables of nurses for performance management and to implement appropriate policies.

유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족의 상관관계에 대한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis of the Correlation between early Childhood Teachers' Teaching Efficacy and their Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족의 상관관계를 고찰할 수 있는 연구방법인 메타분석(mata-analysis)의 방법으로, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족 간의 효과크기 및 두 변수의 하위변수 간 효과크기를 살펴보는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 메타분석 전용 프로그램인 CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis) 2.0을 분석에 적용하였다. 분석결과, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족의 관계는 Cohen(1992)의 기준으로 중간 효과크기보다 높게 나타났다. 교사효능감 하위변수 중에서는 개인 교수효능감이 일반 교수효능감보다 직무만족의 관계에서 높은 효과크기를 보였으며, 직무만족의 하위변수 중에서는 직무자체 신념이 교사효능감의 관계에서 효과크기가 가장 높았다. 조절변수인 논문유형에서는 박사 학위논문이 효과크기가 높았으며, 출판연도와 표본 수는 메타회귀분석 결과, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 분석결과를 기초로 하여 논의와 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

주택 내부공간의 기능성에 대한 만족도 조사연구 -서울시 아파트를 중심으로- (Satisfaction with the Function of Interior Space of household -With a Focus on Apartments in Seoul-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfaction with the function of interior space of apartment and factor which influence it, and then to provide housing practitioners with basic data for more desirable apartment interior environment. On the basis of the review of literature, questionnaire was developed. The sample was classified into type of unit floor plan and house size of 17 districts in Seoul. 139 households were selected in three districts which were the first three regions of high apartment density. Data were analyzed by computer using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, Duncans multiple range test, η2 , person's product moment correlation coefficient. the results are as follows: Factors which influence satisfaction with the functionality of interior were household size and family life cycle as sociodemographic variable, and type of unit floor plan as physical variable. It was shown that the satisfaction with the functionality of interior was related to satisfaction with the external environment. More specifically, (1)the smaller a household size was the more the owner became satisfied. (2)households were in the stage of establishment in the family life cycle and households with C type of unit floor plan showed higher degree of satisfaction. (3) satisfaction with the functionality of interior had positibly related to satisfaction with the external environment.

요양시설 규모에 따른 직원의 감정노동, 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in Staffs by the Size of Facility)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing organizational commitment of staffs according to the size of long-term care facility. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was designed. Data collection was conducted for a total of 315 employees in long-term care facilities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongbuk, and Chungnam. Data were collected from July 2018 to October 2018 using questionnaires which included emotional labor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and general characteristics. In order to confirm the differences in the size of the facility, the facilities with less than 30 beds, those with 30-99 beds, and those with more than 100 beds were analyzed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. Results: The job satisfaction and organizational commitment were significantly different according to the size of long-term care facility. Organizational commitment was influenced by 'external job satisfaction' in less than 30 beds, was influenced by 'external job satisfaction, and attentiveness to required display rules of emotional labor' in 30~99 beds, and then was influenced by 'type of job, and internal job satisfaction' in more than 100 beds. The predict variables accounted for 23.0%, 41.0%, and 34.0% of organizational commitment respectively. Conclusion: These findings show that tailored interventions should be provided depending on the size of facility in order to increase organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment programs should be developed by considering strategies to reduce the emotional labor and to increase job satisfaction.

라이브 커머스의 사회적 시청이 시청 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 실재감의 매개 효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Social Viewing of Live Commerce on Viewing Satisfaction - Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Social Presence -)

  • This study aims to investigate what communication phenomenon social viewing is associated with, and how satisfaction with using live commerce affects, taking into account that live commerce is a form of content consumption based on social viewing. In particular, social viewing is classified in this study as message production and sharing activities that influence users' satisfaction with live commerce viewing, as well as how two-dimensional social viewing behaviors are associated with users' perception of social presence. Then, the impact of these factors on improving viewing satisfaction is determined. It is also designed to investigate the moderating effect of social presence and viewing satisfaction as a function of the size of users' social networks by taking into account how social viewing affects the degree of social exchange among users. The findings of the analysis are as follows. First, social viewing behaviors. i.e., sharing and production behavior were identified as strong factors that have a direct impact on social presence and viewing satisfaction. Second, social presence plays a moderating role in the relationship between social viewing behavior and viewing satisfaction. Third, the impact of sharing behavior on social presence and viewing satisfaction was greater than the that of production behavior. Fourth, network size (number of followers and followings) had no direct effect on social reality or viewing satisfaction, but it had a moderating effect on the relationship between production behavior and social presence. Based on the findings, the implications and recommendations were discussed.

중국 기성복의 호칭과 맞음새 관련 소비자 만족도 조사 -북경에 거주하는 성인 여성을 중심으로- (A Study on the Size System for Women's Suits and the Customer Satisfaction with Fitness in China -With the Focus on the Adult Female Residents of Beijing-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the size system of women's suits on the market in China and the levels of satisfaction on the fit experienced by Chinese customers, and thereby to look into the problems relating to the fit of Chinese women's suits. The findings were as follows: 1. The size fur women's suits currently on sale in China was indicated by the number by all manufacturers. The size of the largest production was in the order of 165-88A, 160-84A, and 170-92A for jackets; 160-68A, 165-72A, and 170-76A far pants and skirt. 2. The survey on the recognition of the size for ready-made suits showed the response rate of $91.1\%$ for jackets, $58.7\%$ for pants, and $56.3\%$ for skirts, indicating the higher recognition level in the measure for jackets in comparison with pants. 3. The survey on the satisfaction with the fitness for each item of women's suits(jackets, pants, and skirts) showed the satisfaction levels of $3.05\~3.63$ for all items, above the ordinary figures. Of the three items, the satisfaction level of pants was lowest. 4. The survey on the repair frequency for each item of suits showed $53.2\%$ for jackets, $52.5\%$ for pants, and $30.4\%$ for skirts, that of the skirts being lower than those of the other items.
