조선산업에서 협업시스템의 성공요인에 관한 연구 : D사(社) 협업기업들의 사례를 중심으로 (Success Factors of Collaboration Systems in the Shipbuilding Industry)

  • This paper classifies the success factors of collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. We propose the structural model that identifies the relationship between the success factors and organizational performance. To test empirically the relationship between the factors, we developed the measurement of each factors. This paper has examined the relationship between the independent variables and the mediating variables, also has examined the relationship between the parameters and a final dependent variable. The independent variables are as follows, (1) quality of system including reliability, flexibility, and accessibility, (2) the quality of information including contents, expressiveness, and (3) the partner relationship including the information sharing and the compatibility of strategies. The mediating variables are user involvement, parter trust, and user satisfaction. The final dependent variable is business performance. The hypotheses test proved that the system quality significantly affect user satisfaction, the information quality positively influence on the user participation, and the information sharing and strategic fit of partner relationship positively affect partner trust. Also, the user participation and partner trust significantly affect user satisfaction. Finally, the user participation, user satisfaction, and partner trust have a decisive effect on the organizational performance. The results of hypothesis test verified that the quality of information and system, also partner relationship are important to operate successfully the collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. Also, the mediating variables are important to explain the structural relationship between the independent variables and organizational performance.

  • 본 연구는 프로젝트 담당자의 창의적 사고, 기업가정신, 프로젝트 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 둔 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고 표본을 수집하여 실증 조사한 결과를 토대로 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 프로젝트 담당자의 창의적 사고는 직접적으로는 프로젝트 만족도를 향상시키지 못하지만 프로젝트 담당자의 기업가 정신의 매개효과를 통해 프로젝트 만족도를 향상시키는 반면 프로젝트의 인지된 성과에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지만 이 과정에 있어 프로젝트 담당자의 기업가 정신은 매개효과를 갖지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 프로젝트 추진에 있어 담당자의 창의적 사고로서의 전문지식, 사고기술, 동기부여가 높다고 하더라도 당해 개인적 관점에서의 고객의 만족을 이끌어 내는데 한계가 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가 할 수 있다.

업무특성에 따른 블로그 사용의도와 업무만족에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing the Use of BLOG and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 과연 근무시간에 '블로그' 사용하는 것이 업무의 성과에 도움을 주는 것일까? 라는 질문에 대한 해답을 구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다음을 분석하였다. 첫째, 블로그 사용의도 즉, 상호작용성, 정보추구성, 오락 추구성 등을 독립변수로, 업무만족도를 종속변수로 설정하고 연구모형을 수립하고 블로그 사용요인과 업무 만족도의 관계를 분석하였다. 둘째, 근무시간에 블로그를 사용하는 이유는 업무특성에 따라 다를 수 있다는 가정 아래 업무특성 요인을 정형/비정형업무, 개인업무/집단업무, 재석업무/이석업무로 구분지었으며, 각각의 종사자들의 응답을 그룹화지어 더미변수화 하여 독립변수(블로그 사용요인)와 종속변수(업무만족도)에 조절효과가 있는지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 블로그 사용요인과 업무만족도의 회귀분석 결과 블로그 사용요인 중 상호작용성과 정보추구성은 업무만족도에 영향을 줄 수 있지만, 오락추구성은 업무만족도에 그다지 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 업무특성에 따라 블로그 사용 의도는 다를 수 있다는 가정 아래 업무특성 요인이 블로그 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 결과는 응답자의 결과 값을 정형/비정형업무, 개인업무/집단업무, 재석업무/이석업무로 구분 지었으며, 회귀분석을 돌렸지만 이러한 업무특성요인에 따른 블로그 사용의도는 업무만족도에 별다른 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

병원정보시스템의 성공 요인과 성과 모형에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Success Factors and Performance Model of Hospital Information Systems)

  • Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems(IS) have been discussed in many literature. However, limited theoretical development or empirical research have examined the effectiveness of hospital information systems(HIS). This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of HIS through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and then empirically tested hypotheses related to the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 274 respondents who have worked with the HIS. The major results of this study are as follows: First, system characteristics and organizational characteristics have a statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis 3, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, was not supported by the results, though. According to these results, system quality, information quality, service quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success. The study's findings also indicate DeLone and McLean's model is correct in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and organizational effectiveness, mediated by user satisfaction, is an important one.

노인유사 체험이 노인요양시설 종사자의 노인돌봄태도, 노인에 대한 이해도, 업무만족도 및 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Senior Simulation Programs on Elderly Care Facilities Employees' Attitudes for Elderly Care, Understanding of the Aged, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance)

  • Purpose: This research is to understand the effects of senior simulation on employees of elderly care facilities and utilize it in their job training. Methods: This research is a nonequivalence control group pre-to-post quasiexperiment research. 18 employees who have experienced senior simulation are set as test group and 18 other employees who have not experienced senior simulation are set as control group. Results: The hypothesis that 'the test group which has experienced senior simulation will show a positive change in their attitude on elderly care, compared to the control group' and 'the test group which has experienced senior simulation will show a positive change in understanding of elders, compared to the control group' was supported. The hypothesis that 'the test group which has experienced senior simulation will show a positive change in job satisfaction and performance of duties, compared to the control group' was dismissed. Conclusion: The senior simulation seems to contribute to elderly care facilities employees' change in their viewpoints of elders and broaden their understanding of them. The senior simulation was meaningful to provide basic help with implementing job training programs.

A Study on the Relationship between Job Characteristic Factors and Job Performance - Focusing on the Mediating Role of Empowerment

  • Purpose: This study verified the influence of teachers' job characteristics on empowerment and job performance, and the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship between job characteristics factors and job performance. Research design, data, and methodology: As a factor influencing human resources that influence organizational success or failure, job characteristics induce an important psychological state in organizational members, which affects individual motivation and job satisfaction, thereby achieving the goal of securing stable management and job security. In this study, a questionnaire survey of private academy instructors was conducted and reliability and factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of the job characteristics of academy instructors on empowerment and job performance, and to verify whether empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between job characteristics and job performance. Conclusions: As a result of verifying Hypothesis 1, the educational environment, expertise, and social support of academy instructors all had a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, empowerment greatly mediated the relationship between the educational environment, expertise, and job performance. However, empowerment did not mediate the relationship between social support for academy instructors and job performance.

조직 커뮤니케이션 수준과 업무성과간의 관계에 관한 연구 (On the Effect of the Communication Skill of Organization on Their Job Performance)

  • The study is to examine the causal correlation between communication skill of organization and their job performance. In our model, we used these variables-innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as a parameter. In order to verify the hypothesis based on research model, a survey among researchers(sample size=117) who work in food company was carried out. Analyzing hypothesized model and following the statistical procedure, we could assure that these exist positive correlation with communication skill, innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organization performance. A coefficient of coffelation between those variables was clearly high in the group with good communication skill. Among the parameters, the variable of innovation awareness was more effected on their job performance.

적응형 온라인 학습환경에서 학습자 특성 및 AI튜터 추천문항 학습활동의 학업성취도 예측력 탐색 (An Inquiry into Prediction of Learner's Academic Performance through Learner Characteristics and Recommended Items with AI Tutors in Adaptive Learning)

  • Recently, interest in AI tutors is rising as a way to bridge the educational gap in school settings. However, research confirming the effectiveness of AI tutors is lacking. The purpose of this study is to explore how effective learner characteristics and recommended item learning activities are in predicting learner's academic performance in an adaptive online learning environment. This study proposed the hypothesis that learner characteristics (prior knowledge, midterm evaluation) and recommended item learning activities (learning time, correct answer check, incorrect answer correction, satisfaction, correct answer rate) predict academic achievement. In order to verify the hypothesis, the data of 362 learners were analyzed by collecting data from the learning management system (LMS) from the perspective of learning analytics. For data analysis, regression analysis was performed using the regsubset function provided by the leaps package of the R program. The results of analyses showed that prior knowledge, midterm evaluation, correct answer confirmation, incorrect answer correction, and satisfaction had a positive effect on academic performance, but learning time had a negative effect on academic performance. On the other hand, the percentage of correct answers did not have a significant effect on academic performance. The results of this study suggest that recommended item learning activities, which mean behavioral indicators of interaction with AI tutors, are important in the learning process stage to increase academic performance in an adaptive online learning environment.

6시그마 추진과 경영성과와의 영향 분석 (Effect analysis with Six Sigma Implementation and Performance)

  • In this research, first, the effect of Six Sigma activities and business performance will be checked based on case studies involving companies adopting Six Sigma and, secondly, the Six Sigma training effectiveness, Customer Satisfaction and Financial Performance, etc, will be evaluated to find out how related to Six Sigma Implementation. Finally, Six Sigma's Implementation Categories will be analyzed. The method used in this research was to select the research model and research hypothesis based on theoretical studies and the interesting aspects of the recent Six Sigma, along with case studies and research based on actual proof. Case studies and research based on actual proof showed that among 11 companies analyzed, a total of 11 companies obtained good results, and KIs were found to be factors of their success.

시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 직무수행 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relation between the Number of First Aid Training and the Performance of Facilities Security Personnel)

  • 본 연구는 시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 보안업무의 직무수행 관계를 분석하고자 보안 업무 관련 실무자를 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구자의 설문 내용은 3개의 변수인 '응급처치교육의 필요성, 보안실무업무에 적용, 직무만족도 향상'으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 질문지의 신뢰도분석을 위해 내적 타당도를 측정하는 Chronbach's Alpha 계수를 산출하였다. 또한 측정변수의 타당성 검증을 하기 위해서 베리맥스 회전 방법으로 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 측정 결과 변수들의 평균 분산 추출 AVE 및 개념 신뢰도 CR 값이 모두 허용 기준치 0.5 이상으로 나타났으며, 집중타당도 면에서 양호한 검사로 판정되었다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 '응급처치교육의 필요성 ⇒ 보안실무업무에 적용'은 1.106으로, '보안실무업무에 적용 ⇒ 직무만족도 향상'은 1.063으로 산출되어 가설1 가설2의 관계가 유의미한 양(+)의 관계로 나타나 확인 되었다. 따라서 보안관련 업무 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 응급처치교육의 필요성을 높여주고 응급처치 교육을 이수 받기 위한 지원이 필요해 보인다.
