Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that cause consumers to frequently visit large - Super Store and goods for large - scale retailers using Super Store. Research design, data, and methodology - The purpose of this study is to present the empirical analysis of 53 adult males and females living in the Mokpo area on the relationship between perceived level of satisfaction and loyalty of the large - scale marts. The results were analyzed. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by the SPSS. Results - In the empirical analysis of this study, four variables were found to be the main loyalty factors, which were found to affect the satisfaction of Super Store and the decision to return again. Therefore, in this study, the quality of goods, price, diversity, and image were analyzed as loyalty factors, and it was analyzed as factors influencing satisfaction. It was confirmed that loyalty factors were important. In particular, consumers' perception of behaviors such as local specialties and community service that can be distinctly differentiated from other distribution agencies was very low. Conclusions - It is necessary to construct a comprehensive systematic system to analyze the detailed factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of users of Mokpo ticket consumers and to systematically manage and evaluate them. In order to raise awareness of consumer loyalty factors, consumer satisfaction and loyalty survey should be regularly conducted. Consumers should look for ways to improve them and develop improvement plans. The various direct and indirect services provided by Super Store to consumers include price, quality, assortment, customer service, accessibility, and feelings for large marts. However, since the services provided by the Super Store are different from those of the consumers, the loyalty factors for the different factors can be different. Therefore, in order to differentiate them from traditional markets or other distribution centers, it It should be used as a weapon of competition. In this study, it is generally recognized that the services provided by Super Store are very simple and inexpensive, so that consumers are not aware of the difference of particular stores.

Purpose - The major objective of this study was to investigate the effect of franchisor's (economic and philanthropic) CSR in inspiring franchisee's loyalty for the franchisor. Another aim of this investigation also was to clarify the mediating role of economic and social satisfaction in the relationship between franchisor's CSR and franchisee's loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study explores the structural relationship between franchisor's CSR and franchisee's loyalty and in these relationships, the mediating role of relationship satisfaction. Data were gathered from employees(above manager) in food-service franchisee companies in Seoul, Korea. The questionnaires were distributed to managers of the franchise stores. A total of 251 questionnaires were collected. Data management and analysis were performed using SPSS 21.O and SmartPLS 3.0. Evaluation of measurement model and structural model was carried out using confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Result - The results of this study show as follows. First, economic CSR had positive effects on economic satisfaction and social satisfaction. Second, philanthropic CSR had positive effects on social satisfaction. Third, economic satisfaction and social satisfaction had positive effects on franchisee's loyalty to the franchisor. Conclusions - The important implications of this study have as follows. First, this study has found that economic CSR can create a high economic satisfaction and social satisfaction of franchisee. Second, this findings suggest that the philanthropic CSR can improve the social satisfaction of franchisee. Third, this results demonstrate, for the first time, that the economic satisfaction and social satisfaction of franchisees can play a crucial role to improve their loyalty for the franchisor and pursue mutual development by maintaining the stable business relationship with a franchisor. In this investigation there are at least three limitations. First, Because the research sample is limited to the foodservice franchisee in Seoul, it is not possible to be representativeness of the national franchisee. Second, CSR activities are mostly focused on large franchise companies. Therefore, there is a limit to the research approach. Finally, this study examined the effect of economic CSR and philanthropic CSR on the loyalty of franchisors, but in the future study, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between CSR and loyalty of franchise companies by collecting specific quantitative data such as re-contract rate and management performance of franchisees.

This research aims to construct a model that combines brand love, brand loyalty, brand image, customer satisfaction, and service quality into a single model, with brand loyalty coming foremost, and test its predictive power in building brand love. Moreover, mediating effect of customer satisfaction and brand image on service quality and brand loyalty affecting brand love was checked. The study adopted an alliance context using an existing SERVQUAL model, a bi-dimensional aspect of brand loyalty and parasocial love relationship theory, to identify brand love as a construct or outcome in the consumer-brand relationship. Using a quantitative approach, survey questionnaires were distributed by unrestricted random sampling among 507 Saudia Airlines customers. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.0. The results revealed significant relationships between four variables except for the brand image. It was found that brand image had no mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The outcome of this study highlights the importance of airline alliances for service quality, which leads to positive customer satisfaction, brand image, and customer loyalty. A unique contribution of the study is that it revealed that brand loyalty is also an antecedent of brand love.

The questionnaire was distributed to 480 customers at six universities in Busan. The average customer satisfaction score was 2.76, and customer satisfaction was highest with food, followed by sanitation, environment, and service (in decreasing order). Customers reported the frequency with which they were satisfied when using university foodservice operations (on an increasing scale from "almost never" to "more than five times") in four areas: food (p<0.001), service (p<0.01), sanitation (p<0.05), and environment (p<0.001). The average scores of customer loyalty, intent to purchase again, intent to advertise by word-of-mouth, and intent to switch were 2.67, 2.83, 2.52, and 2.67, respectively, and these scores demonstrated differences according to frequency of foodservice use (p<0.001). Food, service, sanitation, and environment correlated significantly (+) with customer loyalty. Intent to repeat purchase showed the highest correlation with food quality (p<0.05), and intent to advertise by word-of-mouth and to continue patronizing foodservice demonstrated the highest correlations with service (p<0.01). After classifying customers into four groups according to customer satisfaction and loyalty, a comparison was done to determine satisfaction and loyalty by each customer strata. In the "loyalist" group, satisfaction with environment and the intent to advertise by repurchase were significantly higher than in the other groups (p<0.001). In "defectors" group, satisfaction with service and the intent to advertise by word-of-mouth were significantly lower than in the other groups (p<0.001).

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether service quality, student satisfaction, and university image mediate the relationship between university sustainability practices and student loyalty of the students in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. To analyze the data, this study used a structural equation model to explore the relationships existing between constructs. A structured questionnaire comprising of 22 questions was used with 5 constructs. A total of 465 students from Ho Chi Minh City universities filled in the newly developed questionnaires using five points Likert scales. Consistent with the existing result, the study reveals a valuable insight on university sustainability practices toward student loyalty of the university. According to the findings, university sustainability practices have a positive direct impact on service quality, student satisfaction, university image, and student loyalty. And also service quality has a positive strong impact on student loyalty. Furthermore, service quality, student satisfaction, and university image play the mediating role in the relationship between university sustainability practices and student loyalty. Thus, the loyalty of students seems to reflect quite well from university sustainability practices, service quality, and university image. The findings indicate that universities should be more concerned about university sustainability practices, service quality, and university image in attracting student loyalty.

Customer loyalty in on-line context could be determined not only by voluntary factors but also by involuntary factors. Even though customer doesn't satisfy with certain technology and service, customer loyalty could be fostered by involuntary factors such as network effect, bonds, and switching cost. The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of customer loyalty on SNS in terms of voluntary and in voluntary factors. Based on prior studies on satisfaction and customer loyalty, usability and familiarity were identified as voluntary factors and network effect, bonds, and switching cost were identified as involuntary factors. Through the empirical study of 199 survey of SNS users, voluntary factors are found to be significantly related to the satisfaction and customer loyalty. Among involuntary factors, bonds are not found to be significantly related to customer loyalty.
