SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF를 이용한 대학도서관 서비스 품질평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the evaluation of Service Quality in an Academic Library using SERVQUAL and SERVPERF)

  • 1970년대 후반 북유럽을 중심으로 제조업 부문에서 시작된 서비스 품질 연구는 기업이 그들이 제공하는 서비스에 대하여 보다 많은 관심을 기울이게 되면서 활발해지게 되었다. 이러한 상황은 도서관도 예외는 아니어서 도서관의 경쟁력을 높이고 이용자들에게 보다 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방면의 모색이 어느 때보다 절실하게 요구되고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구는 서비스 마케팅 분야의 대표적인 서비스 품질 평가 방법인 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF를 적용하여 도서관의 서비스 품질을 평가하고 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF중 어떠한 방법이 도서관 서비스 평가에 적합한 지를 평가하였다. 또한 서비스 품질과 이용자 민족간의 관계를 고찰하였다.

무지 외반증 환자에서 변형 Lapidus 술식을 이용한 치료 (Modified Lapidus procedure for the Treatment of Hallux Valgus)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the result of modified Lapidusprocedure for Hallux valgus associated with first ray hypermobility Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was conducted between Aug. 1999 and Oct. 2003. We evaluated 20 cases (12patients)of hallux valgus that performed modified Lapidus procedure. We asked to patient about postoperative satisfaction in terms of overall, pain, and appearance. preoperative and postoperative AOFAS score for the forefoot was calculated, also preoperative and postoperative radiologic evaluation was done. Results: In terms of satifaction, overall rate was 70%, pain relief and appearance were 70% and 70%. preoperative mean Hallux valgus angle and mean intermetatarsal angle were 42.6degree and 19.4degree. after procedure, at last follow up, mean hallux valgus angle and mean intermetatarsal angle were 16degree and 8.7degree. In terms of complication, nonunion was seen in 3 cases and recurrence of hallux valgus deformity was 2 cases. Conclusion: In consideration of high complication rate, modified Lapidus prociduremust be improved in terms of more rigid fixation technique, etc.

공동주택의 관실태와 거주자의 관리의식 및 만족도 - 서울시 아파트를 중심으로 - (Satisfaction and Attitude of Resident to the Management of Multi-family Housing - In case of Apartment in Seoul -)

  • The purpose of this study is to support satisfaction for reasonable management method to elevate the enhancement of management attitude and the satisfaction of management state for Multi-family Housing. This study was intended to find out variables which influence on the satifaction and attitude of resident to the management of Apartment, and to investigate variables influencing on the satisfaction and attitude of resident to the management of Apartment. In this study, survey research method is employed. The sample is taken from 336 APT. resident's living in Seoul, from 13th of Sep. to 20th of Sep, in 1993. Used statistica] method are Frequency, Percentage, 1-test, One-way Anova, Duncan-test, Multip]e Regression. The major finding were as follows: 1) The work of management of Multi-family Housing was classified into three type ; a)administration management b) maintenance management c) community-life control. 2) The management attitude of Apartment inhabitant is very high, especially .the attitude of maintenance management is the higest. But they disagree with the raise of management cost necessary to maintenance management. 3) The satisfaction of administration management, maintenance management, community-life control management is all low in the management condition of Apartment.'1'he management method of present Apartment shows a little problem.

Could Clinical Pathways Improve the Quality of Care in Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer? A Meta-analysis

  • This meta-analysis was performed to assess the implementation effects of clinical pathways in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. A comprehensive search was conducted in the Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (from inception to May 2014). Selection of studies, assessing risk of bias and extracting data were performed by two reviewers independently. Outcomes were analyzed by fixed-effects and random-effects model meta-analysis and reported as mean difference (MD), standardized mean difference (SMD) and odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI). The Jadad methodological approach was used to assess the quality of included studies and the meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.1 software. Nine citations (eight trials) involving 642 patients were included. The aggregate results showed that a shorter average length of stay [MD = -4.0; 95% CI (-5.1, -2.8); P < 0.00001] was observed with the clinical pathways as compared with the usual care. A reduction in inpatient expenditure [SMD = -1.5; 95% CI (-2.3, -0.7); P = 0.0001] was also associated with clinical pathways, along with higher patient satisfaction [OR = 4.9; 95% CI (2.2, 10.6); P < 0.0001]. Clinical pathways could improve the quality of care in patients with gastrointestinal cancer, as evidenced by a significant reduction in average length of stay, a decrease in inpatient expenditure and an improvement in patient satisfaction. Therefore, indicators and mechanisms within clinical pathways should be a focus in the future.

설계평가(設計評價)를 통(通)한 도시소공원(都市小公園)의 설계기준(設計基準)에 관(關)한 연구(研究) (A Study on the Design Criteria for Urban Small Parks)

  • 환경설계평가(環境設計評價) 기법(技法)을 이용하여 서울특별시 도심(都心)에 위치하는 5개의 소공원(小公園)에 대한 이용자(利用者)의 만족도 및 이용행태(利用行態)를 주간(晝間)과 야간(夜間)으로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구결과(硏究結果) 다음과 같은 사항을 발견하였다. 1) 서울시 소공원(小公園)의 주 이용자는 15~24세의 학생층(學生層)이었다. 2) 이용자(利用者) 대부분이 단기간 이용하고 있었으며 20~60분(分) 체재자가 과반수이었다. 3) 다중선형(多重線型) 회귀분석결과(回歸分析結果) 만족도에 관련된 주요변수(主要變數)는 주간(晝間)의 경우 소음, 햇빛, 식생, 혼잡도, 바닥면 경사 였으며, 야간(夜間)의 경우에는 주변건물의 질(質), 잔디, 조명, 그늘, 조각 혹은 분수 등의 장식물이었다. 4) 자유응답(自由應答) 분석(分析)결과 소공원(小公園)에서 이용자들은 그늘 및 벤치, 휴지통, 음수전 등의 편익시설을 원하고 있었다. 이상의 기본적 시설 이외에도 시각적(視覺的)인 즐거움을 줄 수 있는 조각, 분수 등의 시설을 원하고 있었다.

일 주간보호센터 이용노인의 만족도에 관한 조사 연구 (A Study on the degree of satisfaction at Day Care Center's Service among elderly clients)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the degree of satisfaction at day care center's services and the degree of relationship between each service and overall satisfaction. The data collection was performed from July 1, 1999 to July 15, 1999. And total 199 elderly clients were interviewed in Koksung-kun. The results of the study is as follows: 1. The percentage of satisfactory response at transport service was 95.2%, food supply 94.3%, bath 93.2%, hair cutting 90.8%, physical therapy 90.2%, medical treatment 89.3%. And oriental medical treatment 82.0%. 2. For question of the degree of satifaction at day care service, the distribution of answer was 75.1% in exellent. 15.5% in good, 3.6% in moderate, 3.6% in poor, 2.1% in most poor. 3. The subjective satisfaction was not significantly different by sex, age, the presence or absence of religious, educational level, the presence or absence of family and economic level. 4. A significant association between the program satisfaction and the subjective satisfaction was observed: odds ratios were 26.9 in food supply, 26.4 in luncheon supply, 17.4 in bath, and 14.5 in hair cutting. The following is suggestion based on results of this study: A service program should be developed to fit conditions of rural elderies by specifically analyzing needs of the elderly.

노인 생활만족도 결정요인에 대한 통합적 접근 (Study on the Determinants of Life Satisfaction among the Elderly: An Integrative Approach)

  • 본 연구는 60세 이상 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 생활만족도에 미치는 결정요인들의 차별적 영향을 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 이를 위해서 노인 생활만족도 결정요인으로 다양한 건강, 경제, 여가활동, 사회적 지지 및 심리 요인 관련 변수들을 포괄적으로 검토하였다. 본 연구를 위해 서울 소재 10개 노인종합복지관, 노인대학 및 노인문화센터의 여가활동 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 60세 이상 노인 347명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집방법으로는 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였으며, 가설검증을 위한 주된 자료분석방법으로는 구조방정식모형분석기법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 건강요인인 주관적 건강상태, 경제적 요인인 주관적 경제수준, 여가활동요인인 생산적 여가활동과 소비적 여가활동, 사회적지지 요인인 배우자 지지와 자녀지지 그리고 심리적 요인인 자아존중감과 외향성이 노인의 생활만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 갖는 이론적 실천적 함의를 논의하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

  • 임상실습의 목표는 학생들이 유능한 방사선사가 되기 위해 필요한 기술(technic)과 태도(attitude) 그리고 지식을 학생들에게 가르치는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 의료기관이 갖추어야 할 교육시스템과 이를 운영할 임상교육 지도자가 확보되어야 한다. 임상기관에서 학생들을 가르치고 평가하기 위해서 반드시 높은 수준의 교육 시스템을 가져야 하는 것은 아니지만 적어도 임상지도자들이 학생들을 전문가로 육성하고 지도하는데 필요한 교육목표와 실습 수행 원칙은 가지고 있어야 한다. 임상실습을 담당하는 지도자는 적어도 유능한 임상실습 지도자의 자질과 구조적이며 능동적인 실습교육의 피드백 특성을 이해하고 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 평가와 피드백에 필요한 적절한 시간을 관리할 수 있어야 하며 실습 학생의 능력을 평가한 후 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 적절한 기술을 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 임상실습지도자의 특성을 제시하고 실제 임상현장에서 이루어지고 있는 우리나라의 방사선과 임상실습 현황의 한 예를 실습생 설문을 통하여 파악하고 문제점과 개선안을 찾아보고자 하였다.

대구시 아파트 단지의 외부공간구성 및 만족도에 관하여 (Analysis of the Exterior Spatial Organization and Residents\\\\` Satisfaction Degree to the Apartment Complex in Teagu)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the more rational and practical basic theory for the landscape planning in the aparment complex. In this study, the actual conditions of exterior space, the residens' satisfaction degree and the correlation between exterior space and the residents' satisfaction defree were investigated and analyzed on the 13apartment complexes in Taegu City. Through the statistical analysis, the main results were obtained as fellows : It was found that the size of green area ratio in the apartment complexes were in the order of Jugong Apt. (Korean Housing Corporation), Siyoung Apt. (City Operation), Minyoung high-rise Apt. (Private Business) and Minyoung low-rise Apt. (Private Business) complex. The highest ratio of footway and Parking area were shown in Minyoung high-rise Apt. complex. The important factors at the exterior space of apartment complex were composed by 6 major factors, importance degrees of which are Visual, Practical, Convenient, Sentimental, Recreational and Spatial factors for teenagers in orders. The residents' satisfaction degrees to the exterior space were highly correlated with the spatil organization, size of green area and quantity of trees, view, management situation, defensibility of outside noise, rest place, water landscapings by turns. In order to get more than the average satisfaction degree 18 exterior space, the green area should be occupied by 35% of the apartment complex area and more than 76% of the green area (i. e. 16% of the apartment complex area) should be planted with trees. In the Taegu City regulation, the ratio of tree composition is proposed for only the number of tree. But it was shown that the satifaction degree are more correlated with the species and afforestation of trees than the nuts her of trees in this study. therefore, the species of tree and the afforestation of tree should be considered when the landscape planning of the apartment complex begins. It was found that the ratio of afforestation to make the more desirable exterior space In the apartment complex shoule be 8 to 2 in the ratio of arbor to shrub. It was also required that 30 species of arbor and 15 species of shrub should be planted for the more desirable landscape of the apartment complex.

프랜차이즈 레스토랑 점장의 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A study on the manager장s jon satifaction in franchise restaurant.)

  • This study aims to examine theoretical frame work of franchise restaurant, the characteristics of store manager's job and the level of their job satisfaction through an empirical investigation. Job satisfaction survey study shows that store managers consider important all work to be attended to as part of their duty with service management on top. It is also found that the majority of store managers consider their aptitude as most important job satisfaction factor and those, who are satisfied with their job content, advancement and the prospect, are more proactive in delivering qualify service and more than willing to commit themselves to their duties. Regrading demographical variables, store managers with scholarly competence and higher pay level are more likely to be satisfied with their job but married men are not satisfied with the work environment in general. Ergo, Businesses should correspond by capitalizing on those store managers content with their duty thus collecting additional information and providing opportunities to further contribute to the business. For those dissatisfied individuals, however, businesses should determine their demands and by educational training supply a motive therefore making possible the conversion of such individuals to satisfied store managers and their active participation in business management. But, as with any study, this one has a number of limitation which constraints the generalizability of the empirical findings. It has not been for long since franchise restaurants established in domestic market and has been few studies regarding this topic there. Furthermore, managers are not willing to release operation related data. Therefore, further study are urged to overcome this limitation and should examine other dimensions of job satisfaction such as relations between revenue and profit with the level of store manager's job satisfaction remain to be investigated.
