본 연구는 학교 안전 관련 관심과 대응 정책이 증대되는 시점에 학교 내 CCTV 운영 사례를 바탕으로 교사와 행정직원들의 CCTV에 대한 행동양태를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 교직원의 공문처리 행태변화를 가져올 수 있는 교육당국의 여러 시도를 통해 드러난 주요 시사점을 비교분석하였다. 학교급별·교직원별 영상정보처리기기관련 업무 배분을 정량적인 자료, 즉 공문처리에 의한 행정행위의 결과를 원시자료로써 활용하면서 변화를 파악하였다. 교육청 공문서에 의해 단위학교의 행동양태의 유의미한 변화가 있음을 발견하였다. 첫째 학교급별로 개인정보 관련 공문처리자 지정 시 행태의 변화도가 높았다. 둘째 유치원을 대상으로 한 유아안전관련 공문처리자 지정 시 공문서에 의한 변화도가 낮았다. 학교급별 교직원의 CCTV 업무 처리행태를 공문서 접수처리를 통해 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 학교 내 민감한 주제인 CCTV(영상정보처리기기) 업무에 대한 주제를 선정하였으며, 진행된 자료나 조사 내용은 구체적인 상기주제를 다룬 행정 절차와 관련 규정 등의 내용이다. CCTV(영상정보처리기기 업무)라는 민감한 주제를 통해 발생할 수 있는 갈등 해결책 모색을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구결과는 교육청과 학교현장의 명확한 업무분장을 위하여 유용하게 활용할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

In recent years, various international organizations have raised awareness regarding psychosocial risks and work-related stress. European stakeholders have also taken action on these issues by producing important documents, such as position papers and government regulations, which are reviewed in this article. In particular, 4 European models that have been developed for the assessment and management of work-related stress are considered here. Although important advances have been made in the understanding of work-related stress, there are still gaps in the translation of this knowledge into effective practice at the enterprise level. There are additional problems regarding the methodology in the evaluation of work-related stress. The European models described in this article are based on holistic, global and participatory approaches, where the active role of and involvement of workers are always emphasized. The limitations of these models are in the lack of clarity on preventive intervention and, for two of them, the lack of instrument standardization for risk evaluation. The comparison among the European models to approach work-related stress, although with limitations and socio-cultural differences, offers the possibility for the development of a social dialogue that is important in defining the correct and practical methodology for work stress evaluation and prevention.

Objectives : Traditional medicine(TM) of East Asia has been taking its status as part of complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) in the UK. However, the efficacy and safety issues make it hard to be accepted in the healthcare system. The aim of the research is to find out the current status of TM of East Asia in the UK and to discuss some issues around its acceptance as formal healthcare method. Methods : Articles, books and regulations related to the acceptance of TM of East Asia were analysed and the internet websites were visited such as Westlaw UK for legal materials, government websites for formal documents, and some UK-based associations. Keyword searches were followed and the essential parts from the articles and documents were generalised for the analysis and discussion. Results : Issues over TM of East Asia include identity as medicine, efficacy and safety, and the statutory regulation can be a measure for the acceptance. Osteopathy and chiropractic therapies came under statutory regulation among the CAM in the UK. Conclusions : TM of East Asia could be under the statutory regulation in the near future. Efficacy and safety issues are the challenging barrier. However, the approach from the viewpoint of TM of East Asia is necessary for development and good practice. The simplified registration procedure for traditional herbal medicinal product in EU can be the model. Education, evaluation, assessment and managing quality of practice are essential for the standard care and formal regulation.

Ammonia, which is closely related to our lives, has a significant impact on our lives as a representative substance for crop cultivation. Recently, it has gained attention as an efficient and productive hydrogen/storing substance that can replace fossil fuels. Efforts are being made to utilize it as a renewable energy source through thermochemical and electrochemical reactions. However, the use of ammonia, which encompasses the era, carries inherent toxicity, so a comprehensive understanding of ammonia safety is necessary. To ensure safety in the transportation and storage of ammonia and chemical substances domestically and internationally, national and organizational standards are being developed and provided through documents and simple symbols to help people understand. This review explores the chemical characteristics of ammonia, its impact on human health, and the global trends in safety standards related to ammonia. Through this examination, the paper aims to contribute to the discourse on the safety and risk management of ammonia transport and storage, crucial for achieving carbon neutrality and expanding the hydrogen economy.

Along with the rapid development of industrial technology, the industrial structure has been continuously changed. Accordingly, safety technologies have been gradually developed to be applied into various industrial fields as well, not limited to a specific industry area. As a result, it became important to analyze and predict trends of safety technology development in order to establish technology strategies for industrial safety. In particular, since patents are easily accessible to gather the technology and business information, many studies have highlighted technology forecasting using patent information. Thus, this study proposes the patent analysis of monitoring trends of safety technologies of industry fields, taking into account both static and dynamic aspects through index and text analysis. First, patent documents containing safety-related keywords are collected from the WIPSON database for extracting technology information. Then, the development trends of safety technologies by industry fields are identified and analyzed through the analysis of indicators such as marketability, growth, and activation. The results of various indicator analyses of safety technologies are visualized to compare among industrial safety technologies for businesses and technology developers. Second, textmining algorithm is applied to identify trends of specific technology keywords of major industries extracted from patent index analysis. As a result, it is expected that the safety manager uses the patent analysis of safety technologies to provide safety technology information with safety-related companies and institutes. The extracted safety technologies are applicable to business practice and predict future promising technologies.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide implications for virtual golf safety management in Korea through the literature review of current safety issues of virtual golf industry. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employed a qualitative approach to review prior studies and related documents presenting current safety perspectives of virtual sports facility management. First, the study reviewed the experiences of virtual golf players and safety criteria suggested from previous literatures. Second, two experts in sport facility management reviewed the manuscript including implications and provided their opinions including major implications and insights for virtual sport industry. Views of experts were added to the final manuscript. Results: This study found that installation standards and safety and hygiene standards by industry are enacted for the safety management of sports facilities, however, there is a need for standards to be adjusted because the contents are general, abstract, and lack detail, thus causing difficultly to secure effectiveness. Conclusions: For virtual golf courses, it is necessary to develop a safety inspection checklist that suits the characteristics of indoor virtual golf. In this line, safety criteria need to be developed with the consideration of characteristics of screen golf to establish an efficient safety management system and create a safe use environment.

The safety and performance of medical device software is managed through life-cycle processes, which represent the entire process of research and development (R&D). The life-cycle process of medical device software is represented by an international standard called IEC 62304, ISO/IEC 12207. In order to license the product, the manufacturer must have document artifacts that comply with the IEC 62304 standard. However, these standards only describe the content of the activity and do not provide a method or procedure for documentation. Therefore, this paper suggests R&D documentation guidelines that assist medical device software developers to have R&D documents conforming to the standards. For this purpose, this study identifies the requirements related to documentation among the requirements existing in the standard and extracts them in the form of guidelines showing only the core information of the requirements. In addition, through the Web framework implemented based on this research, the developer can evaluate whether the technical documents are written in accordance with the R&D document guidelines. Medical device software manufacturers can efficiently produce high-quality research and development documents through R&D documentation guidelines, and they can have standards-compliantresearch and development documentation required for licensing procedures.

현재 교육시설은 학교시설관리기준에 의거한 엄격한 적용과 예방교육을 함에도 불구하고 학교 안전사고는 책임의식이 매우 낮은 미성년학생들에 의한 우발적 사고와 화재 및 시설물에 관한 안전 불감증으로 인해 인적 물적 피해가 발생하고 있다. 교육시설 안전을 위해서는 신속한 업무 처리와 현장에서 손쉽게 교육시설물에 관한 전자도면 및 관련문서들을 스마트 디바이스를 통하여 다양한 방법으로 확인 할 수 있도록 하는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전사고 발생시 전자도면, 문서관리, 다양한 교육시설물 문서 등을 다양한 스마트 디바이를 통한 교육시설물 자원관리 시스템(EFRMS)으로 교육시설의 점검과 통제를 할 수 있도록 문서변환 기능과 해상도 고효율화, 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술를 활용하여 교육업무시스템(NEIS)과 연계한 시스템 설계를 제안하였다.

한국의 해양 라이프가드들은 아직 장애인을 위한 구조 및 안전 관리를 수행할 준비가 되어있지 않다. 더욱이 대부분의 라이프가드 훈련들이 장애인 구조에 관한 정보 혹은 훈련이 제공되지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 문헌 검토를 실시하여 장애인을 위한 해양 라이프가드, 수상 안전관리와 관련하여 주요 이슈와 문제점을 찾아내는 데 있다. 데이터베이스(e.g., CINAHL Plus with Full Text, ERIC, MEDLINE, SPORTDiscus with Full Text)를 사용하여 연구논문과 해양안전과 관련한 국가/민간단체들의 문서들을 검색하였다. 사용된 검색어 혹은 키워드는 물 안전, 구조 요원, 익사 방지 등이 있었다. 주요 이슈를 파악하기 위해 수집된 문서내용을 분석(내용 분석법)을 실시하였다. 결과는 내용분석결과를 토대로 장애인 구조(rescue), 익사방지 및 수상안전과 관련된 중요한 다섯 가지 이슈들을 도출할 수 있었다.

지하공간 중 지하가의 사고·사례와 문헌 연구 및 6개의 지하가 실태를 조사하여 검토하였다. 그리고 운영·관리 단계에서 위험 요인을 도출하여 화재안전대책의 평가요소 및 화재위험성평가 시스템을 제시하였다.
