The quality of commercial sauce products was evaluated through pH, soluble solid content, salinity, water activity and microbial analyses. The pH of sauces was 2.38~5.30, soluble solids were between 6.03 and 71.67, and distributions of salt were 0.23~5.00% in 32 commercial sauce products. In addition, water activity of vinegar red pepper sauce and spicy soft tofu stew stock were determined 0.773 and 0.988, respectively. Yeast, mold, Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and coliform were not detected in any sauces. Higher level of total viable cells (TVC) resulted in pH over 4.2. TVC of shelf-stable sauces was 1.0~3.6 log CFU/g. TVC of seven sauce products was classified as non-potentially hazardous foods by temperature controlled for safety standard (TCS), even though levels were over acceptable guidelines of the USDA (3 log CFU/g). These results indicate that the standard and classification of commercial sauce products should be modified and controlled strictly.

As the result(also after it's been carried out the damping force test with 800ea lateral dampers of 50ea trainset from entering heavy maintenance workshop to implement heavy maintenance inspection cycle, there were 86.25%(650ea) which were out of $350kg{\pm}15%$ of the standard value of damping force compared to the reference value. After the implementation of heavy maintenance inspection cycle, it's been examined damping force test with total samples 32ea(samples 8ea per a trainset) from actual running EMU 4ea trainset. As the result, percent defective was 84.4%(27ea), which was a very high level. System. The lateral damper's the failure cause of damping force defective was oil leakage caused by tearing crack of oil seal and foreign material in oil iron 473 ~ 1932 times higher than that of new oil, copper 36 ~ 98 times higher than that of new oil reduced oil amount cycling damping valve. It resulted from the change cause of damping force. In the static analysis on the shape of lateral damper oil seal's the existing and improved product, the stress of the improved product was smaller than that of the existing product. In the fatigue analysis, the existing product showed a low life in the upper area. However, in case of the improved product, it could be confirmed that the destruction did not occur up to the specified 1.0e + 006 cycles and the lifetime was further improved in most areas.

Today, it appears that the rapid advances in technology have allowed broadening both the system technology and the business opportunities in the rail industry. Owing to the developments in technology and the industry, and also due to the hearth, the latest high-speed trains and a variety of unattended operations in rail systems are being developed and are operational. In particular, this study covers the existing railway rolling stock and signaling systems that operate in an environment more complex than the concept of localized management, so the introduction of a new signaling system is needed. In addition, developments based on the existing signal system concepts for passenger railways need to minimize human injury. In this study, to participate in the development of new systems in a variety of domains and to provide an integrated common vision methodology as an engineer on the basis of efficient signal system design and safety would like to present the methodology for action. Therefore, each different linkage through the next new domain zone system design: design through to secure the integrity of safety than can secure methodology.

International capital movement has made progress at global liberalization of finance and foreign exchange, international monetary norm changing into floating exchange rate system, easiness of collection of information and trade at improvement of information communication technology from early of 1970's. Results of empirical test for relation between foreign exchange rate or various determination factors of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. First, according to relation between foreign exchange rate and interest rate, correlation for each of variables after OECD entrance is increased. 'But, long-term & short-term interest rate is affected by Hanbo & Kia's bankruptcy, continuous large scale coporates bankruptcy and crisis of foreign exchange. Therefore, financial instability is occured. If portfolio investment fund has been inflow as it is mollified by continuous shortage of foreign exchange and fall of country's credit rating, it is expected to have positive effect for long-term & short-term interest rate from appreciation of won against dollar. Second, results from relation between determination factor of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. If surplus of current account and goods account is continued, yield of corporate bond is to be stable. But, margin of surplus is expected to diminish after second quarter 98, and difference between external and domestic interest (after adjusting foreign exchange rate) is to be diminished. And if net inflows of foreign investor's fund (stock and bond) is diminished, it is to have negative effect for yield of corporate bond. According to foreign investor's investment movement of previous years, hedge fund were stayed at least during two years in Mexico. It means that sudden capital outflow is not to be happened at Korea.

It is said that the number of people using public transportation has risen about 220 thousand over 3 years which was 1019 people average a day in 2006 and 1041 people last year. It is also said that the number of people using subway has increased by 198 thousand and the number of people using bus by 22 thousand. Can you imagine how many door engines work at the same time if we count Metro line no.1 to no.4 which consist of total 120 subway stations? A train has 80 door engines and Metro line trains have 9600 door engines all together. Which explains it quite simple how much Satefy, Durability and Sustainability need to be focused in Door Engines. Although it's not the whole part of door engines in Seoul Metro Line, And Metro No.4's door engines are operated by the method called mixture of mechanical type and belt type. And the last one is being used in the brand-new Metro train line No.3 which is being operated by electricity motor, instead of the old methods which use air pressure to operate a door engine. I'm sure you will agree that Safety is the first priority of Metro train and next follow comfortability and quickness. I think all I've talked so far make it the first step for the Safety of Metro train for you to understand the unit of a Door Engine.

From April 2008 to January 2009, a total 458 raw milk samples were randomly collected from 15 stock raising farms located in northern area of Kyunggi province and cultured for the presence of Enterococci spp. A total 170 enterococcal isolates were recovered from the raw milk samples. Enterococcus faecalis was predominant species recovered (64.7%), followed by E. faecium (18.8%), E. avium (5.9%), E. gallinarum (5.9%) and E. durans (4.7%). Antimicrobial resistance patterns of 170 Enterococci spp. against ampicillin, erythromycin, tetracyclin, chloramphenicol, vancomycin, ciprofloxacin and streptomycin were tested. According to the result, they showed high level resistance to erythromycin and streptomycin (82,9% and 93,5% respectively), moderately resistance to ampicillin, chloramphenicol and tetracyclin (50%, 45.9% and 32%, respectively) but fortunately, vancomycin and ciprofloxacin are still effective against this species.

It is expected to have continuous stability from short-term interest rate to long-term interest rate in this empirical test.

The size of state in Korea is like Israel, this country's venture capital is ruled by government. This venture capital's character is below: the concentration on research of venturer affect positively at quality of products. This paper lies with venture capital's risk character & performance. The results show that Korean venture capitals have lager unsystematic risk than systematic risk, which implies they specialize in specific business and/or regional areas instead of diversification. The Sharpe & Jensen measures reveal that the performances of Korean venture capitals are very low relative to even the market portfolio(Kospi) and Kosdaq Venture Index. Contrary to this, Venture firm's performance according to Entrepreneurship will cause to push up stock price.

The purpose of this study is to set up systematically housing adaptation items for the aged family. Housing adaptation items are classified by universal design principles. Also, this paper suggest to basic data for setting up various ranges according to each elderly people's conditions, adapting for elderly housing. Recently, in relation to the growing awareness of the ageing population, the necessity of policies for "aging in place" was emphasized by government. This paper is focused on the policy of elderly housings' adaptation for making housing for a lifetime. This new adaptation items for the elderly housing lead to the revitalization of policy ensuring housing in stock at the local authority level. In this paper, adaptation items were created after analyzing indices highlighted by previous studies related to evaluation items, design-guidelines for safety plans, designing elderly housing. The scope of adaptation items was limited to the indoor spaces of apartment due to the considerable increase of in-house accidents. To sum up, this study is aimed to set up adaptation items and then, to present the basic scheme for several users offering various ranges

There are lots of efforts to get more and more higher level of reliability, maintainability, availability, and safety in all the railway system development process. To do a RAMS activity and process very effectively, many an information is required based on operational knowledge and manufacturer's engineering technology together. But some interests between organization in demand sector and manufacturers in supply makes it difficult to do. This paper, for this reason, presents an idea about the activities and process for SR001 system, which is newly under developing and manufacturing by SMRT. Especially, we provide it with some idea how to integrate every activity and process and to analyze it specifically for system level as well. With these efforts, we provide a typical RAMS process of SR001 that could be applicable to other rolling stock system and the improvement of the system over total life cycle phases.
