Recently in Korea, rocket technology is being taken a wide scope as government planning to build Oeinaro-do space center and to select First Korean astronaut. But compared to development in USA, there is a lack of safety rules in amateur rocket. So it is very essential to meet some powerful legal safety rules for keeping pace with increasing popularization of rocket technology. Herein we discuss, in the field of rocket design, making, launching and collecting stage with considering the rules of IRR, NURA and NAR-HIAA.

Industrial Psychology is to study and analyze human behavior or working at operation, both to look into the rules in that and to make analysis of rules made from theological basis adapted to reality, wi th methods and knowledges that Psychology gives, by methods that are observation, experiment , investigation and so on, to contribute to improving the production efficiency and promoting the Laborer's welfare, In this paper, the side of Psychology in labor accidents will be studied as follows. 1.The Presentation of Problems 1.1. Concept prescription of Industrial Psychology 1.2. Relation between Industrial psychology and accidents 2.The Theorical approach of Industrial Psychology for accident study 2.1 Industrial Psychology in approach of accident study 2.2. Cooperative effort from other corvelative science 3. Industrial Psychologic observation on important safety policy 3.1. Study of accident origin 3.2. Safety of material equipment 3.3. Safety of work condition 4. Industrial psychological subject on safety instruction development 4.1. Safety instruction and attitude of laborers 4.2. Operation of safety rules 4.3. Safely counselling 4.4. Measures for the injured 5. Conclusion.
This study investigated the expectations Of 186 Korean mothers regarding the self-regulatory behaviors of their l-to 5-year old child. A questionnaire for mothers was prepared which consists of nine categories identified in previous research : safety rules, personal property rules, interpersonal rules, food-related rules, independence requests, self-care rules, family routines, delay, manners, obedience rules, and academic skills and attitude. Data consisted of questionnaires completed by the mothers. Findings were that (1) mothers had high expectations regarding self-regulatory behaviors about safety and independence but low expectations regarding family routines and personal property self-regulation, (2) their expectations increased with age of child, (3) the pattern of expectations did not change with age, and (4) expectations were higher with lower educational background of the mother.
In accordance with the development of recent computer technology, railway signaling software became more complex for the intellectualization. Therefore the importance and dependency of railway signaling system on the computer software is getting more increased further, and the testing for the safety and reliability of railway signaling system software became more important. It is started to become influential as very important issue for the reliability and safety of vital embedded software like railway signaling system. The software coding which can have an effect on the safety at the coding level of software shall not be included preferentially, for the safety of software, and must be checked. This thesis suggested an automated testing tool for coding rules on this railway signaling system software, and presented its applied result for railway signaling system software. The testing items in the implemented tool had referred to the international standards in relation to the software for railway system and MISRA-C standards. This automated testing tool for railway signaling system can be utilized at the assessment stage for railway signaling system software also, and it is anticipated that it can be utilized usefully at the software development stage also.
Background: Substantial empirical research has shown conflicting results regarding the influence of organizational external factors on construction risk management, suggesting the necessity to introduce a moderator into the study. The present research confirmed whether rules and regulations matter on the relationships between organizational external factors and construction risk management. Methods: Based on discouragement and organizational control theory, this research examined the effects of organizational external factors and rules and regulations on construction risk management among 238 employees operating in construction companies in Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria. A personally administered questionnaire was used to acquire the data. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. Results: A significant positive relationship between organizational external factors and construction risk management was asserted. This study also found a significant positive relationship between rules and regulations and construction risk management. As anticipated, rules and regulations were found to moderate the relationship between organizational external factors and construction risk management, with a significant positive result. Similarly, a significant interaction effect was also found between rules and regulations and organizational external factors. Implications of the research from a Nigerian point of view have also been discussed. Conclusion: Political, economy, and technology factors helped the construction companies to reduce the chance of risk occurrence during the construction activities. Rules and regulations also helped to lessen the rate of accidents involving construction workers as well as the duration of the projects. Similarly, the influence of the organizational external factors with rules and regulations on construction risk management has proven that most of the construction companies that implement the aforementioned factors have the chance to deliver their projects within the stipulated time, cost, and qualities, which can be used as a yardstick to measure a good project.
This study presents an analysis of comparison of P-type fire detection system with fuzzy logic-applied fire detection system. The fuzzy logic-applied fire detection system has input variables obtained by fire experiment of small scale with K-type temperature sensor and optical smoke sensor. And the antecedent part of fuzzy rules consists of temperature and smoke density, and the consequent part consists of fire probability. Also triangular fuzzy membership function is used for input variables and fuzzy rules. To calculate the final fire probability a centroid method is introduced. A fire experiment is conducted with controlling wood crib layer, cigarette to simulate actual fire and false alarm situation. The results show that peak fire probability is 25[%] for non-fire and is more than 80[%] for fire situation, respectively. The fuzzy logic-applied fire detection system suggested here is able to distinguish fire situation and non-fire situation very precisely.
The Korea's safety standards for vehicle have been strengthened to reduce casualties from traffic accidents since 1962. The standards have a rather complicated structure. The safety standards are composed of the main text and asterisks, and the safety standard implementation rules are composed of the main text, asterisks and appendices, and items of the same name are stipulated in other chapters within the safety standards. This study is to suggest improvement measures such as simplifying the structure of these safety standards and integrating safety standard items with the same name. Through this, users' understanding of the standards will be improved, and it is expected that the system will be more efficient such as securing safety quickly through harmonization with international standards following the development of rapidly changing new technologies such as automated vehicles.
The railway crossing is very dangerous because the track intersects with the road there. Thus, The laws were designed for safety of the railway crossing and they are classified as to the acts for the road and the railroad. For safety of the railway crossing, there are 'Road/Railroad Crossing Improvement Promotion Act', 'Enforcement Decree of Road/Railroad Crossing Improvement Promotion Act', 'Rules on Construction of Railroad', 'Rules on Safety Standards of Railroad Installations', and 'Enforcement Ordinance of Cable way/Railway Track Act' in the acts for the railroad and there are 'Road Traffic Act', 'Enforcement Ordinance of The Road Traffic Act', 'Ruled on Structure and Facility Standards of The Road', 'Rules on Structure And Facility Standards Of The Rural Road' and 'Rules on Structure and Facility Standards of The Installations for Bicycle' in the acts for the road. Both the acts for the road and the railroad have standards for the structure of the railway crossing. However, they have different standards. Besides, they don't have standards for new facilities which were recently installed for safety of the railway crossing. Therefore, we suggest new standards for safety of the railway crossing.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence safety rule violation at work. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 337 participants from nine manufacturing plants. The results of the content analysis revealed the following six categories: Individual characteristics, safety commitment, safety support and resources, safety competence and communication, production pressure, and problems with rules. Among the 14 factors in the six categories above, indirect accident experience in the individual characteristics category and no action for complying with laws in the problems with rules category had not been identified in previous studies. However, some factors, such as age, peer pressure, pay type, the lowering of risk, a masculine way of working, and supervisor position were not found in this study. The implications and limitations are discussed.
