항공기용 유압 시스템 신뢰도 및 정비도 분석 프로세스 고찰 (A Study on the Reliability and Maintainability Analysis Process for Aircraft Hydraulic System)

  • An aircraft must be designed to minimize system failure rate for obtaining the aircraft safety, because the aircraft system failure causes a fatal accident. The safety of the aircraft system can be predicted by analyzing availability, reliability, and maintainability of the system. In this study, the reliability and the maintainability of the hydraulic system are analysed except the availability, and therefore the reliability and the maintainability analysis process and the results are presented for a helicopter hydraulic system. For prediction of the system reliability, the failure rate model presented in MIL-HDBK-217F is used, and MTBF is calculated by using the Part Stress Analysis Prediction and quality/temperature/environmental factors described in NPRD-95 and MIL-HDBK-338B. The maintainability is predicted by FMECA(Failure Mode, Effect & Criticality Analysis) based on MIL-STD-1629A.

로지스틱모형을 이용한 가로구간 사고모형 (Accidents Model of Arterial Link Sections by Logistic Model)

  • This study deals with the accident model of arterial link section in Cheongju. The objective is to develop the accident model of arterial link section using the logistic regression. In pursuing the above, the study uses the 258 accident data occurred at the 322 arterial link section. The main results are as follows. First, Nagellerke $R^2$ of developed accident model is analyzed to be 0.309 and t-values of variable that explains goodness of fit are evaluated to be significant. Second, the variables adopted in the model are AADT, the number of exit and entry. These variables are all analyzed to be statistically significant. Finally, the analysis of correct classification rate shows that the total accident of correct classification rate is analyzed to be 72.7% at the arterial link section.

PRISM 신뢰성 예측규격서를 이용한 전자부품(PCB) 신뢰도 예측 (Reliability prediction of electronic components on PCB using PRISM specification)

  • The reliability prediction and evaluation for general electronic components are required to guarantee in quality and in efficiency. Although many methodologies for predicting the reliability of electronic components have been developed, their reliability might be subjective according to a particular set of circumstances, and therefore it is not easy to quantify their reliability. In this study reliability prediction of electronic components, that is the interface card, which is used in the CNC(Computerized Numerical Controller) of machine tools, was carried out using PRISM reliability prediction specification. Reliability performances such as MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure), failure rate and reliability were obtained, and the variation of failure rate for electronic components according to temperature change was predicted. The results obtained from this study are useful information to consider a counter plan for weak components before they are used.

  • USA has distinct differences of economic policy by a ruling party. And, USA economy has mainly influenced on it of Korea. So, we examine whether a ruling party of Korea has different regime including rate of return in stock market. The Republican Party and Democratic Party have based on Milton Friedman and Keynes economy at each other's economic policy in the USA The Republican Party and Democratic Party have different interest level and excess return on equity, GDP growth rate, unemployment rate. Also, a ruling party of Korea has different regime and economic activity in this paper.

Terephtalic Acid의 폭발특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Explosion Characteristics of Terephtalic Acid)

  • In this study the explosion characteristics of terephtalic acid dust(PTA) was investigated with the Hartmann type apparatus. The minimum ignition energy, minimum explosible concentration, flame propagation velocity, explosion pressure, explosion pressure rise rate and the effect of inert dust(talcum) on explosion characteristics were measured. Flame velocity was 50m/s at 700g/m$^3$ concentration, and the explosion pressure and explosion pressure rise rate were most likely with that of gas explosion. It was found that an inert dust acts as a heat sinker and it disturbs the combustion of flammable dust, as a result, explosion pressure and explosion pressure rise rate were decreased and minimum explosion concentration was increased with increasing the fraction of talcum dust in PTA.

구리 분말을 이용한 $SO_2$ 배기가스의 처리(I) (The Treatment of Flue SO$_2$ Gas by Cu Powder (I))

  • To remove sulfur dioxide from flue gas by the method of metal oxide, copper powder of average diameter $2.4\mu\textrm{m}$and $51\mu\textrm{m}$ were used in a fixed bed reactor over a, temperature range of $300^{\circ}C-500^{\circ}C$. Copper oxide reacts with sulfur dioxide producing cupric sulfate and it can be regenerated from the latter by using hydrogen or methane. Experimental results showed that the reaction rate was increased by the increase of reaction temperature in the range of $300^{\circ}C-422^{\circ}C$ and the removal efficiency of sulfur dioxide was high in case of small size copper particle. However the removal efficiency was decreased at higher temperature due to decomposition of cupric sulfate. The rate controlling step of this reaction was chemical reaction and deactivating catalysts model can be applied to this reaction. The rate constants for this reaction and deactivation are as follows : k=8,367exp(-10,298/RT) Kd=2.23exp(-8,485/RT)

시판 천연화분 및 가공화분의 품질에 관한 비교 연구 (Comparison of Quality of Natural Pollen and Processed Pollen)

  • Dissolution rate , periduium state, nutrient component and fatty acid composition of 5 species of natural pollen and 3 species of processed pollen were carried out for evaluation of quality. Natural pollens had average 11.5% of moistures, and had native peridium may be responsible for allergy. The average dissolution rate of natural pollens were low as 66.3%. One among 3 species of processed pollen was observed to have not peridium, resulted in higher dissolution rate. Major fatty acid of pollen was palmitic acid but content of oleic acid was lower than that of other plant seeds.

  • Utilization rate for the restrictive gate and required time and walking distance to board are to be a measure for the gate management and passenger's convenience estimation. So, the main purpose of the gate management are maximization of utilization rate and increment of airport terminal user's convenience through the efficient gate management. This study intends to maximize the utilization rate on usable gates by concerning about layout, terminal configuration, local passenger of the airport and development of gate assignment algorithm and DSS which maximize the gate utilization and minimize the passenger's walking distance.

고령화가 노동 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Aging Influence on Labor Productivity)

  • As aging society makes rapid progress, various social problems arise. The drop of productive labor and the increase of welfare cost can be taken as examples. From this point of view, a use of aged labor is a matter of great Important to national productivity improvement. But, the participation rate of the aged in economical activity amounts to 49.8 percent and their unemployment rate does 2.1 percent. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the deterioration of skill and the lowering of adaption to new working environments due to aging. Since the aging effect is closely related to worker's productivity, it should be properly measured and analyzed. The coordination tester is used to find out activity limitations. Experimental results show that the expert skill of the workers can be improved through the effective of their experience. Therefore we can say that some operation is not influenced by aging.
