This study has analyzed city plans and disaster prevention plans from the perspective of resilience and established a direction of the development of city safety standards. The analysis made use of the 5 functions of resilience (5Rs) and foreign cases. As a result of the analysis, the direction of the development of city safety standards was drawn from 4 perspectives at large. First, this study proposed a method of the systematization of the safety standards involved in components within city plans. Second, it suggested a method to strengthening urban resilience abilities in terms of the association between disaster prevention and city plans. Third, it found out components requiring safety standards considering foreign and other standards, and proposed a direction of complementary measures for safety standards. Lastly, it came up with a direction of the development of city safety standards, the necessity of which are required though existing plan criteria did not contain them. This study is significant in that it has defined the ultimate goal of safety a city should pursue as resilience and proposed a direction of the development of related standards.

Also, must guide reform and level elevation of a domestic company safety technology through induction and development of safety technology that is suitable in supply, domestic real condition etc. Must help in power positivity that is full text executing high-quality safety education about step High firing mechanism safety technology than present safety education.

All of the city gas companies in Korea must employ the gas safety patrols by law. The gas safety patrols are responsible for the various tasks including daily gas pipeline patrol to prevent gas accidents. Since the size of jurisdiction varies among the city gas companies, it is very difficult to compare their efficiency for the operations of the safety patrol each other directly. The objective of this research is to develop the methodology to analyze and compare the efficiency of the safety patrol's operations among various city gas companies. Several factors that are related to the safety patrol's duty on the gas safety factors were identified and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model for efficiency analysis was developed. Finally, the DEA model was applied to the collected data from six city gas companies. The less efficient city gas companies can benchmark the higher efficient city gas companies in order to improve the safety control systems.

Recently, the importance of simulation in a virtual driving environment as well as real road-based tests for autonomous vehicle testing is increasing. Real road tests are being actively conducted at K-City, an autonomous driving test bed located at the Korea Automobile Safety Test & Research Institute of the Transportation Safety Authority. In addition, the need to advance the K-City virtual driving environment and build a virtual environment similar to the autonomous driving system test environment in real road tests is increasing. In this study, for K-City of Korea Automobile Safety Test & Research Institute, using detailed drawings and actual field data, K-City virtual driving environment was advanced, and similarity verification was verified through comparative analysis with actual K-City.

코로나 19 이후 도시 안전에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 여러 기관에서 도시의 안전성을 평가하는 지표가 개발되어 활용되고 있다. 용산구는 2021년 사회안전지수 평가에서 1위로 선정되어 한국에서 가장 안전한 도시로 선정되었으나, 2022년 이태원 참사로 인해, 많은 인명 피해가 발생하기도 하였다. 이것은 도시의 안전을 평가하는 지표가 담지 못하는 영역이 있으며, 이에 대한 연구가 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내·외 안전도시 모델을 살펴보고 이를 통해 각 모델의 차이점과 안전도시를 평가할 때 사용되는 지표를 검토하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서 11개 안전도시 모델을 수집하고 각 평가지표를 분석한 결과, 안전도시 모델은 세계보건기구의 국제 안전도시와 유엔재해경감기구의 국제안전도시와 같이 기관에서 인증을 하는 "프로그램 기반의 안전도시 모델"과, 기관별 안전 관련 평가지표의 점수에 의해서 안전도시 순위 및 등급이 결정되는 "점수기반의 안전도시 모델"로 분류할 수 있으며, 안전한 도시가 되기 위해서는 이 두 가지 모델이 상호 보완적으로 활용될 때 도시 안전을 위협하는 제반 요소를 전방위적으로 대응할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 안전에 대한 위협이 다양해짐을 고려해볼 때 안전도시를 평가할 때 디지털 보안, 보건 안전, 인프라 안전, 개인 안전, 환경 안전, 교통 안전, 화재 안전, 범죄 안전, 생활안전, 자살, 감염병 등을 종합적으로 고려하는 것이 타당하는 결론을 얻었다.

This study demonstrates a basic concept and designing direction for the realisation of disaster prevention planning in u-City(u-BangjaeCity) that is from establishing a planning system in terms of the areas of professional disaster and safety management for the national disaster management. and designing disaster or safety management system via using ubiquitous technology for the scientific disaster management. In order to realise u-City it is necessary to maps out interrelation amongst various services such as traffic, environment and disaster prevention. Domestic and international case studies regarding the tendency of disaster prevention planing in u-City and its analysis could be the fundamental resource in order to develop the standard model of u-BangjaeCity.

Ubiquitous 사회에서 기본 인프라를 구축하는 전력 공급망과 전력기기의 안전은 중요하다. U-City의 재난을 방지하기 위하여 U-IT전력기기의 모듈별 성능평가와 보안은 U-City 안전을 위해 꼭 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 U-IT전력기기의 모듈에 온도센서, 습도센서, 화재센서들을 탑재한 수배전반, 홈 분전반, Home Network Wall-Pad, 차단기, MPNP 블랙박스, 아크 검출기, 아크 안전기, 아울렛의 모듈별 성능평가와 보안방법을 연구한다. U-IT전력기기들은 센서의 정보들을 전달 및 분석하여 위험성을 사전 예방하여 안전성을 확보하고, 접근 제어, 인증 등 보안대책으로 U-IT 전기안전통합관리시스템의 보안성을 강화시켜, 안전성과 보안성을 갖춘 U-City건설과 운영에 기여하게 될 것이다.

유비쿼터스 컨버전스 산업의 가능성을 확인하기 위한 시험대로서 u-City에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 커져가고 있는 시점에서, u-City의 대표적인 서비스 및 응용 분야로서 u-방재에 대한 연구도 서서히 확대되어가고 있다. u-City의 다른 영역과 마찬가지로 u-방재 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위해서는 기존에 분산되어 운영되고 있는 다양한 u-City 서비스 및 하부 인프라가 종합적으로 연계될 수 있는 방법이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 분산자원관리 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 CIM/WBEM 표준과 대용량 모니터링 데이터의 취득 및 활용에 적절한 모델로 인정되고 있는 GMA를 결합하여 u-방재 서비스 및 모니터링 아키텍처의 설계에 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 u-City 서비스 인프라의 표준화 및 확장성에 대한 요구가 더욱 커져갈 것으로 예상된다는 점에서, 본 연구에서 제시하는 통합 인프라 모델은 기존에 구축되어 있는 분산자원들과 지속적으로 추가될 것으로 예상되는 신규 서비스들의 효과적인 통합 모델로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to identify new service opportunities for enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses based on driving behavior analysis. Service opportunity identification involves finding target customers of service (to whom), motivations for service (why), service contents (what), and service delivery process (when, where). This paper presents an analysis of driving behaviors using the operational data of intra-city buses in conjunction with traffic accident data and drivers' driving history data. This paper also presents four identified service opportunities based on the data analysis results. This research would contribute to enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses in Korea and serve as a basis for developing new services for driving safety enhancement.
