Parcel service is to deliver goods from one place to the designated destination requested according to user request. Parcel operations such as sorting, distributing, etc. or the managed information are heterogeneous by the companies. Additionally, it is impossible to support interoperability between companies with unformatted data of manual processing. Most parcel package boxes attached to paper typed waybill is attached is delivered to consignee. So, security problems such as personal information leaking are occurred, or extra processing time and logistics costs are needed due to wrong or the damaged information. Business environment of parcel service is rapidly changed as introducing unmanned delivery or the advanced technology such as Internet of Things. User want to know the accurate status or steps from parcel service request to delivery. To provide these requirements, the unified and integrated waybill information for reliable transportation of parcel service is needed. This information will provide to pickup or delivery carrier, warehouse or terminal, and parcel service user per pickup, transport, and delivery stage of parcel delivery service. Therefore, this paper defines the simplified and unified information model for parcel service waybill by analyzing information systems used for logistics unit processes that is occurred to parcel service, and manual work processes, and developing the relevant information of work flows occurred between business processes or transactions with the collected or processed information by from parcel service's stages. It is possible to share these standard model between business entities, and replacing paper typed waybill will improve national life safety as preventing security threats by paper typed waybill. As a result, it will promote the public interest from the stakeholder's perspective.
Friction piles are being constructed in Southeast Asia (Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, etc.) where the soft ground is deep, and many cases of friction piles are accumulated in terms of experience. In this study, we used the results of four static load test and load transfer test conducted in Myanmar sites to analyze the skin friction of soil layer. In addition, we proposed a relationship chart with skin friction measured in the N-value of Standard Penetration Test (SPT) and the load transfer test result of the single drilled shaft. In the case of Myanmar sites, the range of soil layers was deeper than domestic sites, so the conventional formula of skin friction using the N-value of SPT is different from domestic sites. In sandy layer, fs = 0.096 N in Myanmar sites showed a similar result of the domestic fs = 0.106 N. In clayey layer, fs = 0.315 N, in Myanmar sites showed about 5.0 times higher than the domestic fs = 0.062 N. The results of this study are based on limited data. Therefore, if we analyze the results of more load transfer tests, we can suggest a conventional formula for skin friction according to the N-value. It is expected to be used as important basic data in the future.

The road network system of major domestic urban areas such as city of Seoul was rapidly developed and regionally expanded. In addition, many kinds of life-lines such as electrical cables, telephone cables, water&sewerage lines, heat&cold conduits and gas lines were needed in order for urban residents to live comfortably. Therefore, most of the life-lines were individually buried in underground and individually managed. The utility tunnel is defined as the urban planning facilities for commonly installing life-lines in the National Land Planning Act. Expectation effectiveness of urban utility tunnels is reducing repeated excavation of roads, improvement of urban landscape; road pavement durability; driving performance and traffic flow. It can also be expected that ensuring disaster safety for earthquakes and sinkholes, smart-grind and electric vehicle supply, rapid response to changes in future living environment and etc. Therefore, necessity of urban utility tunnels has recently increased. However, all of the constructed utility tunnels are cut-and-cover tunnels domestically, which is included in development of new-town areas. Since urban areas can not accommodate all buried life-lines, it is necessary to study the feasibility assessment system for utility tunnel by urban patterns and capacity optimization for urban utility tunnels. In this study, we break away from the new-town utility tunnels and suggest a quantitative assessment model based on the evaluation index for urban areas. In addition, we also develop a program that can implement a quantitative evaluation system by subdividing the feasibility assessment system of urban patterns. Ultimately, this study can contribute to be activated the urban utility tunnel.

This paper proposes a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) voltage mode DC-DC step-up converter for portable devices. The converter, which is operated with a 1 MHz switching frequency, is capable of reducing the mounting area of passive devices, such as inductor and capacitor, and is suitable for compact mobile products. This step-up converter consists of a power stage and a control block. The circuit elements of the power stage are an inductor, output capacitor, MOS transistors Meanwhile, control block consist of OPAMP (operational amplifier), BGR (band gap reference), soft-start, hysteresis comparator, and non-overlap driver and some protection circuits (OVP, TSD, UVLO). The hysteresis comparator and non-overlapping drivers reduce the output ripple and the effects of noise to improve safety. The proposed step-up converter was designed and verified in Magnachip/Hynix 0.18um 1-poly, 6-metal CMOS process technology. The output voltage was 5 V with a 3.3 V input voltage, output current of 100 mA, output ripple less than 1% of the output voltage, and a switching frequency of 1 MHz. These designed DC-DC step-up converters could be applied to the Personal Digital Assistants(PDA), cellular Phones, Laptop Computer, etc.
Weirs are to secure amount water of streams and drop structures are to enhance stabilization of stream bed and bridges are to connect isolated region, which are called stream crossing structures. In the stream design criteria, directions for minimum size of structures are suggested to secure stability of stream crossing structures. However the sizes of almost all existing weirs and drop structures are not satisfied with the stream design criteria and only 22 percent of the peirs of bridges are satisfied. To enhance hydraulic stability of existing weirs and drop structures, it is required that the ratio of bed protection to apron should be above 3.3. According to factual survey of structures in the sample streams, it has been shown that the longitudinal slope of rapid works with 1:20 is the most reasonable to design velocity if existing weirs and drop structures are rehabilitated into rapid works. It has been known that violating freeboard and span length of piers should make existing bridges reconstructed or removed. However, comprehensive review including deterioration level of bridges, special regulation for span length, etc. should be considered to determine rehabilitation plan of bridges. In this study, a procedure has been suggested to improve hydraulic stability of weirs, drop structures and piers of bridges. Sound environment of stream and reduction of natural disaster could be achieved by improving stability of cross structures, which could be obtained by governmental budget and active stream management including observance of design criteria.

IMO adopt the revision of SOLAS convention on requirement systems for ECDIS and considered an ECDIS as the major system for E-Navigation strategy on marine transportation safety and environment protection. ENC(Electronic Navigational Chart) as base map of ECDIS is considered as a principal information infrastructure that is essential for navigation tasks. But ENCs are not easy to utilize because they are encoded according to ISO/IEC 8211 file format, and ENCs is required to utilize in parts of Marine GIS and various marine application because they are used for navigational purpose mainly. Meanwhile Google earth is satellite map that Google company service, is utilized in all kinds of industry generally providing local information including satellite image, map, topography, 3D building information, etc. In this paper, we developed KML conversion technology for ENC application. details of development contents consist of ENC loading module and KML conversion module. Also, we applied this conversion technology to Korea ENC and evaluated the results.

A VDS data in the domestic has been used within limits to real time information such as congestion management, incident management, and route guidance service. On the other hand, a VDS data in the foreign countries had been used to various objectives such as transportation policy assessment, transportation construction evaluation, franc safety improvement, and etc. The scope and method of the study is the VDS data which was installed in the uninterrupted flow such as the freeway and the interrupted flow in a diversion route of the leeway. It has investigated and analyzed the VDS as our subject to study, study objective and study methodology for each study generally classified as 1) data collection 2) data processing 3) data store and 4) data quality section. This study has investigated and analyzed the various literatures in domestic and foreign countries regarding the VDS data. And It drew the development direction of the study which is about VDS data in domestic from now.

The purpose of this study is to measure the tube voltage, the tube current/volume, exposure time and exposure dose of diagnostic X-ray unit in each doctor offices, hospitals and general hospitals for evaluating the performance of such device, to learn the method and technology of its measurement and to suggest its importance. Research subjects were total 30 X-ray units and divided into groups of 10 X-ray units each. The tube voltage, the tube current/volume, exposure time and exposure dose were measured using percentage average error, and then reproducibility of exposure dose was measured through calculating coefficient of variation. The results are like followings; The tube voltage correctness examination showed that incongruent devices among total 30 X-ray units were 5 devices (16.7%). The tube current correctness examination showed that incongruent X-ray units were 3 devices (10.0%). The tube current volume correctness examination showed that incongruent X-ray units were 4 devices (13.3%). Finally, according to exposure time correctness examination, incongruent X-ray units were 5 devices (16.7%) and according to reproducibility examination of exposure dose, incongruent X-ray units were 7 devices (23.3%). Above results showed serious problem in performance management based on management regulation of diagnostic X-ray unit; it means that regular checkout and safety management are required, and as doing so, patients will be able to receive good quality of medical service by the reduction of radiation exposure time, image quality administration, unnecessary retake and etc. Therefore, this study suggests that the performance of diagnostic X-ray units should be checked regularly.

Liquid Injection Nozzle(LIN) tube and Calandria tube(CT) in pressurized Heavy Water Reactor (PHWR) are .ross-aligned horizontally. These neighboring tubes can contact each other due to the sag of the calandria tube resulting from the irradiation creep and thermal creep, and fuel load, etc. In order to judge the contact which might be the safety concern, the remote field eddy current (RFEC) technology is applied for the gap measurement in this paper. LIN can be detected by inserting the RFEC probe into pressure tube (PT) at the crossing point directly. To obtain the optimal conditions of the RFEC inspection, the sensitivity, penetration and noise signals are considered simultaneously. The optimal frequency and coil spacing are 1kHz and 200mm respectively. Possible noises during LIN signal acquisition are caused by lift-off, PT thickness variation, and gap variation between PT and CT. The simulated noise signals were investigated by the Volume Integral Method(VIM). Signal analysis on the voltage plane describes the amplitude and shape of LIN and possible defects at several frequencies. All the RFEC measurements in the laboratory were done in variance with the CT/LIN gap and showed the relationship between the LIN gap and the signal parameters by analyzing the voltage plane signals.

And when the work intensity was high, fit factor, ease of breathing, and wearing convenience were all lower than when the work intensity was low. Conclusion: In Korea, it is necessary to consider consideration of the work intensity when testing the leakage rate of the face part for safety certification of the respiratory protective equipment, When developing a mask, it should be possible to maintain high adhesion even under intense, active situation and high temperature conditions by selecting materials, improving the wearing style, and expanding the adjustable range.
