Unpaid Family Worker is blind area of industry safety. Danger of industrial accident is some high but because was excepted in industrial accident compensation insurance application. In most case, because paltry Unpaid Family Worker is no opportunity to take safety education to prevent industrial accidents and there are few safety facility and safety equipment, etc., among business, it may be said that probability to suffer industrial accidents on a trifling mistake or carelessness is higher than general worker of business. Consider such difficult actuality of Unpaid Family Worker and our country must give these benefit of industrial accident compensation insurance application, as opened the door of insurance application in recognition of worker position by "Industrial accident compensation insurance Law" to middle·smaller enterprise's business proprietor or special form labor employees.

Railway signaling safety system organizes equipments and facilities of railway, increases transport efficiency and assures safe operation of railway. In the early days of signaling system railway managers made sure of safety by using relay logic technology based on fail-safe concept. But the development result of computer and science having been introduced to railway industry, railway signaling equipments begin to be operated through micro electronic control system. Accordingly high speed and high density operation of train became possible. Software reliability and safety technology that controls important systems of railway was highlighted. In the middle of 1990s the standard or guideline of railway reliability and safety were studied and established, and are being reviewing in Europe, Japan etc. Our reliability and safety technology have depended largely on foreign countries. In this study we performed a basic study about the reliability of software that controls the railway signaling system.

For the safety of railway, it should be evaluated for the running safety by measuring the derailment coefficient. Although railway has run the fixed and maintained rail, some of railway is derailed. This report shows the results that performed the static load test, wheelset manufacturing for test, main line running test on the basis of the derailment theory and experience. It is executed main line test into more than 80km/h for estimating the curving performance and running safety of Gwangju EMU. As the test results, could confirm the curving performance and running safety of Gwangju EMU from the results of the wheel unloading, lateral force, derailment coefficient etc. Derailment coefficient was less than 0.8, and lateral force allowance limit and wheel load reduction ratio were enough safe.

The system improves the safety and efficiency of railway transport, combining the advanced axle-counter with single-track semiautomatic block. Using computer, to accomplish relay-based semiautomatic block logic operation and axle-counter to check section status, it will further increase the performance of railway transport. Safety-related communication is one of the important topics in railway signal system. By referring to relevant safety-related communication standards, to research on safety-related communication of Micro-computer automatic block between Railway Stations System, the thesis introduces the basic requirements, concept model, codes, and the process, etc.

There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as foundation, erection, pier, pier upper and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in bridges construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

It is necessary to develop the requirement management system that could trace hazards and manage safety requirements for risk control of railway accident as low as reasonably practicable. In this paper, the requirement management system for control of railway accident risk is introduced. The requirement management system is containing the railway system configuration and safety activity related with identified hazards. The system shall be used to derive safety requirements for risk controland support the traceability of hazards on railway's operation & management. In the future, the system will be applied in the areas such as risk assessment and management, performing safety assurance and revising national regulations etc. for continuous safety improvement in the railway.

In order to identify and analyze potential aviation safety hazards, analysis of aviation safety report data must be preceded. Therefore, in consideration of the provisions of the Aviation Safety Act and the recommendations of ICAO Doc 9859 SMM Edition 4th, personal information in the reporting data and sensitive information of the reporter, etc. It identifies the scope of de-identification targets and suggests a method for applying de-identification processing technology to personal and sensitive information including unstructured text data.

Classic construction safety management functions - such as recruitment, training, supervision, etc. - are determined by different conceptions of the role and nature of management effectiveness, and these conceptions are underpinned by related cultural values. This paper attempts to shed some light on in what way, and to what extent, does the national cultural value orientations influence individual preferences for safety management policies and practices. It presents the empirical results of a questionnaire survey administered in Pakistan targeting construction managers with safety management responsibilities. Based on the survey findings, the paper argues that there is a causal link between cultural values' orientations and preferences for, and perceptions of, safety management policies and practices.

Recently, the crisis of demographic extinction is rising in Korea more than any other country, and it is difficult for industrial sites to maintain without 'foreign workers'. Industrial accidents and accident deaths of foreign workers account for 7.6% and 12.3% of the total, through an in-depth analysis of fatal accidents in the manufacturing industry, differences and similarities between fatal accidents of foreign workers and all fatal accidents were confirmed in terms of occurrence type, workplace size, length of service, employment type, etc. In this study, customized countermeasures were found.

This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and develop the subjects for examination of the school safety manager qualifications. For the study purpose, job analysis and meetings with experts were performed for extract contents such as task range, criteria of examination, subjects of examination and examination methods, etc. The first step, duties and tasks of the school safety manager were figured out through revised job analysis data of the school safety manager developed before. On the second step, job model was established and developed job specification including importance, difficulty and frequency of each task. On the third step, task specification was developed, and Knowledge-Skill Matrix was the most important thing on examination were completed. The fourth step was the selection of examination subject using task-subject matrix and 6 subjects such as The Principles of Safety, Understanding of the School Safety Manual, Law Related on the School Safety, Introduction to Education, Understanding and Dealing with Type of the School Safety, Establishment of the School Safety Plan were derived from previous procedure. The fifth step was development of guidelines for design examination of each subject. The last step was development for skills education program.
