In 2017, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted MSC.428 (98), which recommends establishing a cyber-risk management system in Ship Safety Management Systems (SMSs) from January 2021. The 27th International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) also discussed prioritizing cyber-security (cyber-risk management) in developing systems to support Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) operations (IALA guideline on developments in maritime autonomous surface ships). In response to these international discussions, Korea initiated the Korea Autonomous Surface Ship technology development project (KASS project) in 2020. Korea has been carrying out detailed tasks for cybersecurity technology development since 2021. This paper outlines the basic concept of ship network security equipment for supporting MASS ship operation in detailed task of cybersecurity technology development and defines ship network security equipment interface for MASS ship applications.

The general situation of system composition and safety management of high-speed railway terminal is investigated and a comprehensive evaluation index system of operational security is established on the basis of railway laws and regulations and previous research results to evaluate the operational security management of the high-speed railway terminal objectively and scientifically. Index weight is determined by introducing interval eigenvalue method (IEM), which aims to reduce the dependence of judgment matrix on consistency test and improve judgment accuracy. Operational security status of a high-speed railway terminal in northwest China is analyzed using the traditional model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and a general technique idea and references for the operational security evaluation of the high-speed railway terminal are provided. IEM is introduced to determine the weight of each index, overcomes shortcomings of traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, and improves the accuracy and scientificity of the comprehensive evaluation. Risk factors, such as terrorist attacks, bad weather, and building fires, are intentionally avoided in the selection of evaluation indicators due to the complexity of risk factors in the operation of high-speed railway passenger stations and limitation of the length of the paper. However, such risk factors should be considered in the follow-up studies.

In recent years, electronic commerce has provided another access for consumers to purchase products. Shopping on line provides much information and less searching cost for customers, but some researches have pointed out that there are difficulties for companies to do business on web. For lack of trust, many people not prefer purchasing through virtual channels. Based on the literature review, this study aims at empirically testing the impact of website design on individual trust in internet firms. From statistic analysis, we will conclude that security, interaction, and navigation functionality will affect on-line trust. The result of this study may provide some managerial implications, especially for firms which want to enter on-line businesses.

As the number of kids cafes, one of the children's playgrounds, is increasing rapidly, safety accidents in the kids cafe are also increasing rapidly. The facility is also increasing as the need increases, but it is spreading without ensuring safety. In particular, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security for children's play facilities in the kids cafe, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for organic organizations are divided into different departments, so it is not easy for local governments to manage and supervise the actual business, and there are safety blind spots. Kids cafes have changed rapidly according to needs of children and guardians who are users, and there are many problems associated with them. Therefore, we identified problems that may arise due to insufficient safety management systems for kids cafes, investigated the safety management related to kids cafes in advanced countries, and compared and analysed them with domestic systems. As a result of the research, we proposed a safety management reinforcement system, and we hope to contribute to the reduction and prevention of kids café safety accidents.

Recently, the breakdown of online banking servers and the leakage of customer information give rise to much concern about the security of information systems in financial and banking companies in Korea. The enforcement of security for information system becomes much more important issue than earlier. However, the security reinforcement of information system is restricted by a budget. In addition, the activities' cost to secure information system from threatening are under uncertain circumstances and should be established by a human decision maker who is basically uncertain and vague. Thus, making the budget for information system is exposed to any extent of the risk for these reasons. First, we introduce brief fuzzy set theory and fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology. Then, the cost elements that comprise yearly budget are presented and the priorities among the cost elements are calculated by fuzzy AHP. The cost elements that are exposed to risk are evaluated from the both perspectives of the risk impact and risk occurrence possibility which are expressed as linguistic terms. To get information on the risk profiles-pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic-for each cost element, the evaluation is accomplished and the result is presented. At last, the budget ranges-minimum, mode, maximum-for each cost element are estimated with the consideration of the risk profiles.

The purpose of this study is to find out the security guard of the destination and type of terrorism, surveillance, and identification / carried out in order to identify the recognition site the ability to respond to terrorism prevention measures, safety measures on terror. Analysis was conducted by the survey research through the literature for recognition of terrorism in order to derive the measured variables for the general recognition of the guards, pay security guard 300 patients.

It is difficult for consumers to satisfy high safety request with post-management method such as inspection and surveillance, as various changes in-and-out of the country associated with food safety. In terms of food safety problems related to foods, it is crucial to recognize public health and consumer protection and construct pre-preventive Food Control System. A joint committee, FAO/WHO made the following consultations to the National Food Safety System. ${\circ}$ Approach entirely from farm to table ${\circ}$ Get ready for Risk Analysis System ${\circ}$ Secure transparency ${\circ}$ Establish the optimal policy by evaluating the effect of regulation When it comes to summarizing the consultation, it would be accumulated as two key words; "Efficiency" and "Credibility". Whereas the problem of efficiency focuses on precaution rather than post-management, it requires policy option to maximize consumer's benefit by evaluating the cost for the Food Safety Management and its benefit. Also, analyzing risk's character and amount, demanding an optimal means, and introducing scientific analysis system put much value on the stakeholder's communications are procedure's security which can satisfy both "Efficiency" and "Credibility" simultaneously. Especially, it is emphasized here that Risk Assessment need to be separated from Risk Management. This action is a valid means of credibility security throughout improving transparency. A number of nations and organizations have reformed the method of food management passing through reflection and examination of the prior National Food Safety Management since BSE occurred in Britain, 1996. FSA; Food Standard Agency, AFFSA, EFSA, BfR, and FSC are Risk Assessment Organization functionally separated from Risk Management Organization, JECFA, JMCFA, JMPR, JEMRA in Codex charge Risk Assessment internationally. In case of advanced countries excluding several those such as The U.S. and so forth, though these Risk Assessment Organizations are either separated functionally within Risk Management Organization or operated as apart organ, common factors are in which it has independence as Science Base. While securing independence of Risk Assessment Function, it is a tendency Risk Management should be functionally unified into efficiency as well. Though Germany constructs integral Risk Management System of diverse ways according to social and political conditions of each country such as GFOCP, DVFA, SNFA, CFIS and AQIS, there is a key word in the center, "Securing efficiency of Food Safety Management". However our nation has a representative plural；diversified system with The U.S., we took a step forward for unification as empowering policy's generalization；adjustment and Risk Assessment Function by means of enacting the "Food Safety Fundamental Law" in 2008 and establishing the "Food Safety Policy Commission" with private and governmental sectors in the Prime Minister's office. Even though the unification of Risk Management hereby increased, there is the lack of strengthening function of Risk Assessment and securing independence. It needs to be required for the professional committee in Food Safety Policy Commission to develop as a exclusive office of Risk Assessment by separating from a policy decision. Administrative Branches should reinforce feeble functions such as fundamental investigation；research for carrying out Risk Assessment with securing efficiency throughout reassessment of prior Risk Management Means.

과거 해양자유와 개방적 자원사용 레짐은 오늘날 해양관리와 공유자원관리 레짐으로 변화하였다. 해양생물자원, 해양광물자원, 해양공간, 해로 등 해양자원은 경합성은 강하나 배제성은 약한 공유자원적 특성을 가지기 때문에 이를 방치하면 공유의 비극이 발생하며 따라서 합리적 해양관리가 필요하다. 주요한 국제 해양이슈는 해양오염 연안관리, 해수면상승, 어자원관리, 포경, 해양관할권, 심해저광물자원, 군사적 해양안보, 해적활동, 생태적 환경안보 등이 있으며, 이들에 대한 견고하고 지속적인 정책레짐이 형성되어 왔다. 이 논문은 오늘날 해양패러다임이 변화함에 따라 등장한 국제적 해양환경안전 이슈들과, 이를 해결하기 위한 정책레짐의 형성, 그리고 향후 바람직한 정책레짐 형성과제 등에 대해 국제정치학 또는 국제정책형성론적 시각에서 거시적으로 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다.

재난 및 안전관리 통계는 소방방재청과 부처 간 통계중복 및 연계성 부족으로 정책수립시 어려움이 초래되고 있으며, 통계인프라가 빈약하여 과학적 재난관리를 위한 통계관리 및 개발노력이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 재난 및 안전관리 통계 분류체계를 통합하고 표준화하기 위한 통계체제 정립 안을 도출하고 통계지표의 개선 및 신규지표를 개발하며, 재난 및 안전관리 통계 통합 구축방안 마련에 있다. 또한 유관기관 재난 및 안전관리 통계 활용을 위한 법 제도 정비, 방재센서스 실시방안, 통계 인프라 확충방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 재난 및 안전관리 통계정비를 통한 과학적 재난관리 정책수립의 환경을 조성하고 부처별, 재난 유형별 분산관리에서 통합형 통계관리로의 개선 및 공동 활용을 기대할 수 있으며, 재난유형별 국제비교가 가능한 통계기반 마련에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Network industry is complex combined with various fields of industry, such as communication, broadcast, construction, and home appliances. Moreover, it's fairly lucrative since the growth industry makes lots of added values, interacting with the others. The network industry, usually called 'Ubiquitous', connects some home appliances and makes an integrated system that you can use them with whenever and wherever. A demand for network security, however, has skyrocketed due to the relatively low safety. It's been expected that the market of home security is going to be grown up nearly 30 percent every year. Recently, analog surveilance cameras have been replaced with digital ones, and they will be providing stronger security services taking advantage of mutual interaction with related industies. In this paper, a mobile monitoring system for home security is proposed, which makes it possible to supervise all home appliances wherever you're, using the conventional wired/wireless network infra.
