Background: Safety management is required to ensure health and safety of personnel in Norwegian fish farming. However, few studies have addressed the status and practical relevance of this risk-reducing measure. Methods: This article provides new knowledge through interviews with 35 employees at different company levels, addressing perceptions of various safety management activities according to managers and operational personnel. Results: The interviews show that managers and operational personnel at fish farms agree that the quantity of measures aimed to improve safety has increased in recent years. However, some activities are perceived to have higher practical relevance than others. In general, measures that fit well with the practical reality are well received by the employees at the fish farms. Conclusion: Suggested improvements include involving operational personnel in the design of procedures, considering all risk dimensions that may affect occupational health and safety, and challenging the value of specific safety activities based on a detailed knowledge of the distinctive characteristics of work practice in fish farming.

건설 사업장에서 발생하는 안전사고 예방을 목표로 건설 현장의 불안전한 행동이라는 고질적 어려움과 고충을 해소하기 위해서 스마트 안전보건활동이라는 변수를 통하여 의도된 안전한 행동을 만들고, 이러한 행동 변화로 산업재해 감소에 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구목적: 스마트 안전보건활동이 불안전한 행동으로 발생하는 사고와 근본 원인인 근로자 행동 변화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고, 이 활동은 근로자의 안전 경험치가 향상되고, 불안전한 행동을 의도된 안전한 행동으로 변화되며, 작업중에 나타나는 불안전 행동이 줄어들므로 안전사고 예방과 근로자 생명 보호에 도움이 된다는 가설을 검증한다. 연구방법: 스마트 안전보건활동을 독립변수(X)로 선정하였고, 근로자 행동 의도인 의도된 안전과 불안전을 종속변수(Y), 태도와 주관적 규범, 계획된 행동 통제를 매개변수(M)로 정하였다. 척도의 신뢰성과 타당도 분석은 안전보건활동에 관한 탐색적 요인분석과 판별타당도분석, 집중타당도를 분석했으며, 행동 변화의 가설검증을 위해서 주요 변수의 경로분석과 근로자 행동 변화의 실증분석으로는 베이지안모델 분석과 MC시뮬레이션의 확률밀도 분포를 통해 연구를 검증했다. 연구결과:건설 현장의 스마트 안전보건활동을 경험한 근로자는 불안전한 행동이 줄고, 의도된 안전 행동을 한다는 분석이 가장 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이는 근로자 행동변화에 영향을 미칠것이라는 연구가설이 입증되었고, 연구분석의 구조방정식과 경로분석에서 변수간의 상관관계 확인, 실증분석을 통해 스마트 안전보건활동이 근로자 불안전한 행동을 통제하고, 감소시킬 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 결론:건설 현장에서 사고를 예방하고 근로자의 행동을 변화시키기 위해서는 스마트 안전 보건활동이 매우 중요한 항목이란 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 만3세와 만4세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 유아 '안전교육' 관련 내용을 분석준거에 의해 활동유형 및 활동형태별, 생활주제별로 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과 첫째, 만3세 유아 '안전교육' 내용은 총 136개였으며 그 가운데 대 소집단활동에서 71개(52.2%)를 나타내었고 만4세는 총 124개를 보인 가운데 대 소집단 활동에서 58개(46.8%)를 나타내었다. 둘째, 만3세는 '생활도구'에서 25개의 활동을 포함하고 있었으며 그 중 '물건, 도구, 기구에 대한 안전'의 내용에서 21개의 활동을 포함하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 만4세는 '건강과 안전'에서 33개의 활동을 포함하고 있었으며 그 중 '질병에 대한 안전'의 내용에서 12개의 활동을 나타내었다. 연구결과를 통해 교육현장에서 만3, 4세 연령에 따른 유아 '안전교육' 활동을 전개하는데 도움을 주고자하며 유아 '안전교육'과 관련된 각종 연수를 계획하고 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 더 나아가 유아 '안전교육'에 필요한 매뉴얼과 프로그램을 구성하는데 기초정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 안전체험시설을 확충하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 데에도 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 여긴다.

This dissertation aims to analyze various safety accidents taking place during physical education class according to physical education teacher's value orientation, to identify teacher's value orientation that can minimize safety accidents, and to provide basic materials for safe and smooth class management. For this purpose, data have been collected from 261 physical education teachers at some middle and high schools in G City in Kyung-Ki Province and Busan Metropolitan City. The materials were treated as follows: The variables on demographic characteristics of physical education teachers are determined by t-test ; The analysis of one-way ANOVA and relationship between value orientation and safety accident prevention activities was conducted through Pearson's linear correlation analysis and multiple regression; The analysis of the relationship between value orientation and actual conditions of safety accidents was conducted through logistic regression. First, there is almost no awareness difference of physical education teachers' value orientation according to demographical variables. The value orientation physical education teachers consider to be the most important is, however, mainly 'mastery of disciplinary lesson.' There is a statistically significant difference in safety accident prevention activities according to demographical variables. Teachers' focuses in class contents showed a significant difference according to teaching experience and working area, while the dependency on facility has a significant difference according to teaching experience and school type. Second, there is no correlation between physical education teacher's value orientation and safety accident prevention activities because there is virtually no statistically significant difference between them. It means that safety accident prevention activities are not related with on which teachers place emphasis among mastery of disciplinary lesson, social reconstruction, self-realization, ecological integration and value orientation on learning process. Third, the analysis of safety accident prevention activities according to physical education teachers' value orientation revealed that the lower value orientation in social reconstruction is, the more safety accidents teachers experience. It is also found that crashes among students, ball games and leg injuries are inter-related with social reconstruction in value orientation, over-motivation and unskilled motor function ; athletic sports with value orientation on learning process and safety prevention training ; unskilled motor functions with value orientation in ecological integration and disobedience to teacher's directions ; winter accidents with mastery of disciplinary lesson in value orientation. In conclusion, the research indicates that physical education teacher's value orientation according to demographical variables didn't show any significant difference, while one according to safety accident prevention activities showed significant difference. Besides, physical education teachers' value orientation is not related to safety accident prevention activities, but the relationship between value orientation and actual conditions of safety accidents showed correlations according to each variable. Especially, teachers with lower value orientation in social reconstruction experienced more safety accidents. Therefore, physical education teachers can manage physical education class more safely with more emphasis on value orientation in social reconstruction.

Purpose: The objective of this research was to explore levels of patient safety and safe nursing activities depending on the level of nurse staffing, in order to provide effective management of nurse personnel. Methods: The research was conducted with 455 nurses from eight hospitals in B city. Data were collected according to the level of nurse personnel from second (nurse vs. patient ratio of 2.0-2.5) to fifth (ratio of 3.5-4.0) rank. The survey tools were, 'Questionnaire on Patient Safety, a Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture developed by AHRQ (2007), and 'Questionnaire on Patient Safety Nursing Act, in which the questions were selected from nursing-related items (Medication 6 & Safety Nursing Assurance Act 4) in the Safety Evaluation developed by Evaluation Institute of Medical Institution. Data were analyzed with SPSS PC 12.0 program using descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, ANCOVA and $Scheff{\grave{e}}$. Results: The nurses' overall cognition level on patient safety and safe nursing activities showed that nurses who are in the second and third rank had higher scores than those in lower ranks. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that hospitals need a higher ratio level for nurse personnel in order to assure patient safety and safe nursing activities.

Purpose: This study aims to compare and analysis job stress, patient safety culture, and patient safety management activities of nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards and general wards. Methods: Through an online survey conducted on nurses with more than three months of working experience at five general hospitals in the metropolitan area, 156 participants's data were used for 𝜒²-test, t-test, ANOVA using SPSS ver. 26.0. Result: There were no significant differences in the nurses' job stress and patient safety management activities between the comprehensive nursing care service wards and general wards. However, the patient safety culture of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service ward was significantly lower than that of general ward. Conclusion: Patient safety culture should be promoted through continuous regular patient safety education, training, and organizational support to increase patient safety management activities. Additionally, institutional programs should be prepared to reduce job stress of nurses at the frontline of patient safety.

As safety-related regulations for signaling systems are standardized to IEC 61508/62278/62425, and others at the international level, safety activities and its assessment are required to be performed. And also there is the need to develop technologies for safety improvement to secure safety signaling systems in terms of technologies for safety activities on each life-cycle. In this paper we have developed the safety activity processes and technologies each steps of proposed processes respectively for railway signaling systems. And the proposed process and technologies are applied to the safety activities for mock-up signaling systems.

This study investigated the effectiveness of traffic safety education by integrated activities on children's traffic safety knowledge. Subjects were 55 kindergarten children aged 5 years old. The subjects were divided into experimental and control groups. Traffic safety education by integrated activities were applied in the experimental group for 6 weeks. The traffic safety knowledge test was administered to the experimental and control groups for pre-test and post-test analyses. ANCOVA was carried out for both groups to verify the hypothesis of this study. There were statistically significant differences of the children's traffic safety knowledge score including walking, bike, and automobile between the experimental and control groups. To conclude, traffic safety education by integrated activities was very effective to increase children's traffic safety knowledge.

본 연구는 선원들의 안전보건활동 실태조사를 통하여 선내 재해예방과 안전보건활동 대책에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 최근 6개월 이내 승선경험이 있는 437명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 선원들의 안전보건활동 수준은 평균 68.82점이었으며, 작업장 정리정돈이 76.08점으로 가장 높았고, 안전보건관리체계가 62.78점으로 가장 낮았다. 안전보건활동 수준 차이 검증결과 해상직원이 육상직원보다 높았고, 고학력자가 저학력자에 비해 높았다(p<0.01). 외항이 내항보다 높았으며, 특수화물선이 다른 선종보다 높았다(p<0.01). 선박의 크기는 대형선이 소형선에 비해 높았으며, 선령이 5년 미만 선박종사자에서 가장 높았다(p<0.01). 따라서 선원의 안전보건활동 수준을 높이기 위해 개인 및 직무특성과 선박의 특성 차이를 고려한 다양한 안전보건교육프로그램의 개발, 선내 안전보건활동의 활성화 등 선원들의 재해 예방을 위한 적극적인 선내 안전보건 활동 지원 대책이 필요하다.
