In this paper, we suggest a H center .inf. generalized predictive control(H center GPC) which guarantees $H_{\infty}$-norm bounds. THe suggested control is obtained by solving the min-max problem in nonrecursive forms. The stability conditions of the suggested control are derived in a somewhat simple form and it is not required for the derived solution to be a saddle point solution. It is also shown that the suggested control guarantees the $H_{\infty}$-norm bounds under the same conditions of stability.

The author observed a rare case of radicular dentin dysplasia associated with enamel hypoplasia in a 11-year-old boy with a complaint of gum boil formation. 1. Clinically. yellowish-brown colored teeth with severe attrition and several gum boils were observed. 2. Radiographically, obliteration of pulp chamber and root canal, multiple periapical radiolucencies without obvious cause and blunt roots were observed. 3. Systemically, scalp hair and eyebrows were loose and short. And saddle nose could be also seen.

The near wake behind a sinusoidal cylinder has been investigated quantitatively using hot-wire anemometer and qualitative. The mean velocity and turbulence intensity were measured in streamwise and spanwise direction. The results show that the wake in the saddle plane has a longer vortex formation region and rapid reversed flow than that in nodal plane. The elongated vortex formation region of sinusoidal cylinder is related with drag reduction. In addition, the flow visualized with particle tracing method support the flow characteristics of sinusoidal cylinder measured by hot-wire.

We studied on the characteristics of many kinds of tank cars carrying hazard materials and performed structural strength evaluation for tank of asphalt tank car using finite element analysis. We analyzed the tank strength according to JIS E 7102(Design Method for Tanks of Tank Cars). It was found that the maximum stress obtained at the area supported by the saddle is much lower than the yield stress and the criteria of JIS E 7102.

In this article, we consider a fourth order nonlinear difference system. By making use of the critical point theory, we obtain some new existence theorems of at least one periodic solution with minimal period. Our main approach used in this article is the variational technique and the Saddle Point Theorem.

This paper presents sufficient conditions7 for monotonicity of the saddle point value for receding-horizon H$\infty$ control(RHHC). The resulting monotonicity is used to prove the stability of the closed-loop. Under these sufficient conditions the well-known terminal equality condition is handled as a special case and the condition on the state weighting matrix is weakened so as to include even the zero matrix. The whole procedure is much simpler than the previous results and thus is expected to be easily extended for constrained delayed and/or nonlinear systems with the RHHC.

촉매탑에서 수소와 물 사이의 수소동위원소 교환반응에 사용되는 소수성 고분자 촉매 집합체제조 기술개발을 위하여, 촉매담체를 소수성 수지를 이용하여 충전물 표면에 효과적으로 Binding 시키기 위한 Surface coating 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 실험에서 먼저 Teflon 수지에 잘 혼합된 Activated carbon을 Ceramic berl - saddle 등의 3가지 형태의 충전물 표면에 Coating시켜 소결 온도, 충전물의 형태 및 표면 위치에 따른 Coating 특성에 대하여 연구하였다.

Torques on each joint, the compression on L5/S1 disc, the force on hand of a rider are estimated using a static biomechnic model. Forces that the rider applies to the pedals, saddle and handle during starting and speeding are estimated using static mechanics. Physical stress is considered accroding to handle height and horizontal distance between handle and pedal. When handle height is higher in normal speeding, the force on handle and sum of torques on each joint decreases.
