  • This study set out to shed more specific light onto sales managers' coaching and salespersons'organizational commitment and role perceptions, which have been proven to work as important variables in salespersons' performance. It thus conducted an in-depth investigation into the overall sale management activities of sales managers from five high-sales organizations and five low-sales organizations and analyzed differences between them. The interviews of the ten sales managers were combined and analyzed. As a result, the ones from the high-sales organizations demonstrated the following characteristics: first, the salespersons of the high-sales organizations were strongly committed to the goals and values of their organizations. Second, the salespersons of the high-sales organizations had clear perceptions of their roles and showed relatively fewer role conflicts than those of the low-sales organizations. Third, the sales managers of the high-sales organizations demonstrated coaching behavior strongly. They provided positive feedback and role models for the salespersons to follow, thus earning great respect from them and maintaining trust-based relationships with them. And finally, the sales managers' organizational commitment and role perceptions had positive impacts on the salespersons' organizational commitment and role perceptions. Those research findings indicate that sales managers' organizational commitment and role perceptions can be a positive role model to salespersons and that such a role model can have influences on salespersons' performances as part of the characteristics of coaching behavior.

  • This study is intended to examine the effect of characteristics of museum visitors and visit type on perceived relative status, aesthetic responses, and perceived visit benefits, which in turn affect visitor satisfaction and personal and social participatory behaviors. Research was held for four weeks. A total of 308 questionnaires were collected out of 315 distributed. However, additional 15 were excluded due to inadequate responses. The findings of the study are as follows: While museum visitor characteristics yielded significant effects on the perceived relative status and perceived visit benefit, it did not have significant effects on aesthetic responses. Additionally, while visit types showed considerable impact on perceived relative status, it did not yield significant effect on aesthetic responses or the perceived visit benefit. Perceived relative status of a museum had positive effects on aesthetic responses, but not on the perceived visit benefit. Furthermore, while perceived relative status did not have significant effect on visitor satisfaction, it did have evident effects on the aesthetic response and the perceived visit benefit. Lastly, greater visitor satisfaction was confirmed to contribute to greater participatory behavior in various prospective programs and events offered by museums. Hence, it would be imperative for museums to gear their attention to encourage internal participatory behaviors such as visitor education, donation and charity events, which would consequently transcend to viewing museums more as a public space shared by the general public.

  • Airborne particulate matter $(PM_{10})$ collected using high volume air sampler and silica fiber filter were analyzed by Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis(INAA), Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES) and Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(AAS), and the results were compared with each other. 30~40 trace elements in environmental standard reference materials(NIST SRM 1648 and NIES CRM No.8) were analyzed for the analytical quality control. The relative error for two-third of elements detected was less than 10%, and the standard deviation was less than 15%. During the sampling period for 24 hours, the mass concentration of total suspended particulate was 36.1$\mu\textrm{g}$/㎥ and the value is lower than the critical level in Korea. In the results of NAA, the elements of Al, As, Ba, Fe, La, Mg, Na, Sb, Zn were well agreed with those of other methods. In statistical estimation between different methods, the deviation of Al, Ba, Cr, Fe was less than 10% and quite reliable.

To accomplish this research purpose, this study would overview the previous studies on developing agricultural information systems in public sectors and would find out meaningful and considerable factors. This study would accept the methodologies of literature review and systems thinking approaches to understand the relationships among the found factors and to suggest the conceptual research model. Agricultural information system should take care to reduce implement and maintenance costs to reduce the negative relationships between costs and expected service value and between expected service value to perceived service value. Also, it should be understood that impersonal response would reduce the eager to use the services, so the government sectors should consider positively to adopt the concept of CRM even though the government sectors traditionally have ignored its necessity. The failure of public information systems/services may be caused not only by lack of the contents but also by the failure of the persistent post management.

  • Since the early 1980s, the concept of relationship management in marketing area has gained its importance. Acquiring and retaining the most profitable customers are serious concerns of a company to perform more targeted marketing campaigns. For effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management), it is important to gather information on customer value. Many researches have been performed to calculate customer value based on CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). It, however, has some limitations. It is difficult to consider the churn of customers, because the previous prediction models have focused mainly on expected future cash flow derived from customers'past profit contribution. In this paper we suggest a CLV model considering past profit contribution, potential benefit, and churn probability of a customer. We also cover a framework for analyzing customer value and segmenting customers based on their value. Customer value is classified into three categories: current value, potential value and customer loyalty. Customers are segmented according to the three categories of customer value. A case study on calculating customer value of a wireless communication company will be illustrated.

This paper attempted to find out the psychological process that links the relational benefits and brand loyalty. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to VIP customers and general customers of major domestic banks. The proposed research model is empirically tested using 324 valid questionnaires using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23. It also suggest the relative influence of relational benefits on relation value.
