In this paper, we propose a DRF-based object detection method using the object adaptive patch in the satellite imagery. It is a Discriminative Random Fields (DRF) based work, so the detection is done by labeling to the possible patches in the image. For the feature information of each patch, we use the multi-scale and object adaptive patch and its texton histogram, instead of using the single scale and fixed grid patch. So, we can include contextual layout of texture information around the object. To make object adaptive patch, we use "superpixel lattice" scheme. As a result, each group of labeled patches represents the object or object's presence region. In the experiment, we compare the detection result with a fixed grid scheme and shows our result is more close to the object shape.
In this paper, the single patch microstrip antenna and gap coupled broadband microstrip patch antenna using FDTD(Finite Difference Time Domain method) are analyzed. Mur's 2nd absorbing boundary condition to minimize reflected wave is applied. Return loss, voltage standing wave ratio, and input impedance by the length and width of driving patch, the length and width of parasitic patch, and the distance between driving patch and parasitic patch have been analyzed. Design parameters and radiation patterns of broadband antenna have been also shown.

In this paper, circular polarized antennas of Tx 30GHz and Rx 20GHz are implemented in LTCC process. Tx antenna has a circular patch structure and Rx antenna has a ring patch structure. The feeding line of Tx antenna is placed in the center hole of Rx ring patch antenna which is printed under Tx circular patch antenna layer. It makes antenna size smaller. Tx antenna's return loss in under -l0dB level from 30GHz to 31GHz and Rx antenna is under -10 dB from 20GHz to 21GHz. The isolation between two antennas is less than -20dB. Axial ratio is less than 3dB thoughout each band.

In this paper, the 3-dimensional microstrip antenna, where the lis is attached near the patch, on the pound and both patch and ground in zigzag, is designed and fabricated to miniaturize size of antenna. The path of surface current and permittivity in patch are increased because of attached Iris near the patch, on the pound and patch and found. In particula., the maximum size reduction effect among the three-type of $79.1\%$(17 mm$\times$90 mm) was presented in zigzag-type compared with the rectangular microstrip patch antenna(MPA) with a height of 9 mm at the resonant frequency of 1.575 GHz. The gain showed -1.15 dBd, -10 dB bandwidth showed 6.2$\%$(98 MHz), and HPBW of E-plane showed $154^{\circ}$. As that result we could confirm that the 3-dimensional structure with attached Irises is the proper form for the miniaturization of microstrip antenna.

Currently, we are living in the world of invisible radio waves with a variety of frequencies. As today's society is rapidly changing to an era of wireless communication, the importances of antenna(especially, small patch antenna) are increasing according to the coming of wireless mobile communication society. In this paper, we design a small patch antenna which can support the functions of DMB and GPS through devices like cellular phone. The main feature and contribution of the designed patch antenna are as follows. First, the patch antenna is designed by HFSS and the ceramic materials for the patch antenna is utilized. Second, we obtain the patch antenna with reduced size and increased profit of reception, and the designed patch antenna can be applied for small devices.

In this paper, we proposed and fabricated the single feed microstrip patch antenna with slot for S-DMB(Satellite-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting). In order to improve of frequency properties, patch size, feed length, and slot size were investigated by HFSS simulation program. The manufactured single feed microstrip patch antenna with slot showed that the measured center frequency, the minimum return loss and -10dB bandwidth were 2.64GHz, -34.67dB and 180MHz, respectively.
Objectives: This study was designed to investigate intestinal immune system activation and antimetastatic effect of Ojeok-san on cancer cells by oral administration. Methods: Cell viability of Ojeok-san was tested with colon 26-M3.1 carcinoma cells and Peyer's patch cells in vitro. Antimetastatic experiments were conducted in vivo mouse model by using colon 26-M3.1 carcinoma cell. To observe immunomodulating effects of Ojeok-san on Peyer's patch cells, we measured interleukin (IL)-4, GM-CSF. In addition to observing effects of Ojeok-san on hematopoiesis, we measured proliferation of bone marrow cells mediated by Peyer's patch cells in vitro. IgA induction activated in serum and intestinal content was measured to observe the effect of orally administered Ojeok-san on mucosal immune system. After administering Ovalbumin (OVA) with Ojeok-san, Proliferation of Peyer's patch cell was measured to investigate gut immunostimulatory effect. Results: in vitro cytotoxicity analysis, the inhibitory concentration $(IC)_{50}$ of the colon 26-M3.1 carcinoma cell was $890{\mu}g/ml$. $IC_{50}$ of the Peyer's patch cells with LPS was $990{\mu}g/ml$. We found that orally administered Ojeok-san significantly inhibited tumor metastasis in vivo. In addition, the amounts of IL-4 and GM-CSF in the culture supernatant of Peyer's patch cells were significantly increased compared to the control group. The proliferation of bone marrow cell was significantly up-regulated with Ojeok-san. These results indicate that oral administration of Ojeok-san enhances the secretion of hematopoietic growth factors such as GM-CSF and IL-4 from Peyer's patch cells, and these cytokines also act on modulator of bone marrow cell proliferation. After orally administering Ovalbumin (OVA) with Ojeok-san, IgA induction and Proliferation of peyer's patch cell was up-regulated with Ojeok-san. These results means orally administered Ojeok-san activates intestinal immune system and has an inhibitory effect on tumor metastasis. Conclusions: Orally administered Ojeok-san appears to have considerable activity on the anti-metastasis by activation of immune system.
Estimating the habitat potential of inland forest patches for birds requires the modeling of species-area relationships, or relationships between habitat size and numbers of bird species in each patch. The accurate estimation of speciesarea relationships significantly reduces the effort required to recognize the number of species living in each patch. The objective of this study was to estimate the relationship between forest patch size and bird species diversity in Dangjin County, in northwest South Korea, based on the sizes of inland forest patches. KOMPSAT-2 images were obtained and ortho-rectified to construct a map of the target forest patches. The numbers of birds per patch were surveyed four times: August 2008, September 2008, February 2009 and May 2009. Regression models were derived to explain the relationships between the numbers of bird species and patch size. A model that was derived using data from all four observation periods had the highest coefficient of determination ($R^2$). According to these models, the numbers of bird species at first increased linearly with increasing patch size; however, the curve then plateaued. Our model including observations from four seasons will be useful for estimating the numbers of bird species in other inland forest patches in South Korea.

This is an extended paper, focusing on the cost management for the organizations dealing with the crucial issues of security systems. Information Technology (IT) is an important and irreplaceable need of society and all working sector's success depends on IT to a greater extent; therefore maintaining security features is one of the most important aspects of IT. When security in the IT sector is discussed, Patch Management (P.Mgnt) has to be taken under account. P. Mgnt includes many concerns and areas to be described for IT security such as methods and problems in updating patch, methods of reducing security risks with P.Mgnt, methods of achieving economies of scale by controlling the operational costs and taking decisions in investing as and when necessary. This paper presents a general definition of Patch management, its benefits and management of working cost through theoretical models, also the paper gives methods of feeding techniques for microstrip patch antenna MPA, showing the contracting and non contracting methods.

Texture synthesis technology has the advantages of repairing texture and structure at the same time. However, during the filling process, the size of the patch is fixed, and the content of the filling is not fully considered. In order to be able to adaptively change the patch size, we used the exemplar-based inpainting technique as the test algorithm, considering the image structure and texture, calculated the image structure patch size and texture patch size, and comprehensively determined the image patch size. This can adaptively change the patch size according to the filling content. In addition, we use multi-layer images to calculate the priority, so that the order of image repair was more stable. The proposed repair algorithm is compared with other image repair algorithms. The experimental results showed that the proposed adaptive image repair algorithm can better repair the texture and structure of the image, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
