In this paper, it is shown that if R is a commutative ring with identity and there exists a multiplicatively closed subset S of R such that $S{\cap}Z(R/(I_1I_2{{\cdots}I_n))={\emptyset}$ and $I_1R_s,I_2R_s{\cdots},I_nR_s$ are pairwise comaximal, then $I_1I_2{\cdots}I_n=I_1{\cap}I_2{\cap}{\cdots}{\cap}I_n={\cap}^n_{i=1}(I_i\;:_R\;I_1{\cdots}I_{i-1}I_{i+1}{\cdots}I_n)$.

In this paper we investigate the Hyers-Ulam stability of the s-variable additive and l-variable quadratic functional equations of the form $$f\(\sum\limits_{i=1}^{s}x_i\)+\sum\limits_{j=1}^{s}f\(-sx_j+\sum\limits_{i=1,i{\neq}j}^{s}x_i\)=0$$ and $$f\(\sum\limits_{i=1}^{l}x_i\)+\sum\limits_{j=1}^{l}f\(-lx_j+\sum\limits_{i=1,i{\neq}j}^{l}x_i\)=(l+1)$$$\sum\limits_{i=1,i{\neq}j}^{l}f(x_i-x_j)+(l+1)\sum\limits_{i=1}^{l}f(x_i)$ (s, l ∈ N, s, l ≥ 3) in quasi-Banach spaces.

Let I be an ideal in a Gorenstein local ring A with the maximal ideal m. Then we say that I is an equimultiple good ideal in A, if I contains a reduction Q = ( $a_1$, $a_2$,ㆍㆍㆍ, $a_{s}$ ) generated by s elements in A and G(I) =(equation omitted)$_{n 0}$ $I^{n}$ / $I^{n＋1}$ of I is a Gorenstein ring with a(G(I)) = 1 - s, where s = h $t_{A}$ I and a(G(I)) denotes the a-invariant of G(I). Let $X_{A}$$^{s}$ denote the set of equimultiple good ideals I in A with h $t_{A}$ I = s, R(I) = A [It] be the Rees algebra of I, and $K_{R(I)}$ denote the canonical module of R(I). Let a I such that $I^{n＋l}$ = a $I^{n}$ for some n$\geq$0 and $\mu$$_{A}$(I)$\geq$2, where $\mu$$_{A}$(I) denotes the number of elements in a minimal system of generators of I. Assume that A/I is a Cohen-Macaulay ring. We show that the following conditions are equivalent. (1) $K_{R(I)}$(equation omitted)R(I)＋as graded R(I)-modules. (2) $I^2$ = aI and aA : I$\in$ $X^1$$_{A}$._{A}$./.

C-S-H(I)은 활성슬래그시멘트의 강도생성의 핵심물질이며 시멘트 수화물의 강도원천물질인 C-S-H의 구조모델로 사용되어 왔기 때문에, 나노 수준의 콘크리트 연구 분야에서는 세계적으로 아주 중요한 물질로 다루어지고 있다. 이러한 C-S-H(I)에서 발생되는 Si에 대한 Al 치환은 C-S-H(I)의 분자구조변경을 인위적으로 할 수 있다는 점에서 주목되어 왔고, C-S-H(I)의 기계적 물성치 (예, bulk modulus)에도 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라고 예상되어 왔었다. 그러나 본 연구를 통해 이러한 Al 치환이 실제로는 C-S-H(I)의 bulk modulus에는 거의 영향을 미치지 못함이 밝혀졌다.

If $g_i = \in g_i (i = 1, 2, \ldots, l) and g_1 \otimes \cdots \otimes g_l$ denotes the tensor product $g(s) = g_1(s_1)g_2(s_2) \cdots g_l(s_l) for s = (s_1, s_2, \ldots, s_l) and s_i \in S_i$, then we can defined $Z(g) = (Z_1 \times Z_2 \times \cdots \times Z_l)(g) = Z_1(g_1)Z_2(g_2) \cdots Z_l(g_l)$.

A two commodity continuous review inventory system with independent Poisson processes for the demands is considered in this paper. The maximum inventory level for the i-th commodity fixed as $S_i$(i = 1,2). The net inventory level at time t for the i-th commodity is denoted by $I_i(t),\;i\;=\;1,2$. If the total net inventory level $I(t)\;=\;I_1(t)+I_2(t)$ drops to a prefixed level s $[{\leq}\;\frac{({S_1}-2}{2}\;or\;\frac{({S_2}-2}{2}]$, an order will be placed for $(S_{i}-s)$ units of i-th commodity(i=1,2). The probability distribution for inventory level and mean reorders and shortage rates in the steady state are computed. Numerical illustrations of the results are also provided.

홍삼 $S_I$-분획의 투여로 중크롬산에 의한 신장세포독성이 감소되었다. 토끼에 중크롬산을 투여하면 급성신부전이 유발되어 10일이내에 대부분이 죽었다. 반면 홍삼 $S_I$-분획을 투여하면 치사율이 상당히 낮아졌으며, 생리적 증상이 현저히 개선되었다. 홍삼 $S_I$-분획의 투여로 중크롬산에 의하여 생기는 glomerulotubular imbalance가 호전되었으며, 당원생성, 해당속도, 젖산 생성속도가 정상화 되었다. 홍삼 $S_I$-분획의 효과는 비타민 C, EDTA, 휴로세마이드에 비하여 월등하였다.

The montane forests of Ulreung Island, Korea, were investigated by the ZM school method. By comparing the montane forests of this island with those of Korean Peninsula and of Japan, a new order, F a g e t a l i a m u l t i n e r v i s, a new alliance, F a l g i o n m u l t i n e r v i s, a new association, H e p a t i c o-F a g e t u m m u l t i n e r v i s and Rhododendron brachycarpum-Pinus parviflora community were recognized. The H e p a t i c o - F a g e t u m m u l t i n e r v i s was further subdivided into four subassociations; Subass. of Sasa kurilensis, Subass. of Rumohra standishii, Subass. of Rhododendron brachycarpum and Subass. of typicum. Each community was described in terms of floristic, structural and environmental features.
