미세조류 유래 고부가 유용물질 (High-Value Materials from Microalgae)

  • 미세포류는 다양한 서식환경, 분류군, 종조성 등의 특징을 갖는 미생물군이며 , 이들은 각종 유용물질을 생산하는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 유용물질 생산을 위하여 집중적으로 연구되었던 세균, 곰팡이 등과 함께 미래의 유용한 물질생산의 보고로 간주되고 있다. 미세조류 배양의 가장 큰 장점은 대부분의 작물생산에 적합하지 않는 높은 염도, 강한 알카리 등의 극한 환경에서도 성장하는 조류가 있다는 점이다. 최근 유용 미생물 탐색, 미생물 배양, 유용물질 탐색기술 등의 기반 기술이 크게 발달하면서 미세조류 배양 및 물질생산 비용은 점차 저렴해지고 있다. 또한 최근 급격히 발달된 생명공학기술을 이용한 유전공학적 조류주 개량 등으로 유용물질 생산 효율도 크게 증가시킬 수 있게 되었다. 한편 전 세계적으로 지구환경문제가 중요 쟁점으로 등장하였으며, 동시에 생물다양성협약 등 생물자원의 보존 및 확보가 무엇보다도 중요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 미세조류의 대량배양 시 배지로서 축산폐수를 이용한다면 유용물질의 생산과 동시에 폐수의 고차처리, 대기 중 이산화탄소의 고정화 등 당면한 환경문제를 해결할 수 있는 환경친화적 기술로 평가되고 있다. 따라서 미세조류의 대량배양을 통하여 biomass로부터 건강보조식품, 천연색소, 의약용 물질 등의 고부가 유용물질을 생산하여 경제적 가치를 창출할 수 있다. 또한 미세조류의 대량배양은 부수적으로 생물학적 이산화탄소 고정화를 통한 대기 중 농도감소 등의 지구환경문제의 해결에도 기여할 수 있다. 즉, microalgal biotechnolog는 생물산업의 활성화와 함께 횐경산업의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 유망한 미래 산업으로서 앞으로 큰 발전이 기대된다. 수 있음을 보인다.옥천비변성대의 고생대 지층에서도 보고된 바 있기 때문에 옥천대에 광역적으로 일어난 것으로 생각된다.didn′t have purchase intention of apparel on Internet shopping malls were summarized and labeled as: difficulty of decision making due to virtual shopping environment, insufficiency of diverse apparels, users′ unease handling, risk of incredible apparel quality, unfamiliarity of Internet shopping and risks of unsecurity. 한국인의 이완상상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Korean Imaginations of Relaxation)

  • Relaxation technique is an independent nursing intervention used in various stressful situations. Relaxation techniques must be explored regarding relaxing imaginations used by the people in their traditional life experiences. So for Korean relaxation techniques to become culturally acceptable and effective imaginations of relaxation must be developed. The purpose of this study was to identify differences in relaxation levels of Koreans according to five relaxation imaginations and five groups and to analyze the factors influencing relaxation techniques for Korean people. The subjects were 38 hospitalized patients, 21 rural residents, 56 housewives, 16 researchers and 59 nursing students. Data were collected from September 4 to October 24, 1991 by interview or self-re-port questionnaires. The measurement tool was the graphic rating scale of relaxation levels. The data analysis was done by percent, ANOVA and Scheffe test using the SAS program. The. results of study are summerized as follows : 1. The relaxation level of Koreans was significantly different for the five relaxation imaginations (F=5.95, P=0.0001). Relaxation level of ‘after bathing imagination’ was 6.90, ‘in bed imagination’ was 6.55, ‘in the mountain imagination’ was 6.01, ‘snow and fireplace imagination’ was 5.84 and ‘at the seashore imagination’ was 5.80. As a result of the Scheffe test, ‘after bathing imagination’ was found to show a higher relaxation level than ‘at the sea-shore imagination’ ‘in the mountain imagination’ and ’snow and fireplace imagination(P〈.05). 2. The relaxation levels of the Koreans were not different for the five groups(F=1.26, P=0.29). 3. There were no differences in the relaxation level of the koreans according to sex, age, place of residence, place of residence during childhood, marital status, religion or educational status. In conclusion, Korean people prefer the ‘relaxation imagination of after bathing’ to western style relaxation imagination of ‘at the seashore imagination’ and ‘snow and fireplace imagination’.

  • At a time of emphasized need for user-oriented design, methods such as Post Occupancy Evaluation are being used to measure the exact demands of the users. The conventional methods, however, have mostly been conducted based on questionnaires printed on paper, which has posed numerous problems in researches designed to measure the visual demands. Along with the continued development of the internet and computer media, there have been examples of interactive media applications as a means of improving the existing paper-based research methods. This study is a follow-up to the primary study that unveiled cautious variances of the media. 200 samples of media-based researches were extracted to be used in analysis of in-depth visual demands. 200 housewives from rural Iud development zones, who exercises the most influence in household purchases in these regions where the problem of rate of distribution Is coming under the limelight, were chosen as the subjects. The subjects were selected from land development zones of Gimhae-si and Haeundae. At first, the research was prepared as a web-based endeavor but it employed direct research of field personnel in consideration of that this research is in the beginning. This follow-up study deals mainly with the visual demands for which cautious variances were detected in the primary study and includes analysis of mainly ground Plan layout, space coloration, livingroom utilization, and vlsual composition of LDK. Media research had the advantage of zero rate of questionnaire error due to a pre-programmed search routine, and it was possible to ascertain the actual trade-off basis demands of the residents in terms of ground plan layout. In addition, whereas conventional research methods based on still images were susceptible to the preconceptions of the respondents, the interactive media allowed for easy understanding of the spatial layout and thus made it possible for all respondents to provide answers under the same conditions.

한국인의 이완(Relaxation) 개념에 관한 연구 (A Study on Koream Concepts of Relaxation)

  • Relaxation technique is an independent nursing intervention used in various stressful situations. The concept of relaxation must be explored for the meaning given by the people in their traditional thought and philosophy. Korean relaxation technique, wanting to become culturally acceptable and effective, is learning to recognize and develop Korean concepts, experiences, and musics of relaxation. This study was aimed at discovering Korean concepts, experiences and musics of relaxation and contributing the development of the relaxation technique for Korean people. The subjects were 59 mursing students, 39 hospitalized patients, 61 housewives, 21 rural residents and 16 researchers. Data were collected from September 4th to October 24th, 1991 by interviews or questionaires. The data analysis was done by qualitative research method, and validity assured by conformation of the concept and category by 2nursing scientists who had written a Master's thesis on the relaxation technique. The results of the study were summerized as follows; 1. The meaning of the relaxation concept; From 298 statements, 107 concepts were extracted and then 5 categories "Physical domain", "Psychological domain", "Complex domain", "Situation", and "environment" were organized. 'Don't have discomforts, 'don't have muscle tension', 'don't have energy(him in Korean)', 'don't have activities' subcategories were included in "Physical domain". 'Don't have anxiey', 'feel good', 'emotional stability', 'don't have wordly thoughts', 'feel one's brain muddled', 'loss of desire' subcategories were included in "physical domain" 'Comfort body and mind', 'don't have tension of body and mind', 'be sagged' 'liveliness of thoughts' subcategories were included in "Complex domain". 'Rest', 'sleep', 'others' subcategories were included in "Situation domain". And 'quite environment' & 'comfortable environment' subcategories were included in "Environmental domain". 2. The experiences of the relaxation; From 151 statements, 59 experiences were extracted. And then 9 categories-at rest after physical activities, after problem solving, fancy, bathing in the bed, situation, rest, particular time, others-were organized. 3. The musics of the relaxation; From 229 statements, 108 musics were extracted. and the 9 categories- Western classical music, semi classical music, Korean song, Korean popular classical music, song, western popular sonhg, hymn, characteristics of music, others - were organized. In conclusion, There are some differences between Korean concepts, experiences and musics of relasation and western concepts, experiences and musics of relaxation.

전북 일부지역 중년의 사회 경제적 요인, 건강 및 생활 관련인자가 건강식품 섭취에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Social-Economic Factors and Related factors of Health and Life-Style on Health Foods Intakes among the Middle Aged in the Jeonbuk Region)

  • This study examined health foods intakes and related variables among the middle aged(150 men and 159 women) in the Jeonbuk region. Health foods were classified into 4 groups including Chinese medicine(CM), toner foods(TF), vitamin or mineral supplements(VMS), and other manufactured health food supplements(MHFS). The number of people taking health foods were higher for those in their 50's than in their 40's. The consumption rate of TF in men was the highest among health foods, this result had significance. The reasons for taking health foods were recovery from fatigue, supplement of nutrients and making smooth body activity in general, but TF was used to increase of vigor. The consumption rate of health foods was a little different according to social-economic factors, namely, the consumption rate of CM was higher in people in rural than urban areas, those who graduated from middle school than university, blue color & self-employed as opposed to housewives and service workers, low level income than high level income, and Buddhism and no religion than Christian. The consumption rate had a correlation with the habits of smoking, alcohol drinking and exercise ; namely, the consumption rate of CM was higher than VMS and MHFS on smokers and alcohol drinkers. The more the frequency of exercise, the higher the consumption rate of TF, but the duration of the exercise was not correlated. This study suggests that middle aged people need nutritional education for the right recognition and selection of health foods and to consider the nature of each type of health foods.

중년주부 가정의 전통음식 이용에 관한 연구 - 경기.인천 지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Korean Traditional Food Use Patterns in Households of Middle Aged Women living in Kyunggido and Incheon Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the patterns of Korean traditional food use in the households of middle aged women living in Kyunggido and Incheon area Four hundred eighty seven housewives whose children were in middle school answered the questionnaire about Korean traditional food use patterns in ordinary days, national festive days and in private celebration or memorial days. Most households have used Korean traditional table setting called Bansang as daily meals(96.7%) and have used home-made Kimchi(97.3%). However, the use of home-made Jang such as soy sauce, soybean paste and red pepper soybean paste was not very high(64.3%). Most households have celebrated New Years day(99.6%) with Ddukguk and Manduguk, Chusuk(95.1%) with Songpyun, and fruits, Full-Moon day(95.1%) with Ogokbap, Namul and Brum. Dongji was celebrated with Patjug by 73.3% of households. However, Samjitnal and Danho were celebrated with Whajeon and Ssukjulpyun by only 18.9% and 43.8% of the households respectively. The households using Korean traditional food to celebrate the birthday, the 1st birthday of child, the wedding or to memorize the passing day of ancestors were 96.0%, 80.7%, 81.3% and 86.7% respectively. Compared to households of urban and nuclear family, households of rural and extended family tended to use significantly more Korean traditional foods in many occasions and showed significantly higher rate of using home-made Kimchi and Jang.

여자 고등학생의 시판김치 섭취 실태 및 평가와 김치 담그기 교육에 대한 견해 (Intake and Evaluation of Commercial Kimchi and Perception of Learning Methods Making Kimchi among Female High School Students)

  • Kimchi is a traditional food in Korea. It is a fermented food made by several vegetables. Kimchies have traditionally made at home, but the use of commercial Kimchies is increasing. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the intake and evaluation of commercial Kimchies and the perception of desirable learning methods making Kimchies among female high-school students. Three hundred and seventy one female high-school students living in Chonbuk province were participated in the survey. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The percentage of subjects who had consumed commercial Kimchies at least once was 49.7%. It was higher in the subjects living in the rural area(65.6%) than in the urban area(37.9%) at p${\le}$0.001. 2. Positive reasons for the consume of commercial Kimchies was: ‘saving time($4.11{\pm}0.74$)’, ‘convenience to buy when it is needed($4.03{\pm}0.78$)’, ‘variety($3.59{\pm}0.86$)’ and ‘looking good($3.21{\pm}0.98$)’. However, commercial Kimchi received low scores for: ‘sanitation($2.24{\pm}0.96$)’, ‘taste($2.84{\pm}0.96$)’, and ‘economy($2.89{\pm}1.02$)’. 90.5% of the subjects believed that the use of commercial Kimchi will be increased. 3. 24.3% of the subjects had an experience of making Kimchi alone, and 88.7% of the subjects had assisted their mother making Kimchi. 88.9% of the subjects reported that they would like to learn how to make Kimchi from their mothers. 84.0% of the subjects want to make Kimchi by themselves at home when they will be housewives. In conclusion, this report suggests that commercial Kimchi should be produced under more sanitary conditions and Kimchi producers should also develop a variety of tastes to match consumer's preferences.   • 최근 유통산업의 성장과정에서 신유통업태의 등장과 대형할인점의 다점포화 전략으로 유통환경이 급변하고 있다. 경쟁이 격화됨에 따라 대형할인점들은 저가격 전략 및 상품차별화 등을 위해 유통업체브랜드(Private Brand: PB) 개발을 확대하고 있다. 그러나 장기적 경기불황으로 인해 실용적이고 합리적 사고를 가지고 있는 신세대 주부 및 직장인이 주요 고객층으로 자리 잡으면서 과거 지향해 오던 저가전략은 더 이상 새로운 것이 될 수 없게 되었다. 한편, 최근 대형할인점들은 신규고객 확보를 위해 지방 출점을 강화하고 있다. 그러나 지역간 소비자 태도, 소득 및 소비패턴 등의 격차로 인하여 지방출점의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 대형할인점들은 출점지역의 고객 특성에 대한 체계적인 이해와 유통업체브랜드(PB)의 소비자 선호의 지역간 특성 차이를 확인하는 것이 필수적인 과제가 되었다. 즉, 이러한 유통업체의 경쟁적 지방 점포확장과 소비자의 가치관의 변화는 지역간 출점을 앞두고 있는 대형할인점에 대한 PB상품 선호와 구매행동에 대한 연구를 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 소비자의 관점에서 선행연구를 토대로 PB상품 선호도와 선택된 변수들을 중심으로 유통업체 브랜드 제품의 구매의도와 관련하여 경기지역 도시의 지역간 차이가 존재하는지를 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

소양면 지역사회 환경기초조사 (A Basie Community Health Survey in Rural Korea (Soyang-Myun))

  • 1. Introduction Community medicine with the concept of comprehensive medical care and an ideal medical care delivery system not only for an individual or family but for the whole community has emerged. In April 1970, the Presbyterian Medical Center started a hospital based community health service project in order to improve the health of the people in rural areas. Prior to commencing a comprehensive medical care system, a family survey was needed. The major objective of this survey was to obtain information concerning the people and their environment so as to be able to plan and implement a comprehensive medical care program in Soyang-Myun. 2. Survey Method An interview using a family record form was carried out for each household. This family record form was designed to get information about demography, family planning, environmental sanitation and vital statistics. Prior to beginning, the members of the survey team were trained in interviewing techniques for three days. The team consisted of a public health nurse, four nurse-aides, a sanitarian and four health extension workers who are working in our project, The survey was carried out during the period November 1971 to March 1972. 3. Project area 1) Population of Soyang-Myun was 11,668; male, 5,962 and female, 5,706. 주부의 연령대별 농식품 소비 특성 비교 (Comparison of Housewives' Agricultural Food Consumption Characteristics by Age)

  • 라이프스타일이 빠르게 변화하고 있고, 식생활과 식품가공 기술의 발전에 따라 가구별로 식품 소비패턴이 매우 다양하다. 본 논문은 가구 단위의 농식품 구매 정보를 담고 있는 농촌진흥청이 구축하고 있는 소비자 패널 데이터의 식품군을 재분류하고 농식품 소비행위 주체인 패널 대표자의 연령대별로 그룹화하여 농식품 소비 특성 비교를 하였다. 연령대 구분의 기준은 대사질환 유병률로 20% 이상인 60대 이상 그룹과 10% 미만인 30~40대 그룹으로 나누었다. LightGBM 알고리즘을 사용하여 30~40대와 60대 이상의 식품 소비패턴의 차이를 분류 분석한 결과 정밀도는 0.85, 재현율은 0.71, F1_score는 0.77로 나타났다. 변수중요도의 결과는 과자류, 엽경채나물류, 조미채류, 과채류, 수산물류 순이었으며, SHAP 지표의 상위 5개 값은 과자류, 수산물류, 조미채류, 과채류, 엽경채나물류 순이었다. 이상치에 민감한 평균을 대신한 중앙값으로 소비패턴을 이진 분류한 결과 과자류의 경우 30~40대가 60대보다 두 배 이상 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이외의 변수에서도 30~40대와 60대 이상 사이에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 연구 결과 30~40대는 60대보다 과자류를 두 배 이상 소비하는 패턴을 보였으며, 60대의 경우 30~40대보다 수산물, 조미채류, 과채류, 엽경채나물류를 두 배 이상 섭취하였다. 상위 5개 품목 외에도 밀가공식품인 과자, 빵류, 면류에서 30~40대의 소비가 높았으며, 이는 60대의 식품 소비패턴과 차이를 보였다.
