  • 팬의 동력원으로 사용되고 있는 일반전동기는 실치 시 팬의 전동기 부분이 돌출되어 송풍량을 제한 한다든지 곡관을 설치해야하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위한 새로운 형식의 축류팬용 유도전동기를 개발하여 특성을 파악하였다. 이 유도전동기는 기존전동기와는 달리 내측이 전기자인 고정자이고 외측이 회전자로 구성되어 있다.

  • An inverter-fed induction is driven by a harmonic voltage source so that it is necessary to be analysed by time-stepping F.E.M. But it takes so long time that disadvantageous to design. This paper presents a simple analysis method for inverter-fed induction motor using FEM and harmonic equivalent circuit. First, the rotor bar resistance and the leakage reactance are determinated by FEA for 1 slot region in rotor to consider the skin effect and the saturation. Secondly, the characteristic of the motor is analyzed by the harmonic equivalent circuits consisting of the obtained parameters from the FEA. This method is carried out to analyze an induction motor driven by the sinusoidal voltage and the inverter. The results are verified by comparing with those of the time-step F.E.A and the experiment.

  • In this paper, the shape of the slit to provide a view of the sensor in such a manner as to encode the rotor position information using a single sensor for studies of economic rotor position and speed detection method for electric motor drive has a special electronic commutator bar-and proposes a robust encoder can produce a rotor position information for each of the woman, and reads out the location information by using the position detection method of the proposed new method compared to traditional DSP Capture function of incremental encoder that its validity was verified through experiments.

  • Large generators are subject to high mechanical and electrical stress which may lead to deterioration of the insulation. The rotors, in particular, may develop short circuits particularly and there is a need for the operators to be aware of this situation. In this paper, the electromagnetic characteristics of the generator with shorted turns in rotor field winging is analyzed by FEM and the detection algorithm method of the shorted turn rotor slot position is proposed.

  • 본 논문은 반응표면법(Respone Surface Methodology)과 유한요소법(Finite Element Method)을 이용하여 250 kW급 견인 유도 전동기의 효율 향상을 위한 최적설계기준에 대해서 다루었다. 본 논문의 주 관점은 첫째, 회전자 형상 및 치수변화에 따른 토크 비교를 통해 설계 해를 찾는 것이다. 둘째, 중심합성법(Central Composite Design)과 결합된 해석방법이 도입되었고, 추정된 회귀모델의 적합성을 결정하기 위해 분산분석(Analysis Of Variance)이 수행되었다. 이렇게 제안된 실험 절차는 기존의 초기 모델로 부터 시작하여 회전자 형상 및 치수를 최적설계 하였다.

Numerical simulation and investigation of jet impingement cooling heat transfer for the rotor blade

  • Investigation of leading edge impingement cooling for first stage rotor blades in an aero-engine turbine, its effect on rotor temperature and trailing edge wake loss have been undertaken in this study. The rotor is modeled with the nozzle for attaining a more accurate simulation. The rotor blade is hollowed in order for the coolant to move inside. Also, plenum with the 15 jet nozzles are placed in it. The plenum is fed by compressed fresh air at the rotor hub. Engine operational and real condition is exerted as boundary condition. Rotor is inspected in two states: in existence of cooling technique and non-cooling state. Three-dimensional compressible and steady solutions of RANS equations with SST K-ω turbulent model has been performed for this numerical simulation. The results show that leading edge is one of the most critical regions because of stagnation formation in those areas. Another high temperature region is rotor blade tip for existence of tip leakage in this area and jet impingement cooling can effectively cover these regions. The rotation impact of the jet velocity from hub to tip caused a tendency in coolant streamlines to move toward the rotor blade tip. In addition, by discharging used coolant air from the trailing edge and ejecting it to the turbines main flow by means of the slot in trailing edge, which could reduce the trailing edge wake loss and a total decrease in the blade cooling loss penalty.

이산 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 동기발전기 회전자 층간단락 진단에 관한 연구 (A Study of Shorted-Turn Detection in the Cylindrical Synchronous Generator Rotor Windings via Discrete Wavelet Transform)

  • 본 논문에서는 이산 웨이브렛 변환을 이용하여 원통형 동기발전기 회전자 권선의 층간단락을 진단하는 방법에 대해 기술하였다. 제안하는 방법에서는 회전자 권선의 층간단락 진단을 위해 다중해상도 분석을 이용하여 회전자 전류를 여러 스케일 영역으로 분할한 후, 각 영역에서의 신호의 에너지 값을 비교하였다. 실험적인 결과는 특정 회전자 슬롯 내에 25%, 42%, 67%, 83%, 99%단락이 발생한 경우와 정상적인 경우를 비교한 것으로, 그 편차는 층간단락 비율에 반비례하여 나타났다. 이러한 실험적인 결과는 제안한 이산 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 방법이 원통형 동기발전기 회전자 권선의 충간단락 진단에 적절함을 보여준다.

  • This paper presents modeling of dynamic system for slot less air-cored PM linear synchronous motor using space vector PWM. The vector control requires Information about rotor position. And we can need to the Hall sensor for sampling current. In order to agree with this purpose, Digital Signal Processor(TMS320F2406A) developed for implementation of a speed Field Oriented Control.

  • Cogging torque, the primary ripple component in the torque generated by permanent magnet (PM) motors, is due to the slotting on the stator or rotor. This article shows the reduction of cogging torque in a novel axial flux permanent magnet (AFPM) motor through the various design schemes. 3D finite element method is used for the exact magnetic field analysis. The effects of slot shapes and skewing of slot on the cogging torque and the average torque have been investigated in detail.

  • This paper deals with electromagneitc characteristics analysis of high-speed brushless DC motor. First, under same rated and restricted conditions, four models which have different slot combinations each other are designed using 2-d finite element (FE) analyses. Designed models are analyzed and compared in terms of core loss, copper loss, eddy-current loss, etc. On the basis of analysis results, it is found that the motor with a 2-pole PM rotor and a 6-slot stator has most outstanding performances in electromagnetic aspects.
