Hemangioendothelioma is a rare vascular tumor with involvement of the liver, brain, long bones, and lung. Among the 6 histological subtypes, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is the most aggressive. Its occurrence in the mediastinum is quite rare, and very few cases have been documented. The reported cases in the literature have described difficulties in the preoperative diagnosis due to the unusual histological appearance of the tumor. Immunohistochemistry remains the mainstay for a definitive diagnosis. Due to its low incidence, there is no standard treatment for mediastinal EHE, but curative resection is the preferred treatment option where possible, with chemotherapy used as an adjuvant treatment or in cases of widespread inoperable disease. The present case study describes an aggressive EHE occurring in an 18-year-old woman in the anterior mediastinum.

로마자 서체에 대한 수치적 분류체계는 잘 발달되어 있지만, 한글 서체 분류를 위한 기준은 수치적으로 잘 정의되어 있지 않다. 본 연구의 목표는 한글 서체 분류를 위한 수치적 기준을 세우기 위해, 서체 스타일을 구분하는 중요한 특징들을 찾는 것이다. 컨볼루션 뉴럴 네트워크(convolutional neural network)를 사용하여 명조와 고딕 스타일을 구분하는 모형을 세우고, 학습된 필터를 분석해 두 스타일의 특징을 결정하는 피처(feature)를 찾고자 한다.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of personnel security in the context of the public administration system. This article defines the process of formation of anti-corruption consciousness as one of the areas of interaction between public authorities and civil society institutions. It is concluded that the implementation of the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine may be more promising if the institutions of civil society are actively involved. The degree of citizen engagement can be increased by increasing social trust, as well as by increasing the level of political and legal education and culture. Particular attention should be paid to the organization of public control and monitoring of the activities of public authorities, impartial coverage of information on the fight against corruption in the media, as well as the joint conduct of an information and educational campaign and the promotion of the formation of anti-corruption consciousness among a large number of citizens.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main elements of the state management of the development of national cybersecurity. Cybersecurity ensures the protection of the properties of information resources and the operability of technical and software users and is directed against relevant cyber incidents. Therefore, today it is impossible to ignore the importance of public administration of the processes taking place in it. The methodological support of our study is determined by its goals and objectives and is based on the use of a combination of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, which ensured the completeness and reliability of the results obtained. The article has limitations and concerns the lack of practical implementation of the research results. The study is purely theoretical to reflect the main aspects of the modern system of state management of the development of national cybersecurity. Further research requires an analysis of the world experience of state management of the development of national cybersecurity.

The article discusses the application of the IoT concept in the sensitive field of medical devices on the example of a developed prototype of a mechanotherapeutic simulator. Mechanotherapy is a complex of therapeutic, preventive, and restorative exercises conducted using simulators, specially designed for developing movements in individual joints. Mechanotherapy is used for the early and painless restoration of joint mobility, to prevent complications associated with prolonged immobilization of the injured area of extremities. Using the mechanotherapy simulator allows developing the joint painlessly, which accelerates the metabolism in the injured area, and soft tissues are restored to normal. The article provides information about the electronic components that ensure the wireless operation of the device and describes in detail the applied software as well as the client application for a mobile device.

This article analyzes the state and development of multimedia technologies in the educational process. The reasons for the emergence of multimedia educational technologies are shown. The definition of the concept of "multimedia education" is given. The advantages and disadvantages of teaching using multimedia technologies are presented. The article, based on multimedia technologies, provides one of the ways to solve the problem of lack of classroom time for the presentation of all educational material in the process of teaching engineering students. The creation and application of educational videos in education is discussed, an example of teaching electrical engineering is given; the requirements for the development of video lessons, their advantages and importance in the educational process are indicated.
