본 논문은 한글 고유 명사를 새로 개정된 한글 로마자 표기법에 의해 로마자 표기로 변환하는 시스템의 구성에 대해 기술하였다. 1995년에 문화체육부에서 배포한 프로그램 이후로 현재까지 한글을 로마자 표기로 자동 변환하는 프로그램이 나오지 않았고 이 프로그램 또한 새로 개정된 로마자 표기법이 아닌 예전의 로마자 표기법을 따르는 이유로 본 논문은 새로 개정된 표기법을 따르는 한글 고유명사의 로마자 자동 변환 시스템을 DB를 이용하여 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과 DB를 이용한 한글의 로마자 자동변환시스템은 개발자 측면에서는 프로그램 구현과 정확성 면에서 효과적인 장점을 얻을 수 있으며, 사용자 측면에서는 새로 개정된 개정안을 쉽게 익히고, 사용할 수 있게 한다.

We have designed, synthesized, and evaluated the physical properties of some high birefringence (${\Delta}n$) isothiocyanato biphenyl-bistolane liquid crystals. These compounds exhibit ${\Delta}n^-$ 0.4-0.7 at room temperature and wavelength $\lambda$=633 nm. Laterally substituted short alkyl chains and fluorine atom eliminate smectic phase and lower the melting temperature. The moderate melting temperature and very high clearing temperature make those compounds attractive for eutectic mixture formulation. Several mixtures based on those compounds were formulated and its physical properties evaluated.

The fluid flow and thermal analysis were carried out by using the finite element program, Ansys. In analysis process, a electromagnetic analysis was accomplished. In afterwards, Fluid and thermal analysis was done. Fluid flow and heat could be produced by electromagnetic pump. In other words, A magnetic field which electromagnetic pump generates influences Liquid Material(Al alloy). This paper calculates the fluid flow and temperature distribution according to time. Using material is Al alloy(A356).

본 논문에서는 영한 음차 변환을 이용한 음성인식 및 합성기를 구현하였다. 음성인식의 경우 CV(Consonant Vowel), VCCV, VCV, VV, VC 단위를 사용하였다. 위의 단위별로 미리 구축된 모델을 결합함으로써 무제한 음성인식 시스템을 구축하였다. 따라서 영한 음차 변환을 이용하게 되면 인식 대상이 영어단어일 경우에도 이를 한글 발음으로 변환한 후 그에 해당하는 모델을 생성함으로써 인식이 가능하다. 음성 합성기의 경우 합성에 필요한 한국어 음성 데이터 베이스를 구축하고, 입력되는 텍스트에 따라 이를 연결하여 합성음을 생성한다. 영어가 입력될 경우 영한 음차 변환을 이용하여 입력된 영어발음을 한글로 바꾸어 준 후 입력하게 되므로 별도의 영어 합성기 없이도 합성음을 생성할 수 있다.

Ocean satellite altimetry-implied free-air gravity anomalies have had the shortest wavelengths removed during the processing to generate the optimal solution between multiple radar altimeter missions. ERS-1 168day mission altimetry was residualized to a reference geoid surface generated by integrating Anderson & Knudsen’s free-air gravity anomalies for the Barents Sea. The altimetry tracks were reduced and filtered to extract the shortest wavelengths (between 4 and 111 km) from both ascending and descending tracks, respectively. These data were recombined using existing quadrant-swapping techniques in the wavenumber domain to generate a correlated, high frequency gravity field related to the local geologic sources. This added-value surface adjusted the reference free-air gravity anomalies to better reflect features in the gravity field at a wavelength related to the distance between altimetry ground tracks.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the anti-crisis management system were identified in the context of ensuring the security of national interests.

The purpose of this paper is to establish a methodology useful for identifying links between the postwar novels of Spain and Korea. We analyze the lives and actions of the characters from Nada by Carmen Laforet, and Writing on blank paper by Oh Sang Won. The characters in these novels demonstrate the challenge of adapting to the harsh reality of life because of the psychological or physical scars of war: characters such as Jungsub and Jungseo in Writing on blank paper and Juan and Andrea in Nada finally overcome their difficulties thanks to a shared sense of existential conscience and a steadfast fighting spirit; others, like Jungyun and Roman, surrender to the struggle and commit suicide, tragically succumbing to the bitter harshness of reality. Through the analysis of these novels' characters, we can empathize with the common tragedy of war-time life and death; we gain perspective on the destruction of both society and people caused by war.

India has occupied the most important position of sea trade in the entire South Asian region since the beginning of maritime trade. The extensive maritime trade network between the Harappan and Mesopotamian civilizations as early as the $3^{rd}$ millennium BCE is testimony to the long maritime trade history of India. The Harappans constructed many seaports including the first high-tide dockyard in the world for berthing and servicing ships at the port town of Lothal, Gujarat. From the dawn of the historical epoch, the maritime trade network of India expanded extensively. The long 5422.6 kms coastline of the Indian mainland (excluding the coastlines of the Andaman and Nicobar islands and the Lakshwadweep Islands) is well known for its several seaports manly located at river mouths or outlets to the sea. The main objective of this paper is to discuss in detail all the major ancient seaports on the eastern coast of India and their maritime trade activities. The narrative of these ports is based on archaeological explorations and excavations, foreigners' accounts, Indian literary sources, inscriptions, archival materials, and the field study and personal observation of the author.

The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.
