차세대 고속전철에 적용할 IT 및 스마트센서 기술의 수용성에 관한 조사 연구 (Survey on the Adoptability of IT and Smart Sensor Technologies into the Next-Generation High-Speed Train)

  • Performed was a survey to find the level of interest on passenger services using IT and smart sensor technology in connection with High Speed Train development in Korea. The survey respondents were sampled from the KTX passengers, KTX crews, Korail employees, IT or sensor experts, and rolling stock experts. The results of the survey were categorized as importance, urgency/necessity, importance vs urgency/necessity, improvement measure, preferable activities based on the trip length, and inconveniencies. By analyzing the results, service items that can be implemented to the High Speed Train were recognized. The results showed that a passenger tends to expect to have his/her comfort and convenience, an attendant safety and serviceability, a Korail employee information provision and serviceability, an IT/sensor expert technological implementation done, and a rolling stock expert implementation done in practical level.

  • Due to the nature of the long-term project of a Railway business, Many problems have been arisen in the process of delivering products or systems verified by suppliers to the customer's operation site. Unexpectedly, it is often necessary for the verified products to store intermediately at the supplier's site for a variety of reasons, such as delays in business and delays in civil engineering, at the time of sending them to the customer's operation site. In this study, the intermediate storage process for finding and solving problems related to intermediate storage was presented focusing on the Rolling Stock of Railway System by reference to ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015. A suitable intermediate storage process based on the developed product or system's characteristics will allow the verified products or systems to be placed on the customer's operation site and to meet the customer's product or system requirements.

  • Korean National Railroad(K.N.R) playing a important role in land transportation gives us many problems to solve considering proper management of National Budget and development of the state of operation by maintaining train parts rationally as public services. According this study is to show inventory provision system for deciding the safety inventory level as the better rational method. Bibliography for this study is limited to only three kinds of seven brakes-shoe which is produced by T workshop in Korean National Railroad. To reduce the holding cost coming from the want of the stock and shortage cost of the stock expected. This study is to present a ratio of shortage on the stock permitted for the last definite period and the demand result forecast per month.

LCC분석을 통한 도시철도 전동차의 경제적 사용내구년한 추정(서울메트로 사례를 중심으로) (Estimation of the Life-span for Urban Rolling Stock through LCC Analysis (Focused on Seoul Metro))

  • 전동차의 사용내구년한은 도시철도법에 의해 25년으로 되어있다. 그 사용제한에 의해 전동차 성능이 양호해도 사용연장을 위해서는 정밀안전진단을 받아야 한다. 사용내구연한의 연장은 내구년한 만료일의 다음 날부터 15년의 범위에서 정밀진단자가 인정하는 기간까지로 규정되어있다. 서울메트로 전동차의 일부가 25년간의 법정 사용내구년한을 채우고 1996년과 2008년에 신형전동차로 교체되었다. 교체된VVVF제어 신형전동차는 구형전동차에 비해서 안전성 유지보수성 내구성이 향상되어 그 성능에 알맞은 내구년한 설정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 LCC분석을 통하여 적정한 전동차의 경제적내구년한을 산출하였다. 25년부터 유지보수비용가중치 10%를 고려할 때에는 41년, 고려하지 않을 때에는 46년의 결과가 얻어졌다.
