금강산(내금강) 관광을 위한 남북연결 교통망에 관한 연구 (Restoration of The Transportation Network between North and South Korea for Mt. Geumgang Tourism)

  • 금강산은 조선 시대 이전부터 한반도를 대표하는 명승지였으며, 남북 분단 이후에는 개성공단과 함께 남북교류의 상징이 되었다. 금강산 관광코스는 크게 내금강과 외금강으로 구분되는데, 조선시대와 일제 강점기의 금강산 관광 경로는 서울에서 가까운 내금강으로 진입하여 외금강을 거쳐 동해로 빠져나가는 것이 일반적이었다. 그러나 현대아산에서 운영한 금강산 관광코스는, 북한이 외금강 위주로 개방함으로 인하여, 고성에서 외금강으로 접근하는 관광 경로가 활용되었다. 북한은 금강산 관광코스 중 일부만 현대아산에 개방하였지만, 향후 금강산 관광이 재개된다면 2007년 내금강 일부 구간 개방과 같이 금강산 관광 지역을 추가로 개방할 가능성이 크다. 이 경우 남한에서 내금강으로 접근할 수 있는 추가적인 교통망 연결이 필요하다. 최적의 대안은 금강산철도 구간의 복원이었지만, 임남댐의 건설로 인하여 금강산철도 구간의 복원이 불가능하게 된 현실을 고려할 때, 양구와 금강읍을 연결하던 국도31호선을 복원하는 것이 가장 현실적인 대안이다. GIS를 이용한 내금강 연결도로 분석 결과, 기존 국도31호선, 국도31호선과 인접하여 양구 두타연에서 문등리를 통과하는 노선, 인제에서 출발하여 국도31호선으로 합류하는 노선 등 모두 3개의 노선이 확인되었다. 이들 노선 중 도로 길이, 지형특성, 군사시설배치 등을 고려할 때 두타연-문등리-금강읍 구간이 남한에서 내금강으로 연결할 수 있는 현실적인 대안이 될 수 있다.

환경하중에 의한 교량 프리스트레스 접속슬래프의 컬링 거동 수치 해석적 분석 (Numerical Analysis of Curling Behavior of Prestressed Approach Slab Subjected to Environmental Loads)

  • 본 연구는 프리스트레스 접속슬래브(PTAS: Post-Tensioned Approach Slab)가 환경하중을 받아 컬링할 때의 거동을 수치해석을 통해 적절히 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. PTAS의 한쪽 단부가 교대에 힌지로 연결되는 부분을 해석 모형에 적합하게 포함시킬 수 있는 방법을 마련하였으며, 접속슬래브의 헌치 부분을 삭제한 단순 형상의 접속슬래브 모델의 사용성도 분석하였다. 개발한 모델을 이용하여 교대 뒤채움부 침하에 의한 접속슬래브의 컬링 응력 특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, PTAS의 단순화 힌지를 포함한 단순 형상 모델은 실제 형상 모델의 최대인장응력을 산출하기에 적합한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 컬업시에는 하부지반 침하가 없는 PTAS에서 최대인장응력이 도출되었으며, 컬다운 시에는 하부지반 침하가 진행된 PTAS에서 최대인장응력이 발생하므로 이러한 컬링 응력을 고려하여 설계를 수행하는 것이 적절할 것으로 분석되었다.

컨설팅 연구기관의 지속가능을 위한 수익모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Profit Model for Sustainability of Consulting Research Institutes)

  • Among the government-sponsored projects supported by Ministry of SMEs and Startups(MSS), the financial support of the Consulting Research Institutes of our university is scheduled to be ended this year. In this regard, this study is to develop a profit model for R&D center of Consulting Research Institute that can cultivate the financial independence of R&D center of Consulting Research Institutes and foster technology convergence consulting manpower to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs in preparation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The profit model were derived from the current status of consulting industry and similar organizations, the current status of consulting graduate R&D centers, case studies of other universities, and focus group interviews. In order to select three high profit models and commercialize them, BMC (Biz Model Canvas) was used and business feasibility was examined. Therefore, three profit model of R&D center of Consulting Research Institute are: First, SCB (SME's Consulting Business: Total Solution Provider for SMEs through Technology Convergence Consulting), Second, SNB (SME's Network Business: Experts connection in Consulting Graduate School for Solving Problems and Problems of SMEs / Industry Consolidation) And third, SM (Sustainable Management: Financial independence through structural improvement of Consulting Research Institute), and the road-map was established. As an implementation plan, the company intends to seek financial independence by developing a profit model for R&D center of Consulting Research Institutes and by establishing business goals and strategies, manpower operation plan, organization, and investment plan for three years.

노후 콘크리트 포장 파손에 대한 현장조사 및 실내시험 방법 (Methodology of Field Investigation and Laboratory Test for Distresses of Old Concrete Pavements)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to suggest a specific investigation guideline to decide priority of repairing old concrete pavements that pile up substantially. METHODS : In this study, a principle of division of homogeneous sections was proposed to reflect the characteristics of the pavement reasonably in the specific investigation results. In addition, a checklist and guideline of field investigation were suggested for the old concrete pavement sections, which require inspection toward their durability and structural performance. Furthermore, the items of laboratory test necessary to the old concrete pavement were suggested based on the existing laboratory test considering characteristics of the old concrete pavement. The present condition of the old concrete pavement could be analyzed by the test results. RESULTS : A method of division of homogeneous sections suitable for the specific investigation of the old concrete pavement was suggested. The proportions of distress severity of pavement sections were compared by distress type to figure out the present state of the old concrete pavement. Scaling, durability cracking (or alkali-silica reaction), and longitudinal spalling were selected as the most severe distress types. The detailed positions of the sections were also suggested. The checklist of the specific investigation was categorized by field survey and laboratory test, and its evaluation criteria were proposed. The three types of the sections of durability cracking (or alkali-silica reaction), bridge connection, and asphalt overlay were selected as the sections of the field survey. The compressive strength, void structure, and chloride penetration depth were suggested as the items of the laboratory test. CONCLUSIONS : A fundamental level of the guideline was suggested in this study to resolve the problem of old concrete pavement. Appropriate guidelines related to the repair of the old concrete pavement should be provided by performing additional research efforts.

IFC와 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준의 연계 가능성 평가 (Evaluation on the Possibility of Connection Between IFC and Digital Quantity DataBase Exchange Standard)

  • 최근 BIM이 건설생산성을 향상시키는 기술로 주목 받으면서, BIM 발주가 화두가 되고 있다. BIM 사업에 적용될 표준은 현행 2D 기반의 표준을 최대한 활용하거나 연계를 지원하는 방향으로 제시되는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 BIM 기반 수량산출서와 내역서 표준을 개발함에 있어 현재 도로사업 공사비 관리를 위해 적용 중인 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준(QDBEx)을 활용하고 BIM 데이터 납품 포맷인 IFC 표준과 연계하는 관점에서 연구를 수행하였다. BIM 기반 수량산출서와 내역서가 IFC 파일로 납품될 경우, IFC 파일이 QDBEx에 따른 XML 수량산출정보로 변환되어 활용될 수 있는지를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 전체의 66%가 바로 연계가 가능하며, 17%가 인스턴스의 가공을 통해 연계가 가능하였다. 나머지 17%는 연계가 불가능한 것으로 평가되었다. 향후, 이 결과를 바탕으로 연계 가능성을 높이기 위한 IFC와 QDBEx의 스키마 개선방안을 제시할 계획이다.

동영상자료 구조화에 의한 시설물관리시스템 구축 (Construction of the Facilities Management System by Video Structuring)

  • 도시화로 인한 사회기반시설의 확충으로 인해 각종 시설물의 관리에 새로운 차원의 관리기술이 요구되고 있다. 90년대부터 GIS는 시설물관리와 계획에 효과적인 기술로 평가되어 정부 및 지자체에서 중장기 계획을 수립하여 시설물 관리시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 관련분야기술을 발전시키기 위한 연구가 지속적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 이런 측면에서 GIS구축 시 수치지도나 영상을 기본도로 사용하는 단점을 개선하기 위해 동영상자료를 이용한 정보시스템구축에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 동영상자료를 이용할 경우 실 세계적인 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있어서 GIS의 사용효과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비행선에서 촬영된 비디오동영상과 GPS 위치자료를 이용하여 비디오영상을 수치지도와 연계시키고, 동영상에 나타나는 시설물에 대한 객체추적 및 속성자료 연결을 통해 시설물을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 시설물관리시스템을 프로토 타입으로 개발하였다. 제시된 시스템의 기능을 통하여 동영상자료를 이용한 시설물관리시스템의 구축 가능성과 활용성을 제시하였다.

터널조명 측정을 통한 조도와 휘도기반의 조명 비교 연구 (Comparison Research between Lighting Based on luminance and Illuminance through Measuring Tunnel Lighting)

  • Tunnel lighting design and operation are both regulated based on luminance in and out of Korea these days. However, domestic tunnel lighting is operated by internal lighting depending on external brightness by using an illuminometer applying the conversion factor on luminance. The purpose of tunnel lighting is to alleviate the visual shock occurring from the rapid change from external brightness to internal brightness when entering a tunnel. However, when looking at the tunnels operated based on an illuminometer, it is not a system where the driver can measure the brightness within his or her viewing angle when entering the tunnel. It is general to install and operate the illuminometer on the roof of an administrative office near the tunnel; however, this method is not structured to connect with the internal lighting by checking the brightness of the viewing scope of the driver, thus is not structured to properly apply the viewing conditions of the driver. Rather, it should be in a method for extracting the luminance value within the viewing scope of the driver pursuant to tunnel lighting standards and in connection with internal lighting. This research seeks to find the difference between operations based on luminance and operations based on intensity of Illuminance in road tunnels through field measuring, and to suggest the necessity of operating based on luminance with the resulting value.

도심지역 산지형 근린공원내 도로에 의한 단절지역 생물이동통로 조성계획 연구 - 동작구 노량진근린공원을 대상으로 - (An Ecological Corridor Plan in an Urban Neighborhood Park - A Case Study of Noryangjin Neighborhood Park in Dongjak-gu, Seoul -)

  • This study was carried out to design a bridge-type ecological corridor plan in a forested neighborhood park affected by road construction in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. In order to study the site conditions, we analyzed topography, ecosystem structure, and user behavior and trail use. Existing vegetation was classified into 12 types. Based on a vegetation analysis, the Populus albaglandulosa and Robinia pseudoacacia communities, where planted species are dominant, were distributed extensively in the southern forest area. Planted areas with a single-layer structure of Korean landscape woody plants and Robinia pseudoacacia communities with a single-layer structure were distributed extensively in the northern forest and water-supply area. Based on a study of 28 quadrats, the similarity index between the multi-layer plant communities distributed in the southern forest and the single-layer planted areas was low. Twenty-four species of wild birds(355 individuals) were found in the survey area, including nine interior species and three urban species. The study of user behavior and numbers showed most users were walkers and few users were observed in the southern forest while most users were observed in the northern forest and water supply area. We selected some wild birds as model species to represent migrating species believed to use this park as an ecological corridor during migration. We suggested the new park plan include the following: improvement of vegetation structure for wildbird migration and habitat, connection of park trails for users and presentation of a landscape linked to nature.

연약지반 개량후 교대구간 수평지반반력계수 적용 사례 (Application of Horizontal Subgrade Reaction Modulus to Bridge Abutment Design after Soil Improvement)

  • In soft ground, There are many case that Bridge Abutment is constructed after soil improvement in order to reduce the Negative Friction and prevent from Lateral Soil movements of Bridge Abutment. That section of Horizontal Subgrade Reaction $Modulus(K_h)$ derivation has much important mean due to Horizontal Stability of Abutment. It is come from behavior of Pile and Soil within depth of $1/\beta$. After Soil Improvement, however, If Bridge Abutment was construction, It's not impossible to carry out Field Investigation After Ground of Improved at design stage. Therefore, It's not able to derivate Horizontal Subgrade Reaction $Modulus(K_h)$. Therefore, in this case of study compare with Field Construction Test Data in order to derivation of Horizontal Subgrade Reaction $Modulus(K_h)$ and Reliability in terms of ground of Bridge Abutment by Sand Compaction Pile(SCP) during design of The 2nd Bridge Connection Road of Incheon International Airport. In this paper determine, Soil Property(The rate of strength increase, $c_u$ so on) and Horizontal Subgrade Reaction $Modulus(K_h)$ after soil improvement at design stage.

생산공정에서 TRM의 성공적 정착을 위한 Input 안정화의 역할에 관한 연구 : 디스플레이 산업 중심으로 (A Study on the Role of Input Stabilization for Successful Settle down of TRM in Production Process : A Case of Display Industry)

  • It is very important for the competitiveness and sustainable management of enterprises that the rapid changes in the managerial environments quickly and accurately are responded. For example, the large-scale investment accompanied by bad alternatives in accordance with misunderstanding of the managerial environments yields the huge cost and effort to modify and improve. In firm management, the quality of products and the productivity are influenced by changes of the endogenous factors yielded in manufacturing process and the exogenous factors as market, etc. These changes include not only changes in 4M (man, machine, material, method) but also those in the market, competitors, and technologies in the process of commodification, i.e., first, such disturbances make dispersion of the process big and odd. By Shewhart chart it can be checked that the process monitored is control-in or out. Business administration executes activities for input stabilization by monitoring changes in 4Ms, comparing with the standards, and taking measures for any abnormality. Second, TRM (technology road map) is to prospect product deployment and technological trend by predicting technologies in the competitive environment as the market, and to suggest the future directions of business. So, TRM must be modified and improved according to DR (design review) stages and changes in mass-production like input material change. Therefore, a role of TRM in input stabilization for reducing cost and man-hour is important. This study purposed to suggest that the environment changes are classified into endogenous factors and exogenous factors in production process, and then, quality and productivity should be stabilized efficiently through connection between TRM and input stabilization, and to prove that it is more effective for the display industry to connect TRM with input stabilization rather than to use TRM separately.
