  • Keeping in view the expediency of soft sets in algebraic structures and as a mathematical approach to vagueness, in this paper the concept of lattice ordered soft near rings is introduced. Different properties of lattice ordered soft near rings by using some operations of soft sets are investigated. The concept of idealistic soft near rings with respect to lattice ordered soft near ring homomorphisms is deliberated.

  • Let A be Noetherian ring, a= (${\tau}_1..., \tau_n$ an ideal of A and $C_{A}$ be category of A-modules and A-homomorphisms. We show that the connected left sequences of covariant functors ${limH_i(K.(t^t,-))}_{i\geq0}$ and ${lim{{Tor^A}_i}(\frac{A}{a^f}-)}_{i\geq0}$ are isomorphic from $C_A$ to itself, where $\tau^t\;=\;{{\tau_^t}_1$, ㆍㆍㆍ${\tau^t}_n$.

  • With the motivation to extend the Zelasko's theorem on commutative algebras, it was shown in [2] that if n ∈ {3, 4} is fixed, A, B are commutative algebras and h : A → B is an n-Jordan homomorphism, then h is an n-ring homomorphism. In this paper, we extend this result for all n ≥ 3.

  • In this paper, the concepts of ω-linked homomorphisms, the ω𝜙-operation, and DW𝜙 rings are introduced. Also the relationships between ω𝜙-ideals and ω-ideals over a ω-linked homomorphism 𝜙 : R → T are discussed. More precisely, it is shown that every ω𝜙-ideal of T is a ω-ideal of T. Besides, it is shown that if T is not a DW𝜙 ring, then T must have an infinite number of maximal ω𝜙-ideals. Finally we give an application of Cohen's Theorem over ω-factor rings, namely it is shown that an integral domain R is an SM-domain with ω-dim(R) ≤ 1, if and only if for any nonzero ω-ideal I of R, (R/I)ω is an Artinian ring, if and only if for any nonzero element α ∈ R, (R/(a))ω is an Artinian ring, if and only if for any nonzero element α ∈ R, R satisfies the descending chain condition on ω-ideals of R containing a.

  • An ideal of a commutative ring is called a d-ideal if it contains the annihilator of the annihilator of each of its elements. Denote by DId(A) the lattice of d-ideals of a ring A. We prove that, as in the case of f-rings, DId(A) is an algebraic frame. Call a ring homomorphism "compatible" if it maps equally annihilated elements in its domain to equally annihilated elements in the codomain. Denote by $SdRng_c$ the category whose objects are rings in which the sum of two d-ideals is a d-ideal, and whose morphisms are compatible ring homomorphisms. We show that $DId:\;SdRng_c{\rightarrow}CohFrm$ is a functor (CohFrm is the category of coherent frames with coherent maps), and we construct a natural transformation $RId{\rightarrow}DId$, in a most natural way, where RId is the functor that sends a ring to its frame of radical ideals. We prove that a ring A is a Baer ring if and only if it belongs to the category $SdRng_c$ and DId(A) is isomorphic to the frame of ideals of the Boolean algebra of idempotents of A. We end by showing that the category $SdRng_c$ has finite products.

  • The classes of $G_C$ homological modules over commutative ring, where C is a semidualizing module, extend Holm and J${\varnothing}$gensen's notions of C-Gorenstein homological modules to the non-Noetherian setting and generalize the classical classes of homological modules and the classes of Gorenstein homological modules within this setting. On the other hand, transfer of homological properties along ring homomorphisms is already a classical field of study. Motivated by the ideas mentioned above, in this article we will investigate the transfer properties of C and $G_C$ homological dimension.

  • Let $\mathcal{R}$ be a prime ring of characteristic different from 2, $\mathcal{Q}_r$ be its right Martindale quotient ring and $\mathcal{C}$ be its extended centroid. Suppose that $\mathcal{G}$ is a nonzero generalized skew derivation of $\mathcal{R}$, ${\alpha}$ is the associated automorphism of $\mathcal{G}$, f($x_1$, ${\cdots}$, $x_n$) is a non-central multilinear polynomial over $\mathcal{C}$ with n non-commuting variables and $$\mathcal{S}=\{f(r_1,{\cdots},r_n)\left|r_1,{\cdots},r_n{\in}\mathcal{R}\}$$. If $\mathcal{G}$ acts as a Jordan homomorphism on $\mathcal{S}$, then either $\mathcal{G}(x)=x$ for all $x{\in}\mathcal{R}$, or $\mathcal{G}={\alpha}$.

  • Let R be a prime ring of characteristic different from 2. Suppose that F, G, H and T are generalized derivations of R. Let U be the Utumi quotient ring of R and C be the center of U, called the extended centroid of R and let f(x1, …, xn) be a non central multilinear polynomial over C. If F(f(r1, …, rn))G(f(r1, …, rn)) - f(r1, …, rn)T(f(r1, …, rn)) = H(f(r1, …, rn)2) for all r1, …, rn ∈ R, then we describe all possible forms of F, G, H and T.

  • In this article, it is proved that under some conditions every bijective Jordan triple product homomorphism from generalized matrix algebras onto rings is additive. As a corollary, we obtain that every bijective Jordan triple product homomorphism from $M_n(\mathcal{A})$ ($\mathcal{A}$ is not necessarily a prime algebra) onto an arbitrary ring $\mathcal{R}^{\prime}$ is additive.
