Let R be a ring, ($S,{\leq}$) a strictly ordered monoid, and ${\omega}:S{\rightarrow}End(R)$ a monoid homomorphism. In [18], Mazurek, and Ziembowski investigated when the skew generalized power series ring $R[[S,{\omega}]]$ is a domain satisfying the ascending chain condition on principal left (resp. right) ideals. Following [18], we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions on R, S and ${\omega}$ such that the skew generalized power series ring $R[[S,{\omega}]]$ is a right or left Archimedean domain. As particular cases of our general results we obtain new theorems on the ring of arithmetical functions and the ring of generalized power series. Our results extend and unify many existing results.

Let R be a ring with identity. A right ideal ideal I of a ring R is called ref lexive (resp. completely ref lexive) if $aRb{\subseteq}I$ implies that $bRa{\subseteq}I$ (resp. if $ab{\subseteq}I$ implies that $ba{\subseteq}I$) for any $a,\;b{\in}R$. R is called ref lexive (resp. completely ref lexive) if the zero ideal of R is a reflexive ideal (resp. a completely reflexive ideal). Let K(R) (called the ref lexive radical of R) be the intersection of all reflexive ideals of R. In this paper, the following are investigated: (1) Some equivalent conditions on an reflexive ideal of a ring are obtained; (2) reflexive (resp. completely reflexive) property is Morita invariant; (3) For any ring R, we have $K(M_n(R))=M_n(K(R))$ where $M_n(R)$ is the ring of all n by n matrices over R; (4) For a ring R, we have $K(R)[x]{\subseteq}K(R[x])$; in particular, if R is quasi-Armendaritz, then R is reflexive if and only if R[x] is reflexive.

In [9], the author extends the definition of lifting and supplemented modules to ${\delta}$-lifting and ${\delta}$-supplemented by replacing "small submodule" with "${\delta}$-small submodule" introduced by Zhou in [13]. The aim of this paper is to show new properties of ${\delta}$-lifting and ${\delta}$-supplemented modules. Especially, we show that any finite direct sum of ${\delta}$-hollow modules is ${\delta}$-supplemented. On the other hand, the notion of amply ${\delta}$-supplemented modules is studied as a generalization of amply supplemented modules and several properties of these modules are given. We also prove that a module M is Artinian if and only if M is amply ${\delta}$-supplemented and satisfies Descending Chain Condition (DCC) on ${\delta}$-supplemented modules and on ${\delta}$-small submodules. Finally, we obtain the following result: a ring R is right Artinian if and only if R is a ${\delta}$-semiperfect ring which satisfies DCC on ${\delta}$-small right ideals of R.

Stable range of rings is a unifying concept for problems related to the substitution and cancellation of modules. The newly appeared element-wise setting for the simplest case of stable range one is tempting to study the lifting property modulo ideals. We study the lifting of elements having (idempotent) stable range one from a quotient of a ring R modulo a two-sided ideal I by providing several examples and investigating the relations with other lifting properties, including lifting idempotents, lifting units, and lifting of von Neumann regular elements. In the case where the ring R is a left or a right duo ring, we show that stable range one elements lift modulo every two-sided ideal if and only if R is a ring with stable range one. Under a mild assumption, we further prove that the lifting of elements having idempotent stable range one implies the lifting of von Neumann regular elements.

국경을 넘어선 개인정보의 수집, 처리 및 이전이 일상화되고 있는 가운데, 온라인 정보보호 및 프라이버시에 관한 정책은 크게 두 가지 기조로 나누어지고 있다. EU로 대표되는 인권 기반 접근의 경우 개인의 프라이버시권을 보호하기 위해 기업이 따라야 할 엄격한 요건을 국가가 마련해 부여하고 있는 반면, 다국적 ICT기업이 다수 포진하고 있는 미국의 경우 온라인상의 자유로운 데이터 이동에 초점을 맞춘 업계의 자율규제를 중시한다. 국가 및 지역별로 다르게 나타나고 있는 온라인 정보보호와 프라이버시 정책을 어떻게 조율할 것인가에 대해 두 가지 입장이 상충하는 사례가 잦아지고 있는 상황 속에서, ISO/IEC와 같은 국제 표준화 기구의 합의된 조율 절차를 통해 국제 표준을 개발함으로써 실질적인 해결책을 모색할 수 있다.

This paper aims to cast light on the theoretical characteristics of Korean new religions' utopian theory from the perspective of theology and apply the findings to the utopian theory of the new religions in Korea. The utopian theory of the new religions in Korea occurred to meet people's aspiration towards a new world on the background of the national ordeal and its consequential psychology in the late Chosun dynasty. As a result, it has the characteristics of a shift from a pure religious framework to participation in reality to realize religious ideals 'right here, right now'. Thus, it basically defined an utopian theory as the product of a society and history, and explained the utopian theory as the projection of the thoughts about current conflicts. However, an approach in this way may leave the likelihood that the individual characteristics of Daesoonjinrihoe would be overlooked and the utopian theory would be limited to the byproduct of the age, only. Thus, this paper has dealt with the religious experience of the founders as the lead of discussion, not a sociological approach. In this context, the religious experience of founders can be more significant clues to view the characteristics of an utopian theory. This directivity of a study can be understood as an attempt to improve the previous sociological methodologies, the leading discourses, and to contribute to the different perspectives on an understanding of the utopian theories of Daesoonjinrihoe. Furthermore, this paper is anticipated to give salience to the individual characteristics reflected in the new religions in Korea and to enhance its status in the history of thoughts, not as the trend of the thought limited to the past.

이 연구에서는 한국과 서양의 민주주의 발전과 관련된 내용들을 분석하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선, 한국과 서양의 민주주의 발전을 이해하기 위한 문화적 틀을 제시하였다. 나아가서 한국에서 실시된 경험적 연구 결과를 소개하였다. 경험적 연구에서는 정치적 참여, 정치효능감, 신뢰, 리더십, 그리고 사회적 관계에 대한 개념을 측정하는 도구를 개발하여, 전국에서 표본한 1,000명을 표집 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 한국 사람들은 투표권, 참정권, 언론의 자유, 그리고 정부 비판에 대한 권리와 같은 자유 민주주의의 기본 이념에 동의하였다. 또한 화목한 가정생활, 원만한 사회적 관계, 그리고 정부의 복지 프로그램과 같은 집단주의 가치를 옹호하였다. 한국 사람들은 자신의 동료나 외집단 구성원보다는 가족이나 친구와 같은 친밀한 내집단 구성원을 신뢰하였고, 정치 집단이나 정부 기관을 거의 신뢰하지 않았다. 또한 한국 사람들은 정치 참여나 정치효능감의 수준이 낮았고, 정치적 소외의 정도가 높았다. 리더십에 대한 분석결과, 한국 사람들은 도덕적이고 강한 지도자를 선호하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 한국인들이 민주주의의 기본 이념을 존중하지만, 이를 실현하는 방식에 있어서는 서양과 차이가 있음을 시사한다. 이와 관련된 구체적인 연구결과와 후속연구를 위한 시사점이 논의되었다.

본 연구는 대학생들의 집단창의성에 있어서 성별에 따른 차이가 있는지 살펴보고 또한 창의적 환경과 집단창의성간의 상관에 때하여 알아보고자 실시되었다. 창의적 환경은 창의적 가정환경과 교실환경으로 구분되며 학생들의 그룹수업 경험에 따른 차이도 살펴보았다. 317명의 대학생을 대상으로 창의적 교실환경검사와 창의적 가정환경 검사가 각각 실시되었으며 창의성을 알아보기 위하여 소집단으로 구성한 뒤 에세이 작성을 실시한 후 전문가에 의해 채점되었다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0 프로그램에 의해 통계분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 남학생과 여학생들의 집단창의성 점수는 의미있게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여학생들의 집단창의성과 환경과의 상관은 남학생들의 상관과는 다른 양상을 나타내었다. 마지막으로 연구의 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제안점이 언급되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 생애사 연구를 통해 장애인의 사회적 배제 경험을 이해하는 데 있다. 이에 지체와 뇌병변 장애인 10명의 사회적 배제 경험을 중심으로 심층 면접하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 참여 장애인들은 교육, 노동, 사회참여, 정보, 사회서비스, 공간, 건강관리 등의 다차원적인 사회적 배제에 직면해 있는 주변인으로 시민권적 권리가 부재한 삶을 지내왔다. 이러한 배제로 인해 사회적 관계가 단절되고 해체되었으며, 그들의 정체성 또한 규범화된 사회적 관념에 의해 타율적인 방식으로 정형화되어 갔다. 또한 장애와 빈곤이 복합적으로 결합된 참여 장애인들의 삶 가운데 이들 세대의 인식과 가치에 영향을 미친 역사적 경험들이 제시되었다. 한편 사회적으로 배제된 이들의 삶의 의미는 스스로 평가하고 해석하는 원천에 따라 새롭게 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애인의 사회적 배제 극복을 위한 정책적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 정조가 궁원에서 즐긴 유락의 실태를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, '상화조어연'은 규장각을 위한 연회로 규례를 정하고 정례화 했다는 차별성이 있다. 정조는 다섯 차례의 행사를 열었다. 둘째, '세심대 놀이'는 정조의 비극적인 개인사를 바탕으로 하는데, 네 차례의 행사가 있었다. 셋째, 정조는 비가 내린 직후에 맑은 물이 흘러넘치는 옥류천의 '폭포 구경'을 즐겼다. 이는 일상적 경관이 아니라 많은 비가 내린 후의 임시적인 경관을 즐겼다는 점에서 특기할 만하다. 넷째, '설중용호회'는 무신들을 위무하는 자리로 일곱 차례의 행사가 있었다. 한 겨울에 열린 이 행사에서는 참석자들이 각자 쇠 꼬치에 꿩을 꿰어 구워 먹게 했다. 또 술과 음악을 베풀어 군신(君臣)이 고락을 함께하는 것을 강조했다. 다섯째, 정조는 겨울철에 난로회를 열거나 난로회의 고사에 따라 술과 음식을 내려 문신들의 노고를 위로하기도 했다. 여섯째, 정조는 활쏘기에 능했으며 이를 즐겼다. 정조 궁중의례인 연사례를 복원하고자 하였으며 두 차례의 연사례를 열었다. 일곱째, 정조는 바쁜 일상을 벗어나고 싶은 마음을 후원에서 달랬던 것으로 보인다. 또 정조는 후원의 자연경관을 감상하며 만물이 생성, 변화하는 주역의 의미를 일깨우기도 했다. 여덟째, 정조는 궁원에서 '군신동락의 자리를 적극적으로 마련했다. 정조의 정치적 이상을 실현하는데 있어서 측근 신료들의 지원이 필수적이기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 한계는 정조 관련 여러 고문헌 중 번역물에 국한하여 연구가 진행되었다는 점이다. 새로운 사료의 발굴과 번역 성과물이 축적됨으로서 보다 심도 있는 연구가 필요할 것이다.
