안드로이드 스마트폰 제어기반의 개인용 탑승로봇 구현 (Development of a Personal Riding Robot Controlled by a Smartphone Based on Android OS)

  • In this paper, a small, lightweight smartphone-controlled riding robot is developed. Also, in this study, a smartphone with a jog shuttle mode for consideration of user convenience is proposed to make a small, lightweight riding robot. As well, a compass sensor is used to compensate for the mechanical characteristics of motors mounted on the riding robot. The riding robot is controlled by the interface of a drag-based jog shuttle in the smartphone, instead of a mechanical controller. For a personal riding robot, if the smartphone is used as a controller instead of a handle or a pole, it reduces its size, weight, and cost to a great extent. Thus, the riding robot can be used in indoor spaces such as offices for moving or a train or bus station and an airport for scouting, or hospital for disabilities. Experimental results show that the riding robot is easily and conveniently controlled by the proposed smartphone interface based on Android.

고속도로 이용자의 승차감 평가특성 및 만족도 분석과 ROC 곡선을 이용한 평탄성 관리기준 적정성 검토 (Analysis of Riding Quality Acceptability and Characteristics of Expressway Users and Evaluation of MRI Thresholds using Receiver Operating Characteristic curves)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of panels that affect the evaluating results of riding quality and to evaluate the appropriateness of roughness management criteria based on ride comfort satisfaction. METHODS : In order to analyze the influence of panel characteristics of riding quality, 33 panels, consisting of civilians and experts, were selected. Also, considering the roughness distribution of the expressway, 35 sections with MRI ranging from 1.17 m/km to 4.65 m/km were selected. Each panel boarded a passenger car and evaluated the riding quality with grades from 0 to 10, and assessed whether it was satisfied or not. After removing outlier results using a box plot technique, 964 results were analyzed. An ANOVA was conducted to evaluate the effects of panel expertise, age, driving experience, vehicle ownership, and gender on the evaluation results. In addition, by using the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve, the MRI value, which can most accurately evaluate the satisfaction with riding quality, was derived. Then, the compatibility of MRI was evaluated using AUC as a criterion to assess whether the riding quality was satisfactory. RESULTS : Only the age of the panel participants were found to have an effect on the riding quality satisfaction. It was found that satisfaction with riding quality and MRI are strongly correlated. The satisfaction rate of roughness management criteria on new (MRI 1.6 m/km) and maintenance (MRI 3.0 m/km) expressways were 95% and 53%, respectively. As a result of evaluating the roughness management criteria by using the ROC curve, it was found that the accuracy of satisfaction was the highest at MRI 3.1-3.2 m/km. In addition, the AUC of the MRI was about 0.8, indicating that the MRI was an appropriate index for evaluating the riding quality satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the results, the distribution of the panels' age should be considered when panel rating is conducted. From the results of the ROC curve, MRI of 3.0 m/km, which is a criterion of roughness management on maintenance expressways, is considered as appropriate.

승용이앙기 작업부의 기구 해석 및 유압회로 개발 (Mechanism Analysis of Working Equipment and Development of Hydraulic System for Rice Transplanter for Riding)

  • The market of rice transplanter has already been changed for riding and to be turned large size of chassis. Because an automation is rapidly expanded, It is strongly need to analyze a mechanism and develop a hydraulic circuit. In this study, we analyzed the mechanism of working equipment of rice transplanter for riding and developed hydraulic circuits. We proposed the operating mechanism of rice transplanter for riding through the mechanistic analysis of working equipment. And the simulation and experiment were performed. In order to up and down the working equipment of rice transplanter for riding, we designed the mechanism which was installed hydraulic circuit and hydraulic cylinder, and it was manufactured. The pressure of developed hydraulic circuit was set by 800 $N/cm^2$. In the field testing, the hydraulic response presented at 50 msec in the maximum driving velocity, 0.8 m/sec of rice transplanter for riding, and it was well performed. The results of experiments showed the system characteristics sufficient to use as the hydraulic mechanism for a rice transplanter for riding.

온라인 협력학습에서 무임승차 학습자의 특성 분석 (Analysis of the Characteristics of Free-riding Learner in Online Collaborative Learning)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 협력학습에서 무임승차 행동을 보이는 학습자의 특성을 탐색하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 수도권의 3개 대학 290명의 학생들을 대상으로 온라인 학습환경에서 수행한 협력학습 활동 자료를 상호작용의 빈도에 메시지의 유형을 구분하여 수집하였고, 상호작용의 수준을 함께 분석하였다. 학습자의 특성은 학습전략, 학습동기, 학업적 지연행동, 학습 성향 항목을 조사였다. 다음으로 협력학습 활동에서 전체 상호작용 빈도가 5회 미만인 대상을 무임승차학생으로 정의하였다. 그 결과 43명의 학생이 무임승차자로 분류되었다. 군집분석을 통해서 학습자 특성을 분류한 결과 5개의 집단으로 구분되었고, 무임승차학생들은 모두 4집단에 포함되었다. 따라서 무임승차학생들의 특징은 4집단의 특징으로 결과를 도출하였다. 4집단이 가지는 학습자 특성은 학습전략의 전 영역이 매우 낮으며, 수행접근목표지향은 높고, 수행회피지향성도 높아서 의도적으로 학습을 회피하는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 4집단 학생들은 수행의 시기를 미루는 학업지연행동 수준이 높고, 학업불안이 높으며, 과제가치, 자기효능, 학습신념이 매우 낮아서 자신이 충분히 학업을 수행할 수 없다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

생활체육 동호인의 여가활동 참가정도와 조직동일시 및 조직몰입의 관계: 자전거 동호인을 중심으로 (Relationship between the Degree of Participation in Leisure Activity, Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment: With Emphasis on Bicycle Riding Club Members)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 생활체육 동호인의 여가활동 참가정도와 조직동일시 및 조직몰입의 관계를 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 거주 자전거 동호인을 모집단으로 설정하고 목적표집법을 이용하여 265명의 표본을 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배경변인에 따라 자전거 라이딩 참가정도와 조직동일시 및 조직몰입에 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 배경변인 중 연령과 소득은 참가정도와 조직동일시 및 조직몰입에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참가정도는 조직동일시를 통하여 직 간접적으로 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 연구결과의 영향력으로 볼 때, 자전거 동호인들의 조직동일시와 조직몰입을 설명하는데 연령이나 소득과 같은 배경변인이 상당히 큰 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

승마체험 참여정도에 따른 사회성발달 및 생활만족과의 관계 (Relationship between Social Development and life Satisfaction According to Horse-riding Experience Participation level)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 승마 체험 참여자들의 참여정도에 따른 사회성발달 및 생활만족과의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 승마프로그램 참여자들을 모집단으로 설정하고 유층 집락 무선표집법(Stratified cluster random sampling)의 방법으로 표본을 추출하였다. 입력된 자료는 Windows용 SPSS/AMOS 22.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 통계 처리하였고, 그 결과 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 승마 체험의 참여정도, 사회성발달과 함께 생활만족은 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 승마 체험 참가자들의 참여정도와 사회성발달은 관계가 부분적으로 있었다. 특히 승마 체험 참여정도가 사회성 발달의 활동성에 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 승마 체험 참가정도는 참가자의 생활만족과의 관계에 영향 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 승마 체험 참여에 따른 사회성발달은 생활만족에 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 승마 체험 참여와 사회성발달 및 생활만족은 인과 관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The Purpose of this paper is to characteristics and analysis of ride comfort by using HRV. Although the riding comfort of trains has been managed by setting allowable accelerations of 3-axis motion in cabins, it is impossible for this approach to express the psychophysical relationship between various vibrational factors and riding comfort. in order to propose a function to evaluate the riding comfort of train on conventional railroad, an experiment was performed with the Korea Tilting Tran eXpress(TTX). As a result, by referring to some international standards on the method of evaluating ride comfort, a modified method was proposed to evaluate the lateral vibration in addition to the roll motion on carve transitions.

자전거 및 PMV(Personal Mobility Vehicle) 사용자의 주행 특성 및 헬멧 착용 실태 조사 (A Survey on Riding Characteristics and Helmet Wearing Conditions of Bicycle and PMV(Personal Mobility Vehicle) Riders)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in riding characteristics and helmet wearing conditions between bicycle and PMV riders so that the basis data necessary for the development of suitable helmets for each group is provided. For this purpose, riding characteristics and helmet wearing conditions of bicycle and PMV users were investigated using online survey method and then the survey results were interpreted by in-depth interview conducted for bicycle and PMV users. The online survey results showed that the PMV group showed shorter driving distance and more driving frequency than bicycle group. This short driving distance was due to the limitation of battery capacity of PMVs. Helmet wearing rate was significantly lower in PMV group than in bicycle group, which was associated with relatively low chances to drive long distance on the motorway. In the PMV group, the 'urban helmets' were mainly used, in which the appearance of helmet was priorized, but in the bicycle group, the 'road cycle helmets' were mainly used, in which the light weight or ventilation were priorized. Urban helmets caused stronger pain and more fitting problems than road cycle helmets because the head shapes of Koreans were not properly applied to the helmet design. Since the fitting problem and pain intensity were the important causes that making PMV users not wear the helmets, it is necessary to develop the urban helmets reflecting the head shapes of Koreans in order to increase the helmet wearing rate of the PMV users.

지역특성에 따른 자전거이용 활성화 접근방안과 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Promotion Plan and Effect Factors of Riding a Bicycle According to Characteristics of the Region)

  • 최근 자전거이용에 대한 관심은 증가하고 있지만, 기존 연구에서는 시설공급이 자전거 이용에 미치는 영향과 자전거 이용 실태분석 및 평가항목의 중요도 분석이 대부분을 이루고 있어, 자전거 이용에 있어서 중요한 지역여건 및 현재 만족도를 충분히 반영시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 무동력인 자전거 특성과 현재 운동 목적으로 주로 이용하는 이용자 특성을 반영한 경사도, 자전거도로 연장, 근린공원 수에 따라 부산시를 구 동별로 자전거이용 양호 가능 애로 지역으로 분류하고, 분류된 지역별로 지역간 연계가 가능한 Line-to-Line 정비방안으로 할 것인지, 지역내 주요지점을 연계시키는 Point-to-Point 정비방안으로 할 것인지를 결정하여 부산시의 단계별 자전거이용 활성화 접근방안을 지역별로 차별화하여 제안한다. 또한, 자전거 이용여건이 양호한 동이 포함된 강서구, 사상구, 기장군과 정비효과가 가장 큰 부산진구 시민들을 대상으로 자전거 관련의식 조사를 실시하고 지역여건 및 자전거 이용관련의식 기반구조모형을 구축하여 자전거 관련 현재 만족도와 시설 정책정비 필요성, 지역여건, 향후 자전거 이용의사와의 상호영향관계를 분석할 것이다.

2자유도 승마로봇 제어를 위한 동작특성분석 (Motion analysis for control of a 2-DOF horse riding robot)

  • This paper analyzes the motion of a horseback riding robot which has two actuators and three joints. It is impossible to control the saddle to get to any position and orientation using the two motors because the robot has less degrees of freedom than the number of joints. Therefore it is required to know the possible location and orientation along with the velocity characteristics of each pose prior to motion planning. For this purpose, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the robot motion. The authors derive the forward and inverse kinematics of the robot motion and developed the trajectory editor for motion planning. Also, Jacobian of the robot is analyzed. It reveals that one of the actuator has little influence to the speed of the saddle motion while the other affects the speed of the saddle motion dominantly. The approach of the paper can be applied for the analysis of characteristics of a robot which has less number of actuators than that of joints.
