인류의 자식은 문서와 문서라는 형태를 통해 오랜세월 축적되어 왔다. 최근 컴퓨터 기술과 인터넷의 발전으로 인해 문서의 제작과 제공 패러다임이 아날로그 방식에서 디지털 방식으로 급속히 바뀌고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 기존 컨텐츠는 아날로그 형태로 존재하나 새로 발생하는 컨텐츠는 디지털 형태를 갖게되므로 존재 방식에 큰 간격이 발생하여 여러 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 이 논문은 텍스트 문서 영상 컨텐츠에 대해 이러한 간격을 줄이기 위한 방안을 고찰한다.

電磁氣場에서 肥料없이 植物成長을 硏究하였다. 남용된 化學 肥料 때문에 야기되는 窒酸監의 汚染 즉 토양의 酸性化를 억제하고 電磁氣長으로 生態系를 保存하면서 植物成의 促進(40%) 함을 確認할 수 있었다.

Chungju city with beautiful natural environments and various cultural resources recently meets the new economic revival caused by opening of Jungbu Naeruk express way and invitation of the enterprise city. Now, the out door lightings come to the major issues to improve Chungju night image and to exploit new scenic spots. this study aims to develop the lighting plan for the jung-won bridge as a representative scenic spot in Chungju city. For the study, the field surveys and computer simulations were performed. As results, the lighting concepts such as entrance and apple images and alternative lighting plans were suggested.

The Coptic tapestry has been carried out since the ancient Egypt. The aim of this study is to revive the Coptic tapestry and its cultural, aesthetic influence on the modern denim fashion. Denims have been developed as one of trendy casual wear to symbolize youth and worn by various age ranges. It evolved into a fashion icon due to its ability to change with every social and cultural evolution. In this study, I presented many designs inspired from the Coptic tapestry textiles. The Coptic tapestry style can be a vital starting point for new ideas for decorating denims. A survey has been conducted for two groups of adult females. The survey results clarified that our designs were approved by the younger group than the older one. I hope this study contributes to developing designs inspired by the past artifacts.

Many advanced nations have been developing the next generation logistic systems to effectively deal with gradually increased logistic flows over the world. Particularly, dual mode trailer(DMT) systems are significantly focused as a new alternative transportation which basically provides integrating of the land and railroad services. This paper presents new driving mechanism for DMT systems using the hydraulic pressure cylinder systems. Such is mechanically composed of supporting and rotating parts independently, which are mostly important for whole system performance. We analyze feasible operational problem occurred in driving mechanism from the conventional DMT systems and compare our proposed deign specification with the Modalohr DMT system to demonstrate its reliability and practicability.

This study investigated children's cognition of physically impossible televised events by age and types of tasks. The 67 subjects were 3-, 5-, and 7-year-old children from 1 day care center and 1 elementary school in Seoul. Children's responses were taped and transcribed. Cognition about the events were measured by recognition of impossibility, possibility of replication, and reasons for the possibility of replication of the events. Data were analysed by ANOVA(repeated measure) and $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test. Children's cognitions about the events varied by age groups. Three-year-old children's recognition of the 3 tasks was different from that of the 5-and 7-year-old children; while 3-year-olds interpreted the events on TV as real, 5- and 7-year-olds considered them to be unreal.

In 1996, China, Japan and the ROK all became the party to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Since then, the UNCLOS has been a fundamental basis for the resolution and management of maritime disputes amongst them. However, there still remain acrimonious disputes in the region. Resources nationalism and the revival of geopolitics aggravates the disputes particularly on sovereignty over disputed islands, maritime delimitation and the legal nature of military activities in other States' Exclusive Economic Zones. Under the circumstances, why have the demands for the conclusion of a regional agreement been raised in this region? A desirable regional agreement regarding ocean affairs should be compatible with the rights and obligations under the UNCLOS, a universal norm regarding ocean affairs. This paper will propose a desirable regional agreement by adopting an incremental approach.

최근 몇 년 동안 나타난 러시아 해군의 부활(resurgence)은 우크라이나 사태로 본 러시아 군사력 증강을 대표하는 상징이다. 전통적으로 러시아 해양전략(Sea power)은 러시아 경제 및 안보 목표를 달성하는데 있어 핵심이었다. 러시아 해군은 주로 전략적 억제, 연안방어, 해상교통로 보호, 해외전개 그리고 군사력 투사 등의 임무를 수행한다. 특히 최근 들어 러시아 해군력이 양적 질적으로 증강되는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 이는 최근 잠수함, 수상함 그리고 해군항공 전력이 크게 증강되고 있는 현상에서 증명되고 있다. 이는 불과 몇 년 전까지 러시아 해군력에 대한 정비 및 작전 운용에 있어 많은 문제점을 보이던 부정적 사례와 현격히 다른 모습이다. 특히 푸틴 정부에 들어서 러시아 해군은 양적이며 질적인 증강뿐만이 아닌, 세계 해양에서의 원해 해군작전을 비록 지금은 간헐적이기는 하지만 활발히 실시하고 있으며, 러시아 주변국 해군과의 다양한 해군협력도 추진하고 있다. 궁극적으로 러시아 해군은 단기적으로 연안방어를 기본 임무로 수행할 것이나, 장기적으로는 과거 구소련 해군력 위상과 영향력을 부활시키기 위해 세계 무대에서의 군사적 영향력을 증진시키는 대양해군(Blue Water Navy)을 지향할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 양탄자 시대 Navajo 직물의 특징을 살펴보고, 특히 시간의 흐름에 따른 양탄자의 발달을 고찰하는데 있다. 연구방법은 양탄자 스타일의 특징 및 변화에 대한 문헌을 중심으로 조사하였고, 아리조나 주립박물관과 역사박물관을 견학하였으며 박물관 안에 있는 전문가들의 조언을 듣고 연구의 자료를 보완하였다. 또한 Navajo 직물 전시회에서 실제로 직물을 관찰하였고 주요직물들을 시각적 자료로 제시하였다. 양탄자시대는 20세기 초에 서구인들의 요구에 따라 새로운 형태의 Navajo 직물이 출현하면서 시작되었고 초기, 부흥기, 지역적 스타일시대로 구분되며 1940년대 이후 지금까지 지역적 스타일 양탄자시대에 해당한다. 즉 현재 Navajo인들은 거주 지역에 따라 스타일, 색상, 염색 방법, 디자인이 서로 다른 양탄자를 생산하며 대표적인 것으로는 Crystal, Chinle. Wide Ruin, Two Grey Hills, Tees Nos Pos. Ganado, Storm Pattern 양탄자의 일곱 가지를 들 수 있다.

This article is summary of 'Korean Green New Deal' project which strives to revive Korea's Top 4 rivers for the next four years, between 2009 and 2012. The purpose of this project is balanced national development and recovered regional economy, creating new jobs. Details of the 'Korean Green New Deal' include means to reinforce obsolete embankments and to recover the river ecosystem by maintaining sedimentary soil, to install small- to middle-sized dams and flood control reservoirs and to establish eco-friendly reservoir for emergency water supplies. The project is expected to generate 190,000 new employee and create 23 trillion won worth production inducement effect, contributing in the revival of regional economies.
