Moliere completed classical French comedy by combining farce and commedia dell\`arte. Moliere believed that it was a plays obligation to give a lesson and entertainment. Moliere recreated commedia dell\`arte\`s typical acting patterns and characters in his work. He created with Lully comedie ballet that combined ballet and comedie for taste of Louis 14. Les precieuses ridicules critically displayed women at that time. Both contemporary high status women\`s custom and behavior were the targets of the author\`s synical criticism. There are three notable clothing imageries are shown in this work. First, Moliere used a variety of items in order to show emptiness of noble at that time. Items are ribbon and loop decorated rhingrave, feather decorated hat, perfumed wig and glove, lace covered canon and flower decorated shoes. Second, the author showed people\`s stutus through their clothes. Last, the author used clothing used clothing as a metaphor for hypocrisy. Thus when he said “take off the clothes” he meant take off hypocrisy and return truth.

It is already known from the previous study that flood seems to have heavier tail. Therefore, to make prediction of future extreme label, some agreement of tail behavior of extreme data is highly required. The LH-moments estimation method, the generalized form of L-moments is an useful method of characterizing the upper part of the distribution. LH-moments are based on linear combination of higher order statistics. In this study, we have formulated LH-moments of five distributions useful in hydrology such as, two types of three parameter kappa distributions, beta-${\kappa}$ distribution, beta-p distribution and a generalized Gumbel distribution. Using LH-moments reduces the undue influences that small sample may have on the estimation of large return period events.

To improve the durability of a hydrogen pressure vessel which is applied high-pressure, it needs the autofrettage process which induces compressive residual stress in the Aluminum liner. This study presents the elasto-plastic analysis to predict the behavior of structure accurately, and the Tsai-Wu failure criterion is applied to predict failure of pressure vessel of Aluminum liner and composite materials. Generally, plastic analysis is more complex than elastic analysis and has much time to predict. To complement its weakness, the AxicomPro(EXCEL program), applied radial return algorithm and nonlinear classical laminate theory (CLT), is developed for predicting results with more simple and accurate than the existing finite element analysis programs.

When emergency evasion during running is required, a driver sometimes causes a vehicle to drift, that is, a condition in which the rear wheels skid due to rapid steering. Under such conditions, the vehicle enters a very unstable state and often becomes uncontrollable. An unstable state of the vehicle induced by rapid steering was simulated and the effect of differential steering assistance was examined. Results indicate that, in emergency evasion while cornering and during which the vehicle begins to drift, unstable behavior like spins can be avoided by differential steering assistance and both the stability and control of the vehicle is improved remarkably. In addition, reduction of overshoot during spin evasion by the differential steering assistance has been shown to enable the vehicle to return to a state of stability in a short time in emergency evasion during straight-line running. Moreover, the effectiveness of differential steering assistance during emergency evasion was confirmed using a driving simulator.

Sleep disorders are very common among pediatric patients. Its prevalence is between 10% and 45% in preschool- and school-aged children. However parents commonly do not concern about their children's sleeping habits and for many pediatricians, there is not part of the routine office visit about a childs sleep. Sleep disorders were classified by International Classification of Sleep Disorder (ICSD) as dyssomnias, parasomnias, sleep disorders associated with mental, neurologic, or other medical disorders, and proposed sleep disorders. There are lots of differences in the causes, manifestations, and managements of sleep disorders between children and adult. The sleep disorders in childhood may manifest themselves as bedtime resistance, refusal to go to bed at a parentally described time, sleep-onset delay, inability to fall asleep within a reasonable time, prolonged nighttime awakening, and inability to return to sleep without assistance after waking during the night, and so have wide-ranging influences on children's behavior, mood, school performance, and family life. It's very important for pediatrician to concern about the sleep disturbances in childhood and so the problems of sleep in children should be early detected and managed.

A band stop filter is proposed with cascading unit cells that are based on a dual composite right/left-handed (D-CRLH) conductorbacked coplanar waveguide. The parameters of the unit cell have been analyzed to confirm the behavior of each component for the equivalent circuit of the cell. We simulated the dispersion characteristics and energy distribution and have determined that the unit cell has a D-CRLH property. The band stop filter was implemented by symmetrically cascading two of the proposed unit cells. The experimental results for the band stop filter revealed a band rejection performance of 32 dB and a return loss of 0.35 dB in the stopband frequency range from 869MHz to 954MHz. Finally, we show that there is a good agreement in the experimental results and those obtained through the simulations.

This paper presents a framework for the self-organization of swarm systems based on coupled nonlinear oscillators (CNOs). In this scheme, multiple agents in a swarm self-organize to flock and arrange themselves as a group using CNOs, which are able to keep a certain distance by the attractive and repulsive forces among different agents. A theoretical approach of flocking behavior by CNOs and a design guideline of CNO parameters are proposed. Finally, the formation scenario for cooperative multi-agent groups is investigated to demonstrate group behaviors such as aggregation, migration, homing and so on. The task for each group in this scenario is to perform a series of processes such as gathering into a whole group or splitting into two groups, and then to return to the base while avoiding collision with agents in different groups and maintaining the formation of each group.

Researchers examined elementary school children's experiences and the way that their mothers scolded them. In their writings, the children reported that their mothers under-estimated them, and assumed that they were not able to do anything by themselves. This reflected on the way that the mothers disciplined their children. The mothers were not a good model of proper behavior and did not treat the siblings fairly. The mothers were directive and valued results over effort. The children confessed that they felt suicidal, miserable and wanted to run away from home. They had a love-hate relationship with their mothers. They had to hide their real feelings and show love and respect towards their mothers. They had conflicts in dealing with these feelings. Their inability to show their real feelings and their dependency on their mothers made them return home, much like a boomerang. As a result, the children learned how to respond quickly in avoiding scolding situations. Furthermore, they learned the most important lesson; that it is all right to be abusive as long as it is for their or anybody else's own good.

1990년대 중반 최초로 국내에 등장한 케이블 TV홈쇼핑은 유통시장의 대변혁을 일으키며 2003년까지 꾸준한 성장을 하였지만 그 뒤 홈쇼핑사들의 과열화된 경쟁과 대체 쇼핑 수단들이 등장하면서 그 성장률이 둔화되고 있는 실정이다. 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑에서의 매출 부진의 주된 이유 중 하나는 판매한 상품에 대한 반품의 횟수가 많아짐을 의미하고 있으므로 본 연구에서는 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑의 구매자들의 구매 특성 중 반품행동을 중심으로 TV홈쇼핑 시장의 특성과 현황은 물론, 반품에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. A홈쇼핑사의 실제 구매 주문 데이터 13, 370개를 SPSS통계 패키지를 이용해 변수를 측정하고 분석하였고 반품을 줄여나가는 방안 모색을 통해 국내 홈쇼핑 시장이 발전할 수 있는 방향성 또한 제시하고자 한다.

The importance of the improving quality of electric power is being strongly raised, owing to an increasing use of sensitive and small-sized electronic devices and system. The transient overvoltage on low-voltage AC power distribution system are induced by direct or indirect lightning return strokes, and those can cause damage and/or malfunction of the utility system for borne automation, office automation and factory automation as well as medical equipments. The behavior of lightning surge transferred to the primary side from the primary side in distribution transformers were experimentally investigated the protection effect of low voltage SPD installed at the secondary side of distribution transformers was analyzed.
