A 3-year-old, 38 kg, male Golden Retriever dog was referred to Veterinary Teaching Hospital of Konkuk University because of chronic formation of crust on nasal bridge and planum nasale. Abnormalities of physical examination included hyperkeratosis on the footpad, symmetrical alopecia and erythma around olecranon, and crust on nasal bridge and planum nasale. Results of the hematological examination showed a mild leukopenia with neutropenia, monocytosis, and mild lymphocytosis. In addition, the result of serum chemistry and thyroid gland profile were normal. Results of fungal and bacterial culture was negative. Acanthocytes in cytological evaluation of nasal crust were observed in direct microscopic examination. Examination of skin biopsy exhibited vacuolation of basal cell layer, degeneration and necrosis of basal cell with defluxion, mild monocytes filtrations between epidermis and dermis, and mild acanthosis with hyperkeratinization. Based on results of examination described above, Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE) was diagnosed.

A 3-month-old intact male, Labrador retriever was presented with the history of coagulopathy and anemia. The results of initial screening tests of the hemostatic system yielded a tentative diagnosis of hemophilia. Activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was distinctly prolonged (106 seconds) and prothrombin time (PT) was not detected due to markedly prolonged test time. Whole blood transfusions (20 me l/kg body weight) were carried out prior to assays of coagulation factor. After transfusion, the patient recovered well and hemorrhage ceased. Blood samples were assessed for coagulation factor activity. The patient showed markedly low factor IX coagulation activity (5%, reference range: 7~140%) and was diagnosed with hemophilia B. After recovery, the patient was discharged from the hospital. However, 4 months later the patient was re-hospitalized for recurrence of the initial symptoms. The owner did not want to pursue further treatment and the patient died of respiratory distress two days later.

A massive mycetoma was observed in the abdominal cavity of a 3-year-old spayed female Labrador Retriever dog originated from France. The mycetoma lesion involved adhesion with one-half of the spleen, several portions of the small and large intestine, and the diaphragem. Histologically the distinct hypertrophy of the intestinal muscle layer, wide-spread deposition of the hemosiderin through the affected abdominal organs and thrombosis of splenic arterioles with atheromatous change were recognized as persistant, debilitating changes of the affected organs. From the histological appearance of the fungal colonies it was presumed that the causative fungus to be identified as Allescheria boydii.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

A 12-year-old, intact male Labrador Retriever was admitted to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of Konkuk University for the evaluation of bleeding mass in the oral cavity. The mass was first noted 2 years ago and has been growing up to a size of $5{\times}6$ cm. On complete blood count(CBC), leukocytosis and mild anemia were observed. Pulmonary metastasis was found in the thoracic radiographic examination. Blackish necrotic oral mass at the left mandibular area was diagnosed as a malignant melanoma based on the histopathological examination. Thus hemimadibulectomy and chemotherapy (carboplatin) were performed. The patient eventually died due to severe secondary infection 3 months after the last treatment.

Semen were collected from 9 male dogs and frozen by liquid nitrogengas. Frozen semen were thawed at 7$0^{\circ}C$ for 8 seconds. About $2{\timss}10^8$ sperm per insemination were inseminated to 10 bitches (3 Retrievers, 4 Chihuahuas, 1 Yorkshire Terriers, 1 Maltese, and 1 Poodle) at three and six days after the estimated peak of luteinizing hormone. For small breed dogs, uretero-renoscope (Kahl Storz, Germany, 12.5 Fr) was used for trans-cervical insemination, whereas cystoscope(Kahl Storz, Germany, 22Fr) was used for large breeds (Retrievers). Pregnancy was diagnosed by ultrasonography at 30 days after insemination. All of 3 Retrievers (100.0%) and 3 bitches of 7 small breed dogs (42.9%) were conceived (60.0% in total). This result indicated that trans-cervical insemination using endoscope is an effective method for AI with frozen semen not only for large breed dogs such as Retriever but also for small breeds.

A 16-month old female Golden retriever dog was presented with a 2-week history of left-sided exophthalmos, third eyelid prominence, some scale of the trunk, mild anorexia, mild diarrhea and depression. In radiographic findings, a mass with increased opacity in the left retrobulbar area was observed. Cytologic and histopathologic examinations after enucleation and mass excision showed diffuse round cell accumulation and adjacent small area of elongated cell proliferation were shown. They also illustrated the neoplastic cells with large nucleoli, multiple nucleoli that differ in size and scant cytoplasm with several clear vacuoles. Extent of local invasiveness and central necrosis of the retrobulbar mass was identified by magnetic resonance imaging. Based on the physical and laboratory examination, radiographic, cytologic and histopathologic findings this case was diagnosed as extranodal malignant lymphoma of the retrobulbar area.

3.5살짜리 래브라도 리트리버(Labrador Retriever)는 매일 처방되는 피질스테로이드제에 무반응으로 비계절적, 심한 소양증을 2년간 앓고 있는 병력을 갖고 있었다. 공기유래 알레르겐(알러젠; Allergens)들에 대한 시험관내 RAST1(Radioallergosorbent testing; 방사선 알레르기 흡착 시험법)에 양성으로 나타난 것을 기초로 한 면역요법(Immunotherapy)을 18개월 동안 시행했으나 성공적이지 않았다. 부신피질호르몬(Adrenocorticotropic Hormone, ACTH)자극 시험법은 이것이 본래 임상수의사에 의해 발생(Iatrogenic)된 것임을 예시하여준다. 피부 찰과물(Skin scrapings)을 검사한 결과 개 천공개선충(Sarcoptic mange)이라는 진단이 내려졌다. 이버맥틴(Ivermectin)치료효과와 피질스테로이드(Corticosteroid)의 투약중지에 대한 반응이 극적으로 나타났다. 10개월 추적기간(10-month follow-up period)동안에 이 질병은 재발되지 않았다. 이것은 비록 계절적인 알레르겐을 배제하기 위해 긴 기간동안 추적이 필요하였으나 개 천공개선충이 오히려 피질스테로이드요법에 대한 2차적인 것보다는 1차적인 질병이라는 것을 말해준다. 아토피의 진단을 위해 혈청학적 시험법의 이용이 논의되었다.

This Paper describes design and implementation of the Class Library Management System(CLMS) that is used to efficiently software reuse. Communication softwares are various and wide. They continually must be modified themselves for new demand. maintained previous modules, and extended for new service. Software reuse will have been enhanced of software quality and software developer's productivity The CLMS consists of the Class Register, the Class Retriever, and the Class Browser. The CLMS considered reuse of source code and SDL design specifications.

A 4 months old Golden retriever male dog was referred. By the history taking, it was kwon that the mass has been formed at the parietal region of the patient after fourth prevention inoculation. The appetite, urination and excretion were normal. The mass confirmation which was limited in the parietal region, did not seem to be enlargement of lymph node from physical examination palpation. Complete blood count and serum biochemical profiles were consistent with mild lymphocytosis, mild monocytosis, anisocytosis, regenerative anemia and elevated ALP, CPK. Survey radiographs indicated a mixed density in parietal region. We performed surgical resection and chemotherapy for cure and biopsy. Histological finding was periosteal fibrosarcoma. The application of cisplatin was topically used in operation site. Up to now the indication of recurrence is not visible.
