  • The Purpose of this study is working out of the scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations directed on perfection of strategic planning of development of the enterprises of mining and gold mining branch. The methodological basis of research is based on the economic theory developed by a domestic and foreign science. At processing, generalisation and a writing of materials of the master's thesis following methods were applied: - supervision, - comparison, - the analysis and synthesis, - methods of an induction and deduction, - statistical groupings, - average and relative sizes, - the system approach. Finally, the theoretical and practical importance of this research consists that results of research will allow generating a basis of statement of effective system of strategic planning of a long-term sustainable development of the gold mining enterprises reducing risk of acceptance of inefficient strategic decisions. I would like to express many thanks to the NGO "Semey- My Home" and "EastGeoResources" LLP for their help and support in providing the data collection and data analysis stages of my research from 2006.

  • Numerical computations are made to predict wave loads on a vertical cylinder in an extreme wave. To generate the extreme wave, a frequency-focused unidirectional wave is adopted in three-dimensional numerical wave tank. The mathematical formulation is wide in the scope of the potential theory with fully nonlinear free surface conditions. As a numerical method, finite element method based on variational principle is applied. Comparisons between the present numerical results and the previous computation data. show a good agreement.

  • In this paper, a new approach for a sampled-data representation of nonlinear system that has time-delayed multi-input is proposed. That is largely devoid of illconditioning and is suitable for any nonlinear problem. The new scheme is applied to nonlinear systems with two or three inputs; and then the delayed multi-input general equation is derived. The method is based on thematrix exponential theory. Itdoes not require excessive computational resources and lends itself to a short and robust piece of software that can be easily inserted into large simulation packages. A performance of the proposed method is evaluated using a nonlinear system with time-delay: maneuvering an automobile.

  • In this study, the properties of the object types required to describe the relationship among research data resources, which may be generated during the life cycle of the research, are derived. The properties of Fedora Commons and DSpace, which are open source software used for resource management, and schema properties published in DataCite were analyzed. Based on relation names of Fedora Commons, nine new relation names were derived. Thirty-eight object type properties consolidating the target properties of the analysis were derived. The result of this study can be used as basic material for crosswalk research studies of object type relation terms to ensure interoperability among the systems.

  • This paper presents a method for constructing model of manufacturing processes for simulation and design of the discrete control logic. The models represent the discrete vent evolution of the system as well as features of the underlying continues processes, for applications such as discrete parts manufacture and assembly, the process is decomposed into operations and for each operation the required resources and associated discrete resource slates are Identified. The structure of the discrete-level control is modeled by modified Perti nets which are synthesized from single resource activity cycles. Construction of nets provides discrete control logic with guaranteed properties based on extended Petri nets theory, for illustration, the proposed method is applied to the high-level discrete control of a two-robotic assembly cell.

  • E.U(Europe Union) and I.S.O(International Standard Organization) have promoted environmental problems from an individual enterprise level to international level. E.U have practiced E.M.A.S(Environment Management Audit Scheme), they have explained environmental information to local residents by an environmental statement and they have introduced verification system by identification person. One year later, I.S.O have published ISO 14000 series by environmental audit in 1996. Modem enterprise must go well with profitability and sociality. Environmental accounting was appeared in order to agree with profitability and sociality. Environmental accounting is to solve environmental problems, to protect natural resources, to measure effect of environment, and to transmit information of environment. Accountability's theory must be based social fairness and systemic legality. We need the accountability in order to system of Environmental accounting. But the conception of environmental accounting and accountability are not defined in our country. Therefore the purpose of this study is to established the relation of environmental accounting and accountability.

  • Based on Clark and Munro's theory of dynamic optimization between fishery resources and production, this study is aimed to take an empirical analysis of optimal production level to the Danish Seine fishery under the sandfish stock rebuilding plan. For empirical analysis, it examined the optimal fish stock size, production and fishing effort levels and it also made an additional evaluation of optimal production changes on main variables by sensitivity analyses. When a 4% of the discount rate is assumed, the optimal sandfish production of Danish Seine fishery would be 3,049 t, and the sandfish optimal stock size is evaluated to be 19,016 t. In addition, the optimal fishing effort is estimated to be 4,368 days. Accordingly, to achieve the optimal production level, current fishing efforts should be reduced while the fish stock size should be increased up to the optimal level.

  • For the prediction of multi-site rainfall with radar data and ground meteorological data, a rainfall prediction model was proposed, which uses the neural network theory, a kind of artifical Intelligence technique. The Input layer of the prediction model was constructed with current ground meteorological data, their variation, moving vectors of rain- fall field and digital terrain of the measuring site, and the output layer was constructed with the predicted rainfall up to 3 hours. In the application of the prediction model to the Pyungchang river basin, the learning results of neural network prediction model showed more Improved results than the parameter estimation results of an existing physically based model. And the proposed model comparisonally well predicted the time distribution of ralnfall.

  • The time simulation of slow drift motions of moored FPSO in waves is presented. The equation of motion based on Cummin's theory of impulse responses are employed, and are consisted of horizonal plane -surge, sway and yaw. The added mass coefficients, wave damping coefficients, first order wave exciting forces and the second order wave drift forces involved in the equations are obtained from a three-dimensional panel method in the frequency domain. The mooring lines are modeled quasistatically as catenary for chains and touchdown. As for numerical example, time domain analyses are carried out for a box-type FPSO in long crest irregular wave condition.

  • When ship claps against the ocean structure sited at shallow water, the time simulation of motion responses of dolphin-moored ocean structure is presented. The equatien of motion based on Cummin's theory of impulse responses are employed, and solved in time domain by using the Newmark $\beta$ method. The added mass and damping coefficients involved in the equations are obtained from a three-dimensional panel method in the frequency domain. The impact forces due to ship collision are modeled as two method, and those are elastic and non-elastic collisions. The mooring forces for dolphin systems of scean structure are considered as linear spring system.
