21세기 인적자원 개발의 목적, 개념, 역할 및 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Purpose, Definition, Role, and Competency of Human Resource Development in the 21st Century)

  • The nature of work which is changing has increased the importance of HRD within organization. Also, these changes are making HRD shift its paradigm : from the segregated, closed, operational & administrative, dependent, utilitarian view to the integrative, open, strategic & facilitative, interdependent, generative view. The shifts of the perspective on HRD cause HRD professionals rethink the purpose and definition of HRD, and the role & competency needed to HRD in 21st century. The findings which are drawn through literature review and researcher’s intuition based on a long field experience are as follows. First, The function of HRD has recently been much more important then that of the past. Second, There is no consensus over the conceptual identity of HRD. Nonetheless, it is apparent that the preferred activities of the HRD function is performance improvement. Third, It is too difficult that we should define clearly the role & competency of HRD because of diverse perspectives on them. But we find much evidence converging to support the fact that the role & competency of HRD should be extended from the sole focus on training & development to adding the additional role & competency of change agent, who includes planning, implementing, and managing change.

  • As the city have been enlarged bigger and more complicated recently, a discussion about a city right, started on the base of perception that a city must be recognized as a public resource and the value. A city rights imply equal use and participation in these city resource. From a start of modern city, a city space have been developed mainly, as a man's economic business and industrial area, but now, to ensure a woman's city right is getting an important factor of citizen's settlement. Then many domestic cities tries to promote a woman friendly city creation. The main purpose of this paper is to find the concept of woman friendly city, based on a gender-sensitive perspective view point and to make an assessment index of Woman Friendliness of the City (WFC). In a case of Ansan City which city is in the planning stage of application for a woman friendly city.

  • 최근 들어 모바일 디바이스는 편리한 통신기능과 휴대성을 제공할 뿐 아니라, 다양한 어플리케이션을 실행할 수 있는 장비로 활용되고 있다 그러나, 모바일 디바이스의 자원 제약성으로 인해 복잡도가 높은 어플리케이션에는 한계를 가지고 있다. Model-View-Control(MVC) 아키텍처는 다양한 어플리케이션 설계에 널리 사용되고 있지만, 서비스 기반의 모바일 어플리케이션의 특징을 모두 반영하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 고품질 고성능의 서비스 기반 모바일 어플리케이션 설계를 위해, 기존의 MVC 아키텍처를 확장한 효과적인 모바일 앱 아키텍처 모형과 적용 기법을 제시한다. 이를 적용하면, 자원제약성 문제를 크게 해소하고, 복잡도가 높은 어플리케이션 개발이 가능해 진다.

창업기업의 경영성과에 있어서 컨설팅품질과 컨설턴트역량의 영향에 대한 연구: 흡수능력과 자원역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Management Consulting Quality and Consultant Capability on Entrepreneurial Firms' Performance)

  • Purpose - Prior researches have empirically focused on the effect of management consulting quality and consultant capability on entrepreneurial firms' performance. This study, however, focused on investigating the moderating role of absorptive capacity and resource capability between management consulting and entrepreneurial firms' performance. So, this study investigated the relationship among consulting quality, consultant capability, absorptive capacity, resource capability, and entrepreneurial firms' performance from the resource based view (RBV). Especially, this study focused on the mediating role of absorptive and resource capability in relational structure of entrepreneurial firms' dimensions. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, research hypotheses and model are established by the prior researches from the fields of strategic management and entrepreneurial behavior. Concretely, H1~H4 are the relationship between consulting (consulting quality, consultant capability) and innovation (absorptive capacity, resource capability); H5 is the relationship between absorptive capacity and resource capability; and H6~H7 are the relationship between innovation (absorptive capacity, resource capability) and management performance. The data was collected 207 copies from entrepreneurial firms in South Korea. These firms were established in January 2014 and maintained by November 2015 in high-tech industry. The questionnaire was consisted of five dimensions; consulting quality, consultant capability, absorptive capacity, resource capability, and management performance. Each dimension measured multi items on a 5-point Likert scale. The hypotheses and research model are analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22. Results - The results of this study are as follows. 1) Consulting quality significantly influenced on the absorptive capacity of entrepreneurial firms. 2) But, consultant capability did not influence on the absorptive capacity of entrepreneurial firms. 3) Consulting quality and consultant capability significantly influenced on the resource capability of entrepreneurial firms. 4) Absorptive capacity significantly influenced on the resource capability of entrepreneurial firms; 5) Absorptive capacity did not significantly influence on the management performance of entrepreneurial firms. 6) Resource capability, however, significantly influenced on the management performance of entrepreneurial firms. By these results, absorptive capacity of entrepreneurial firms had a mediating role partly among consulting quality, consultant capability, and management capability. The resource capability of entrepreneurial firms had a mediating role among consulting quality, consultant capability, and management capability, perfectly. Conclusions - According to this study, the high level of consulting quality and consultant capability may enforce the resource capability of entrepreneurial firms. It means, practically, that external knowledge is a driver for innovation, and then the innovation effects on the management performance of entrepreneurial firms. So, at the initial stage, the management consulting programs are very important to entrepreneurial firms and should be conceived as an essential element. This study may contribute to the advancement of academic in field of new start business, small business, or venture business based on resources, especially the role of absorptive capacity and resource capability between consulting programs and management performance. However, this study has some limitations. They are the measurement of consulting quality's items, cross-sectional research, and the limitation of concept and industry.

서비스 산업에서 스마트워크 IT자원이 업무효율성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Smart-Work IT-Resources on the Work Efficiency and Corporate Performance in Service Industry)

  • 최근 융복합 IT기술을 도입하여 새로운 업무형태로 스마트워크가 떠오르고 있다. 우리나라에서도 여러 기업에서 스마트워크 도입을 적극적으로 검토하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이론적 틀로서 '자원기반관점'(Resource-Based View)을 사용하여 서비스 산업에서 스마트워크 IT자원이 업무효율성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 조사하였다. 본 연구는 스마트워크에 대한 기존 연구를 바탕으로 파악된 요인들 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 학문적인 기여를 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 스마트워크를 도입하려는 기업에서 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는 결과를 제시함으로써 실무적으로도 의미있는 결과를 제시하였다. 구조방정식모형검증결과 스마트워크 IT자원 중 IT인프라와 IT스킬이 개인 업무 효율성에 유의한 영향을 주고, 업무어플리케이션과 IT스킬이 연대협력업무 효율성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인 업무 효율성과 연대협력업무 효율성이 재무성과와 시장성과에 각각 유의한 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 서비스산업에서 스마트워크를 도입하여 실제업무에 적용한다면 업무효율성과 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 주고, 이는 기업의 지속적 경쟁우위 획득으로 이어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 논문은 현대의 정보 통신 응용에서 접근제어 요구 사항의 복잡한 문제를 해결하기 위한 접근제어 매커니즘의 설계 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 자원의 기밀성, 무결성 및 가용성의 공통적 목적을 달성하기 위한 통합 정보 모델을 제안 하고, 신분-기반, 규칙-기반 및 직무-기반의 관점에서 각 관련된 정책과 규칙을 정의하였으며, 필요한 접근제어 오퍼레이션들을 구현하였다. 제안된 통합 정보 모델은 보안 레이블, 무결성 등급, 직무 및 소유권 등의 다단계 보안 정책을 기반으로 하여 자원에 대한 불법적인 접근을 방어할 수 있다.

지식경영효과에 관한 탐색적 연구: 상황관점 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of Knowledge Management: A Contingency Perspective)

  • In order to explore a relationship among KM context, KM effects, and sustainability of competitive advantage of organizations, a contingency model of KM, which is based on resource-based as well as knowledge-based theory, is developed from the information systems and strategic management literature. To put it concretely, our motivation for this paper was to answer the following questions: (1) What factors affect the degree to which an organization achieves KM effects? (2) Is there a positive relationship between KM effects and organizational performance achieved by linking KM to competitive advantage? A detailed exploratory analysis of survey responses from 79 Korean companies provides the following significant findings: (1) This study found support for the proposed research model. (2) The organization's degree of process and organizational outcomes of KM effects is determined by technical and social resources and its capabilities. Furthermore, the influence of technical and social resources of KM context on process and organizational outcomes of KM effects is controlled by different types of organizational perspectives on KM. (3) There is a relationship between process and organizational outcomes of KM effects and organizational performance enhanced by linking KM to competitive advantage.

무선 이동망에서 이동 클러스터 기반의 H-MRVP를 이용한 자원관리 기법의 성능 분석 (Performance analysis of the Resource Reservation Schemes using Mobile Cluster based H-MRSVP in Wireless Mobile Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 무선/이동 인터넷 환경에서 실시간 트래픽의 QoS 보장을 위한 자원 관리 기법에 대해서 연구한다. 이동단말은 이동성때문에 실시간 응용 서비스에서 요구하는 QoS에 중요한 영향을 갖는다. 현재 제안된 MRSVP는 자원 예약 지역 경계의 불명확성과 또한 세션들을 유지하기 위한 신호 과부하를 발생시킬 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, MRSVP[1-5]와 이동 클러스터 개념을 조합한 신규자원 예약 프로토콜-이동클러스 기반의 H-MRSVP(Hierarchical MRSVP)-을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 이동 호에 대한 이동 클러스터 기반의 H-MRSVP의 분석적인 모델을 설계하고, 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 보호채널 할당 방식, 분산 호 수락제어 기법과 비교 분석한다. 성능 목표값으로는 신규호 차단율, 핸드오프 호 손실율, 무선 시스템에서이 채널 이용율과 호의 서비스 완료율을 보았다. 결과적으로 제안된 기법이 DCA보다는 채널 이용율 측면에서 좀더 유연하고, 보호채널기법보다는 이동호에 대한 좋은 채널 할당을 한다.

중소기업 조직역량이 CSR 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향:선제적 및 반응적 CSR의 매개역할을 중심으로 (The Impact of SME's Organizational Capabilities on CSR and Business Performance:Focused on the Mediating Role of Proactive & Reactive CSR)

  • 최근 기업의 사회적책임(CSR)에 대한 사회로부터의 관심증대와 기업의 지속적 경쟁우위확보를 위한 기업혁신의 중요한 전략적 수단으로 많은 기업들은 CSR을 적극 활용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원기반관점(RBV) 측면에서 중소기업 특유의 조직역량들과 자발적이고 적극적인 CSR활동인 선제적 CSR, 수동적이고 소극적 CSR활동인 반응적 CSR 및 경영성과 상호간에 미치는 영향관계에 대하여 설문조사를 바탕으로 통계분석기법 등을 활용하여 실증조사 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 중소기업 특유의 조직역량들은 선제적 CSR과는 유의미한 관계가 존재하였다. 둘째, 선제적 CSR은 경영성과와 유의미한 관계가 있는 반면에 반응적 CSR은 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 중소기업 특유의 조직역량들은 경영성과에 직접적으로는 영향을 주지는 않으나 가치창조활동인 선제적 CSR활동에 의하여 간접적으로 경영성과로 연결됨을 발견하는 등 기존 자원기반관점(RBV)이론관련 선행연구들과 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 향후 CSR과 자원기반관점이론 연구에 기여할 것으로 본다.

Key Themes for Multi-Stage Business Analytics Adoption in Organizations

  • Business analytics is a management tool for achieving significant business performance improvements. Many organizations fail to or only partially achieve their business objectives and goals from business analytics. Business analytics adoption is a multi-stage complex activity consisting of evaluation, adoption, and assimilation stages. Several research papers have been published in the field of business analytics, but the research on multi-stage BA adoption is fewer in number. This study contributes to the scant literature on the multi-stage adoption model by identifying the critical themes for evaluation, adoption, and assimilation stages of business analytics. This study uses the thematic content analysis of peer-reviewed published academic papers as a research technique to explore the key themes of business analytics adoption. This study links the critical themes with the popular theoretical foundations: Resource-Based View (RBV), Dynamic Capabilities, Diffusion of Innovations, and Technology-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) framework. The study identifies twelve major factors categorized into three key themes: organizational characteristics, innovation characteristics, and environmental characteristics. The main organizational factors are top management support, organization data environment, centralized analytics structure, perceived cost, employee skills, and data-based decision making culture. The major innovation characteristics are perceived benefits, complexity, and compatibility, and information technology assets. The environmental factors influencing BA adoption stages are competition and industry pressure. A conceptual framework for the multi-stage BA adoption model is proposed in this study. The findings of this study can assist the practicing managers in developing a stage-wise operational strategy for business analytics adoption. Future research can also attempt to validate the conceptual model proposed in this study.
