압밀응력비에 따른 낙동강모래의 비배수전단거통 특성 (Variation of Undrained Shear Behavior with Consolidation Stress Ratio of Nakdong River Sand)

  • 본 연구에서는 낙동강 하류 을숙도에 분포하는 0.558%의 세립분을 함유한 자연 사질토 지반에 대하여 느슨, 중간, 그리고 조밀한 지반 상태를 재현하여 초기정적전단응력의 영향을 정적 및 동적 시험을 통해 응력경로와 과잉간극수압 소산 및 잔류변형 거동을 규명하고, Bolton 이론에 의거한 파괴시 최대 유효마찰각을 상대밀도에 의한 영향과 구속압의 영향을 고려하여 제시하였다. 파괴선과 상전이점의 거리는 초기전단응력이 증가할수록 가까워지고, 느슨한 모래의 경우 그 영향이 커서 조밀한 모래의 응력경로로 접근하는 경향을 보인다. 압밀응력비 조건이 1.4에서 1.8로 변함에 따라, 상대밀도의 증가와 함께 보다 큰 액상화 저항강도를 보이고 조밀한 상대밀도 조건에서는 유사한 CSR값을 보였다.

고강도 7xxx 알루미늄 합금의 응력부식균열에 미치는 부식환경과 응력속도의 영향 (Effect of Corrosion Atmosphere and Strain Rate on the Stress Corrosion Cracking of High Strength 7xxx Aluminum Alloy)

  • High strength 7xxx aluminum alloys have been applied to automotive bump back beam of the some limited model for light weight vehicle. The aluminum bump back beam is manufactured through extrusion, bending and welding. The residual stress given on these processes combines with the corrosive atmosphere on the road spreaded with corrosive chemicals to melt snow to occur the stress corrosion cracking. The composition of commercial 7xxx aluminum has Zn/Mg ratio about 3 and Cu over 2 wt% for better strength and stress corrosion cracking resistivity. But this composition isn't adequate for appling to the automotive bump back beam with high resistance to extrusion and bad weldability. In this study the composition of 7xxx aluminum alloy was modified to high Zn/Mg ratio and low Cu content for better extrusion and weldability. To estimate the resistivity against stress corrosion cracking of this aluminum alloy by slow strain rate test, the corrosion atmosphere and strain rate separate the stress corrosion cracking from conventional corrosion must be investigated. Using 0.6 Mol NaCl solution on slow strain rate test the stress corrosion cracking induced fracture was not observed. By adding 0.3% $H_2O_2$ and 0.6M $Na_2SO_4$ to 1M NaCl solution, the corrosion potential and current density of polarization curve moved to active potential and larger current density, and on the slow strain rate test the fracture energy in solution was lower than that in pre-exposure. These mean the stress corrosion cracking induced fracture can be estimated in this 1M NaCl + 0.3% $H_2O_2$ + 0.6M $Na_2SO_4$ solution. When the strain rate was below $2{\times}10^{-6}$, the stress corrosion cracking induced fracture start to be observed.

4원 공중합체 박리형 아크릴 점착제의 특성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Characteristic of Removal Type Pressure-Sensitive Acrylic Adhesives)

  • 4원 아크릴 점착제를 합성하기 위하여 butyl acrylate(이하 BA), 2-ethylhexylacrylate(이하 2-EHA), methylmethacrylate(이하 MMA), 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate(이하 2-HEMA)를 사용하였다. 점착제 구조는 FT-IR, 분자량 분포는 GPC로 측정하고 점도, 고형분 그리고 점착력도 조사하였다. 단량체와 용제의 부피비가 1.3:1일 때 점착력이 $160g_f/25mm$이며 가장 범용성이 있었다. 열처리속도가 50 m/min이었을 때 가사시간이 30 s이었으며, 최소 경화시간은 30 s로 확인하였다. 내후성 시험에서 1000 h 경과 후에도 점착력이 $160{\sim}180g_f/25mm$로 거의 일정하게 유지되었고, 점착 잔유물은 없었다.

횡방향 철근으로 구속된 철근콘크리트 기둥의 화재 노출조건에 따른 내화성능 (The Fire Resistant Performance of RC Column with Confined Lateral Reinforcement According to Fire Exposure Condition)

  • 이 연구에서는, 기둥 횡방향 철근의 화재 후 잔존 역학적 특성 규명 연구의 일환으로, 횡철근비와 기둥의 고온 노출면 수 차이에 따른 횡방향 철근의 손실강도 보상효과를 잔존 압축강도, 변형률 및 탄성계수와 하중-변위 곡선의 상대적 비교분석을 통해 규명하였다. 실험변수로 띠철근의 간격과 고온 노출면 수를 변수로 한 실험체를 제작하여 가열실험을 수행하였다. 이때 전기로 온도를 $400^{\circ}C$, $600^{\circ}C$$800^{\circ}C$로 설정하여 $13.33^{\circ}C$/분의 속도로 가열하고 2시간동안 그 온도를 유지시켰다. 냉각된 실험체에 대해 응력-변형률 곡선을 구하기 위한 압축실험을 수행하고, 이로부터 탄성계수, 잔존 내력 및 변형률 등의 잔존 역학적 특성을 분석하였다. 실험결과, 고온 노출 면이 많은 기둥이 수열온도 증가에 따라 탄성계수 감소율이 크게 나타나고, 횡철근비가 크면 수열온도 증가에 따라 탄성계수 감소율이 작게 나타났는데, 이로부터 기둥위치와 횡철근비 등이 내화설계나 화재 안전진단 시 고려되어 합리적인 내화성능 평가가 이루어져야 할 것으로 여겨진다.

광미내 Zn의 탈착 특성과 지렁이에 대한 생이용성 (Desorption Characteristics and Bioavailability of Zn to Earthworm in Mine Tailings)

  • Sorption and sequential desorption experiments were conducted for Zn using a natural soil (NS) in background status by aging (1, 30 and 100 days). The sorption isotherm showed that Zn had high sorption capacity but low sorption affinity in NS. Sequential desorption was biphasic with appreciable amount of sorbed Zn residing in the desorption-resistant fraction after several desorption steps. The biphasic desorption behavior of Zn was characterized by a biphasic desorption model that includes a linear term to represent labile or easily-desorbing fraction and a Langmuirian-type term to represent desorption-resistant fraction. The biphasic desorption model indicated that the size of the maximum capacity of desorption-resistant fraction ($q^{irr}_{max}$) increased with aging in NS. Desorption kinetics and desorption-resistance of Zn in the soils collected from mine tailings (MA, MB and MC collected from surface, subsurface soils and mine waste, respectively) were investigated and compared to the bioavailability to earthworm (Eisenia fetida). Desorption kinetic data of Zn were fitted to several desorption kinetic models. The ratio ($q_{e,d}/q_0$) of remaining Zn at desorption equilibrium ($q_{e,d}$) to initial sorbed concentration ($q_0$) was in the range of 0.53~0.90 in the mine tailings which was higher than that in NS, except MA. The sequential desorption from the mine tailings with 0.01M Na$NO_3$ and 0.01M $CaCl_2$ showed that appreciable amounts of Zn are resistant to desorption due to aging or sequestration. The SM&T (Standard Measurements and Testing Programme of European Union) analysis showed that the sum of oxidizable (Step III) and residual (Step IV) fractions of Zn was linearly related with its desorption-resistance ($q^{irr}_{max}$) determined by the sequential desorption with 0.01M Na$NO_3$ ($R^2$= 0.9998) and 0.01M $CaCl_2$ ($R^2$= 0.8580). The earthworm uptake of Zn and the desorbed amount of Zn ($q_{desorbed}$ = $q_0-q_{e,d}$) in MB soil were also linearly related ($R^2$ = 0.899). Our results implicate that the ecological risk assessment of heavy metals would be possible considering the relation between desorption behaviors and bioavailability to earthworm.

강섬유 보강 초고성능 콘크리트(UHPFRC) I형 보의 전단 강도 (Shear Strength of Ultra-High Performance Fiber-Reinforced Concrete(UHPFRC) I-shaped Beams without Stirrup)

  • 강섬유 보강 초고성능 콘크리트(UHPFRC)는 높은 압축강도 뿐 아니라 강섬유 보강에 의한 뛰어난 응력분산효과로 인해 높은 인장강도를 가지며, 미세균열의 확장을 통해 균열 후에도 경화거동을 하여 구조부재가 안정적으로 외력에 저항하도록 한다. 본 연구에서는 UHPFRC 재료 인장강도를 정의함에 있어 노치가 있는 휨실험과 직접인장실험을 비교하여 실험법 및 결과 분석의 장단점을 알아보았다. I-형 보의 전단부재실험은 복부의 면내전단거동을 알아보기 위하여 전단 경간비, 유효높이, 재료인장강도를 변수로 계획하였다. 실험결과를 통해 전단보강근이 없는 UHPFRC I형 보의 균열발생 이후 전단거동의 응력 재분배효과를 정량적으로 판단하고, 균열 후 거동을 기존 전단 강도식이 잘 반영하고 있는지 검토하였다. 전단철근 보강이 없는 UHPFRC 전단부재의 경우 파괴모드는 사인장 파괴로 동일하였고, 이러한 파괴모드를 가지는 부재는 전단 경간비와 유효높이에 크게 영향을 받게 되어 부재 설계 시 이러한 변수에 대한 고려가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

실리케이트 광물을 이용한 내열충격성 LAS계 세라믹스의 제조에 관한 연구 (III) Eucryptite와 Spondumene 소결특성 (The Study on Fabrication of LAS System Ceramics for Thermal Shock Resistance from Silicate Minerals (III) Sintering Characteristics of Eucryptite and Spodumene)

  • Five eucryptite and ten spodumene compositional powders were syntehsized from three sillimanite group, two kaolin group, and five pyrophyllite group silicate minerals. Those powders were isotatically pressed and fired at 1200~135$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs, and then the sintered bodies were characterized. Silicate minerals with molar ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 correspond to those of eucryptite and spodumene are kaolin and pyrophyllite group silicate minerals, respectively. Sintering characteristics of eucryptite from kaolin group and spodumene from pyrophyllite group mineral were superior to those from other silicate minerals. Eucryptite sintered bodies with 95~97% relative densities and densified microstructures can be obtained using Hadong pink kaolin as starting materials by sintering over broad temperature zone(1250~135$0^{\circ}C$). The eucryptite sintered bodies which were fired at 130$0^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs, from Hadong pink kaolin had within 3.0wt% microstructural compositional variations compaired with stoichiometric compound, and had good negative thermal expansiion property with -3.55$\times$10-6/$^{\circ}C$ thermal expansion coefficient. Spodumene sintered bodies which were prepared from pyrophyllite group silicate minerals, had dense microstructures and high densities by densification through liquid phase sintering with enlarged temperature range. The specimens which were fired at 130$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs from Gusipyrophillite, had dense microstructure with crystallines mainly, and low thermal expansion property with 0.62$\times$10-6/$^{\circ}C$ thermal expansion coefficient. The porous texture and residual glass phase in LAS system ceramics which were prepared from silicate minerals, tend to increase the thermal expansion properties of sintered bodies to positive direction.

Effect of BSO addition on Cu-O bond of GdBa2Cu3O7-x films with varying thickness probed by extended x-ray absorption fine structure

  • We investigated the relation between the Cu-O bond length and the superconducting properties of $BaSnO_3$ (BSO)-added $GdBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ (GdBCO) thin films by using extended x-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy. 4 wt.% $BaSnO_3$ (BSO) added $GdBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ (GdBCO) thin films with varying thickness from $0.2{\mu}m$ to $1.0{\mu}m$ were fabricated by using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. The transition temperature ($T_c$) and the residual resistance ratio (RRR) of the GdBCO films increased with increasing thickness up to $0.8{\mu}m$, where the crystalline BSO has the highest peak intensity, and then decreased. This uncommon behaviors of $T_c$ and RRR are likely to be created by the addition of BSO, which may change the ordering of GdBCO atomic bonds. Analysis from the Cu K-edge EXAFS spectroscopy showed an interesting thickness dependence of ordering behavior of BSO-added GdBCO films. It is noticeable that the ordering of Cu-O bond and the transition temperature are found to show opposite behaviors in the thickness dependence. Based on these results, the growth of BSO seemingly have evident effect on the alteration of the local structure of GdBCO film.

뇌졸중 환자 대상 흡인 음성의 음향변수 변동 (Acoustic parameter delta of an aspirated voice in stroke patients)

  • The present study aimed to investigate the changes of acoustic parameters of the aspirated voice in stroke patients. The eighty-eight subjects diagnosed with cerebro-vascular accident were divided into 32 penetration/aspiration (P/A) and 56 Non-P/A groups according to the videofluroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) results, and 26 control subjects participated. All subjects preformed VFSS and vowel /a/ was recorded three times pre- and post VFSS. Since the variation in the acoustic parameters within a single phonation has been observed, we proposed a delta formula for the acoustic parameters which can reflect the temporal changes of the each parameter in an utterance. We measured from the voice data eight acoustic parameters: fundamental frequency (F0), standard deviation of F0 (F0_SD), Jitter, relative average perturbation (RAP), Shimmer, amplitude perturbation quotient (APQ), harmonic to noise ration (HNR), noise to harmonic ratio (NHR). Then we found parameters which show the meaningful biggest temporal change in an utterance using the suggested delta parameter. Among them, the deltas of shimmer and APQ were significantly different pre- and post VFSS. These deltas of the P/A and the control group were increased after VFSS, while those of the Non-P/A group was descended. The variation patterns of the P/A and the control group were similar but the change width of the P/A group was larger. The large variations in an aspirated phonation of the P/A group are thought to be caused by irregular changes in air resistance due to residual food on the vocal cords.

복합섬유가 혼입된 고강도 콘크리트의 고온가열에 따른 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of High Strength Concrete with Composite Fibers in Accordance with High Temperature)

  • 본 연구는 섬유를 혼입한 고강도 콘크리트의 온도 변화에 따른 내화특성 분석에 관한 연구로 고강도 콘크리트에 고온이 가해질 경우 발생되는 폭렬현상에 대하여 방지효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있는 하이브리드섬유와 강섬유를 함께 혼입하여 만든 복합섬유를 사용하여 온도 변화($100{\sim}800^{\circ}C$)에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 내화특성 및 역학적 메커니즘을 분석하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 고강도 콘크리트 구조물에서 가장 문제가 되는 폭렬현상을 막는 대책 중의 하나인 섬유 혼입을 통한 방법을 사용하여 SEM 및 XRD 분석 등의 방법으로 고온을 받은 고강도 콘크리트의 열적 특성 및 역학적 특성을 규명하고자 하였다.
