궤도지지구조물의 진동특성과 예측 (Vibration Characteristics and Prediction of Railroad Track Supporting Structures)

  • In this study, field measurements of vibration on the structures supporting railroad track were performed. The vibration data obtained were analyzed to find out any correlation between its magnitude and several factors such as type of bridges, distance from the track, type of train, frequency characteristics, etc. As a result, the magnitude of vibration turned out to be the highest in the steel bridge, the concrete bridge and steel-concrete combined bridge were the next in descending order. It was also found that the dynamic characteristics of ground were the most important factors among several affecting vibration near by the railroad track. And the empirical ground vibration estimation equation for estimating ground vibration was developed. The proposed equation with respect to distances from the railroad could be easily used for the estimation of ground vibration at the residential areas nearby the track.

  • The number of share houses has increased in Korea, and social recognition of this type of housing is also growing. In order to review current conditions and housing systems for share houses, an analysis of rooming house, a type of share house that is built overseas, was carried out. This study focused on studying rooming houses of Canada. Residents occupy in rooms and share common spaces with other tenants in rooming houses. The purpose of this research is to study planning guidelines, systems, operation management of rooming houses and the process and role of public and citizen participation. Based on characteristics of planning guidelines and operation management for rooming houses, implications which can be used for setting institutional and planning foundations for share houses in Korea have been presented through this research.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the Characteristic and Changing Process of Refugees' Housing in the Korean War. Refugees' Housing is one of the unique forms of housing that emerged during the acute situation in the war. During the Korean War, Busan became the Wartime Capital and various housing policies were implemented for the influx of refugees. Various types of housing appeared in Busan during the war, and the type analysis and characteristic of these types were revealed through literature and case studies. Accordingly, the product of study was indicated in the meaning of the housing restoration policy enforced during the war and the housing type exhibited by refugees from the perspective of housing.

Measuring the Impact of Change Orders on Project Performances by Building Type

  • The project performances can be measured in terms of meeting the project schedule, budget, and conformance to functional and technical specifications. Numerous studies have been conducted to examine the causes and effects of change orders for both vertical and horizontal construction, respectively. However, these studies mainly focus on a single project type, so this paper examines the impact of change order for cost growth and schedule overruns using four different building types to close the gap in the change order research area. A total of 211 building projects are collected from four building types: healthcare, residential, office, and education. Statistical analyses using ANOVA tests and linear regression models are used to examine the created metric $CO/day on the cost and schedule impacts. The results found that mean $CO/day values were not statistically different among building types, and that the sum of change orders is a statistically significant predictor of $CO/day. The results will help project stakeholders mitigate the negative change orders effects can be a challenge for project managers and researchers alike.

최근 5년간 부산지역의 미세먼지(PM10)농도 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Characteristics of fine Particle (PM10) Concentration in Busan for Five Years)

  • The general characteristics of fine particle and meteorological analysis of high $PM_{10}$ concentration day which was over $100{\mu}g/m^3$ in busan were investigated for period of 2002 to 2006. Annual mean concentration including Asian dust day was $68.7{\mu}g/m^3$ in 2002, $54.6{\mu}g/m^3$ in 2003, $60.4{\mu}g/m^3$ in 2004, $58.3{\mu}g/m^3$ in 2005 and $58.8{\mu}g/m^3$ in 2006, respectively. Seasonal mean concentration was $73.4{\mu}g/m^3$ in Springtime, $56.8{\mu}g/m^3$ in Summertime, $55.5{\mu}g/m^3$ in Wintertime and $54.4{\mu}g/m^3$ in Falltime, respectively. Mean concentration for land use was 69.2 $37.0{\mu}g/m^3$ in industrial area, 64.2 $35.5{\mu}g/m^3$ in rural area, 62.6 $34.4{\mu}g/m^3$ in commercial area and 55.3 $33.8{\mu}g/m^3$ in residential area, respectively. Frequency of synoptic pattern for high $PM_{10}$ concentration day was 18 days(16.7%) in I type, 27 days(25.0%) in II type, 10 days(9.3%) in III type, 5 days(4.6%) in IV type, 13 days(12.0%) in V type and 29 days (26.9%) in VI type, respectively. Frequency of long range transport sector for high $PM_{10}$ concentration day was 9 days(8.3%) in I type, 64 days(59.5%) in II type, 34 days(31.5%) in III type, 1 days in IV type, 0 days, respectively.

중.고령자가구의 경제적 자원 교류유형 및 교류액에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Contributing to Financial Resources Interchange Type and Amounts of the Middle Aged and the Elderly Household)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine factors contributing to financial resources interchange type and amount of the middle aged and the elderly household. For this study, the 6th KLIPS data was used, and sample size was 1,679 households including those with head of household being over the age of 50. Statistical analysis was conducted to examine frequency, percentile, mean and standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, Anova, Duncan's multiple range test and Heckman analysis First, Interchange amount of Benefits type household was significantly different according to the householder's gender, existence or nonexistence of a spouse, age, educational background, home ownership, family type and place of residence. However, interchange amount of provide- type households were significantly different according tohouseholder's gender, existence or nonexistence of a spouse, educational background, whether retired or not, and home ownership. Second, The receptive type of households and net receptive expense of households in terms of the financial resources interchanges and the findings of Heckman analyses suggest that the variables to have a significant effect on the receptive types of financial interchanges were as gender, age, education level, retired or not, and current economics. Factors having an effects on net receptive expense were age, and family type and for the number of receptive of financial resources, whether there is the receptive of financial resources, total income, total asset. Third, The supplying type of households and net supplying expense of households in terms of the financial resources interchanges, whether or not the type of financially supplying households is significant were residential area, total income, house ownership. Factor having an effect net supplying expense were age, family type, whether there is the supplying of financial resources, family satisfaction, and house ownership.

한국 농촌마을의 옥외공간체계 변화에 관한 연구 - 취락구조 개선사업에 따른 주거환경의 변화 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Changes of Outdoor Space System in Korean Rural Villages - A Comparative Study of Changes in Residential Environment Accompanied by the Rural Village Improvement Projects -)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the changes of rural residential environmemts accompanied by the rural village improvement projects. The results of this study can be a guidoline for further betterment works of rural village envirnments. This sutdy is composed of the survey of two major parts, one Is the interview of the residents and the survey of existing conditions of residential environments, and the other is a questionnaire survey of the mental image, preference and satisfaction for each village residential environments. Based on preliminary investigation, five rural villages, located In Kyungsamgun., Kyungbuk province, were selected as sutdy sites. The major results are summarized as follows; 1. In socio-cultural enveronments, the ratio of compound and non - agricultural household are increased with the modernization of rural villages. On the ocher hand, the numbers of neighbor's association are considerably decreased. This means the traditional community of korean rural villages are diminishing. 2. In physical environments, the ratio of improved western type gouses are increased In modprnized villages. And the modernization is most remarkable in the palls of fences and gardens. 3. By the result of the analysis of residfnt's environmental image and preference, the image scores of urban, formal, mdoern, etc. are showed to be high. And the preference is also high in modernized villages. But in general, the Preference for the village environment is comparatively low in all villages. This means the improvememt work should be continuous and systematic. 4. By the result of stepwise regression analysis, the variables, affecting the preference of village environment. are regularity, familiarity, amount of greenery, beauty of surrounding scenery, convenience, cleanness, etc. The R2s of the perference models were 0.4486 ∼0.9395, Which are considered to be high. 5. In the satisfaction for each residences, the toilets are mostly dis - satisfying. With the modernization of vilelages, the needs for environmental quality by residents are increased. 6. In the satisfaction for village enveironments, the satisfaction level is most low in service facilities, such as public bath, barbershop. And the satisfaction for the scenic beauty, the amenity of surrondings, and the com munity of the traditional villages, are commparatively high in conventional villges. 7. The imporvement works, based on the characteristics of each rural villages, are recommended. And the tradition of Jung - ja tree spaces and harmony with surrounding landscape of traditional villages, must be conserved with good regards.

지역난방 사용자 구성비에 따른 열소비 패턴 분석 (Heat Consumption Pattern Analysis by the Component Ratio of District Heating Users)

  • 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 위도의 도시 유형별로 주택과 건물 구성비를 가진 3지역을 선정하여 대상 지역별로 2008년 1년간(1.1~12.31)의 실제 운전실적을 이용하여 지역난방 사용자의 일일 및 연간 열소비 패턴을 분석하고, 지역별 상호 차이점을 파악하기 위하여 주택과 건물의 열소비 패턴을 비교 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 실제 주택 및 건물 지역난방 사용자가 사용한 열소비 패턴을 매시간대별로 파악하고, 연결 열부하(난방면적 ${\times}$ 단위열부하 : 시설용량과 지역난방 배관망의 설계기준이 되는 열부하로 난방면적에 용도별 단위열부하를 곱하여 산출[Gcal/h])와의 관계를 분석하여 일일, 연간 및 최대 부하율 결과값을 도출함으로써 주택 및 건물 지역난방 사용자 비율에 따른 최적의 열원시설 용량산정이 가능케 하고 수요개발(해당 시설용량으로 열공급이 가능한 지역난방 사용자의 범위로 각 사용자기계실의 연결열부하 합과 같음.)단계에서의 정확한 방향을 제시할 수 있는 근거를 도출하였다.

지하수 이용량 추정기법 개발 (Development of a Predictive Model for Groundwater Use)

  • 전국 210개 시군을 대상으로 지역별 지하수 이용량을 예측하는 기법을 개발하였다. 우선 210개 대상지역은 각 지역 지하수 이용 특성에 따라 생활형, 공업형, 농업형 지역으로 대분하고, 이들로부터 각 지역별 특성을 잘 나타내는 표본(생활형 22개 : 공업형 8개 : 농업형 32개)지역을 선정하였다. 이 지역에서 지하수 이용에 연관 가능한 인자들로 1) 농지면적, 2) 공업부지 면적, 3) 행정단위 면적, 4) 인구, 5) 지하수원 상수도 시설용량, 6) 1인 1일 평균수량, 7) 농업용수 사용량, 8) 공업용수 사용량, 9) 생활용수 사용량, 10) 상수도 보급률 등을 선정하고 이들의 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 이들과 지역별 지하수 이용량과의 관계를 분석한 결과 얻어진 상관계수를 t-test 방법으로 신뢰도 95%와 99%에서 그 관계의 중요성을 검증하였고, 이로부터 영향인자를 도출하였다. 이와 같이 도출된 영향인자들을 사용하여, 다중 회기분석법으로 생공형 지역과 농업형 지역에서의 지하수 이용량을 추정하는 관계식을 두출하였고, 이 식으로부터 얻어진 예측치를 실제 이용량과 비교하여 그 오차의 RMS를 최소화하도록 보정하였다. 이 모델은 미래 자료에 의하여 타당성이 검증된 후, 지역별 지하수자원의 개발 계획 수립시 최대 수요량의 예측에 사용될 수 있다.

서울시 가로경관 특성화 및 녹량증진을 위한 가로녹지 개선 방안 (Improvement on Street Greenery for the Landscape Specialization and Increase of Green Volume on the Streets of Seoul)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울시에 있는 가로를 토지이용별로 분류하여 녹량 특성과 경관특성을 구체적으로 분석하고 이에 따른 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 대상 가로는 서울시에서 이용률이 높은 가로이면서 보도가 넓어 녹지량을 증진시킬 수 있는 잠재성이 큰 가로인 광로만으로 한정하였다. 가로 유형별 녹량 및 경관 현황을 종합하여 보면 가로유형에 상관없이 양버즘나무와 은행나무가 대표 가로수종으로 식재되었고 가로별 녹시율은 주거지역 51.6%, 녹지지역 50.4%, 상업지역 45.2%, 업무지역 43.7% 순으로 나타났다. 주거지역을 제외한 지역에는 가로 띠녹지가 거의 없었고 가로별 녹피율은 업무지역 71.0%, 녹지지역 64.0%, 주거지역 37.3%, 상업지역 36.2% 순이며 녹지용적계수는 평균 $1.9m^3/m^2$로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕로 주거지역가로는 풍부한 녹의 커뮤니티공간과 4계절 화관목 경관제공을 목표로 하였고, 상업지역가로는 화목류와 단풍으로 상가 이미지 부각을 하되 서비스행위 및 보행에 지장을 주지 않도록 제안하였다. 업무지역가로는 녹량과 녹시율 증가 및 도심이미지에 어울리는 가로공간 연출을 목표로 하였고, 녹지지역가로는 자생종 위주의 다층식재 및 주변산림과 연계를 통한 야생동물 은신처, 서식처 제공을 위한 가로공간 조성을 목표로 하였다.
