우리나라 대학도서관에서는 미국과 달리 지정자료 및 e-Reserve 서비스 운영이 매우 저조한 실정이다. 본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 e-Reserve 서비스 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 미국 131개 대학도서관의 e-Reserve 서비스 운영 사례를 살펴보았다. 운영 사례를 확인하기 위하여 131개의 대학도서관 웹사이트를 조사하였으며 중에서 7개 대학도서관의 e-Reserve 서비스 운영 방식을 비교 분석하고, 4개의 e-Reserve 지원 소프트웨어의 기능을 확인하였다. 연구결과는 국내 대학도서관에서 e-Reserve 서비스를 운영하는데 있어 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며 분석한 지원 소프트웨어의 기능은 시스템 도입 시 고려할 기능요건이 될 것으로 판단된다.

This paper intend to analyze, review and point out the actual conditions of "Reserve Book System" of university libraries in Korea, then to present several proposals. I took six national universities and six private universities as researching objects and the materials were collected by questionnaires. 1) There are so many libraries which have no seperate reserve books room, while every colleges, and their departments are putting into forces the reserve book system. This makes many unresonable problems. 2) Many volumes were not adequate to the courses of each depertment and so many problems arose to set up reserve books owing to Lhe lack of library budget. 3) Insincerities of professors and librarians make no good conditions for the reserve book system. 4) For insufficiency of understanding about the reserve book system cf professors and students with university authorities, we must persuade and guide them about this system. 5) We imust evaluate about the problems of the reserve book system. I show the methods which is necessary to solve the problems of this system in the following. 1) As to methods of improving the field of menagement for running about the reserve book system, a) Establishment of the independent reserve books room. b) Gradual expansion of the reserve book system. c) Evaluation of the actual using of reserve books. 2) As to contents to improve the reserve book system, a) Improving the selection method of reserve books. b) Increasing the library budget enable to purchase more reserve books. c) Making more close connections between the curricula ard reserve books. 3) Settlment of coordinating system for carrying out reserve book system, a) We must have mutual understanding and co-operation among university authorities, faculties and libraries. b) We must have co-operation between professors and librariars.ibrariars.

This paper discusses a method for the determination of frequency control reserve requirement with consideration of the interaction between ex-ante planning and real-time balancing. In proposed method, we consider the fact that the delivered energy for tertiary control reserve is determined based on required capacity for secondary control reserve and the expected amount of load errors. Uncertain load errors are derived by Brownian motion, an optimization method is suggested using a stochastic programming. In a short, we propose an interactive dependent method for determining secondary control reserve requirement based on the principle that it satisfies to minimize the total cost. As a result, this paper provides will analyze for an example model to demonstrate the capabilities of the method.

본 문에서는 중국의 1956년 최초로 자연보호구 설치이후 자연보호구사업의 변화과정, IUCN과 중국의 자연보호구정의를 비교한 토대 위에서 중국의 자연보호구 지정 목적과 의의를 설명하고 자연보호구의 현황을 소개하였다. 또한 중국의 50여년간의 자연보존과 자연보호구사업 변화과정에서 자연보호구사업과 연관성이 있는 법률과 규정의 제정과정을 분석하고 자연보존과 자연보호구사업에서 이러한 여러가지 법률과 법규의 역할을 검토하였으며 이를 토대로 중국에서 자연보존 및 자연보호구사업 추진과정에서 점차 형성된 전반적인 자연보호구 지정과 설치 관련 절차 및 자연보호구의 3개 종류, 9가지 유형에 대한 분류체계를 상세하게 설명하고 중국 실정에 부합되는 자연보호구 관리체제와 특성에 대해서도 소개하였다. 마지막으로 중국의 자연보호구 중장기사업계획을 소개하고 현재 중국의 자연보호구 관리사업과정에서 존재하는 문제점과 향후 해결하고자 하는 문제점에 대해서도 검토하고 해결방향을 제시하였다.

최근 전력수요의 높은 증가율로 인하여 전력계통에 가장 안정적으로 전력을 공급하기 위한 적정예비력을 얼마만큼을 가져야 할 것인가? 하는 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 연도별 계통규모와 예비력 및 예비율의 변화 풍향 분석을 통하여 계통규모가 증가할수록 적정 예비력은 증가하고 있는 반면에 예비율은 하락하는 추세를 보이고 있는 것을 분석하였다. 이 자료를 관계로 현재시점에서 단기 전력수급전망에 적용되는 공급예비력으로 산정한 600만[kW]는 적정수준이라 여겨진다. 또한 최대전력수요가 5,000만[kW]를 넘어서면서 적정수준인 $10{\sim}12[%]$ 예비율 보다는 적정수준의 예비력을 산정하여 적용하는 것이 전력계통을 경제적이고 안정적으로 운영할 수 있다고 분석되었다.

Determination of the required reserve capacity has an important function in operation of power system and it is calculated based on the largest loss of supply. However, conventional method cannot be applied in future power system, because potential grid-connected distributed generator and abnormal temperature cause the large load imbalance. Therefore this paper address new framework for determining the optimal required reserve capacity taking into account the real time load imbalance. At first, we introduce the way of operating reserve resources which are the secondary, tertiary, Direct Load Control (DLC) and Load shedding reserves to make up the load imbalance. Then, the formulated problem can be solved by the Probabilistic Dynamic Programming (PDP) method. In case study, we divide two cases for comparing the cost function between the conventional method and the proposed method.

As an electricity industry transforms into a competitive system, an electricity market revolves into a combined market consisting of generation and operating reserve. This paper presents a market model combined by an energy market and an operating reserve market. In a competitive structure, Gencos strive to choose strategic bidding parameters that maximize total profit resulting from an energy market and a reserve market. The primary goal of the paper is to analyze power transactions of generation and operation reserve based on marginal profits and capacity limits at NE(Nash Equilibrium). In case studies, the reserve market and the energy market are compared at the n from the viewpoints of marginal profits, prices and transaction quantities. It is shown that the marginal profit in an energy market is equal to that in a reserve market, and Gencos strategic bidding is greatly influenced by capacity limit.

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the complication rates of oocyte pick-up (OPU) procedures via transvaginal ultrasonography in patients with different levels of ovarian reserve. Methods: In total, 789 patients who underwent OPU procedures for in vitro fertilization (IVF) were included in the study. Results: Individuals with normal ovarian reserve had a 2.947-fold higher risk of complications in OPU procedures than individuals with low ovarian reserve, and individuals with high ovarian reserve had a 7.448-fold higher risk of complications than individuals with low ovarian reserve. In addition, a higher number of IVF trials was associated with an increased risk of complications. Conclusion: The results of this study show that OPU has a higher risk of complications, particularly severe pain, in patients with high ovarian reserve. It is thought that complications can be reduced by preferring mild stimulation in patients with high ovarian reserve. Collecting fewer oocytes is also associated with a lower risk of complications from OPU. Even if a patient's reserve is very good, fewer and higher-quality oocytes should be targeted with the use of the lowest possible dose of drugs.

Renewable energy integration and increased system complexities make system operator maintain supply and demand balance harder than before. To keep the grid frequency in a stable range, an appropriate spinning reserve margin should be procured with consideration of ever-changing system situation, such as demand, wind power output and generator failure. This paper propose a novel concept of dynamic reserve, which arrange different spinning reserve margin depending on time. To investigate the effectiveness of the proposed dynamic reserve, we developed a new short-term reliability criterion that estimates the probability of a spinning reserve shortage events, thus indicating grid frequency stability. Uncertainties of demand forecast error, wind generation forecast error and generator failure have been modeled in probabilistic terms, and the proposed spinning reserve has been applied to generation scheduling. This approach has been tested on the modified IEEE 118-bus system with a wind farm. The results show that the required spinning reserve margin changes depending on the system situation of demand, wind generation and generator failure. Moreover the proposed approach could be utilized even in case of system configuration change, such as wind generation extension.

It is very important that sellers provide reasonable reserve prices for auction items in internet auction systems. Recently, an agent has been proposed to generate reserve prices automatically based on the case similarity of information retrieval theory and the moving average of time series analysis. However, one problem of the previous approaches is that the recent trend of auction prices is not well reflected on the generated reserve prices, because it simply provides the bid price of the most similar item or an average price of some similar items using the past auction data. In this paper. in order to overcome the problem. we propose a method that generates reserve prices based on the moving average. the exponential smoothing, and the least square of time series analysis. Through performance experiments. we show that the successful bid rate of the new method can be increased by preventing sellers from making unreasonable reserve prices compared with the previous methods.
