주민자치조직의 구성원에 관한 연구 -청주지역의 주민자치위원회를 중심으로- (A Study on the Members of Citizen Autonomy Organization - A case of Citizen Autonomy Committee in Cheongju Area -)

  • This study is the research of occupation distribution about citizen members of autonomy organization in Cheongju area. Investigation of autonomy organization members acting as local readers makes it possible to understand direction for community promotion. Result of this study sums up two type occupational categories. First, in urban area independently managers is above participation ratio in public affairs appeared. On the other hand, ratio of private organization, employee, and experts are low. In rural area, it shows the participation ratio of functional representatives and farmers highly. Second, with investigation of detailed occupation, most independent contractors and such as architecture, real-estate, whole and retail sales, restaurant, nursery, and private educational institute. And small number of insurance, news paper, car sales, gas station mangers participate in autonomy organization. Private organization consist of educational organization, social welfare corporate and district head council, as well as some teachers and farmers.

TV 홈쇼핑업체에서 개인-환경 적합성이 조직 매력성, 몰입 및 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Person-Environment Fit on Organization Attractiveness, Commitment, and Job Satisfaction in TV Home Shopping Companies)

  • This study analyzes how the person-environment fit on organization attractiveness, commitment, and job satisfaction in TV home shopping companies. The survey was conducted from May 3 to 31 in 2010, and 350 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that person-environment fit of TV home shopping companies is composed of person-job fit, person-supervisor fit, and person-organization fit. The person-job fit, person-supervisor fit, and person-organization fit of TV home shopping companies influence the organization attractiveness and commitment. The organization attractiveness and commitment affect the job satisfaction in TV home shopping companies.

공학계열 초기경력자의 학습과 적응을 위한 조직사회화 과정 연구 (A Study on the Organization Socialization Process of Engineering Novice for the Learning and Adaptation)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the organization socialization process of engineering novice for the learning and adaptation. Qualitative case study was performed with 5 participants and the collected qualitative data were analyzed using funnel-like method. The findings showed that the organization socialization process proceed in three steps-anticipatory, encounter, and metarmorphosis. Engineering Novice look at the whole organization socialization proces of organization culture and job maladjustment, and the relationship between internal and external organizations to overcome the difficulties arising from the community through the process of becoming a full participant. Socialization of engineering novice is ultimately the organization to respond to new situations and changes in the learning process takes place in the process, talking about a major resource for human resources. This enables organizations to socialize and harmonious human relationships within the organization so that it can be more important than anything else.

정보조직 지식구조에 대한 연구 - 2000년~2011년 학술논문을 중심으로 - (Knowledge Structures in Knowledge Organization Research: 2000-2011)

  • 본 연구는 내용분석과 네트워크 분석을 사용하여 국내 정보조직분야 지식구조를 조사하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 최근까지 정보조직분야 논문을 바탕으로 저자키워드, 초록, 저자, 저자소속기관을 추출하여 용어의 빈도를 측정하는 것은 물론 용어 간 연관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 네트워크상에서 각 노드의 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 위세중심성을 산출하였다. 그 결과 정보조직 연구주제어는 좁고 복잡한 네트워크를 형성하고 있으며 주제어 사이에 직접적인 연결이 많이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 목록과 분류는 여전히 정보조직의 중심축을 담당하고 있는 반면, 메타데이터, 온톨로지가 새로운 연구 분야로 부상하였다. 반면에 저자소속기관 및 저자는 넓은 네트워크를 형성하고 있었으며 협력이 활발하지 않았다.

응급실 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 피로, 직무 만족 및 조직 몰입 (Job Stress, Fatigue, Job Satisfaction and Commitment to Organization in Emergency Department Nurses)

  • Purpose: This research was done to identify relationships among job stress, fatigue, job satisfaction, and commitment to organization in emergency department nurses. Methods: Research participants were 513 nurses who worked in the emergency department of 17 tertiary centers and 28 secondary hospitals. Data collection for this descriptive correlational study was done from May to July 2010 using self report questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient with the SAS 9.2 program. Results: There were statistically significant differences in organizational commitment according to age, religion, total clinical experience, emergency department experience, current position, frequency of night shift, average sleep hours, wage level, numbers of beds in unit, and reason for working. A positive correlation was found between job stress and fatigue, and between job satisfaction and commitment to organization for the emergency department nurses and a negative correlation between job stress and Job satisfaction, and fatigue and Job satisfaction. Conclusion: Results of this research indicate that job stress in emergency department nurses was the principal variable affecting job satisfaction and commitment to organization along with fatigue. Appropriate stress management strategies based on identification of job stress for these nurses should lead to development of improved management of nursing manpower and a reduction in stress.

소상공인 및 소기업의 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 - 조직 몰입의 매개효과 중심으로 (An Influence of Small Business Market Orientation and Learning Orientation impact on Corporate Performance-Focusing on mediating effect of Organization Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 소상공인기업 및 소기업을 대상으로 기업이 지속적으로 성장하기 위해 필요한 두 핵심요인인 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 기업의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 실증연구 하였다. 또한 소상공인기업 및 소기업과 같은 작은 기업일수록 구성원들의 조직몰입이 기업의 성과에 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단, 이에 본 연구에서는 연구의 차별화된 요소로 기업의 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 작은 기업에서도 시장지향성과 학습지향성은 기업의 성과에 중요한 영향을 있음을 밝혀내었다. 조직몰입이 부분적으로 매개효과를 보이는 것으로도 검증되었다. 결론적으로 작은 기업이 성장하기 위한 전제조건으로 기업이 시장지향성과 학습지향적인 조직을 만들어 나가야 함과 동시에 모든 조직원이 조직에 대한 애착관계를 가질 수 있도록 노력해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 창업을 준비하는 개인과 기존의 창업자뿐만 아니라 창업관련 담당자들에게도 기초자료로서 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

한국의 자료조직 분야 연구동향 분석 : 1970~2010 (An Analytical Study on Research Trends of Resource Organization in Korea : 1970~2010)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 문헌정보학 분야 6개 전문 학회지의 1970~2010년간에 수록된 4,015편의 논문가운데 자료조직관련 논문 607편을 계량적으로 분석하여 자료조직 분야의 연구동향을 분석한 것이다. 분석결과, 1970~2010년간 자료조직분야 학술지 발표논문은 연평균 14.8편으로 나타났으며, 연도별로는 2005년과 2009년이 40편으로 가장 높았다. 영역별로는 목록법이 241편으로 가장 높고 이어서, 분류법 190편, 색인초록 75편, 메타데이터 65편, 주제분석 22편, 자료조직 일반 14편의 순으로 나타났다. 목록법 영역에서는 OPAC와 MARC, 분류법 영역에서는 KDC와 DDC, 자동분류, 메타데이터 영역에서는 메타데이터 요소분석과 관리 및 적용, 색인초록 영역에서는 색인과 자동색인, 주제분석 영역에서는 시소러스 등의 주제가 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 자료조직 분야의 연구내용을 분석해 보면, 자료조직의 기본적인 원리나 이론에 대한 연구가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 KDC 분류체계 개선, 메타데이터 요소분석, 목록규칙 개선 등에 관한 논문은 대체로 개선안을 제시하고 있지만 실증적인 분석이나 객관적인 평가에 의해서가 아니라 단순비교나 연구자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 개선안을 제시한 경우가 대부분이다.

Degradation Mechanisms of a Li-S Cell using Commercial Activated Carbon

  • In lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries, encapsulation of sulfur in activated carbon (AC) materials is a promising strategy for preventing the dissolution of lithium polysulfide into electrolytes and enhancing cycle life, because instead of solid-liquid-solid reactions, quasi-solid-state (QSS) reactions occur in the AC micropores. While a high weight fraction of sulfur in S/AC composites is essential for achieving a high energy density of Li-S cells, the deterioration mechanisms under such conditions are still unclear. In this study, we report the deterioration mechanisms during charge-discharge cycling when the discharge products overflow from the AC. Analysis using scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry confirms that the sulfur in the S/AC composites migrates outside the AC as cycling progresses, and it is barely present in the AC after 20 cycles, which corresponds to the capacity decay of the cell. Impedance analysis clearly shows that the electrical resistance of the S/AC composite and the charge-transfer resistance of QSS reactions significantly increase as a result of sulfur migration. On the other hand, the charge-discharge cycling performance under limited-capacity conditions, where the discharge products are encapsulated inside the AC, is extremely stable. These results reveal the degradation mechanism of a Li-S cell with micro-porous carbon and provide crucial insights into the design of a S/AC composite cathode and its operating conditions needed to achieve stable cycling performance.

항공정비조직의 유연성문화 연구 (A Study on Flexible Culture in Aviation Maintenance Organization)

  • The aircraft maintenance demands a lot of aviation mechanics in urgent according to the high season and low season in seasonal demand adjusted, unplanned maintenance work such as AD (airworthiness directives) and troubleshooting of aircraft system fault. The advent of Super-Large Aircraft such as A380 with aircraft materials, power plant and avionics systems which were not in previous models must be expected to increase the complexity of the aircraft maintenance system. This study is intended to propose the development plan for formation of positive flexibility culture in aircraft maintenance organization through the review of previous research on flexibility culture of organization and through empirical research for bureaucratic and poor factors by the evaluation of flexibility culture level of domestic aircraft maintenance organization.

  • The common Knowledge Management System has been constructed to increase the organization's competitiveness based on the objective of support on knowledge activities of individuals. But not many of cases have been success with constructing the magnificent concept of several of knowledge management. This case research is based on the constructed strategies, constructed concept and operating case on Knowledge Management System of Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries which was selected to the year 2004 outstanding operating organization among the government organization. This case research is suggesting that to have successful knowledge management, needs to have a reliable objective and goals prior to the abducting the Knowledge Management System and should establish the propulsion strategies that meets the organization and the culture. Also, it indicated that all the individuals should forward first in order to move organization and the system further more based of consider the constructed content, activity plan, evaluation and preview which the special feature of Knowledge Management System has.
