If Korea Research & Development reinforces integrated control function, indeed would Korea Research & Development's output be increased? Truly, could Korea's competition be ultimately improved with technology innovation and accumulation of knowledge. Can reinforcement of Integrated control that reinforced efficiency of Research & Development's investment effects make Korea Research & Development's investment, itself, be decreased? I try to answer clearly that in a way to reorganize Korea technology Administration's system, introduced Korea Research & Development integrated control system's establishment is what to effect Korea innovation system's direction after answering clearly previous mentioned problems. In this study, to answer these problems view theoretical discussion about Korea innovation system, integrated control system and system dynamics. Set up analytic tools of system dynamics which includes Korea innovation system and integrated control system. Then, draw a general casual loop diagram, which includes established Korea Research & Development's integrated control system, of Korea innovation system's activity. In based these, develop situation model to analyze trend of Korea innovation system and derive a political meaning by analyzing value of Korea innovation system's major inflow, outflow and stock variations according to extent of Korea Research & Development's integrated control in the same model.

This study attempts to analyze trade flows between Vietnam and China in order to understand the mutual influence of bilateral trade relations. China is a country with the world's leading economic potential. China and Vietnam are neighboring countries sharing a border of 1,281 km. Trade relations between the two countries are a necessity and, with a right policy, are beneficial to both. Vietnam has a trade deficit with China. This situation is exacerbated by the continuing rise in the gap. Vietnam trade deficit from China was USD12.5 billion in 2010, increasing to USD24 billion in 2018. Data are extracted from the 2015 national input-output tables of Vietnam and China as well as Vietnam Household Living Standard Survey statistics. The research identified 36 sectors of bilateral input-output trade between Vietnam and China. A bilateral output-input model is applied to analyze how final demand and use of input in the production of this country induces output and value added of the other country. The results show that China benefits more from Vietnam's production and consumption than Vietnam does. Vietnam's inter-sector structure does not stimulate domestic production due to the absence of supporting products as inputs in the production process.
The research shows how the technological change of 'Information and Communication Technology' (ICT) is accompanied with the usage change. It aims to provide a better conceptualization with empirical findings about the fact that the technological development of ICT is a convergence process of ICT factors with the usage of ICT moving from a limited coverage toward a general-purpose. The research adapts a descriptive methodology on a historical matter and demonstrates how it can be conducted through analytical description of Input-Output tables (I/O) the over periods. The case is about the UK with sequential I/O during 1970s- 90s.

With the continuous development and application of Internet technology, in recent years, new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, and AI are becoming more and more familiar to the general public. The development of a digital society has entered a new period of development. In this paper, we used on the 2018 annual data of 50 listed companies with blockchain concept stocks in China. Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to study and analyze the input-output efficiency, it can be concluded that the input-output efficiency of 50 listed companies is very different. Inefficient companies are as high as 62%. Most companies have a large room for improvement in input-output efficiency due to uneconomical scale or inefficient technology. In order to better improve the company's input-output efficiency, one must improve the efficiency of resource utilization, optimize the company's research and development costs and the input and management of technical personnel; the second is to increase technological innovation and business innovation.
The R&D productivity has the same meaning as that of general meaning. Its input includes budget, facility, schedule, idea and target, and its output includes patent, paper, technological innovation and revenue increase and technology accumulation influenced by these factors. The choice of R&D item which will have the large effectiveness after customization, resource input of proper level, application of efficient development schema, effective usage of development output, objective appraisal for the R&D output and extension for the future project are the main factors for which is suggested to enhance the R&D productivity. The management's expectation for R&D can be represented as the innovativeness of output and potential influence to outsiders. The speedy output, even if incremental investment more than planning happens, will eventually result in the productivity enhancement of the enterprise, and managers must not encounter the opportunity loss in return for the excessive investment control.
This paper starts out by reviewing the literature that in different ways utilizes patent data as an output of Research & Development (R&D) investment. The main focus, however, is an analysis of time-lag between industrial R&D input and its output. To achieve this research's purpose, the basic data associated with the industrial R&D input (expenditure, researchers) and output (applied patent and utilities) for the past 15 years, from 1980 to 1994, in the areas of electrical-electronic, mechanical and chemical industries have been collected. And the raw input data were altered into real flow data (but stock data) using Laspeyres approach and analyzed using multiple regression analysis, especially stepwise regression analysis. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: a) The time-lag; between industrial R&D input and its output is within 1 to 3 years. b) The time-lag: of patents was longer than that of utility models. c) The time-lag: in electrical-electronic, chemical industry was longer than that of the mechanical industry.

The study provides a quantitative and qualitative description of global research in the domain of quantum machine learning (QML) as a way to understand the status of global research in the subject at the global, national, institutional, and individual author level. The data for the study was sourced from the Scopus database for the period 1999-2020. The study analyzed global research output (1374 publications) and global citations (22434 citations) to measure research productivity and performance on metrics. In addition, the study carried out bibliometric mapping of the literature to visually represent network relationship between key countries, institutions, authors, and significant keyword in QML research. The study finds that the USA and China lead the world ranking in QML research, accounting for 32.46% and 22.56% share respectively in the global output. The top 25 global organizations and authors lead with 35.52% and 16.59% global share respectively. The study also tracks key research areas, key global players, most significant keywords, and most productive source journals. The study observes that QML research is gradually emerging as an interdisciplinary area of research in computer science, but the body of its literature that has appeared so far is very small and insignificant even though 22 years have passed since the appearance of its first publication. Certainly, QML as a research subject at present is at a nascent stage of its development.
Over the last three decades, nuclear technology development has played a vital role in the socio-economic development of the Republic of Korea. This study, being the first of its kind, focuses on quantifying the actual economic contribution of nuclear technologies to economic development by evaluating the net benefit of the nuclear power with respect to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). An input-output analysis was employed as a methodological approach to analyze inter-industrial economic activities by calculating the industrial value added as a means of the economic contribution during the period of 1980 to 2005. The industrial value added of nuclear technologies was estimated from the construction and operation of nuclear power (backward-linked industrial value added) and from the industrial activities attributed to the electricity generated by the nuclear power (forward-linked industrial value added). It was found that the total net contribution of nuclear technologies as a percentage share of GDP amounted to 2.38% in 2005.
