Purpose: The purposes of this study were to investigate eating behavior of university students through social commerce and to analyze factors affecting university students' attitude regarding social commerce. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed to 445 university students in Changwon, Korea from March 28 to April 28, 2013. A total of 339 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, which excluded improperly-completed questionnaires. Results: The major factor considered for eating behavior through social commerce was price (37.2%). Purchasing experiences of foodservice products according to types of foodservice were 64.9% for coffee shop, 59.3% for fast food restaurant, 53.4% for family restaurant, 46.0% for specialty restaurant, 35.7% for pizza restaurant, 35.4% for buffet, and 31.9% for bakery. Factors affecting satisfaction with social commerce for purchasing foodservice products were 'service quality of foodservice company', 'communication of social commerce', and 'discount rate of social commerce'. Factors affecting repurchasing intention of foodservice products through social commerce were 'service quality of foodservice company', 'site design of social commerce', and 'discount rate of social commerce'. Conclusion: In order to increase satisfaction with social commerce, 'service quality of foodservice company', 'communication of social commerce', and 'discount rate of social commerce' should be increased. And, to increase repurchasing intention of social commerce, 'service quality of foodservice company', 'site design of social commerce', and 'discount rate of social commerce' should be increased. In addition, two factors 'service quality of foodservice' and 'discount rate of social commerce' were found to have an effect on satisfaction and repurchasing intention of social commerce. For development of social commerce and foodservice industry, cooperative relationship between social commerce and foodservice industry is needed, and a reasonable price strategy should be established. The university students considered price as a major factor of eating behaviors and did not consider menu and taste as a major factor. From a longer perspective, such an eating behavior would have an effect on university students' dietary life and it would cause nutrition and health problems for university students. Thus, it implied that further studies from the perspectives of nutrition and health regarding eating behavior through social commerce service should be conducted.
This study is intended to analyze how emotional reaction based on consumption experience of dining at Korean traditional restaurants affects comsumer's repurchase intention. These restaurants are chosen from lists of high quality Korean traditional restaurants designated by the Restaurant Association in Busan. And then a model for the study is designed based on preceding studies and hypotheses are extracted. A statistical package program, SPSS WIN Version 18.0 is used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and factorial analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. As the result of verifying how experience of dining at a Korean traditional restaurant affected arousal among emotional reactions, the symbolism factor and the variety factor were all proved to be meaningful, whereas the amusement factor was proved to be meaningless. As the result of verifying how experience of dining at the restaurant affected dominance among emotional reactions, the symbolism, amusement, and variety factors were all proved to be meaningful. As the result of verifying how emotional reactions affected consumer's repurchasing, the arousal and dominance factors were all proved to be meaningful. Moreover, as the result of verifying how experience of dining at the restaurant affected consumer's repurchasing, the variety and amusement factors were all proved to be meaningful, whereas the symbolism factor was proved to be meaningless.

Purpose - The number of consumers adopting a lifestyle of health and sustainability has recently increased with the rise of trends in healthy living. The size of the organic agricultural product market has also increased given that these consumers prefer consuming environmentally friendly products that promote family health. However, awareness of organic agricultural products remains insufficient because of the characteristics of the Korean organic agriculture system, which only focuses on food safety inspection. The object of this research is to suggest a policy approach to increase understanding and to expand the purchasing of organic agricultural products by analyzing the influence of customer recognition of such products on their willingness to repurchase. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used binomial logistic regression analysis with the aim of explaining the effects of consumers' socio-demographic characteristics, their awareness of the equivalence arrangement for organic food and of the abolishment of low-pesticide agricultural product certification, and their viewing of negative broadcasts about organic agricultural products on their repurchase intention of such products. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 655 respondents who were in their 20s, lived either in Seoul or in its metropolitan area, and had purchased organic agricultural products. Result - From the results of the analysis, the majority of the respondents recognized organic agricultural products, but they found their prices to be expensive. The majority of the respondents were also aware of the certification system and the reliability of organic agricultural products. However, the results indicate that efforts need to be made to recover consumer trust as many respondents stated that their trust levels in these products were low. In general, those purchasing organic agricultural products were satisfied, but those answering "very satisfied" were not in the majority. Binomial logistic regression analysis results revealed that repurchase intention decreased as consumers viewed a greater number of negative broadcasts about these products. On the other hand, repurchase intention increased as they became more aware of the abolishment of low-pesticide certification. Repurchase intention also increased as income increased, as the number of family members decreased, and when a consumer was a member of a consumer organization. In addition, the older the consumers were who watched the TV programs, the smaller the number of family members that were aware of the abolishment of low-pesticide agricultural product certification and, the higher the income of the consumers aware of organic equivalence arrangement, the greater their repurchase intention. Conclusion - External stimuli, such as negative TV programs on organic agricultural products and the abolishment of the low-pesticide agricultural product certification, relevant social issues and systems, influence consumer repurchase intention. To that end, positive environmental and ecological broadcasting about organic agricultural products would contribute to an increase in purchasing. Additionally, this could be used for promotion and marketing plans as the results indicate that trust in organic agricultural products would cause a positive repurchasing effect.
The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers attitude toward PPL (Product Placement) of fashion products on TV, with regarding PPL as a new-communication sphere of marketing. This study used a questionnaire method, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, as for the information availability of PPL related to fashion products on TV, it was shown to be higher in order of trend, brand, color, practicability, price and material. Second, as a result of analyzing, through 11 items, the attitude on PPL experience of fashion products on TV, there were many positive responses as to 5 items (The commodity with PPL is the product of a renowned brand, The commodity with PPL is the expensive product, An image of the product with PPL becomes good, The product with PPL is suitable to the mood in a drama, I try to think whether the product with PPL matches with myself), and there were more negative responses as to 6 items (Because of desiring to know a brand of the product with PPL, I look for it, The product with PPL is practical, The product with PPL is same as the real situation, I will also buy the product with PPL, Because there are too many commodities with PPL, I become angry, In case of facing PPL, I change a channel). Third, it was shown that the purchase experience and purchase intention as to the product with PPL on TV, have a positive correlation with TV viewing time and with whether or not re-approval as to PPL of a specific company. Also, the purchase experience as to the product with PPL on TV was shown much in the group of viewing TV via internet and in the group of using the digital TV broadcasting. The purchase intention as to the product with PPL on TV was shown higher in the group of using much cable TV broadcasting and general TV broadcasting, while the group of viewing TV via internet had purchase experience, but the response of not having intention of repurchasing was the highest.
As the market for coffee chains becomes fierce, it is important for coffee chains to establish an enduring relationship with customers and encourage them to revisit their stores. Thus, it becomes important to understand consumers' repurchase decision-making mechanisms in the context of coffee chains. Customer satisfaction, perceived switching costs, and regret were considered as the main factors of customers' repurchase intentions. Especially, the effect of regret experience of coffee chains on consumers' repurchase decision was examined. In addition, coffee quality, physical environment quality, service encounters performance, and brand trust were considered as attributes of coffee shop selection, and their effects on customer satisfaction and perceived switching cost were investigated. The results of the study showed that customer satisfaction and perceived switching costs had a positive effect on repurchase intention, while regret had a negative effect on repurchase intention. Coffee quality and physical environmental quality had no significant effect on customer satisfaction and perceived conversion cost. Service encounter performance had a significant impact on perceived switching costs alone. Brand trust had a significant impact on both customer satisfaction and perceived switching cost.
This research examines empirically the causal relationship among service quality, CSR, trust, customer-company identification(=CCID), customer's behavioral intention as well as the mediating effect of trust and CCID on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention in insurance industry. With this background, this study conducted a statistical analysis based on survey data collected from insurance customers. The result of this empirical study is as follows. First, insurance company's CSR activity has a positive impact on customer's trust and customer-company Identification( =CCID). Second, both customer's trust and CCID have positive and significant effect on customer's behavioral intention. Third, we also find that both trust and CCID has a mediating effect on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention. This research shows that CSR activity of insurance company can enhance both customer's trust and CCID, in turn, when CSR activity and service quality is mediated by customer's trust and customer-company identification, it could be linked to customer's behavioral intention such as repurchasing, positive WOM(=word of mouth). This study is likely to contribute to CSR and service marketing research of insurance company.

In this study, we investigated how to distinguish customer delivered value to re-purchasing in fierce B2C industry. To identify key managerial variables that could distinctively impact re-purchasing, we first identified customer value proposition as per the customer buying decision process. Next, core value propositions of choice efficiency and competitive price are defined to determine vendor satisfaction during the searching stage and purchasing stage. The trust level is also introduced in the sense of reflecting confirmation to guarantee after purchase security. Then, significant managerial variables to impact on core value propositions are extracted. The resulting structural model illustrated that search convenience and quality assurance affect the choice efficiency, and re-purchase intention is strongly explained by both the vendor satisfaction and trust level. The empirical testing results also support that transaction cost reduction is key determinant of shopping at the Internet shopping mall. Furthermore, trust level should be combined to induce re-purchasing in addition to transaction cost savings.
Recently, silver consumers were became new consumption market. The purpose of this study were to find out the relationships among cognitive age and variables related to hairdressing purchases in hairdressing shop. Data were obtained from 853 women in the 50's and 60's who living in Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha and, $X^2$-test, t-test using SPSS WIN 12.0. The results of the study were as follows: First, Service quality of hairdressing shop were consisted of Personal Service, Facilities Service, Skill Service, and Policy Service. Second, Silver consumers' cognitive age influenced purchase behavior of hairdressing services. Most of respondents were perceived themselves to be younger than their chronological ages. Repurchasing intention of silvers who were active and self-fidelity or perceived themselves cognitively younger were more likely to be influenced by store service quality and consumer satisfaction. This study provides an insight into silver fashion marketers and retailers for developing market strategies for silver fashion market. Implications are drawn for the information useful to consumer behavior researchers and retailers of the silver fashion market.
This paper was to examine the salesperson's service that the consumer demands in different types of fashion retailing formats including department store, discount store and outlet store. Data has been collected from June to August in 2005 in Pusan and Seoul on subject of 1000 adult over18 years old and 979 pieces were used to analyze. Data analysis was conducted by factor analysis, regression using the SPSS statistics package program. Services in common in 3 fashion retailing formats were "individual concerning", "kindness, courtesy/customer respect", "quick correspondence/convenience", and "product knowledge". Unique services that consumer demanded for the department store were professional and polite attitude; for the discount store, honesty and convenience for refund and exchange; for the outlet store, wide range of product selection. The results has shown that the part of salesperson's service dimensions influenced the consumer's purchase, repurchasing intention and the level of satisfaction. Therefore fashion marketers need to carefully implicate operation and service management depending on the retailing formats.
