There are various investment strategy reports available online, prepared by many financial analysts. If the correlation between the title of the report and analyst forecast can be found, we can tell from the title whether analyst' forecast will be reliable or not. The objective of this study is to see the correlation between the title of analyst investment strategy report and the actual result of forecast by using the Text Mining technique. The result of actual analysis showed that "strong buy and sell call" appeared in the title lead the higher accuracy of analyst forecast and fulfillment ratio. The results that potential investors can get better information by reading the title of the analyst report. We hope that this study could be the basis for new methodologies in this area.

To investigate the 7th graders' ideas on inquiry, researchers analysed the titles of inquiry report, which were submitted as summer vacation homework. The subjects were four classes of 141 thirteen year old boys and girls in a school in Seoul. After analysing the titles of student's report, researchers classified the titles into 9 types according to the clarity and the nature of variables in the titles. The fact that few students represented the variables in the report title and most of the variables used were categoric was found.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to find out the possibility of application to herbal medicine's report form for adverse drug reaction (ADR) by reviewing and analyzing Asian countries's ADR report forms. Method : We investigated, compared, and analyzed ADR report forms (ADR-RF) of Asian countries's ADR institutions (ACAI), such as, Korea institute of drug safety & risk management and Dongguk university Ilsan oriental hospital (DUIOH) in Korea, national center for ADR monintoring (NCAM) in China, pharmaceuticals and medical devices agency (PMDA) in Japan, Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) in Taiwan, and drug office, department of health, the government of the Hong Kong special administrative region (GHKSAR) in Hong Kong. Results : ADR-RF for ACAI included common contents, such as, patients information (name(initial), gender, age, weight), adverse event (AE)'s report information (Recognition and report for AE occurrence, first or follow up report, Severe AE), the detailed information of AE (the title of AE, onset & closing date of AE symptoms, the progress & results detailed test of AE), the information of AE's medicine (the types of medicine, product name, ingredient name, suspected or combination drug, single dose & frequency, dosage form, administration route, dealing for AE-suspected medicine), and AE reporter's information (reporter's information, institution's information). Taiwan had ADR-RF and the department exclusively for herbal medicine (HM), but others (except DUIOH) had not only no ADR report form but also contents for HM. Conclusion : ADR-RF for HM have to include the common contents of ACAI at least, as well as HM information related to ADR, such as the title, composition and types of HM, history related to HM's ADR, and the contents of drug-induced liver injury and so on. In addition, the main department of government for HM's ADR will be needed.

After the genome projects of the 90s, a vast number of gene studies have been stored in online databases. By using these databases, several biological relationships can be inferred. In this study, we proposed a method to infer disease-gene relationships using title and body in biomedical text. The title was used to extract hub genes from data in the literature; whereas, the body of the literature was used to extract sub genes that are related to hub genes. Through these steps, we were able to construct a local gene-network for each report in the literature. By integrating the local gene-networks, we then constructed a global gene-network. Subsequent analyses of the global gene-network allowed inference of disease-related genes with high rank. We validated the proposed method by comparing with previous methods. The results indicated that the proposed method is a meaningful approach to infer disease-related genes.

This study is to analyze the historical developments of references on cataloging rules. References is named cross reference on The Panizzi' and Jewett' Report and defined at Rules for a Dictionary Catalog by Charles A. Cutter. References is developed to “see reference”, “see-also reference”, “name-title reference”, and “explanatory reference” on AACR2. References have traditionally been regarded as syndetic devices, making it possible to retrieve and connect related works. Conclusionally, it functions as a tool which directly connect all the works related but in different formats of a same author name and a same title name. In online catalogues, it means that the role and function of references have increasingly become extended to be very important.

1. Objectives : We analyzed the case reports published by the journal of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, to study Sasang Constitution diagnosis and characteristic of clinical practice. 2. Methods : It has been examined 138 case reports of Sasang Constitution society published from 1994 to 2008. We analyzed. patient's number, publication year, distribution of Sasang Constitution, title's characteristics and bases of constitution diagnosis. 3. Results and conclusions : 1) In the analysis of patient's number, 1 case report was almost part of the case reports, and the case reports ware many published after 2001. 2) In the analysis distribution of Sasang Constitution, Soyangin was the most Sasang Constitution, and Tae-umin was the next one and Soeumin, Taeyangin followed them. 3) In the analysis of the journal's title, Sasang Constitution, disease and symptom of Sasang Constitution were more important than prescription recently. 4) In the analysis of the journal's purpose, unique disease and response of treatment were almost part of the case reports. 5) In the analysis of diagnosis bases, subjective bases were more important than objective bases and Sasang Constitutional drug response. therefore we should do researches in objective bases and drug response in the future.

This paper aims to explain the direction of a long-range policy for the development of fisheries industry and fishing villages in Korea after the Conclusion of the Uruguay Round Negotiations. When the Uruguay Round Negotiations were concluded last year, the government soon set up the Committee of Farming and Fishing Village Development under the direct control of the President and launched on the development of agriculture and fisheries policy to provide for the post-Uruguay Round. The Committee drew up an all-round policy report, "The Problem and Direction of Agriculture Policy Reform" as a result of the six-month activity of this committee from February through July, 1994 in which the author participated, and presented it to the President. The author rearranged the problems of a long-range policy related to fisheries industry and fishing villages apart from this report, and drew up another report under the title, "Fisheries Policy in Korea after the Conclusion of the Uruguay Round Negotiations : Its Problem and Direction," which was reported at the year 1994 autumn symposium of the Korean Pedagogic Society of Fisheries and Marine Sciences.

Background : Low level laser therapy may be an effective method to protect tissue damage in acute stroke. Recently, series of clinical studies on the basis of animal experiments report efficacy and safety of laser therapy at early stages of acute stroke. Laser promotes mitochondrial ATP synthesis to reduce cell death by ischemic infarction. Objectives : To report possibility of non-invasive laser therapy for acute stroke by reviewing literature about its effectiveness, safety and mechanism. Methods : We searched papers using PubMed and 'Web of Knowledge' of Thomson ISI, using the keywords "Laser Therapy, Low-Level" and "Stroke". Limitations were last 10 years of publications and only in English. Search range includes RCTs, clinical reports, reviews and animal experiments. Papers not matched with inclusion criteria were excluded. Results : A total 223 studies were found, 203 excluded during title and extract screening. After scanning 20 papers the final 2 serial RCTs were selected and analyzed. They reported that transcranial laser therapy led in neuroprotective effect for acute stroke patents. Clinical evaluation factors showed favorable trend and initial safety. Conclusions : Non-invasive laser secured safety of clinical application. It may be a favorable choice for the acute stage of stroke.

Running title: A plunging ranula extended into parapharyngeal space Ranulas are lesion of sublingual gland origin, which occur in the floor of the mouth. Most ranulas, whether simple or plunging, are pseudocysts without and epithelial lining and ranulas have higher levels of salivary amylase and protein content. They can be classified into two types based on their extent: simple ranulas, confined to the sublingual space and plunging ranula which extend into adjacent spaces. Plunging ranula requires differential diagnosis with other lesions (neuroma, monomorphic adenoma, hemangioma, lipoma, dermoid cyst, lateral cervical cyst). The patient was diagnosed as plunging ranula. We experienced 17 years old male, visited to our department, who complain Rt. cervical swelling and in MRI view, this lesion involved sublingual, submadibular, parapharyngeal, skull base. We experienced a rare case of plunging ranula, extended into parapharyngeal space. We report the case.

This study used social discourse analysis and analyzed social discourse on library reflected in media, social media, interview and diary of persons concerned, particularly focusing on controversy over whether 'The Forest of Wisdom' should be called a 'library'. The study analyzed a three-dimensional framework, including media report that eventually developed a social 'discourse event', social media surrounding this issue, and interview with persons in the library community and publishing industry regarding discourse. This study draws a conclusion that 'The Forest of Wisdom' rather led social discourse over the role of library especially when traditional library is faced with new demands for discourse and changes. It is meaningful in that this issue provided an opportunity for library and the publishing industry to think over and develop ways for autonomous discourse that seeks their true value.
